The idea of research started with a crazy imaginary theory in the field of astrogeography, saying: We often taught ourselves and then convinced the students that the planet Earth moves despite not feeling the vibrations of traffic, and we listed successive scientific confirmations to indicate the rotation of the planet in a regular movement around its axis once every 24 hours, and it is running in another second movement around the sun once every 365¼ days, so are they only two movements, no more?! Is it possible for him to run at a regular speed in an additional direction?

Attitudes towards pain management in hospitalized cancer patients and their influencing factors

Objective： To investigate patients＇ attitudes towards cancer pain management and analyze the factors influencing these attitudes.Methods： The self-developed Demographic and Disease-Related Information Questionnaires, Pain Management Barriers Questionnaire-Taiwan form（BQT）, and Pain Knowledge Questionnaire were administered to 363 pairs of hospitalized cancer patients and their caregivers from the oncology departments of 7 hospitals in Beijing, China.Results： The average patient score for attitudes towards pain management was 2.96±0.49. The dimension scores indicated good attitudes in three areas（scores 〈2.5）, ＂Desire to be good＂（2.22±1.04）, ＂Fatalism＂（2.08±0.81） and＂Religious fatalism＂（1.86±1.00）, and poor attitudes in six areas（scores ≥2.5）, ＂Tolerance＂（3.83±0.96）, ＂Use of analgesics as needed（p.r.n.）＂（3.73±1.01）, ＂Addiction＂（3.44±1.05）, ＂Disease progression＂（3.28±1.26）, ＂Distraction of physicians＂（3.16±1.07） and ＂Side effects＂（2.99±0.68）. Two factors were entered into the regression equation：the caregivers＇ attitudes towards cancer pain management and the patients＇ pain knowledge. These two factors explained 23.2% of the total variance in the patients＇ average scores for their attitudes towards cancer pain management.Conclusions： The patients＇ attitudes towards cancer pain management were poor and could be influenced by the caregivers＇ attitudes and the patients＇ pain knowledge, and thus need to be improved.

Modifiable determinants of attitude towards dengue vaccination among healthy inhabitants of Aceh,Indonesia:Findings from a community-based survey

Objective:To explore and understand the attitude towards dengue vaccination and its modifiable determinants among inhabitants of Aceh(northern Sumatra Island,Indonesia),the region that was most severely affected by the earthquake and tsunami of 26 December 2004.Methods:A communitybased,cross-sectional study was conducted among 535 healthy inhabitants in nine regencies(Kabupaten or Kotamadya) of Aceh that were selected randomly from November 2014 to March 2015.A set of validated,pre-tested,structured questionnaires was used to guide the interviews.The questionnaires covered a range of explanatory variables and one outcome variable(attitude to dengue vaccination).Multi-step logistic regression analysis and Spearman's rank correlation were used to test the role of explanatory variables for the outcome variable.Results:More than 70%of the participants had a poor attitude towards dengue vaccination.Modifiablc determinants associated with poor attitude to dengue vaccination were low education level,working as farmers and traditional market traders,low socioeconomic status and poor knowledge,attitude and practice regarding dengue fever(P<0.05).The KAP domain scores were correlated strongly with attitude to dengue vaccination,r_s=0.25,r_S=0.67 and r_s=0.20,respectively(P<0.001).Multivariate analysis found that independent predictors associated with attitude towards dengue vaccination among study participants were only sex and attitude towards dengue fever(P<0.001).Conclusions:This study reveals that low KAP regarding dengue fever,low education level and low socioeconomic status are associated with a poor attitude towards dengue vaccination.Therefore,inhabitants of suburbs who are working as larmers or traditional market traders with low socioeconomic status are the most appropriate target group for a dengue vaccine introduction program.

An off-and-towards-equilibrium strategy for vibrational control of structures

Traditional control strategies have difficulty handling nonlinear behavior of structures, time variable features and parameter uncertainties of structural control systems under seismic excitation. An off-and-towardsequilibrium （OTE） strategy combined with fuzzy control is presented in this paper to overcome these difficulties. According to the OTE strategy, the control force is designed from the viewpoint of a mechanical relationship between the motions of the structure, the exciting force and the control force. The advantage of the OTE strategy is that it can be used for a variety of control systems. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed strategy, the seismic performance of a three-story shear building with an Active Tendon System （ATS） using a Fuzzy Logic Controller （FLC） is studied. The main advantage of the fuzzy controller is its inherent robustness and ability to handle any nonlinear behavior of structures. However, there are no design guidelines to set up the corresponding control rule table for a FLC. Based on the proposed strategy for the FLC, a control rule table associated with the building under study is developed, which then allows formation of a detailed algorithm. The results obtained in this study show that the proposed strategy performs slightly better than the linear quadratic regulator （LQR） strategy, while possessing several advantages over the LQR controller. Consequently, the feasibility and validity of the proposed strategy are verified.

Empirical Study on the Empowerment of Families Raising Children with Severe Motor and Intellectual Disabilities in Japan: The Association with Positive Feelings towards Child Rearing

Background: “Children with severe motor and intellectual disabilities” refers to children with markedly limited activity due to severe overlapping of physical and intellectual disabilities. The physical and mental burden placed on families raising severely disabled children, particularly the primary caregivers, is great in home settings. For families to effectively utilize services and over-come child rearing problems, the families themselves need the “strength” to cooperate with others for the purpose of raising a severely disabled child. The ultimate goal of family support is to enable such families to achieve satisfaction and self-growth in child rearing. Methods: We used a questionnaire to survey 75 primary caregivers to empirically elucidate the empowerment and positive feelings towards child rearing of families raising children with severe motor and intellectual disabilities and the related factors. The t-test and Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient were used to examine the association with bivariates. A multiple regression analysis was conducted for empowerment and positive feelings. Results: Results revealed that life events, livelihood, awareness of social support and the child’s sleep problems were factors related to empowerment. Of these, awareness of social support from outside of the family was found to contribute the most to empowerment. Furthermore, improvement and maintenance of positive feelings towards child rearing reaffirmed the existence of empowerment in addition to reducing negative feelings towards child rearing and ensuring social support. Conclusions: Raising children with severe motor and intellectual disabilities requires specialist knowledge and skills. Support from professionals to empower the entire family is therefore important in order to strengthen positive feelings towards child rearing.

大数据公共管理情境下的个人信息披露态度

文章在大数据公共管理背景下,以新冠疫情防控期间的个人信息披露态度为例,研究个人内在因素和外在环境因素对个人信息披露态度的影响,以期为建构大数据公共管理中个人信息和谐的“披露-采集”关系提供理论支撑。研究设计综合保护动机理论和调节定向理论,引入隐私顾虑作为中介变量,构建结构方程模型;通过问卷调查法,收集覆盖16个城市4,800份大规模样本进行分析。研究发现:自我效能负向影响隐私顾虑,主观规范正向影响隐私顾虑,隐私顾虑负向影响个人信息披露态度;促进定向个体比预防定向个体隐私顾虑水平更低,更倾向于支持公共管理中的个人信息披露,同时调节定向特质在自我效能与隐私顾虑之间具有显著调节效应。

应对外部环境挑战的企业数字韧性塑造机理研究:基于数字化战略更新的视角

在企业外部环境日益动荡的背景下,如何利用数字技术从外部环境挑战中调整并恢复,成为当前企业进行持续发展的关键。尽管学者们已经关注到数字韧性这一新兴概念,但是对于企业数字韧性的形成过程及塑造机理尚缺乏相关解释。基于此,本研究采用探索性案例研究方法,构建了数字化战略更新驱动企业数字韧性形成的过程模型。研究发现:第一,企业数字韧性的塑造经历了数字化业务提升、数字化组织赋能和数字化危机响应三个发展阶段,在各阶段中呈现出不同的数字韧性表现;第二,数字化战略更新在企业数字韧性的塑造过程中发挥了关键作用,主要包含环境适配性学习和数字技术嵌入两种更新活动;第三,在塑造企业数字韧性时,需要将外部环境挑战、数字化战略更新活动以及数字韧性表现进行匹配。

周代酒精神的演变脉络——以《诗经》为中心的考察

从以抵抗酒的礼乐精神立国,到不断无礼饮酒而致使礼崩乐坏,周王朝的命运始终与酒捆绑在一起。从《颂》《雅》到《风》,《诗经》清晰地反映了西周以来对酒态度的变化,周文化随着饮酒精神的变化而呈现同步演变。周公制定《酒诰》,确立了周人饮酒的精神基调。从《周颂》《大雅》中祭祀饮酒、孝亲饮酒,到《小雅》《风》中私人宴饮,从以礼饮酒到以酒解忧、以酒和乐,饮酒由公共事务逐渐变为个体行为,酒的功能也逐渐由口腹享受转变为调理身心。为悦友或解忧等私人性饮酒、醉酒逐渐增多,既远离《酒诰》精神,也不断冲击着礼乐制度。特别是随着宴饮频繁举行,人们对醉酒的态度由规避到接受,甚至饮酒不醉反被耻笑,对醉酒的态度完全被颠覆。酒逸出礼乐之外,标志着周朝的制度与精神双重解体。如何安顿张扬欲望而充满反叛性的酒,成为春秋以降的时代课题。

美国对华安全战略的框架性分析——基于聚类分析法

[研究目的]用历史长焦距审视中美关系合作、竞争、对抗多重面相交织背景下,美国对华安全战略调整的表象、动因及基本规律。[研究方法]以存在论的现象学作为方法论的基础,基于框架性分析对美国对华安全战略开展历史和现实分析,运用语义网络探究战略的“视域性框架”,创建聚类谱系图还原战略的“议题性框架”,进而总结战略演进的“认知性框架”。[研究结论]根据对特定时代和社会背景下可能存在的框架类型的构建,可以探知未来美国对华安全战略议题趋向多元化,在“战略竞争”的导向下,脱钩、冲突都有发生的可能性。

突出流行性还是稀缺性?——地理标志农产品地区典型性与广告诉求方式的匹配效应研究

地理标志农产品的本质特征在于产品与产地的关联性,但不同的地理标志农产品,消费者对其产品与产地关系的联想即地区典型性存有差异。针对地区典型性不同的地理标志农产品,如何采用配套的广告诉求方式以提升品牌传播的有效性?为此,本研究将地区典型性与广告诉求方式相匹配探究其对消费者态度的影响,以及这一影响发生的内在机制与边界条件。四个实验结果表明,当地理标志农产品的地区典型性高时,采用流行性诉求更能引发消费者对产品的积极态度,感知可靠性在其中起中介作用;当地理标志农产品的地区典型性低时,采用稀缺性诉求更能引发消费者对产品的积极态度,感知独特性在其中起中介作用。此外,产品属性在地区典型性与广告诉求方式对消费者产品态度的交互作用中起调节作用,高地区典型性与流行性诉求对消费者产品态度的交互作用在实用性属性下更显著,低地区典型性与稀缺性诉求对消费者产品态度的交互作用在享乐性属性下更显著。本研究为地理标志农产品消费行为研究提供了新的视角,同时对提升地理标志品牌价值及促进地理标志产业均衡发展具有实践意义。

高职护生对精神障碍患者的疾病态度与其同理心的相关性

目的了解高职护生对精神障碍患者的疾病态度与其同理心现状,并探索两者间的相关性。方法于2020年9月至12月采用分层抽样选取泰州职业技术学院2019级在校护理学生278人进行问卷调查,完成医学生版临床医生对精神疾病态度量表(MICS-MS,中文版)和杰弗逊同理心量表护生版(JSPE-NS)问卷。结果高职护生的MICA-MS总分(43.83±7.96)分,具有一定歧视态度;JSPE-NS总分(101.80±15.93)分,总体水平偏低。女生对精神疾病态度明显好于男生,其对患者的同理心水平明显高于男生;家庭文化背景较好的护生疾病态度和同理心水平明显高于家庭文化背景偏低者,亲属有患精神疾病和与精神障碍患者有共同生活史的护生对精神疾病歧视态度较轻,且其同理心水平较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高职护生同理心水平可影响其对精神障碍患者的疾病态度(P<0.001),且呈负相关(P<0.01);性别、家庭背景、亲属患精神疾病、与精神障碍患者有频繁接触或生活史等4个其他因素也明显影响护生对精神障碍患者疾病态度(P<0.001)。结论高职护生对精神障碍患者同理心水平偏低,总体表现为悲观歧视态度,护理教育者需分析其诸多影响因素,有的放矢,努力改善并提升护生对精神障碍患者护理工作的岗位胜任力。
