国家职业教育改革政策为高等职业教育的创新创业教育提出了新要求和新任务。本文分析了当前高职院校创新创业教育存在的突出问题,并在“双高校”建设、百万扩招、中国特色学徒制教育和劳动教育等高质量发展视角下,提出了健全创新创业教师团队、构建“项目贯穿”的专创融合课程体系、创设“产科教创”双向循环机制、加强创新创业实践等策略来提升创新创业教育的效果,以为我国高职院校创新创业教育提供参考借鉴。

基于在线开放的高职技能型课程混合式教学模式探究

“碳达峰碳中和”政策为能源电力行业的转型升级提供了根本遵循。电工技术课程作为能源电力行业的一门专业技能型课程,传统的教学模式已经不能满足该行业对新能源的需求。为了提升能源电力行业技能型课程的教学质量及综合育人质量,本研究以高职在线精品课程“电工技术”教学改革实践为例,探索实施岗位、课程、竞赛、证书与思政教育、劳动教育的有机融通,以及线上线下混合式深度融合的教学方式,构建了“岗课赛证思劳”六位一体混合式教学模式。该模式能够有效提升学习者的学习效果和实践能力,对培养新时代高素质技术技能人才具有一定的借鉴意义。

面向高质量发展的混合课程教学质量审视与优化路向

以学生为中心是混合课程教学的内在规定,是推进高等教育高质量发展的关键。审视混合课程教学质量需从价值主体入手。基于混合课程教学质量构成编制调查问卷,以具有混合课程学习体验的地方本科高校大学生为调查对象展开调研。研究发现,地方本科高校混合课程教学质量总体处于中等偏上水平;鉴于高质量发展、以学生为中心的理念,以促进学习、满足个性化学习需求、“融合”为出发点,教学目标、教学内容与资源、线上线下教学活动、学习支持、学习评价等方面尚待提升;不同性别、学校类别、学科类别、年级、所学混合课程门数不同的学生,其学习体验有差异。讨论分析发现主要原因在于:教师的混合课程教学理念与行为受传统教学影响,学生混合学习适应性达不到混合课程要求。提升混合课程教学质量,需要教学、学习、服务等内外主体协同发力。教师应以能力提升、目标驱动、联动实施的行动促进以学生为中心的思维转变,并引导学生学习行为的更新;教师团队、机制建设及平台服务应协同保障,以教师行动与多主体协同促进以学生为中心的理论逻辑与实践逻辑的内在统一,优化混合课程教学质量。
