Optimization study of station track utilization in high-speed railroad based on constraints of control in random origin and process

Purpose-The purpose of this paper is to eliminate the fluctuations in train arrival and departure times caused by skewed distributions in interval operation times.These fluctuations arise from random origin and process factors during interval operations and can accumulate over multiple intervals.The aim is to enhance the robustness of high-speed rail station arrival and departure track utilization schemes.Design/methodologylapproach-To achieve this objective,the paper simulates actual train operations,incorporating the fluctuations in interval operation times into the utilization of arrival and departure tracks at the station.The Monte Carlo simulation method is adopted to solve this problem.This approach transforms a nonlinear model,which includes constraints from probability distribution functions and is difficult to solve directly,into a linear programming model that is easier to handle.The method then linearly weights two objectives to optimize the solution.Findings-Through the application of Monte Carlo simulation,the study successfully converts the complex nonlinear model with probability distribution function constraints into a manageable linear programming model.By continuously adjusting the weighting coefficients of the linear objectives,the method is able to optimize the Pareto solution.Notably,this approach does not require extensive scene data to obtain a satisfactory Pareto solution set.Originality/value-The paper contributes to the field by introducing a novel method for optimizing high-speed rail station arrival and departure track utilization in the presence of fluctuations in interval operation times.The use of Monte Carlo simulation to transform the problem into a tractable linear programming model represents a significant advancement.Furthermore,the method's ability to produce satisfactory Pareto solutions without relying on extensive data sets adds to its practical value and applicability in real-world scenarios. 展开更多

The data from NASA's Swift satellite reveal a distribution for the GRB number density that peaks at a redshift between 1 and 3. In this paper, we classify GRBs based on their duration and discuss the origin of their progenitors. We shed light on the formation mechanism of supermassive black holes and massive stars at the early universe, and show how this process and other related events can lead to a relatively high number of GRBs that peak at high redshift. 展开更多

A long-term goal of theoretical physics is to develop a single simple theory or model that would unify the four known fundamental forces (or interactions) and give explanations for the origin and the evolution of the Universe. Here a “spiral wave law” has been proposed based on the previous studies that a consistent universe field presents various forms of spiral (helical) wave motions at the speed of light (c), and therefore, a mathematical equation for the relationship between the radius of a spiral wave motion (r) and its wave length (λ) is derived including a simplified formula ( or ), which could provide a novel explanation for the origin and the evolution of the Universe, and the space-time relationships. This model may give a new way for the unification of four fundamental forces and determine the moving properties of galaxies and basic particles, and the propagation characteristics of electromagnetic waves at the large or small scale. 展开更多

To unify the four known fundamental forces and provide an explanation for the origin and the evolution of the universe are two long-term goals of theoretical physics. Here a “universe collapse model” has been proposed. The universe consists of Matter and No-matter. No-matter is the universal energy that constructs a consistent universe field, presenting a spiral wave motion at the speed of light at the small scale. The partial collapse of the universal energy forms the particles of the universal energy in a variety of sizes, which are called as the elementary particles. These elementary particles form atom and matter, which construct the galaxies. The collapse of the universe field induces the formation of the universe collapse potential (UCP) and universe collapse force (UCF), and the later is represented by four different aspects of the fundamental forces at the large or small scales. The mathematical equation and the derivation of UCP and UCF are described, and possible experimental tests are also suggested. Therefore, this new model may give a novel explanation for the unification of four fundamental forces and the origin and the evolution of the universe. 展开更多

Tissue engineering techniques for cartilage re-pair to heal defects in joint surfaces is a clinical practice. Harvested autologous chondrocytes are expanded in culture and delivered in a suitable carrier medium back into the patient>s joint de-fect. The defect is then subsequently filled by new cartilage. Whether the cells in the repair tissue originate from the engineered tissue of the host or are derived from the surrounding original cartilage remains a relevant question for the ap-plied therapy. To answer this several methods exist to track cells, such as transfection of cells with LacZ carrying viruses, radio labeling with 111 IN or 51 Cr or fluorescent labeling with FDA. However, these techniques have drawbacks such as they may influence cellular properties, are radioactive and or quickly lose their tracking ability. New fluorescent probes are easier to handle and do not to interfere with cells. PKH 26劌 is a relatively new cell-labeling agent, but few data exist on the application of this dye in chondrocytes in vitro and in vivo. 5-chloromethylfluorescein diacetate - CMFDA (&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;#168;cell tracker green〔) is an established fluores-cent probe for imaging the dynamic processes of cell proliferation in vitro and in vivo. Likewise, several studies exist on different cell types. However, little data are available for chondro-cytes. The first aim of the study was to evaluate qualitative differences in fluorescence pattern after labeling of articular, auricular and costal chondrocytes. Secondly, we evaluated the influ-ence of labeling with CMFDA on cellular adhe-sion properties. The third aim was to compare the duration of cell labeling of chondrocytes of different origin with established CMFDA as stan-dard and PKH 26潴 for 3 cell generations in vitro and 12 weeks in vivo. We show that chondro-cytes from different origin can be labeled effec-tively with both PKH 26潴 and CMFDA. The PKH 26潴 labeled articular chondrocytes maintained fluorescence longer than CMFDA in vitro and in vivo. A higher percentage of articular chondro-cytes remained stained at 63 days than auricular or costal chondrocytes. 展开更多

Frequency Decay through Electromagnetic Radiation Absorption and Re-Emission by Inter-Galactic Dark Matter as an Alternate Explanation for the Hubble Constant

There is an alternate cause for the decay rate defined by Edwin Hubble’s Cosmological Constant Theory. It can be proposed because inward motion is observed in the local Galaxies||Star groups around the Milky Way. The recession velocity of Galaxies farther out of is reasoned entirely from the increasing redshift in the frequency. The smaller the image of observed Galaxy/Cluster objects, the greater the downward shift in frequency of all Electro-Magnetic signals [EM]. An alternate cause for that downward shift could be through the absorption and re-emission through matter, leading to the absorption of some fraction of the energy quanta. There is nowhere in our Local Universe that is both absolutely devoid of matter and the continual formation of objects of all scales. If redshift was because of space expansion, it would increase the distance that signal had to travel. So a signal from GN-z11 stellar structure at 13.4 billion light years [LY] would take 13.4 billion years to travel. Assuming 13.8 billion years since the Big Bang would mean GN-z11 object travelled 13.4 billion LY in 400 million years. A current value for the Hubble constant is: H<sub>0</sub>=(67.8 ± 0.77) km s <sup>-1</sup> Mpc <sup>-1</sup>  a frequency is shift of 67.8/c over a single Mpc. An alternate expression would be a shift factor 2.261560E-5 over a distance of 3.08567E22 m or a redshift of 7.32923E-28 over a metre because of passage through a medium. Dark matter is a currently accepted phenomenon. It is proposed that properties include redshift’s all normal matters that are put upon EM||Boson signals at the fraction stated above. The signal reduction|| frequency distortion happens at a quantum level for each occurrence, and so is not detectable until passage through millions of LY of Dark Matter. Support for this alternate supposition is reasoned from the fact that the M31 Galaxy and the NGC 300 Galaxy are at distances inconsistent with their Hubble recession velocity. 展开更多

目的 在预聘-长聘制政策实行初期,了解医院青年专职科研人员工作满意度情况,引导和促进青年科研人员创新。方法 采用自行设计的问卷,对某医院专职科研人员进行调查并分析其科研工作满意度。结果 66名专职科研人员的科研工作满意度总体... 目的 在预聘-长聘制政策实行初期,了解医院青年专职科研人员工作满意度情况,引导和促进青年科研人员创新。方法 采用自行设计的问卷,对某医院专职科研人员进行调查并分析其科研工作满意度。结果 66名专职科研人员的科研工作满意度总体得分平均为4.14±0.51分,非本校毕业专职科研人员在科研工作管理体制维度的满意度高于本校毕业人员;近三年科研成果产出有增加者,其科研工作总体满意度和六个维度的平均满意度均高于科研成果产出无明显增加者。上述差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 医院专职科研人员队伍建设初具规模,但呈现一定的发展问题,预聘-长聘制政策执行初期,青年专职科研人员科研工作满意度处于良好状态,医院需要深入扶植青年人才,推动政策有效过渡。 展开更多

目的了解医院专职科研人员工作压力情况,促进医院人才队伍建设。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对北京大学肿瘤医院在站博士后和45岁以下专职科研人员进行调查。问卷内容包括人员类型、性别、年龄、毕业院校、来院时间、职称6项基本信息,以及... 目的了解医院专职科研人员工作压力情况,促进医院人才队伍建设。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对北京大学肿瘤医院在站博士后和45岁以下专职科研人员进行调查。问卷内容包括人员类型、性别、年龄、毕业院校、来院时间、职称6项基本信息,以及工作负荷、工作难度、岗位认同、角色模糊4个维度,18个条目。2023年7月,通过问卷星小程序发放问卷66份。采用Excel录入问卷数据,并进行逻辑检错,收到有效问卷66份。依据调查对象年龄将其分为≤30岁、31~35岁、36~40岁、>40岁4组,依据调查对象来院时间分为≤5年、>5年2组。使用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析,调查对象基本信息采用描述性分析,通过人数、构成比(%)表示,科研工作压力及各维度得分以xˉ±s表示,不同性别、年龄、人员类型、毕业院校、来院时间及职称人员的科研工作压力感知影响采用单因素方差分析。结果66名专职科研人员的总体科研工作压力得分平均(3.37±0.53)分,各维度得分均值由高至低依次为工作负荷、工作难度、岗位认同及角色模糊。年龄在31~35岁的科研人员,其面临的科研工作总压力和4个维度的压力均高于其他年龄段人员;来院工作时间≤5年的科研人员,其在工作负荷维度上感受到的压力高于来院工作>5年者;上述差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论专职科研人员能够在工作负荷、工作难度及岗位认同维度感受到一定的压力,年龄在31~35岁的科研人员感受到的压力更大。 展开更多
