Impact of Tools and Techniques for Securing Consultancy Services

In a digital world moving at a breakneck speed,consultancy services have emerged as one of the prominent resources for seeking effective,sustainable and economically viable solutions to a given crisis.The present day consultancy services are aided by the use of multiple tools and techniques.However,ensuring the security of these tools and techniques is an important concern for the consultants because even a slight malfunction of any tool could alter the results drastically.Consultants usually tackle these functions after establishing the clients’needs and developing the appropriate strategy.Nevertheless,most of the consultants tend to focus more on the intended outcomes only and often ignore the security-specific issues.Our research study is an initiative to recommend the use of a hybrid computational technique based on fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)and fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solutions(TOPSIS)for prioritizing the tools and techniques that are used in consultancy services on the basis of their security features and efficacy.The empirical analysis conducted in this context shows that after implementing the assessment process,the rank of the tools and techniques obtained is:A7>A1>A4>A2>A3>A5>A6>A7,and General Electric McKinsey(GE-McKinsey)Nine-box Matrix(A7)obtained the highest rank.Thus,the outcomes show that this order of selection of the tools and techniques will give the most effective and secure services.The awareness about using the best tools and techniques in consultancy services is as important as selecting the most secure tool for solving a given problem.In this league,the results obtained in this study would be a conclusive and a reliable reference for the consultants.

Intelligent tools and techniques for modern management

In order to make decisions all companies need information. As a rule, all the informatics systems of a company contain a multitude of data and turn these data into information that has to be analyzed in order to make decisions. It is a slow process. The solution of this drawback is given by Business Intelligence （BI） applications that can help companies increase income or diminish costs by offering the executive management appropriate information on the basis of which quick and efficient decisions can be taken.The main purpose of the paper is to prove the necessity that BI tools should be used by the modem manager. Managers are aware of that by putting into practice the BI solutions, opportunities of getting control over the business process and methods are improved and better, timely analysis functions of the performance parameters can be obtained.

Detection of circulating tumour cells in colorectal cancer:Emerging techniques and clinical implications

Despite several advances in oncological management of colorectal cancer,morbidity and mortality are still high and devastating.The diagnostic evaluation by endoscopy is cumbersome,which is uncomfortable to many.Because of the intra-and inter-tumour heterogeneity and changing tumour dynamics,which is continuous in nature,the diagnostic biopsy and assessment of the pathological sample are difficult and also not adequate.Late manifestation of the disease and delayed diagnosis may lead to relapse or metastases.One of the keys to improving the outcome is early detection of cancer,ease of technology to detect with uniformity,and its therapeutic implications,which are yet to come."Liquid biopsy"is currently the most recent area of interest in oncology,which may provide important tools regarding the characterization of the primary tumour and its metastasis as cancer cells shed into the bloodstream even at the early stages of the disease.By using this approach,clinicians may be able to find out information about the tumour at a given time.Any of the following three types of sampling of biological material can be used in the"liquid biopsy".These are circulating tumour cells(CTCs),circulating tumour DNA,and exosomes.The most commonly studied amongst the three is CTCs.CTCs with their different applications and prognostic value has been found useful in colorectal cancer detection and therapeutics.In this review,we will discuss various markers for CTCs,the core tools/techniques for detection,and also important findings of clinical studies in colorectal cancer and its clinical implications.
