With nearest-neighbor association algorithm. The paper we studies the fused tracking performance parameters, such as mean time to lose fused track and the cumulative probability of lost fused track versus the normalized clutter density, for track continuation and track initiation, respectively. A comparison of the results obtained with the case of a single sensor is presented. These results show that the fused tracks of multisensor reduce the possibility of track loss and improve the tracking performance. The analysis is of great importance for further understanding the action of data fusion.展开更多

Then, in the framework of thermal spike model, a phenomenological parameter describing the effective energy transfer from excited electrons to lattice atoms, effective energy deposition Qeff, is deduced. Qeff is a function of ion velocity, electronic energy loss (Se) and mean free path λ of excited electrons in the matter, and is a time moderate term initialized by Waligorski’s function of spatial energy deposition of secondary electrons ejected by incident ions. Size of ion latent track is proportional to Qeff value. From Qeff obtained by use of realistic λ values, the sizes of latent tracks in SiO2, YIG, Ti and Zr produced by given swift heavy ion irradiations are deduced and com- pared with experimental results. It is found that, from the fits to experimental results, the best λ values for SiO2, YIG, Ti and Zr are (6±1), (8±2), (6.1±1.0) and (9.6±1.0) nm, respectively. Moreover, the relationship between experimental damage and Qeff is discussed.展开更多

The pseudorange information of Bei Dou B1 signals has been fused and changed for vector tracking, so a correlation output model for complex scenarios is designed to prevent the propagation of error and valuate the signal performance. The relevant software and hardware factors that affect the output are analyzed.A single channel time-division multiplexing(TDM) method for multicorrelation data extraction is proposed. Statistical characteristics of the correlation output data for both vector and scalar structures are evaluated. Simulation results show that correlation outputs for both structures follow normal or Chi-squared distributions in normal conditions, and the Gamma distribution in harsh conditions. It is shown that a tracking model based on the multi-channel fusion hardly changes the probability distribution of the correlation output in the normal case, but it reduces the ranging error of the code loop, and hence the tracking ability of the code loop for weak signals is improved. Furthermore, vector tracking changes the pseudorange characteristics of channels anytime, and affects the mutual correlation outputs of the code loops in the abnormal case. This study provides a basis for the subsequent design of autonomous integrity algorithms for vector tracking.展开更多
