[Method] The content of total flavonoids weas determined based on samples including comb honey, propolis, royal jelly, linden tree honey, with a polyamide column chromatography by spectrophotometry at 360 nm wavelength. [Result] The recovery rate of the method was above 90%, and the variation coefficient was lower than 2%. Compared with the traditional method, this method has less reagent consumption, simple operation and so on.[Conclusion] The content of total flavonoids in comb honey was 14.97 mg/100 g, although is only 0.87% of the total flavone content in propolis. The contained total flavonoids at least doubled than that of others and comb honey is more valuable in the content of flavonoids.展开更多

The results indicated that the great differences in total antioxidant capacity (...The antioxidations and their correlations with total flavones and anthocyanin contents in different black rice varieties were studied. The results indicated that the great differences in total antioxidant capacity (TAC), scavenging free radical capacity (SFRC), total flavones and anthocyanin contents existed among 242 black rice varieties. Comparisons of TAC, SFRC, total flavones and anthocyanin contents of different black rice types showed that the differences between black rice and white rice, indica one and japonica one, and nonglutinous one and glutinous one were significant at 0.01 levels, respectively. This showed that the TAC, SFRC, total flavones and anthocyanin contents of japonica type were higher than those of indica one, and nonglutinous type were higher than glutinous one. According to the fast clustering procedure, 242 black rice varieties could be clustered into 10 clusters, 184 indica rice varieties into 10 clusters, and 58 japonica rice varieties into 6 clusters. Most significant (P〈0.01) correlations existed between TAC and total flavones and anthocyanin contents, and between SFRC and total flavones and anthocyanin contents of black rice, respectively. This showed that the antioxidation of black rice was closely correlated with its active compositions of flavones and anthocyanin.展开更多

Methods: Rat models of artery-veins bypassing thrombus formation were used. The platelets of rabbits were collected. Platelet aggregation was induced by collagen and intracellular calcium ion concentration ([Ca 2+ ]i) was assayed by Fura-2 method. Results: TFA (25, 50, 100 mg/kg) significantly and dose-dependently reduced the weight of thrombus. TFA (0.025, 0.05, 0.1 mg/ml) possessed dose-dependant inhibitory effects on rabbits' platelet aggregation induced by collagen. TFA significantly reduced the resting and CaCl 2-induced increase of free intracellular calcium concentration ([Ca 2+ ]i) in rabbit platelet in vitro . Conclusion: TFA has an antiplatelet effect via the inhibition on the influx of Ca 2+ .展开更多

The r...The action of total flavones of Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb) Mak (TFG) 60 mg/kg i.v. could prevent arrhythmias induced by drugs and myocardial ischemia were investigated. In anesthetized rats and guinea pigs. The results showed that in TFG group the duration of ventricular tachycardia (VT) induced by aconitine in rats was shortened (P<0 01) and the incidence of ventricular fibrillation (VF) and the mortality were decreased (P<0 01) respectively. The arrhythmias induced by i.v. BaCl 2 4 mg/kg in rats were immediately recovered to a normal sinus rhythm and VT induced by i.v. CaCl 2 130 mg/kg in rats was decreased by TFG i.v. TFG i.v. elevated the doses of i.v. strophanthin G to induce ectopic beats (EB), VT, VF and cardiac arrest (CA) in guinea pigs by 89%, 58%, 27%, and 28% (P<0 01) respectively. The incidence of VF induced by coronary artery ligation in rats was decreased (P<0 01), duration of EB, duraton of VT and VF decreased to 45%, 42% and 0% of the NS group respectively. The results suggest that TFG in dosage of 60 mg/kg might be useful for the prevention of VT and VF.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the neuroprotective effects of Fructus Mume total flavone(FMF)against cell apoptosis and mitochondrial injury induced by 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium(MPP^(+))in human neuroblastoma(SH-SY5Y)cell...Objective:To investigate the neuroprotective effects of Fructus Mume total flavone(FMF)against cell apoptosis and mitochondrial injury induced by 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium(MPP^(+))in human neuroblastoma(SH-SY5Y)cells and explore its molecular mechanisms.Methods:MPP^(+) induced SH-SY5Y cells injury model were established in vitro cell culture,the cells were divided into 5 groups:normal control group,model group(250μmol·L^(-1) MPP^(+)),FMF low-and middle-and high-dose experimental group(10,50,100μmol·L^(-1) FMF).After 72 h administration,4’,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole(DAPI)staining was used to observe the effects of different concentrations of FMF on the morphologic changes of apoptotic cells,the ratio of cell apoptosis was measured by Annexin-FITC/PI double staining.The mitochondrial membrane electro-bit were detected by flow cytometry(FCM).The expression of Bcl-2,Bax and Caspase-3 were detected by Western blot.Results:The results of DAPI staining showed that the injury SH-SY5Y cells induced by MPP+were densely condensed,the nucleus showed nuclear shrinkage,showing an apoptotic characteristic morphology;after 72h of FMF action,the apoptotic morphology of the cells showed different degrees of improvement,and the apoptotic number of SH-SY5Y cells also decreased.Compared with that in the normal control group,the apoptotic rate and of mitochondrial membrane electrobit of SH-SY5Y cells in the model group increased significantly(P<0.01),the expression of Bax and Caspase-3 proteins increased significantly(P<0.01),Bcl-2 protein and the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax decreased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with that in the model group,the apoptotic rate and mitochondrial membrane electro-bit of SH-SY5Y cells in FMF groups(10,50,100μmol·L^(-1))were significantly lower,while Bax and Caspase-3 proteins were significantly lower(P<0.01),and Bcl-2 protein and the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax were significantly higher,with statistically significant difference in FMF middle-and high-dose experimental groups(P<0.01).The results indicated that FMF can decrease the experession level of Bax and Caspase-3 and increase the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax,inhibit MPP+induced apoptosis.Conclusion:FMF improves the damage of SH-SY5Y cells induced by MPP+,and plays a neuroprotective effect by regulating the expressions of related proteins in mitochondrial apoptosis pathway.展开更多

Objective: To investigate the effect of total flavone of haw leaves(TFHL) on the expression of nuclear factor erythroid-2 related factor(Nrf2) and other related factors in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) rat...Objective: To investigate the effect of total flavone of haw leaves(TFHL) on the expression of nuclear factor erythroid-2 related factor(Nrf2) and other related factors in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) rats induced by high-fat diet and then to further discuss the mechanism of TFHL's prevention against NASH. Methods: High-fat diet was fed to 40 rats to establish the NASH model. Then model rats were intragastrically administrated with 40, 80, 160 mg/(kg·day) TFHL, respectively. The pathological changes of liver tissues in NASH rats were detected by oil red O and hematoxylin-eosin(HE) stainings. The expression of Nrf2 in rat liver was examined through immunohistochemistry. The level of 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α in serum was detected through enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The mR NA and protein levels of Nrf2 and other related factors in liver tissue were measured by real-time reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction and western blot. Results: Lipid deposition, hepatic steatosis, focal necrosis in lobular inflammation and ballooning degeneration were emerged in livers of NASH rats. The 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α in the serum of NASH rats increased significantly compared with the control group(P〈0.05). The mR NA of Nrf2, hemeoxyenase1(HO-1) and the mR NA and protein levels of quinine oxidoreductase(NQO1) in NASH rats liver tissue showed a striking increase, while the mR NA levels of Keap1, r-glutamylcysteine synthethase(rG CS) and glutathione S-transferase(GST) were significantly decreased compared with the control group(P〈0.05). After TFHL treatment, 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α level in serum significantly decreased, and Nrf2 mR NA and protein levels in hepatocytes nucleus enhanced compared with the model group(P〈0.05 or 0.01). Meanwhile the Keap1 mR NA, the mR NA and protein levels of HO-1, NQO1 antibody, rG CS antibody, GST increased after TFHL treatment(P〈0.05 or 0.01). Conclusions: Nrf2 and other related factors were involved in development of NASH, and they also served as an important part in its occurrence. By regulating expression of Nrf2 and other related factors, TFHL may play a role in antioxidative stress and prevention of NASH.展开更多

[Method] Contents of total flavones in 24 honey samples of pomegranate flowers from Mengzi City in 2011 and 2012 were measured as per- spectrophotometry method with acetone as an extractant and rutin as a control. [Result] The average content of flavones in honey of pomegranate flowers was at (2.36±1.36)mg/100 g in 2011 and significantly higher than that in 2012 at (1.71± 0.53)mg/100 g. Analysis was conducted on flavones content in different batches and the results indicated that content of flavones in honey in different batches changed from increasing to decreasing, namely, the content was maximal in peak flowering stage, followed by late flowering stage and initial flowering stage. [Conclusion] The research provides references for development, use and function exploration of the honey of pomegranate flowers.展开更多

[ Method ] The extraction and storage conditions for free radicals scavenging substances from sweet potato leaves were optimized by orthogonal test and the bioactive components in extracts were investigated by correlation analysis. [ Result] Sweet potato leaves contain the bioactive substances scavenging DPPH free radical and hydroxyl free radical. Extracting solvent species is the most important factor that influencing extraction yield. The optimal extraction and storage conditions are as following: water as solvent, pH 8.0 of extracting liquid, storage at 25 ℃. There is a good positive linear relationship between the content of total phenols in sweet potato leaves and corresponding scavenging rates against both the DPPH free radical and hydroxyl free radical. For the content of total flavones in sweet potato leaves, just a correlation with scavenging rate against hydroxyl free radical shown in test. [ Conclusion] The phenols in ex- tracts could effectively scavenge both the DPPH free radical and hydroxyl free radical, whereas the flavones in extracts can only function on the hydroxyl free radical.展开更多

DC. were applied with CaCl2.H2O that supplied Ca in slow growth period of winter three times. The heights, ground diameters, leaf lengths, leaf widths and biomasses of B. balsamifera plants were measured. In addition, the relative contents of total flavones in different parts of B. balsamifera were determined by UV spectrophotometry, and the absolute contents of total flavones were calculated. The relative contents of L-borneol in leaves of B. balsamifera were determined by GC, and the absolute contents of L- borneol were calculated. The results showed that calcium element significantly in- creased the biomasses in leaves, stems and roots of B. balsamifera in slow growth period of winter. The leaf biomass of B. balsamifera in the 5 g/L CaCl2-H2O treat- ment group was significantly higher than those in the other three treatment groups. The leaf biomasses of B. balsamifera in the 10 and 15 g/L CaCl2.H2O treatment groups were significantly higher than that in the CK, with 3.03 and 2.65 times, re- spectively. The application of Ca inhibited the accumulation of total flavones relative contents, but significantly increased the total flavones absolute contents in different parts of B. balsamifera. The relative and absolute contents of L-borneol in the 5 g/L CaCl2 .H2O treatment group were 0.22% and 0.22 g, which were increased by 37.50%, 22.22%, 37.50% and 100%, 100%, 450%, respectively compared with those in the 0, 10 and 15 g/L CaCl2.H2O treatment groups. The Ca element could signifi- cantly promote the accumulation of biomasses in leaves, stems and roots, as well as the absolute contents of total flavones and L-borneol in B. balsamifera in slow growth period of winter.展开更多

Results showed that there was significant difference between content of the endogenous hormones in leaves and floral buds. GA3 contents in leaves of the transgenic plantlets of B. campestris L. ssp. chinensis Makino cv. Shanghai-qing and cv. Youqing were reduced by 31. 72 and 46. 88% respectively as compared with those of their controls, and GA3 contents in floral buds of them were reduced by 62. 92 and 80. 57 % respectively. In addition, ZT contents in leaves of cv. Shanghai-qing and cv. Youqing were reduced by 11. 81 and 181. 20% respectively as compared with those of their controls and those in floral buds were reduced by 105. 94 and 128.75 % respectively. But, ABA content in transgenic plantlets was significantly higher than that in non-transgenic plantlets. However, differences among respiratory rate and cyanide-resistant respiratory rate, the photosynthesic rate and the content of total flavones in floral buds were not significant. In this study, the results indicated that the gene CYP86MF might be one of the key functional genes to control fertility of Chinese cabbage.展开更多

Objective To optimize the preparation of the Naoxueling capsules.Methods To optimize the extraction of the Naoxueling prescription successively with alcohol and water,several principal ingredients in the final extract...Objective To optimize the preparation of the Naoxueling capsules.Methods To optimize the extraction of the Naoxueling prescription successively with alcohol and water,several principal ingredients in the final extracts were evaluated and data were analyzed by the orthogonal test.The capsule-molding process was investigated by measuring the angle of repose and the moisture absorption percentage.Results The optimum process of the alcohol extraction was the refluxing of herbs first in twelve-fold volume of 75% ethanol for 2 h,then in eight-fold volume of 75% ethanol for 1.5 h,and finally in seven-fold volume of 75% ethanol for 0.5 h.Meanwhile,the best water extraction was performed by boiling samples in twelve-fold amount of water for 2 h followed by another 1 h in eight-fold amount of water.To mold the capsule,the appropriate ratio of micro-powder to dextrin was 20:1.Conclusion The preparation technology of the Naoxueling capsules is reasonable and feasible,which provides evidences for the industrial manufacture.展开更多

Aims and Objectives: To observe effect of Rhizoma drynariae and its main components on endometrial receptivity in a mus model of dysfunctional embryo implantation. Materials and Methods: Mus models were established by the Gn RHa+HMG+HCG method. Normal mus receiving saline were used as controls and the remaining six groups were: model receiving saline, progynova, aspirin, Rhizoma drynariae, osteopractic total flavone, and naringin. Pinopodes in uterine endometrium were examined by scanning electron microscopy. Stem cell factor(SCF) m RNA expressions was determined by real-time RT-PCR, and estrogen receptor α(ERα), progesterone receptor(PR) by immunohistochemistry. Results: In the model group, surface morphology of endometrium was heterogeneous, without obvious pinopodes. In the Rhizoma drynaria and progynova groups, pinopodes were abundant. Compared with the blank group, model group had lower levels of SCF(-47%), ERα(-63%) and PR(-50%)(all P<0.05). In comparison, Rhizoma drynariae group had higher levels of SCF(+73%), ERα(+118%) and PR(+101%)(all P<0.01). The individual main components of Rhizoma drynariae had variable efficacy. Conclusion: Rhizoma drynariae could improve endometrial receptivity of mouse models of dysfunctional embryo implantation as shown by increased numbers of pinopodes and higher levers of SCF, ERα, PR compared with the model group.展开更多
Objective:To evaluate whether the efficacy of Getong Tongluo Capsule(葛酮通络胶囊,GTC,consisted of total flavone of Radix Puerariae)on improving patients'quality of life and lowering blood pressure are superior to...Objective:To evaluate whether the efficacy of Getong Tongluo Capsule(葛酮通络胶囊,GTC,consisted of total flavone of Radix Puerariae)on improving patients'quality of life and lowering blood pressure are superior to the extract of Ginkgo biloba(EGB)for patients with convalescent-phase ischemic stroke and primary hypertension.Methods:This randomized,positive-drug-and placebo-controlled,double-blind trial was conducted from September 2015 to October 2017.Totally 477 eligible patients from 18 hospitals in China were randomly assigned in a 2:1:1 ratio to the following interventions,twice a day for 12 weeks:(1)GTC 250 mg plus EGB-matching placebo 40 mg(237 cases,GTC group),(2)EGB 40 mg plus GTC-matching placebo 250 mg(120 cases,EGB group)or(3)GTC-matching placebo 250 mg plus EGB-matching placebo 40 mg(120 cases,placebo group).Moreover,all patients were orally administered aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100 mg,once a day fo r 12 weeks.The primary outcome was the Barthel Index(Bl).The secondary outcomes included the control rate of blood pressure and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores.The incidence and severity of adverse events(AEs)were calculated and assessed.Results:The Bl relative independence rates,the clinical recovery rates of NIHSS,and the total effective rates of NIHSS in the GTC and EGB groups were significantly higher than the placebo group at 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),and no statistical significance was found between the GTC and EGB groups(P>0.05).The control rate of blood pressure in the GTC group was significantly higher than the EGB and placebo groups at 12,18 and 24 weeks after treatment(P<0.01).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of AEs,adverse drug reactions,or serious AEs among the 3 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:GTC exhibited significant efficacy in improving patients'quality of life as well as neurological function and controlling hypertension.展开更多

According to the fast clustering procedure, 242 black rice varieties could be clustered into 10 clusters, 184 indica rice varieties into 10 clusters, and 58 japonica rice varieties into 6 clusters. Most significant (P〈0.01) correlations existed between TAC and total flavones and anthocyanin contents, and between SFRC and total flavones and anthocyanin contents of black rice, respectively. This showed that the antioxidation of black rice was closely correlated with its active compositions of flavones and anthocyanin.

文摘Objective: To study the effects of total flavone of Abelmoschl Manihot L.Medic (TFA) on the function of platelets and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Rat models of artery-veins bypassing thrombus formation were used. The platelets of rabbits were collected. Platelet aggregation was induced by collagen and intracellular calcium ion concentration ([Ca 2+ ]i) was assayed by Fura-2 method. Results: TFA (25, 50, 100 mg/kg) significantly and dose-dependently reduced the weight of thrombus. TFA (0.025, 0.05, 0.1 mg/ml) possessed dose-dependant inhibitory effects on rabbits' platelet aggregation induced by collagen. TFA significantly reduced the resting and CaCl 2-induced increase of free intracellular calcium concentration ([Ca 2+ ]i) in rabbit platelet in vitro . Conclusion: TFA has an antiplatelet effect via the inhibition on the influx of Ca 2+ .
文摘The action of total flavones of Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb) Mak (TFG) 60 mg/kg i.v. could prevent arrhythmias induced by drugs and myocardial ischemia were investigated. In anesthetized rats and guinea pigs. The results showed that in TFG group the duration of ventricular tachycardia (VT) induced by aconitine in rats was shortened (P<0 01) and the incidence of ventricular fibrillation (VF) and the mortality were decreased (P<0 01) respectively. The arrhythmias induced by i.v. BaCl 2 4 mg/kg in rats were immediately recovered to a normal sinus rhythm and VT induced by i.v. CaCl 2 130 mg/kg in rats was decreased by TFG i.v. TFG i.v. elevated the doses of i.v. strophanthin G to induce ectopic beats (EB), VT, VF and cardiac arrest (CA) in guinea pigs by 89%, 58%, 27%, and 28% (P<0 01) respectively. The incidence of VF induced by coronary artery ligation in rats was decreased (P<0 01), duration of EB, duraton of VT and VF decreased to 45%, 42% and 0% of the NS group respectively. The results suggest that TFG in dosage of 60 mg/kg might be useful for the prevention of VT and VF.

文摘Objective:To investigate the neuroprotective effects of Fructus Mume total flavone(FMF)against cell apoptosis and mitochondrial injury induced by 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium(MPP^(+))in human neuroblastoma(SH-SY5Y)cells and explore its molecular mechanisms.Methods:MPP^(+) induced SH-SY5Y cells injury model were established in vitro cell culture,the cells were divided into 5 groups:normal control group,model group(250μmol·L^(-1) MPP^(+)),FMF low-and middle-and high-dose experimental group(10,50,100μmol·L^(-1) FMF).After 72 h administration,4’,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole(DAPI)staining was used to observe the effects of different concentrations of FMF on the morphologic changes of apoptotic cells,the ratio of cell apoptosis was measured by Annexin-FITC/PI double staining.The mitochondrial membrane electro-bit were detected by flow cytometry(FCM).The expression of Bcl-2,Bax and Caspase-3 were detected by Western blot.Results:The results of DAPI staining showed that the injury SH-SY5Y cells induced by MPP+were densely condensed,the nucleus showed nuclear shrinkage,showing an apoptotic characteristic morphology;after 72h of FMF action,the apoptotic morphology of the cells showed different degrees of improvement,and the apoptotic number of SH-SY5Y cells also decreased.Compared with that in the normal control group,the apoptotic rate and of mitochondrial membrane electrobit of SH-SY5Y cells in the model group increased significantly(P<0.01),the expression of Bax and Caspase-3 proteins increased significantly(P<0.01),Bcl-2 protein and the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax decreased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with that in the model group,the apoptotic rate and mitochondrial membrane electro-bit of SH-SY5Y cells in FMF groups(10,50,100μmol·L^(-1))were significantly lower,while Bax and Caspase-3 proteins were significantly lower(P<0.01),and Bcl-2 protein and the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax were significantly higher,with statistically significant difference in FMF middle-and high-dose experimental groups(P<0.01).The results indicated that FMF can decrease the experession level of Bax and Caspase-3 and increase the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax,inhibit MPP+induced apoptosis.Conclusion:FMF improves the damage of SH-SY5Y cells induced by MPP+,and plays a neuroprotective effect by regulating the expressions of related proteins in mitochondrial apoptosis pathway.

E Method] The flavones adsorption rates and desorption rates of macroporous absorption resins (AB-8, HPD-600, D101 ) were compared, and the technological parameters of D101 during the purification process were investigated. E Result] D101 macroporous absorption resin was ap- propriate for the purification of total flavonoids from litchi pericarp. The optimal technological conditions were selected .. the pH of sample solution was 5.0; concentration of sample solution was 4 mg/ml, with a volume of 2.5BV; 80% ethanol was used as elution solution, with a volume of 2.0BV. [ Condusion] The content of total flavones achieved 83% after separation by D101 macoporous absorption resin.

文摘ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of total flavones from the leaves of Choerospondias axillaris (TFLCA) on the immune function of normal mice and to provide the experimental basis for the reasonable application of C. axillaris.MethodsThe carbon clearance method, cutaneous delayed hypersensitivity reaction method, serum hemolysin method, and index of immune organs were used to study the effect of TFLCA on the immune function of mice.ResultsTFLCA could enhance the phagocytic function of mononuclear macrophage and the cutaneous delayed hypersensitivity reaction of mice, and increase the content of hemolysin antibody and the thymus index in mice.ConclusionTFLCA could improve the celiac macrophage activity and specific immunity of mice, and TFLCA, consisting with the total flavones of Choerospondiatis Fructus (TFCF), has the effect on the immune function of mice. So both TFLCA and TFCF have the regulatory effects on the immune function of mice.

文摘Objective: To investigate the effect of total flavone of haw leaves(TFHL) on the expression of nuclear factor erythroid-2 related factor(Nrf2) and other related factors in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) rats induced by high-fat diet and then to further discuss the mechanism of TFHL's prevention against NASH. Methods: High-fat diet was fed to 40 rats to establish the NASH model. Then model rats were intragastrically administrated with 40, 80, 160 mg/(kg·day) TFHL, respectively. The pathological changes of liver tissues in NASH rats were detected by oil red O and hematoxylin-eosin(HE) stainings. The expression of Nrf2 in rat liver was examined through immunohistochemistry. The level of 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α in serum was detected through enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The mR NA and protein levels of Nrf2 and other related factors in liver tissue were measured by real-time reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction and western blot. Results: Lipid deposition, hepatic steatosis, focal necrosis in lobular inflammation and ballooning degeneration were emerged in livers of NASH rats. The 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α in the serum of NASH rats increased significantly compared with the control group(P〈0.05). The mR NA of Nrf2, hemeoxyenase1(HO-1) and the mR NA and protein levels of quinine oxidoreductase(NQO1) in NASH rats liver tissue showed a striking increase, while the mR NA levels of Keap1, r-glutamylcysteine synthethase(rG CS) and glutathione S-transferase(GST) were significantly decreased compared with the control group(P〈0.05). After TFHL treatment, 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α level in serum significantly decreased, and Nrf2 mR NA and protein levels in hepatocytes nucleus enhanced compared with the model group(P〈0.05 or 0.01). Meanwhile the Keap1 mR NA, the mR NA and protein levels of HO-1, NQO1 antibody, rG CS antibody, GST increased after TFHL treatment(P〈0.05 or 0.01). Conclusions: Nrf2 and other related factors were involved in development of NASH, and they also served as an important part in its occurrence. By regulating expression of Nrf2 and other related factors, TFHL may play a role in antioxidative stress and prevention of NASH.
文摘Effect of Epimedium Flavone Total(EFT) on the immunofunction of mice which was burdened with Ehrlich Ascites Cancer (EAC) was studied. The results showed that EFT could increase phagocytosis activity of macrophagocyte (P<0 05), promote lymphocyte transformation rate (P<0 01), increased the sero antibody level meanly (P<0 05), low dosage group could increased Plaque Forming Cell (PFC) signficantly (P<0 05), raise the ratio of spleen to body (P<0 05) of EAC bearing mice. EFT may be enhance burdened mice's immunofunction. Low dosage can improve sero antibody level. Effect on regulating cellular immunofunction are related to dosage. EFT may be inhibit the growth of EAC cells to some degree.

文摘[Objective] The aim was to analyze content of flavones in honey of pomegranate flowers. [Method] Contents of total flavones in 24 honey samples of pomegranate flowers from Mengzi City in 2011 and 2012 were measured as per- spectrophotometry method with acetone as an extractant and rutin as a control. [Result] The average content of flavones in honey of pomegranate flowers was at (2.36±1.36)mg/100 g in 2011 and significantly higher than that in 2012 at (1.71± 0.53)mg/100 g. Analysis was conducted on flavones content in different batches and the results indicated that content of flavones in honey in different batches changed from increasing to decreasing, namely, the content was maximal in peak flowering stage, followed by late flowering stage and initial flowering stage. [Conclusion] The research provides references for development, use and function exploration of the honey of pomegranate flowers.

文摘[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide reference for the application of extracts from sweet potato leaves in anti-aging cosmetics. [ Method ] The extraction and storage conditions for free radicals scavenging substances from sweet potato leaves were optimized by orthogonal test and the bioactive components in extracts were investigated by correlation analysis. [ Result] Sweet potato leaves contain the bioactive substances scavenging DPPH free radical and hydroxyl free radical. Extracting solvent species is the most important factor that influencing extraction yield. The optimal extraction and storage conditions are as following: water as solvent, pH 8.0 of extracting liquid, storage at 25 ℃. There is a good positive linear relationship between the content of total phenols in sweet potato leaves and corresponding scavenging rates against both the DPPH free radical and hydroxyl free radical. For the content of total flavones in sweet potato leaves, just a correlation with scavenging rate against hydroxyl free radical shown in test. [ Conclusion] The phenols in ex- tracts could effectively scavenge both the DPPH free radical and hydroxyl free radical, whereas the flavones in extracts can only function on the hydroxyl free radical.

文摘The one-year-old seedlings of Blumea balsamifera (L.) DC. were applied with CaCl2.H2O that supplied Ca in slow growth period of winter three times. The heights, ground diameters, leaf lengths, leaf widths and biomasses of B. balsamifera plants were measured. In addition, the relative contents of total flavones in different parts of B. balsamifera were determined by UV spectrophotometry, and the absolute contents of total flavones were calculated. The relative contents of L-borneol in leaves of B. balsamifera were determined by GC, and the absolute contents of L- borneol were calculated. The results showed that calcium element significantly in- creased the biomasses in leaves, stems and roots of B. balsamifera in slow growth period of winter. The leaf biomass of B. balsamifera in the 5 g/L CaCl2-H2O treat- ment group was significantly higher than those in the other three treatment groups. The leaf biomasses of B. balsamifera in the 10 and 15 g/L CaCl2.H2O treatment groups were significantly higher than that in the CK, with 3.03 and 2.65 times, re- spectively. The application of Ca inhibited the accumulation of total flavones relative contents, but significantly increased the total flavones absolute contents in different parts of B. balsamifera. The relative and absolute contents of L-borneol in the 5 g/L CaCl2 .H2O treatment group were 0.22% and 0.22 g, which were increased by 37.50%, 22.22%, 37.50% and 100%, 100%, 450%, respectively compared with those in the 0, 10 and 15 g/L CaCl2.H2O treatment groups. The Ca element could signifi- cantly promote the accumulation of biomasses in leaves, stems and roots, as well as the absolute contents of total flavones and L-borneol in B. balsamifera in slow growth period of winter.
文摘In order to study the mechanism of the transgenic male sterility induced by the antisense fragment of gene CYP86MF, some physiological and biochemical indexes were compared between the transgenic plantlets of Chinese cabbage-pak-choi(Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis Makino)and their controls. Results showed that there was significant difference between content of the endogenous hormones in leaves and floral buds. GA3 contents in leaves of the transgenic plantlets of B. campestris L. ssp. chinensis Makino cv. Shanghai-qing and cv. Youqing were reduced by 31. 72 and 46. 88% respectively as compared with those of their controls, and GA3 contents in floral buds of them were reduced by 62. 92 and 80. 57 % respectively. In addition, ZT contents in leaves of cv. Shanghai-qing and cv. Youqing were reduced by 11. 81 and 181. 20% respectively as compared with those of their controls and those in floral buds were reduced by 105. 94 and 128.75 % respectively. But, ABA content in transgenic plantlets was significantly higher than that in non-transgenic plantlets. However, differences among respiratory rate and cyanide-resistant respiratory rate, the photosynthesic rate and the content of total flavones in floral buds were not significant. In this study, the results indicated that the gene CYP86MF might be one of the key functional genes to control fertility of Chinese cabbage.
文摘Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua from five different areas was used as experimental material,total saponins and total flavonoids.Colorimetric analysis method was used to compare those contents.The results showed that the contents of Polygonatum polysaccharides from different areas were in the range of 8.09%~11.78%,whereas the content of total saponins and total flavonoids was quite different,which were 2.73%~5.01%and 0.21%~0.71%,respectively.In general,these Polygonatum samples had higher polysaccharide content with obvious differences for the contents of total saponins and a low contents of flavones.

文摘Objective To optimize the preparation of the Naoxueling capsules.Methods To optimize the extraction of the Naoxueling prescription successively with alcohol and water,several principal ingredients in the final extracts were evaluated and data were analyzed by the orthogonal test.The capsule-molding process was investigated by measuring the angle of repose and the moisture absorption percentage.Results The optimum process of the alcohol extraction was the refluxing of herbs first in twelve-fold volume of 75% ethanol for 2 h,then in eight-fold volume of 75% ethanol for 1.5 h,and finally in seven-fold volume of 75% ethanol for 0.5 h.Meanwhile,the best water extraction was performed by boiling samples in twelve-fold amount of water for 2 h followed by another 1 h in eight-fold amount of water.To mold the capsule,the appropriate ratio of micro-powder to dextrin was 20:1.Conclusion The preparation technology of the Naoxueling capsules is reasonable and feasible,which provides evidences for the industrial manufacture.

文摘Background: Rhizoma drynariae is a traditional Chinese medicine used in orthopedics and traumatology, but its effect on endometrial receptivity remains unknown. Aims and Objectives: To observe effect of Rhizoma drynariae and its main components on endometrial receptivity in a mus model of dysfunctional embryo implantation. Materials and Methods: Mus models were established by the Gn RHa+HMG+HCG method. Normal mus receiving saline were used as controls and the remaining six groups were: model receiving saline, progynova, aspirin, Rhizoma drynariae, osteopractic total flavone, and naringin. Pinopodes in uterine endometrium were examined by scanning electron microscopy. Stem cell factor(SCF) m RNA expressions was determined by real-time RT-PCR, and estrogen receptor α(ERα), progesterone receptor(PR) by immunohistochemistry. Results: In the model group, surface morphology of endometrium was heterogeneous, without obvious pinopodes. In the Rhizoma drynaria and progynova groups, pinopodes were abundant. Compared with the blank group, model group had lower levels of SCF(-47%), ERα(-63%) and PR(-50%)(all P<0.05). In comparison, Rhizoma drynariae group had higher levels of SCF(+73%), ERα(+118%) and PR(+101%)(all P<0.01). The individual main components of Rhizoma drynariae had variable efficacy. Conclusion: Rhizoma drynariae could improve endometrial receptivity of mouse models of dysfunctional embryo implantation as shown by increased numbers of pinopodes and higher levers of SCF, ERα, PR compared with the model group.

文摘Objective:To evaluate whether the efficacy of Getong Tongluo Capsule(葛酮通络胶囊,GTC,consisted of total flavone of Radix Puerariae)on improving patients'quality of life and lowering blood pressure are superior to the extract of Ginkgo biloba(EGB)for patients with convalescent-phase ischemic stroke and primary hypertension.Methods:This randomized,positive-drug-and placebo-controlled,double-blind trial was conducted from September 2015 to October 2017.Totally 477 eligible patients from 18 hospitals in China were randomly assigned in a 2:1:1 ratio to the following interventions,twice a day for 12 weeks:(1)GTC 250 mg plus EGB-matching placebo 40 mg(237 cases,GTC group),(2)EGB 40 mg plus GTC-matching placebo 250 mg(120 cases,EGB group)or(3)GTC-matching placebo 250 mg plus EGB-matching placebo 40 mg(120 cases,placebo group).Moreover,all patients were orally administered aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100 mg,once a day fo r 12 weeks.The primary outcome was the Barthel Index(Bl).The secondary outcomes included the control rate of blood pressure and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores.The incidence and severity of adverse events(AEs)were calculated and assessed.Results:The Bl relative independence rates,the clinical recovery rates of NIHSS,and the total effective rates of NIHSS in the GTC and EGB groups were significantly higher than the placebo group at 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),and no statistical significance was found between the GTC and EGB groups(P>0.05).The control rate of blood pressure in the GTC group was significantly higher than the EGB and placebo groups at 12,18 and 24 weeks after treatment(P<0.01).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of AEs,adverse drug reactions,or serious AEs among the 3 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:GTC exhibited significant efficacy in improving patients'quality of life as well as neurological function and controlling hypertension.
