Research on Vegetation Recovery of Mountainous Parks in City-and-town Concentration Areas in China

Based on the analysis of features and problems of green lands in mountainous parks in towns concentration areas,the paper has illustrated the significance for vegetations'recovery.By taking Tashan Park in Neijiang City for example,it has investigated the eco-environment and vegetations of this park.The results show that its terrain is precipitous,eco-environment is weak,slope vegetation is less,rocks'exposing rate is high and community structure is simple.In view of the survey results,it has proposed two methods for vegetation recovery that are natural recovery and artificial recovery.In particular,it has explored how to conduct vegetation recovery on green lands of different gradients of slopes by using plants'selection and community disposition.

Systematic Study on Semiotic Landscape Elements in Ancient Water Towns in South Yangtze River Area

Based on basic concepts of semiotics,component types of the semiotic landscape element system in ancient water towns in south Yangtze River area were analyzed as well as their roles in constructing the overall image of ancient water towns in this area,and their realistic significance in the present landscape construction in China was discussed.

Protection and Construction Measures of Wild Animals' Habitats in Ecological Green Land Design in Town-and-City Concentration Areas of China

Town-and-city concentration area is confronted with ecological degeneration due to the expansion of urbanization,and enriching urban bio-diversity is conducive to the improvement of ecological function of urban green system.The paper has studied how to increase urban bio-diversity by making use of urban green lands for protection and construction of wild animals' habitats,and proposed the significance and theoretical idea for protection and construction of wild animals' habitats.By taking ecological green lands design in Qinglongchang of Chengdu City for example,it has analyzed the current situation of animals' diversity;proposed to plan corridor,construct biological channel and provide multiporous habitats;listed plants' selection and collocation mode;and finally illustrated how to set artificial facilities for attraction of animals.It hopes to provide a reference for the design of ecological green lands in cities advocating the harmonious development of living environment and natural environment.

Empirical Analysis of Factors Influencing Surplus Labor Transfer in Poverty-stricken Areas: A Case Study of Yimatu Town in Fuxin City

From the microscopic point of view,taking the surplus labor transfer in the Yimatu Town area as study object,we conduct survey of characteristics and transfer of rural surplus labor in Yimatu Town,through questionnaires and field interviews.Then we analyze the main factors influencing surplus labor transfer in rural areas from the personal characteristics of labor forces and family factor of labor forces.The results show that gender,age,educational level,farmland management days and other factors pertaining to the labor forces all affect the transfer of surplus labor, but the size and extent of the impact vary.In accordance with various influencing factors,we put forward recommendations for promoting the effective transfer of surplus labor in rural areas as follows:first,paying equal attention to macroscopic factors and microscopic factors influencing the transfer of surplus labor;second,focusing on the factors concerning the rural households and individual farmers,to find out the factors influencing the rational transfer;third,shifting the employment concept of surplus labor in rural areas;fourth,speeding up the construction of small towns and developing the secondary and tertiary industries.

Research on Age-friendly Open Spaces Design in Residential Areas of Small Towns

Taking the accelerating aging and newly promoted urbanization as backdrops, this paper, on one side, analyzed the demands for parks, squares, fi tness facilities, chairs, etc. of elders in small towns from perspectives of unique physical, psychological and social features of elders. On the other side, it also tackled the inadequacies of open spaces in small towns. Moreover, it proposed strategies such as creating social activity spaces, cultivating therapeutic green landscapes, constructing diversely secure fi tness spaces and building age integrated environments, etc. for designing age-friendly open spaces in small towns.

Impact of the Small Town Construction on Original Inhabitants in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area——A Case Study in Lishu Village, Changling Town, Chongqing Municipality, China

Based on the five-year long dynamic tracking and investigation of the peasant households of the Lishu village, the influences by small town construction on the economy and employment of the original peasant households are discussed. On the one hand, small town construction plays a positive role in adjustment of the industrial structure of the original peasant households and in the transfer of their employment towards non-agricultural industries. On the other hand the economic growth of the original peasant households is not so well sustainable, and is so fluctuating. Moreover, the unbalance of income distribution of the said households has been furthered, and small town construction has made the existing labor surplus of the original peasant households more serious, particularly the women labor surplus.

中国式现代化进程中的乡村人口:问题、挑战及应对——与城市、镇的比较分析

乡村人口问题给中国式现代化带来五大挑战:劳动年龄人口减少可能造成乡村产业发展劳动力资源不足,教育水平与城市的差距扩大可能导致乡村高质量发展人才短缺,男性婚姻挤压日渐突出可能引发乡村婚姻与家庭建设问题,老龄化进程加快可能加剧乡村养老困境,文化建设人才不足可能影响乡村精神文明建设。应对这些挑战,可从以下方面着手:有序引导外出农民工回流、稳步推进农业现代化,提高乡村人口教育水平、盘活用好现有人才,促进乡村性别平等、提升婚姻家庭幸福感,扩大乡村养老服务供给、提升养老服务质量,动员多方资源、推进乡村精神文明建设。其政策启示是:中国式现代化任重道远,其短板是农业农村现代化;推进中国式现代化,需要探索和创新乡村的省域实践,也需要关注镇这一区域层级。

基于多数据源的采煤沉陷区早期识别及地面形变特征监测——以神木市大柳塔镇为例

煤矿区生态环境问题受到社会的广泛关注,如何实现采煤沉陷区精准、高效、经济的早期识别和动态监测显得尤为迫切。本文在资料收集与整理分析的基础上,利用2000—2022年5期DEM数据进行差分解算,同时利用2015年6月15日至2023年7月15日共计164期长时间序列Sentinel-1数据,对煤矿区地面沉降进行动态监测,查明了神木市大柳塔镇采煤沉陷区现状分布与地面沉降特征,形成了一套基于多数据源的采煤沉陷区早期识别方法。研究结果表明:①大柳塔镇采煤沉陷区分布面积为252.70 km 2,包括地面塌陷、采空区悬顶两种类型,神华公司石圪台、哈拉沟、大柳塔、活鸡兔4大矿区煤矿塌陷问题严重;②将分辨率为2 m的DEM数据重采样为5 m后进行差值运算,误差为0.01 m,精度较高且计算高效;③DEM差分解算、SBAS-InSAR技术均能对地面塌陷范围进行精准识别,匹配度高,且各方法间互为补充,相互印证。

区域视角下历史村镇集群区划与保护研究——以重庆欠发达地区为例

随着我国乡村振兴战略的全面推进,历史村镇保护作为实施乡村文化振兴的基础工作越发受到关注。目前城乡历史文化遗产保护理论虽日臻完善,但常规的孤点保护模式却难以解决偏远地区大数量历史村镇的保护问题。立足区域视角,在借鉴历史村镇保护相关理论实践的基础上,文章提出了定义、原则和任务三位一体的历史村镇集群区划理论架构。针对历史村镇集群划归的关键工作,选取重庆欠发达地区的72个历史村镇作为实证对象,依循“筛选集聚中心—构建区划体系—识别集群特性”的技术路径,构建了7大集群区划,并针对集群区内的村镇弱项从空间、产业和文化3大维度提出了适应性保护对策。

新时期面向实施的县城传统地段更新策略——以河南省方城古城片区为例

我国县城传统地段蕴含着丰富的历史信息,反映了一定历史时期的地方风貌与民俗,目前面临历史格局破坏、发展活力不足、新旧风貌混杂等问题。随着我国城镇化建设进入高质量发展阶段,县城面临快速扩张空间受限、存量用地提质增效的压力。以河南省方城古城片区为例,提出应实施符合县城经济水平、以“小而美”为特色的更新行动,以小片区、小规模、低干预为出发点,按照分类改善、渐进推进、多元参与的方式,打造风貌特色化、体验良好、有温度的美好空间。

新型城镇化背景下“县城崛起”的规划逻辑与实施路径

以县城为重要载体推进城镇化建设,是在对我国城镇化历史过程和当下形势深刻认识之上的必然选择,是实现以人为本新型城镇化的必经之路。面对大城市的虹吸效应,县城发展面临巨大的挑战,但是数字经济缩小了信息鸿沟,产业转移带来了新发展动力,政策支撑和回流人口红利也为县域新型城镇化提供了新契机。从区域竞合、集聚规模、人才储备、产业突围等方面探索新时期县域新型城镇化的发展逻辑,进而提出借势崛起、中心集聚、产业突围、人才孵化、品质营城等实施路径。

基于历史传承的老城更新探究——以宜川老城为例

我国城市中普遍存在着未被列入法定保护框架但又有一定价值的老城地段,在过去快速城镇化发展中沦为“城中村”。如何实现对这一类老城地段进行历史文化传承与持续复兴是城市更新中非常重要的一项议题。文章以陕西省宜川县老城片区的更新实践为例,提出基于历史传承的针灸式有机更新模式。从赓续历史、传承文脉、补齐短板、经营导向等多个维度切入,通过对历史文脉的研究与保护,挖潜存量空间,重塑历史空间节点,从而以点带面地激发老城活力,逐步带动城市自发更新,旨在为这一类老城的历史传承与更新发展提供参考。

“适宜-开发”视角下雄安新区特色小镇发展类型探究

基于“适宜-开发”视角,以雄安新区22个特色小镇为研究对象,建立主客观综合评价体系,通过“适宜-开发”匹配度和四象限图划定特色小镇类型.研究结果表明:1)适宜程度呈现“北高南低”的特征,以3大县级行政驻地为中心从内向外逐级递减;2)开发程度与适宜程度均呈现“北高南低”的特征,低水平区域集中在淀中片区,高水平区域分布在淀北和淀东片区;3)22个特色小镇可划分为11个“高适宜-低开发”型、4个“低适宜-低开发”型和7个“低适宜-高开发”型,表明雄安新区特色小镇开发程度普遍处于较高水平,适宜程度则表现出较大的区域差异性.

“City-Scene” Characteristics and Optimization Strategies Research on Three Gorges Reservoir Area of the Post-Three Gorges Era

In the long-term symbiotic evolution process,the town areas along the Yangtze River and its natural and cultural landscapes have presented a sound "city-scene" landscape form. But with the implementation of the Three Gorges project,the town relocation as well as the flooding in the natural and human landscape area,the original harmonious "city-scene" pattern started to collapse and fell into the situation of "fragmentation" and "islanding". The differentiation between city and landscape,uncoordinated scale and fractured urban context become pressing issues that affect the integral form optimization of the town areas. This paper aims at responding to the call of the government about proceeding the construction of the Yangtze River economic belt under the ecological and green strategy and seeking an attuned "cityscene" relationship of the town area. Based on the analysis of the dynamic evolution of the "city-scene" relationship,the paper also pointed out that the urban construction around the reservoir area in the postThree Gorges era was the key stage of "scene-city" integration and symbiosis while the maintenance of scenery pattern,the harmony of space scale and the protection of living culture should be applied as the vital strategies.

明清南澳岛海防区分界线的形成与变迁

明清时期,地处闽粤之交的南澳岛凭借优越的海洋军事地理区位,从海盗据点转变为海防要冲。明代南澳副总兵海防区横跨福建漳州、广东潮州二府,南澳岛海域主要由南澳游、柘林寨分防,陆域则由防倭中哨、福广二营分防。清代南澳镇下辖左右二营、澄海协、海门营、达濠营,仅左营归属福建,其余四营归属广东。本文详细考证出了南澳镇总兵海防区的内外边界,从中可以看出,镇级海防区与府级政区重合,但营级海防区则不受县级政区限制,镇营对于临近边界的岛屿“越界”管辖的巧妙设置,消除了镇营与相应州县共谋所带来的海防隐患。明清时期,南澳岛从外洋岛屿转变为海防区,最终转变为一个县级政区,是海洋国土由方外之地转变为教化之区的一个典型案例。

鄂尔多斯村镇建筑供暖现状及低碳路径

在“双碳”目标背景下,能源与环境问题受到越来越多的关注。针对内蒙古鄂尔多斯典型村镇建筑供暖现状进行了调研,并对其清洁供暖方式的低碳路径进行了分析。经调研发现,内蒙古鄂尔多斯村镇建筑在供暖能源使用方面,存在供暖仍然以燃烧煤为主、清洁能源使用率低、本地资源利用不充分、经济环境效益低等问题。在调研分析的基础上,通过深入分析,提出适用于严寒地区村镇建筑的清洁供暖方式的可行方案,建立起适合中国北方严寒地区村镇建筑的清洁供暖体系。
