Transitional Road of Resources-exhausted Cities to Low-carbon Economy:Tourism Resources Development——A Case Study of Gejiu City

Tourism is of vital practical significance to low-carbon economic transition of resources-exhausted cities.By taking Gejiu City of Yunnan Province for example,the paper discussed that Gejiu City as the resources-exhausted city should positively develop tourism,particularly industrial heritage tourism,treating tourism development as the breakthrough and motive power of low-carbon economic transition of resources-exhausted cities,so as to walk out a unique road of tourism promoting low-carbon economic development.

Research on Products Design of Low-carbon Tourism Development in Nature Reserve——A Case Study of Guangxi Longhu Mountain Scenic Area in China

After analyzing three misunderstandings about eco-tourism development,the paper pointed out that low-carbon tourism based on control of carbon emission had larger implementation space,which could be applied in all types of tourist destinations,with strong operability and the effectiveness evaluation of which was easier to be quantized.On this basis,low-carbon development thought of nature reserve was proposed by taking Guangxi Longhu Mountain Nature Reserve as the example.Through introduction of general situation of low-carbon tourist resources in Longhu Mountain,it analyzed necessity to design low-carbon tourist products in Longhu Mountain Nature Reserve,designed low-carbon tourist activities according to resources characteristics,and proposed five distinctive low-carbon tour routes in light with different tourists markets.Finally,some relevant suggestions on development had been put forward.

Coordinated Development Mechanism for the Low-carbon Utilization and Connotative Preservation of Humanistic Tourism Resources

Low-carbon tourism is an irresistible development trend of world tourism industry, domestic and international theoretical researches and practices have remained in the exploration stage, especially function and role of humanistic tourism resources in low-carbon tourism have not been fully recognized. In this study, facility environment is regarded as the fundamental requirement of low-carbon tourism development, and humanistic elements as the connotative support. Therefore, based on exploring low-carbon utilization features and functions of humanistic tourism resources, the low-carbon techniques and models of using humanistic tourism resources were proposed, for example, designing low-carbon humanistic tourism products characterized by "inheritance + innovation"; establishing the coordinated development system for low-carbon utilization and connotative preservation of humanistic tourism resources; realizing the utilization model with low energy consumption, low emission and pollution under the premise of maintaining integrality, diversity and sustainability of humanistic tourism system, so as to enrich connotations of low-carbon tourism and bring sustainable vitality of low-carbon tourism.

Research on the Development of Green Hotels in the Context of Low Carbon Tourism

With the continuous implementation of national measures related to carbon neutrality strategy,the concept of a low-carbon economy has been deeply rooted in people’s hearts.Low-carbon tourism has gradually become an inevitable trend,and the tourism industry is also undergoing orderly transformation and upgrading.To promote the sustainable development of the tourism industry,the tourism and hotel industry should also shift towards a low-carbon and green model.Hotel activities can easily bring related environmental issues,such as energy consumption,garbage generation,ecological pollution,etc.Therefore,building a green hotel will bring huge social and economic benefits to the low-carbon tourism industry.This article will address the above issues and take a low-carbon economy as the starting point,proposing sustainable development strategies and suggestions for green hotels from both the internal and external environment of the hotel,creating a low-carbon management atmosphere,and promoting the low-carbon operation of the green hotel industry.

Research on the Low-carbon-high-value Agriculture Technology in the Comprehensive Improvement of Intra-county Environment Pollution——Taking the Development of Cultivation and Breeding Industry in the Ecological Cyclic Agricultural Garden in Shaoshan Irri

The comprehensive improvement strategy of intra-county environment pollution in the city and countryside was searched.By the research method which combined the microscopic view,the macroscopic view with the dynamic perspective,the seriousness of rural water quality,soil and atmospheric pollution in Xiangxiang,Xiangtan and the surrounding areas in Shaoshan irrigated area was revealed.The control measure which was 'four-dimensional pollution in the city and countryside'—— low-carbon-high-value agriculture and the technology innovation was proposed.The low-carbon-high-value technology innovation industrialization demonstration in three parts which included the pre-production,mid-production and post-production deep-processing of cultivation and breeding industry in the ecological cyclic agricultural garden in Shaoshan irrigated area was the driving force.We tried to propel the low-carbon ecological cultivation and breeding industry which included the paddy rice,grass,tree,medicinal herbs and pig,cow,chick,duck,fish.We wanted to relieve the structural unbalance of previous cultivation and breeding industry,'cheap grain hurting the farmers' and the short-leg problem of social-economic-ecological benefit.The results showed that the low-carbon-high-value agricultural system was a poly-generation technology system which promoted the multi-level and grading utilization,saved the energy,reduced the consumption and cleaned the production based on the ecology.

Practice of Developing Low-carbon Leisure Agriculture in Agricultural Sci-tech Experiment and Demonstration Park: A Case Study of Xinglong Tropical Botanical Park

The Agricultural Science and Technology Experiment and Demonstration Park,as a unique tourist scenic spot,is a new model for the development of low-carbon leisure agriculture.In this paper,with Xinglong Tropical Botanical Park as a study case,the practice of developing a model of low-carbon agricultural science and technology tourism in the park is explored.Main measures for developing low-carbon leisure agriculture in Agricultural Science and Technology Experiment and Demonstration Park are summarized,including development of low carbon attractors,construction of low carbon facilities,strengthening low-carbon management,building low-carbon environment and so on,according to analysis on the models for development of low-carbon agricultural science tourism in this park.

On Exploration and Evaluation of Forest Ecotourism Resources in Shangsi County of Guangxi,China

Forest ecotourism resources in Shangsi County were investigated,explored and screened for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of resource units,physiographic landscape resources and forest eco-resources of the local area elaborated,characteristics of its forest ecotourism resources summarized as "having an excellent location,great development potential and high development value".Basic laws of forest ecotourism resources in Shangsi County were obtained through resource investigation,exploration and analysis,development and utilization of forest ecotourism resources further studied,and suggestions proposed to facilitate the sustainable development of forest ecotourism resources in Shangsi County.

Development of Low-carbon Forest Tourism with Emphasis on Construction of Urban Forest Park

This paper mainly points out that the urban forest tourism has so many advantages and it will hopefully become the support industry of low-carbon forestry, and the development of urban forestparks in low-carbon economy is extraordinarily important, especially when faced with some serious traditional problems. A series of proposals about revolutionary measures are put forwards.

中国式现代化视域下旅游业绿色低碳发展的理论内涵与实践进路

中国现代旅游业的发展方针、战略战术、政策举措、工作部署等必须有机融入中国式现代化建设进程中。在共同富裕、物质文明和精神文明协调发展、人与自然和谐共生、人类社会和平发展等维度上,中国式现代化与旅游业绿色低碳发展互为条件、相互支持,具有较强的内在关联性。旅游业绿色低碳发展是中国式现代化建设的重要组成部分,中国式现代化为旅游业绿色低碳发展指明了方向。在新时代,中国旅游业绿色低碳发展取得一定成效,但绿色低碳发展意识有待增强,相关制度体系亟待完善,节能减排成效尚需提高,全产业链协同程度有待增强。在中国式现代化建设进程中,中国旅游业绿色低碳发展要坚持人与自然和谐共生理念,促进绿水青山与金山银山良性循环,丰富优质绿色低碳产品供给,确保多重复杂利益关系协调均衡,迈向持续强化旅游业绿色低碳发展意识、完善旅游业绿色低碳发展制度体系、革新绿色低碳旅游供给形式和内容、加强旅游业绿色低碳发展全产业链协同的实践进路,奋力谱写中国旅游业在中国式现代化建设新征程中的新篇章。

旅游利益相关者低碳环境责任行为及相互影响研究——基于动态演化博弈的分析

旅游管理主体、服务供给主体、旅游消费主体作为旅游业最核心的利益相关者,在旅游目的地环境保护与碳减排进程中具有十分重要的责任和义务.旅游利益相关者间的低碳环境责任行为存在利益冲突,各主体低碳环境责任行为相互影响、相互制约.以周庄低碳旅游示范区为例,通过分析旅游利益相关者低碳环境责任行为,构建三方演化博弈模型,对博弈系统均衡点进行稳定性分析与仿真分析.研究表明:三方主体策略选择相互影响,不同利益相关者的低碳环境责任行为策略选择都将影响博弈系统的演化趋势;不同约束条件下,演化博弈系统存在四种不同的演化稳定策略组合,其中旅游管理主体做好低碳宣传、服务供给主体积极减排降碳、旅游消费主体积极参与低碳旅游是最理想的演化稳定状态.研究结果可为旅游业低碳化发展目标下各利益相关者的合作共赢管理提供理论参考.

基于系统动力学的民族地区旅游业低碳化转型模式研究

民族地区旅游业的低碳转型对于破解欠发达地区能源环境约束下的旅游经济增长困局、实现节能减排与经济增长的“双赢”至关重要。通过构建民族地区旅游业低碳化转型系统动力学模型,论文绘制出需求、供给、支持、中介四大子系统耦合的因果关系图和存量流量图,并运用Vensim软件以典型民族地区广西三江侗族自治县为例进行实证分析,对未来不同发展模式下三江县旅游业低碳化转型系统进行仿真试验。结果显示:相较于自然转型模式和高速转型模式,三江县旅游业在适度转型模式下的综合效益更好,在实现旅游业低碳转型的同时提高了政府、居民收入和旅游需求,达到更优的旅游经济增长。据此得到政策启示:民族地区受限于资金不够充裕以及缺乏对外宣传渠道,更需合理调配有限资源;采取循序渐进的发展模式,平衡好低碳转型和财政负担,是民族地区低碳旅游产业可持续发展的更好选择。

运用文献资料、实地调研等方法,探究“双碳”目标下乡村体育旅游低碳发展的意义、困境,并提出发展路径。意义:推进城乡绿色低碳发展,加快产业结构优化升级,推动供需两端良性互动,提升企业生态责任能力,加快培育绿色消费潜力。困境:政策机制供给乏力,产业融合深度有限,要素市场化配置效率偏低,企业低碳运营薄弱,低碳消费动能受阻。路径:优化政策保障体系,共建共享产业融合新格局,释放市场要素配置潜能,构建企业低碳运营新局面,促进消费方式绿色转型。

循环经济视角下乡村旅游资源低碳化开发研究

旅游循环经济与低碳经济之间存在耦合机制,为减少碳源和增加碳汇,循环经济下的乡村旅游资源低碳化开发方法主要有梯次开发、变废为宝、资源共享、循环经济技术、生态补偿、地方性利用六种。自然环境美化、示范效应和融合发展是具体开发模式,其中,低碳型的融合模式以产业外部循环和要素内部循环为主要表现。

低碳城市建设与旅游业发展——来自中国城市的经验证据

随着“双碳”战略的推进,绿色低碳发展已经成为各个产业部门的转型方向。低碳城市试点作为实现“双碳”目标的一项重要政策工具,是否能够兼顾经济效益和环境效益?文章以旅游业发展为切入点,利用2005—2019年中国284个地级及以上城市面板数据,将低碳城市建设视为一次准自然实验,采用双重差分模型评估低碳城市建设对旅游业发展的影响及机制。研究发现:(1)低碳城市建设有助于促进试点地区旅游业发展,能够显著增加地区旅游收入和旅游人次,这一结果经过一系列稳健性检验后依然成立;(2)低碳城市建设主要通过改善城市环境、激发旅游创新和丰富游览方式等途径影响旅游业发展;(3)低碳城市建设对旅游业发展的影响因地区旅游资源禀赋、旅游服务水平、国内旅游和入境旅游差异而存在异质性,表现为对旅游资源丰富、旅游服务完善地区及国内旅游市场的影响更显著。研究结论表明低碳城市建设有助于实现污染减排和旅游业发展的双赢目标,这为新时期国家推进绿色转型和旅游业高质量发展提供了有益的政策启示。

低碳旅游视角下酒店管理模式分析

社会的发展令不同地区走向了不同的发展道路,生活品质的提升令如今的人们对旅游的重视越来越高。因为近些年环境污染问题十分严重,所以低碳生活方式成了一种发展趋势。酒店行业因为高能耗、高污染的特点,因而在低碳管理下受到了制约。本文通过对酒店管理进行分析,并结合实际针对低碳旅游视角下的酒店管理模式提出个人观点,希望为关注低碳酒店管理的人群提供参考。

广东省旅游业低碳发展的组态驱动机制研究

在“双碳”目标下,城市旅游业亟待实现低碳发展。文章以广东省21个地级市为研究对象,在科学测算其旅游业碳排放量以及准确分析其旅游业碳排放量的时空演变特征的基础之上,基于多重因果关系并发的逻辑视角,利用模糊集定性比较方法,深入分析城市旅游业低碳发展的组态驱动机制,旨在为促进城市旅游业绿色低碳发展提供理论参考。研究发现,从2011—2022年,广东省21个地级市的旅游业碳排放总量不断增加,主要以旅游交通碳排放为主;在时空演化上,呈现显著的空间集聚效应,空间差异逐年扩大;组态分析发现,单一维度的资源投入是实现广东省城市旅游业低碳发展的重中之重,多维度的资源整合和协同发展也是促进城市旅游业低碳发展的有效途径。

农业休闲园区碳估算与低碳发展途径——以顺义国际鲜花港为例

【目的】探究农业休闲园区碳循环问题,为其他类似园区提供碳循环评估方法框架以及低碳管理示范。【方法】以文献分析结合农业休闲园区能源消耗类型归纳切实可行的碳源及碳汇评估框架。【结果】顺义国际鲜花港年碳排放约488 t,碳汇232 t,净碳排放为256 t。【结论】碳源与碳汇评估框架能够满足农业休闲园区的碳估算需求。顺义国际鲜花港年碳汇约为碳排放量的一半,为提高降碳固碳效率,园区应提高自身固碳能力,控制内部各环节碳排放,从规划、能源、交通以及管理等角度固碳降碳。
