Research on the Development Strategy of Panxi Sunshine Health and Wellness Homestays and Hotels Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Preservation

This study is the first phase of research results from the student innovation project“Yunqiao Sunshine Health and Wellness Homestay”group at Chengdu Normal University.By analyzing the current state of the Sunshine Health and Wellness Tourism Area economy in the Panxi region of Sichuan,local policies,and the current state of Sunshine Health and Wellness homestays and hotels,this paper proposes the possibility of developing Sunshine Health and Wellness homestays and hotels through traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health preservation methods.It also proposes development strategies for such hotels through a market survey SWOT analysis.

Research on Technology Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Extraction Based on Patent Information

Objective To understand the development status of traditional Chinese medicine extraction technology,so as to provide a reference for enterprises and scientific research institutions to determine the direction of technological innovation.Besides,the government can formulate scientific and technological innovation strategies.Methods Based on patent information,statistical methods were applied to analyze the development of traditional Chinese medicine extraction technology.Then,the core technology was identified by constructing a patent citation network.Finally,the main path analysis method was applied to discover the technological evolution path.Results and Conclusion The extraction technology of traditional Chinese medicine is still in the growth stage.At present,its R&D is based on enterprises,supplemented by scientific research institutions.The core technologies are ultrasonic extraction and enzymatic extraction.The main path represented by enzymatic extraction technology reveals the evolution process of traditional Chinese medicine extraction technology.Based on this,relevant suggestions are put forward.Firstly,technological innovation cooperation should be strengthened to explore new models of achievement transformation and cooperation.Secondly,key enterprises of technology clusters should be cultivated to accelerate breakthroughs in core technologies.Thirdly,combined technologies can achieve high-efficiency enzyme-assisted extraction and open up new ways of extracting traditional Chinese medicine.Fourthly,traditional techniques should be improved to develop innovative modern techniques.

Explorations in Experimental Teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine Instrumental Analysis Based on the Training of Innovative Talents

Training students’innovative thinking is an essential task of talent training in colleges and universities,and how to train students’innovativeness in experimental teaching is the focus of modern education.Experimental lesson of instrumental analysis is an important section for integrating students’theories and practices,in view of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine major and instrumental analysis lesson,this lesson orientates opening up students’innovative thinking,explores the way of improving students’innovative ability in an all-around way through reforming the experimental teaching of instrumental analysis according to the teaching objectives.

Research on the Dissemination and Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dietotherapy Culture

The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture has seen an unprecedented rise in popularity across the world in recent years,as China’s international stature has improved,and its cultural soft power has grown.At the same time,people are becoming more aware of all kinds of respiratory and cerebrovascular diseases,along with other health-concerning factors.Therefore,people are gradually casting their eyes on TCM dietotherapy culture,which has been studied by the Chinese people for thousands of years and has made indelible contributions to the prevention and treatment of diseases and the Chinese nation’s longevity.However,its principle of action,prevention and control efficacy,as well as standards have been questioned;thus,its development prospects are of concern to the people.On this basis,this study explores the development status,transmission channels,and development prospects of TCM dietotherapy culture.

The scientific nature of traditional Chinese medicine in the post-modern era

There is a growing need to understand traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in modern scientific terms.TCM possesses the dual attributes of science and the humanities.At present,medical science and technology are progressing,while humanistic ethics are being neglected.TCM embodies the interaction between imagery and conceptual thinking,which can be explained from the following three aspects:imagery as an internal driving force for cultural rejuvenation,return to the true self and guarding of the root of life,and cosmology(harmony between man and nature).In the post-modern era,“people-oriented”medical values will lead to integrations between science and humanities,holism and reductionism,imagery-based thinking and conceptual thinking,systematic research and descriptive research,and evidence-based medicine and narrative medicine.

A Brief History of the Development of Hui Medicine

The Hui Medicine in China, as an important part of traditional Chinese medicine, has a long history. It originated from the unique medical knowledge and practices of the Hui ethnic group and impacted the health of people of all ethnic groups in the whole nation. Over time, it has continuously absorbed and integrated the essence of various medical systems. In ancient times, Hui doctors made important contributions with their superb medical skills. They passed on their medical wisdom from generation to generation. In modern times, with the development of science and technology, Hui Medicine has also been constantly evolving and innovating, combining modern medical concepts and technologies. It has played an active role in protecting people’s health and promoting medical progress in China. Although facing challenges, it still strives to inherit and develop, showing strong vitality.

探讨基于核心指标集构建中医特色的射血分数保留心力衰竭1+N模式疗效评价体系

核心指标集是就某一特定研究领域达成的所有临床研究都应该测量和报告的最少的临床结局,核心指标集可以提高临床疗效评价的规范性和可比性,是循证医学发展的必然、是中医药临床疗效评价的重要抓手、是推动中医药疗效评价与国际接轨的关键。如何运用核心指标集实现临床疗效国际化、标准化的同时,又能遵循中医诊疗特点体现自身优势是中医临床疗效评价的难点。针对这一难点,项目组创新性地提出了1+N模式的射血分数保留心衰(heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, HFpEF)疗效评价体系,即通用的核心指标集“1”+个性化指标集“N”,以满足循证医学和中医学疗效评价的双重需求。本文初探HFpEF疗效评价构建模式,主张在规范化基础上体现多样化和个性化的研究目的需求。结合HFpEF临床疗效评价的现状,综合业内专家意见,探讨了HFpEF 1+N模式疗效评价构建中核心指标集“1”的取舍以及“N”体系的构建思路,以期最大程度的形成符合中医药特色的临床评价体系新范式,推动中医药国际化进程。

文化与医学视域下对当代中医情志学说研究的思考

中医学根植于中国传统文化。儒、释、道三家思想为中国传统文化的基石和精髓,是中医情志学说形成和发展的文化和思想根源。中医情志学说的“形神一体观”“以心神为主导的五脏藏神论”“人格体质论”等核心理论及其中医情志病防治的“天人合一”“形神合一”“意象思维”等理念蕴含着丰富的文化内涵,是不同于现代心理学、精神病学的独特理论体系。该文通过剖析中医情志学说的文化内涵,在文化与医学视域下,探讨当代中医情志学说的继承与创新,认为当代情志学说的研究应着重于以下几个领域:不同人格体质的情志病发病及防治的流行病学和生物学基础研究;不同人格体质情志病的证候规范化判别模式研究;跨文化的情志学说研究;当代社会文化对情志病发病影响的研究;加强具有本土文化特色的情志病防治研究。在文化和医学视域下研究中医情志学说,不仅有助于继承和发扬其特色和优势,构建具有中国本土特色的精神心理理论和实践体系,且在当前医学全球化的背景下,通过理论和技术的交流,实现其理论创新与实践应用。

高等中医药院校西医内科学教学的创新探索

在高等中医药院校中医专业的学习中,西医内科学亦为重要的临床专业课程之一,但西医内科学教学面临与中医课程交叉、课时压缩、学生基础薄弱等相应问题,增加了该课程的学习难度。随着现代社会对医学人才的要求不断提高,中医药院校的临床专业学生也必须掌握西医的理论基础和临床疾病。为了贯彻国家“新医科”建设,提高中医专业西医内科学教学水平,提升本科生分析及解决临床问题的能力,笔者所在教研室总结出内科专业主讲教师+教学秘书责任制、现代化教学手段+问题/病例切入式教学、充分利用现代网络和床旁教学等不同教学模式,在实际运用中取得了很好的教学效果,得到授课教师和学生的广泛认可。文章就相关教学经验进行总结,以期为中医药院校本科生的西医内科学教学提供一定的有益建议,提高本科生的西医内科学教学水平。

中药炮制学课程思政元素挖掘及教学设计案例分析

思政教学与专业教育的有机融合,不仅可以强化教师“立德树人”的教育理念,更能实现全程育人、全方位育人的教育目标。这就需要在实践过程中,根据中药学专业人才培养目标,深入挖掘课程思政元素,优化教学设计,创新教育教学方法,实现课程思政在中药学专业教育的全过程融入。本教学改革以水飞法为例,从思政元素的挖掘、思政元素映射与融入点的切入、教学方法的创新、思政教育的拓展与评价等方面进行了优化设计,深入挖掘课程思政教学内容和实现方式,并有效应用于教学实践过程,以期构建价值引领、知识传授、能力培养有机统一的中药炮制学教学模式,为中药学类专业课程思政建设及人才培养模式的改革提供借鉴参考。

中医药防治射血分数保留心力衰竭的研究范式思考

射血分数保留的心力衰竭(heart failure with preserved ejection fraction,HFpEF)发病率逐年递增,患病人数庞大,如何发挥中医药防治HFpEF优势、提升中医药防治HFpEF能力成为关键。针对HFpEF自身发病特点和目前存在的问题,本文对中医药防治HFpEF的研究范式进行了探讨:(1)建立HFpEF病名、诊断、疗效评价于一体的标准化体系,从顶层设计确保研究的可比性,促进中医药研究走向国际化;(2)立足于规模化群防群治,在病证结合思路指导下分疾病阶段、抓核心病机形成核心方进行序贯治疗,在规模化防治中总结和提升疗效;(3)多学科交叉合作,对不同亚型的HFpEF诊治方案和临床转归做出精准决策;(4)在健康中国战略思维指导下,着眼长期可持续性发展,从“以预防为主,防治结合,中西医并重”的治疗理念逐渐发展到“以健康为中心”的治未病理念,从治疗HFpEF到关注HFpEF患者,再到从全局关注全生命周期的健康逐步转变。

关于在医学高等教育中开设《疼痛学》课程教学的探讨

随着社会不断发展进步,人类对疼痛的关注和认识使得疼痛学这门学科兴起,多领域的学者都在研究该学科。疼痛学是现代医学的重要组成部分,其是以疼痛为主要症状的全科医学,也是多学科相互渗透交叉的边缘学科。本研究旨在探讨医学高等教育中开设《疼痛学》课程教学的必要性,探讨《疼痛学》教师团队的构建、《疼痛学》教材的编写和使用以及《疼痛学》的教学方法,传授医学本科生关于《疼痛学》临床诊疗思维和决策的相关方法学,给予本科生在疼痛科临床实习的指导性意见,为“医学生”未来提供多一门可供选择就业的临床专业,也为疼痛学科人才培养作出前期铺垫。

五育融合背景下中药药剂学教学的创新

以中药药剂学为例,建设“五育”融合体系,培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质人才。通过分析中药药剂学实施“五育融合”的现状,树立全方位教育的观念,探求课程五育融合的契合点;结合课程教学实践,提出五育融合的方法及策略;总结基于五育融合培养模式的实践效果,并提出发展建议。中药药剂学课程建设形成了“以德为先,以智为本,以体为基,以美为引,以劳为促”的培养模式,丰富了中药药剂学课程教学内容,突出了课程的应用性。在中药药剂学教学过程中引入五育融合理念,有利于培养五育全面发展的中医药人才,也为中药学相关专业课程教学改革与创新提供了思路和借鉴。

关于中医药学术期刊地方医药文化特色专栏的设计思考

[目的]探讨开设有利于彰显地方中医药文化特色期刊专栏的路径。[方法]通过查阅文献,分析中医药期刊的现状,讨论中医药期刊开设地方医药文化特色专栏的必要性、可行性、着力点。[结果]只有突出中医药特色,才能充分体现中医药科技期刊的内涵。中医药期刊可以通过挖掘地方医药文化,建设优质编委团队,成立核心作者人群,组建高质审稿队伍,举办期刊学术活动等途径发展地方医药文化特色专栏。中医药期刊应当坚持中医特色,以复兴中医药文化为期刊首任;应学会守常达变,继承与创新并举;坚持百花齐放,展现地方特色医药;注重守正创新,维持栏目延续稳定,进而提升美誉度和核心竞争力。[结论]中医药文化是中华民族的宝贵财富,是中华民族传统文化的精髓。中医药期刊是传播中医药学术文化的重要阵地。中医药期刊开设地方中医药文化特色专栏既有利于期刊优质发展,又有利于中医药学术文化的传承。

中医药产业技术创新联盟的构建动机及运行机制研究——以江西省为例

基于中医药在改善民生、转变经济发展方式、弘扬中华文化、建设生态文明等国家大局中日益凸显的作用,结合产业技术创新联盟在推动产业发展、突破关键共性技术这一显著特点,提出中医药产业技术创新联盟的内涵,分析联盟构建动机。以江西省为例,从全生命周期角度提出中医药产业技术创新联盟的运行机制,保障联盟的稳定发展。

综合性医科大学中医创新人才培养模式探索与实践

综合性医科大学既拥有西医优势学科和教育教学资源,同时具有厚重的中医药文化基础和学科人才优势。深刻剖析目前综合性医科大学中医药人才培养中普遍存在中医经典学习不够系统、实践能力不足及创新能力有待提高等一些共性问题,结合习近平总书记对中医药工作作出的“传承精华,守正创新”重要指示,本文以我校开办“名老中医传承班”为例,在着重阐述中医人才培养的核心理念与路径创新的基础上,创新性地提出综合性医科大学构建新型中医创新人才培养的“三重四结合”模式,以期为中医创新人才培养提供借鉴与新的范式。
