Medical institution preparations play an important role in the development of hospitals,being one of the main forms of traditional Chinese medicine clinical characteristic medication,as well as an important carrier fo...Medical institution preparations play an important role in the development of hospitals,being one of the main forms of traditional Chinese medicine clinical characteristic medication,as well as an important carrier for the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations has become a hot spot in the research and development of preparations by medical institutions.Traditional Chinese medicine preparations prepared by traditional processes and their entrusted preparation matters have changed from the current licensing management to filing management.The registration model of traditional Chinese medicine preparations has undergone significant changes,emphasizing more on real data and evaluation results from the objective world,respecting traditional medication experience,and emphasizing the inheritance and innovative development of traditional technological experience.In the process of following teachers in the inheritance project of traditional Chinese medicine,we combined the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology with the research and development practice of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in medical institutions,and focused on the analysis and discussion of technical problems such as prescription screening,dosage form selection,process route design and clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,hoping to provide reference for scholars in the same field of traditional Chinese medicine.展开更多
As an advanced data science technology,the knowledge graph systematically integrates and displays the knowledge framework within the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).This not only contributes to a deeper com...As an advanced data science technology,the knowledge graph systematically integrates and displays the knowledge framework within the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).This not only contributes to a deeper comprehension of traditional Chinese medical theories but also provides robust support for the intelligent decision systems and medical applications of TCM.Against this backdrop,this paper aims to systematically review the current status and development trends of TCM knowledge graphs,offering theoretical and technical foundations to facilitate the inheritance,innovation,and integrated development of TCM.Firstly,we introduce the relevant concepts and research status of TCM knowledge graphs.Secondly,we conduct an in-depth analysis of the challenges and trends faced by key technologies in TCM knowledge graph construction,such as knowledge representation,extraction,fusion,and reasoning,and classifies typical knowledge graphs in various subfields of TCM.Next,we comprehensively outline the current medical applications of TCM knowledge graphs in areas such as information retrieval,diagnosis,question answering,recommendation,and knowledge mining.Finally,the current research status and future directions of TCM knowledge graphs are concluded and discussed.We believe this paper contributes to a deeper understanding of the research dynamics in TCM knowledge graphs and provides essential references for scholars in related fields.展开更多

Objective:To summarize and analyze the application of traditional technology in preparing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)preparations in medical institutions in Shaanxi Province after implementing the“Implementatio...Objective:To summarize and analyze the application of traditional technology in preparing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)preparations in medical institutions in Shaanxi Province after implementing the“Implementation Rules for the Record Management of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparations in Medical Institutions in Shaanxi Province(Trial)”(“Implementation Rules”),and to provide a reference for the filing of TCM preparations.Methods:The TCM preparations recorded by medical institutions in Shaanxi Province since March 2019 were statistically summarized.The filing status was comprehensively and systematically analyzed based on the number of institutions and preparations,the ratio of commissioned to self-production,dosage form distribution,and the level of medical institutions.Results:Since implementing the Implementation Rules,a total of 479 TCM preparations have been filed in the province.Among these,262 were commissioned for production,and 217 were self-produced,covering 17 dosage forms such as granules,pills,capsules,mixtures,and powders.A total of 86 medical institutions have filed preparations,most of which are located in Xi’an,Xianyang,and Weinan,with these three cities accounting for the largest number of filings.Conclusion:The policy on the TCM preparation filing system has been widely recognized and deeply implemented in Shaanxi Province.Third-level medical institutions are the primary contributors to preparation filings.Regional differences exist in the development of preparation filing,indicating significant potential for further growth in the province’s filing efforts.展开更多
