血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与急性脑梗死TOAST分型和中医证候分型的关系分析

目的通过分析血浆同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine Hcy)与急性脑梗死不同分型方法各亚型之间的关系,了解Hcy与脑梗死发病西医病生理、中医病因病机及疾病严重程度之间的关系。方法将急性脑梗死151例患者分别进行TOAST分型和中医证候分型并进... 目的通过分析血浆同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine Hcy)与急性脑梗死不同分型方法各亚型之间的关系,了解Hcy与脑梗死发病西医病生理、中医病因病机及疾病严重程度之间的关系。方法将急性脑梗死151例患者分别进行TOAST分型和中医证候分型并进行神经功能缺损评分,测定患者的血浆Hcy水平,各亚型Hcy之间进行统计学分析。结果LAA组与CE组、SAO组比较血浆同型半胱浓度存在统计学差异(F=50.54,P<0.05);痰瘀阻络证组与风痰阻络证、气虚血瘀证、阴虚风动证、风阳上扰证各组之间比较血同型半胱浓度存在统计学差异(F=34.62,P<0.05);中医证型、TOAST分型组间NIHSS评分无统计学差异。结论TOAST分型中LAA型患者Hcy水平高于其他亚型,中医证候分型中痰瘀阻络型Hcy水平高于其他证型,说明Hcy与动脉粥样硬化特别是大动脉粥样硬化形成密切相关,为脑梗死中医辨证分型及诊疗评价的客观化提供初步的参考指标。 展开更多

Cleavage of chromosomal DNA into oligonucleosomal size fragments is an integral part of apoptosis. Elegant biochemical work identified the DNA fragmentation factor (DFF) as a major apoptotic endonuclease for DNA fragmentation in vitro. Genetic studies in mice support the importance of DFF in DNA fragmentation and possibly in apoptosis in vivo. Recent work also suggests the existence of additional endonucleases for DNA degradation. Understanding the roles of individual endonucleases in apoptosis, and how they might coordinate to degrade DNA in different tissues during normal development and homeostasis, as well as in various diseased states, will be a major research focus in the near future. 展开更多
