Sidelights of the 2019 China Tourism and Culture Week in New Zealand

The Chongqing Tourism and Culture Carnival Gala was held on the afternoon of May 1 0 in the New Zealand National Museum. It was co-hosted by China Cultural Center in New Zealand, the Wellington City Council, Chongqing Culture and Tourism Development Committee and Chongqing Cultural Exchange Center. It was part of the 2019 China Tourism and Culture Week and the China-New Zealand Year of Tourism for the cooperation and communication in culture and tourism.

Salt culture is the main component of traditional culture in Zigong,Sichuan.With centuries of history,it has accumulated rich cultural connotations.At present,Zigong salt culture,as a precious traditional cultural wealth,has taken cultural and creative industries as a new carrier of communication in the rapid development of digital new media technology,giving full play to the resource advantages of its traditional culture.This article focuses on the study of the development path of Zigong salt cultural and creative industry in the new digital media era.Combining digital new media technology with cultural and creative industries,Zigong salt culture actively uses virtual technology to realize the innovative development of cultural and creative industries,promote the cultivation of cultural and creative brands based on digital new media technology.This article aims to give relevant strategies with reference value,so as to make corresponding contributions to the development path of Zigong salt culture in the future.

Constructing ecological system of digital culture industries in the new era

Developing digital culture industries is one of the important social planning strategies in China in the new era.China’s digital culture industries has continued to grow in recent years,but there are still a series of problems such as imperfect industrial ecological chain structure,lack of development and innovation content,and small scale of ecological platform.At this stage,in order to build a sustainable ecological system for the development of digital culture industries in the new era,we should focus on the development of key areas related to digital culture industries,guide the development of industrial agglomeration,cultivate large-scale leading enterprises,strengthen the support of industry chain,build an innovative ecological model,and increase policy support.Only in this way can the digital culture industries be pushed into a benign ecological system as soon as possible and cultivated into a new momentum for the development of China’s culture industries in the new era.

The Scientific System of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialist Culture with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,has formed Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics( Xi's TSCC) for a New Era in the process of upholding and developing the great practice of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics( SCC). As an important part of Xi's TSCC for a new era, cultural thought takes the persistence of cultural confidence as its basic foundation,t he promotion of outstanding traditional culture as its important measure,the enhancement of cultural soft power as its strategic goal,t he cultivation &practice of core socialist values as its guide, and the improvement of clean government culture as its fundamental significance,t hus constituting a scientific system with complete structure, rich content and rigorous exposition. This important thought provides a powerful theoretical and practical guide to the work of building a socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era.

Rural tourism was a new form of tourism gradually emerging in China in recent years. It satisfied urban residents' pursuit of nature and had a promising market prospect. New rural construction of socialism was an important historical task in the process of economic and social development of China at present and in future period. New rural construction was the important basis of rural tourism development and meanwhile rural tourism development could promote new rural construction. Shanxi Merchant's Culture of Xi Village in Jinzhong City was a kind of excellent rural tourism resource. Developing rural tourism was one of the effective ways to promote new rural construction of socialism in Xi Village.

Theories and Practices of Remembering Nostalgia in New Urbanization

As the National Conference on New Urbanization proposed, "(new urbanization) should enable residents to see mountains and waters, and remember nostalgia". Nostalgia is a kind of memories and yearning deep in the heart for one's homeland or the place once lived in, it is the softest emotion and also a spiritual need. To keep nostalgia in new urbanization is to preserve history, culture, memories, and humanistic spirits of the homeland, and also to maintain local cultural genes and carry forward rural civilization. The foundation of remembering the nostalgia is to intensify culture protection. And by means of protecting cultural heritage and style of the traditional settlement practically, preserving cultural gene, inheriting cultural memory, creating cultural brand and characteristic landscape etc., the nostalgia can meet the spiritual demands of the residents, such as homesickness, life emotion, historical emotion and cultural emotion in the process of new urbanization. The key of remembering nostalgia is to promote the construction of small characteristic towns. Relying on on-site urbanization, the signifi cant ways of achieving new urbanization are star-studded layout of small towns and the construction of small characteristic tourism town. The construction of Hunan-style Tourism Town is a positive attempt and exploration of remembering nostalgia, and it contributes to the construction of a beautiful and poetic homeland for the human-centered new urbanization.

Tourism-guided Planning of Immigrant Relocation:A Case Study of Phoenix Mountain Resort Park in Hanyin County, South Shaanxi

The implementation of the rural resettlement policy in southern Shaanxi has produced a lot of rural immigrants that need urgent resettlement. The subsequent settlement problem is the core issue of migration policy. All kinds of special background and demand of these "rural immigrants" put forward new requirements for resettlement planning. This paper explored the planning of rural immigrant relocation under the guidance of tourism industry, so as to create a new living environment for immigrants inheriting traditional cultural context, and revitalize the new urbanization of south Shaanxi. First, the paper briefly introduced the background of the rural resettlement policy in south Shaanxi. Second, taking the Phoenix Mountain Resort Park in Hanyin County for example, this paper used SWOT to analyze the feasibility of immigrant relocation in comprehensive tourist service area. Third, this paper elaborated the specific concepts and schemes.

文旅新质生产力视域下高校数字文旅人才创新培养的逻辑与路径研究

发展文旅新质生产力作为推动文旅产业高质量发展的内在要求与重要着力点,在加快建设旅游强国,推动旅游业高质量发展的进程中发挥着核心作用,也对旅游高等教育提出了新的要求。在文旅新质生产力的要求下,高校在数字文旅人才培养中面临着育人理念之困、育人模式之困与育人实践之困。因此,文章在深入理解新质生产力、文旅新质生产力的内涵与特征后,提出了文旅新质生产力视域下高校数字文旅人才培养的基本逻辑与要求,梳理了文旅新质生产力视域下数字文旅人才培养的科学内涵与创新思路,提出搭建立体式育人体系、构建多元化培养模式、形成全方位合作机制的有效路径,赋能高校数字文旅人才创新培养。

新时代温州乡村文化生态建设研究——以刘伯温故里为例

新时代的中国乡村,既要有看得见的绿水青山,也要有美好的文化生态。刘伯温作为温州的代表性地域历史文化名人,其故里文成文化资源丰富,具体从居住、建筑、交往空间、耕读、入仕、信仰、规训、民俗、技艺等九个方面,挖掘地域文化元素,并结合新时代的发展需求,分析如何进行乡村文化生态建设。文成作为刘伯温故里,文化资源具有自身的特性,但文成属于温州,文化资源更具有温州地域文化的共性。文成新时代背景下的乡村文化生态建设,对温州其他县市区具有重要的推广价值和启示作用。

＂Thematic archetypes＂ and new era fiction

Against the backdrop of Chinese culture, this paper offers a localized explanation of the Western concept of ＂archetypal criticism.＂ It proposes that four ＂thematic archetypes＂ can be observed in the relations between folklore, legends and the novel in the new era （since reform and opening up） in China. The first is the coexistence of man and nature; the second, enduring suffering and realizing one＇s poterltial; the third, discontent with reality expressed in writing about imaginary worlds; and the last, criticism of the materialistic personality which places material gain above justice and lusts after gain. The presentation, dynamics of change, practical and cultural meanings and aesthetic values of these ＂thematic archetypes＂ in the novels of the new era reveal writers＇ reflections on ＂modernity＂ and the awakening of aesthetic consciousness in relation to their own land. This paper also argues that the world outlook that pursues harmony between man and nature, the view of life that prefers justice to material gain, and the values that affirm morality, life and human dignity contained in traditional Chinese folk culture and literature may supply us with important spiritual resources for responding to contemporary life, rebuilding the poetry of life and raising the quality of culture.

共同富裕目标下乡村旅游地经营性治理的理论内涵与研究框架

习近平同志曾在浙江亲自谋划、亲自部署、亲自推动了“千村示范、万村整治”工程,强调“要把整治村庄和经营村庄结合起来”,为引导乡村地区发展乡村产业、实现农村农民共同富裕积累了宝贵经验。从学理层面总结和提炼相关实践经验,能够为学习贯彻党的二十大精神、助力中国式现代化贡献旅游学者的力量。为此,文章引入乡村经营性治理的概念,在阐述其内涵、论证其与新时代共同富裕内在逻辑相契合的基础上,结合乡村旅游地产业经营和乡村治理实际,从多元行动主体的视角,秉持“共建共治共享”的理念,深化了乡村旅游地经营性治理的理论内涵,并探索性地构建了相应的研究框架。其中,农村集体经济组织是共同富裕的载体,以统筹逻辑和组织化的路径参与乡村旅游地经营性治理中;乡村文旅小微企业是共同富裕的个体,以运营逻辑和责任化的路径参与其中;本地村民是共同富裕的主体,以内生逻辑和公民化的路径参与其中;外来游客则是共同富裕的流体,以共创逻辑和内部化的路径参与其中;基层党组织是推进乡村旅游地实现经营性治理最为深厚的力量,通过党建引领来凝聚共识和高位推动,是推动多元主体参与经营性治理、助力乡村迈向共同富裕的核心保障。文章还梳理了相关潜在研究议题,研究成果能够为乡村旅游推动共同富裕提供学理借鉴。
