The demand of tourism industry is the foothold and starting point of tourism talent training.How to adapt to the economic and social demand for tourism talent in the new era has become an important issue of The Times for tourism higher education talent training.By sorting out the research dynamics of talent training and industrial demand integration,the early warning mechanism of tourism talent training and industry demand is studied from the perspective of talent and industry integration.The early warning index system of tourism talent training and industrial demand is constructed using AHP method,and the problems existing in tourism talent training are found through real-time data observation and warning situation handling,thus providing decision-making support for the development of tourism management major in colleges and universities.

A Research on Demands Forecasting and Personnel Training of Tourism Talents A Case Study of Zhejiang Province

By analyzing the recent 15 years＇ statistical data of Zhejiang tourism human resources, this paper analyzes the status of Zhejiang tourism talents. ARIMA （Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average） model is a method of time series prediction. This paper predicts the trends of the next three years＇ demands of Zhejiang tourism talents based on ARIMA model in order to promote the tourism in Zhejiang Province. According to the demands forecasting, the number of the employees required by the hotels is 10 times of travel agencies in 2015. At last, some solutions and suggestions are provided such as strengthening the talents training establishing tourism talents mobility mechanism and improving tourism talents excitation mechanism

Cultivating innovative tourism talents is critical in ceramic tourist industry, the reason for which is that the core of the market competition is the competition of talents. In recent years, the deficiency of excellent tourism talents has become the bottleneck to restrict the development of ceramic tourism industry in Jingdezhen. In order to solve the difficulty, for the investigation on the status of ceramic tourism talents, the paper analyzes the existing problems and observes the strategies and ideas of constructing innovative ceramic tourism talents.

文旅新质生产力视域下高校数字文旅人才创新培养的逻辑与路径研究

发展文旅新质生产力作为推动文旅产业高质量发展的内在要求与重要着力点,在加快建设旅游强国,推动旅游业高质量发展的进程中发挥着核心作用,也对旅游高等教育提出了新的要求。在文旅新质生产力的要求下,高校在数字文旅人才培养中面临着育人理念之困、育人模式之困与育人实践之困。因此,文章在深入理解新质生产力、文旅新质生产力的内涵与特征后,提出了文旅新质生产力视域下高校数字文旅人才培养的基本逻辑与要求,梳理了文旅新质生产力视域下数字文旅人才培养的科学内涵与创新思路,提出搭建立体式育人体系、构建多元化培养模式、形成全方位合作机制的有效路径,赋能高校数字文旅人才创新培养。

Research on Cultural Embedding in the Cultivation of Tourism Management Professionals

Under the background of the new era,the deep integration of culture and tourism puts forward newer and higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of tourism human resources.As an important supplier of tourism human resources,colleges and universities must conform to the requirements of the development of the times,solve problems existing in talent training at present,and innovate the ideas and ways of talent training.This paper summarized the new requirements of the integration of culture and tourism for the training of tourism management professionals in colleges and universities,and put forward a“four-in-one”tourism talent training system by optimizing the curriculum system,improving practical teaching,strengthening the construction of“double-qualified”teaching staff and reforming the evaluation system,in order to cultivate high-quality multi-skilled talents that meet the needs of the cultural tourism market.

全域旅游视角下石狮市乡村旅游养老模式构建研究

全域旅游是一种全新的旅游发展模式,是推进旅游供给侧结构性改革和转型升级的必然选择。文章以石狮市为例,采用抽样问卷调查法,从乡村旅游养老意愿和服务需求分析发展乡村旅游养老模式的可行性,研究提出了全域旅游视角下适合石狮构建乡村旅游养老的4种模式,即乡村旅游养老度假村、乡村旅游养老公寓、依托乡村旅游的养老院和乡村宅院养老旅游模式,并提出要注重乡村环境保护与营造,提供全方位乡村旅游养老创新服务与设施,丰富乡村旅游休闲活动,完善乡村旅游养老服务体系和培养“导游+护理”复合型服务人才等具体建议。

数字化转型时代背景下,文旅行业的数字化转型现状对传统旅游管理专业人才的培养提出了挑战。高职院校文旅专业人才培养在人才培养目标、完善专业设置与课程体系、创新教材设计、改革教学模式、加强实践教学与推动各方协同联动等方面存在较多问题,从时代需求和行业转型发展需求出发提出的新的人才培养思路和方式是:优化培养目标,完善专业设置和课程内容,创新教材形态,提升教师数字化素养,加强实践教学。

旅游管理应用型人才核心素养及培养路径——基于地方综合性大学的扎根理论研究

近年来,旅游管理应用型人才培养受到高度重视,然而对于其核心素养仍然缺乏系统、全面的认识,导致在人才培养过程中出现很多问题。文章以地方综合性大学为例,通过深度访谈收集数据,应用扎根理论的编码技术进行数据处理,构建了旅游管理应用型人才核心素养培养路径模型。研究发现,旅游管理应用型人才的核心素养包含道德品质、知识结构、工作能力和思维方式等4个层面。其中,道德品质是根本,知识结构是基础,工作能力是关键,思维方式是灵魂。围绕上述核心素养,需要从德才兼修、课程改造、协同育人和教学创新等4个方面入手,持续完善旅游管理应用型人才核心素养培养路径体系。地方综合性大学的旅游管理专业需根据自身特点,结合行业趋势和企业需求,有针对性地推进应用型人才核心素养培养工作。研究不仅有助于明确旅游管理应用型人才核心素养的理论内涵,也能为现实培育提供有效的路径指引。

高水平应用型大学建设背景下旅游管理专硕实践教学模式探索——以北京联合大学为例

实践教学是提升旅游管理硕士专业学位(MTA)研究生实践创新能力的重要途径,对于高水平应用型大学建设具有重要意义。针对目前MTA实践教学中存在的问题,北京联合大学提出了一种创新的“12334”实践教学模式。该模式以旅游业高质量发展需求为导向,围绕培养高层次、应用型旅游人才核心目标,充分发挥校内外导师的指导作用,设计了课堂案例教学、实验室项目(活动)教学和基地真实情境教学3类教学内容,搭建了校内旅游实验教学平台、校外实践基地教学平台和国际交流与合作平台3个实践教学平台,通过认知实践、专业性实践、综合设计性实践和创新性实践4个层次,提升研究生的实践创新能力。这一模式为MTA研究生实践能力培养提供了借鉴,对于高水平应用型大学建设具有参考价值。

随着国家大力实施文化自信战略,加快推进文旅深度融合发展,遗产旅游再次成为发展新重点和研究新热点,但有关遗产旅游教育和专业人才培养的研究较为缺乏。文章辨析了文化自信、遗产与遗产旅游的内在逻辑关系,揭示了遗产旅游发展的四大特点及三大趋势,并以乐山师范学院为例,总结其遗产旅游教育和人才培养的历史与经验,提出了未来遗产旅游教育发展与人才培养的途径措施,以期对高校旅游管理复合型、应用型专业人才培养途径的探索与实践提供借鉴启示。

长三角经济新常态下江苏省终身教育旅游职业人才培养实践研究
