The basic core traditional C hinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 and its active mechanisms

Background:COVID-19 has had a dramatic impact on human health,economies,societies,and livelihoods around the world.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formulae have played an important role in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.WHO evaluated the role of TCM in treating of COVID-19 and encouraged other countries to promote the use of TCM formulae.However,the key is to find the basic core traditional Chinese medicine(BC-TCM)among those formulae.Methods:For the first time,we mined the data of TCM formulae in CNIPA and analyzed herb characteristics and association rules.We then determined the BC-TCM and screened main compounds and therapeutic targets.Finally,the potential molecular mechanisms were explored by using enrichment analyses and molecular docking.Results:This study screened 123 patented TCM formulae,including 312 herbs.According to frequency statistics and association rules,nine herbs(Gan Cao,Jin Yinhua,Guang Huoxiang,Fu Ling,Huang Qi,Jie Geng,Lian Qiao,Cang Zhu,Ku Xingren)were selected as the BC-TCM.The BC-TCM involved 166 main compounds and 48 therapeutic targets.The active compounds Hederagenin,Spinasterol,Beta-sitosterol,and Liquiritin had high binding activity to the COVID-19 targets 3CL,ACE2,and core targets RELA,HSP90AA1,STAT3,MAPK3,and TP53 according to molecular docking results.Interestingly,Hederagenin might be a potential compound for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.Conclusion:Our research predicted and confirmed the preventive therapeutic effect of BC-TCM on COVID-19.This has the potential to broaden the scope of TCM,guide people in using clinical formulae,and provide valuable insights for future TCM discovery research.

Study on Agricultural Intellectual Property Protection and High-Quality Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Ginseng

Agricultural intellectual property has the functions of carrying forward agricultural cultural heritage,encouraging agricultural scientific and technological innovation,cultivating the brand of agricultural products and so on. The protection and application of agricultural intellectual property rights can enhance the vitality,innovation and competitiveness of agricultural economy,and promote the strategy of high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization. Ginseng is a traditional medicinal variety with superior characteristics in Northeast China,and it is one of the most famous " three treasures" in Northeast China. This paper introduces ginseng( Panax ginseng C. A. Mey.) and its medicinal value,analyzes the traditional knowledge,biological genetic resources,new plant varieties,patents,geographical indications,trademarks and other agricultural intellectual property resources of ginseng,studies the traditional Chinese medicine GAP certification and certification of " Three Agricultural Products" and the construction of the dominant area of agricultural product( Fusong ginseng) with Chinese characteristics,and explores the rural revitalization strategy and traditional Chinese medicine development strategy,ginseng agricultural intellectual property protection and high quality development strategy.

Property theory of Chinese materia medica: Clinical pharmacodynamics of traditional Chinese medicine

The property theory of Chinese materia medica is one of the foundations of traditional Chinese medicine.The property of Chinese materia medica(PCMM)is a multi-dimensional expression of the effect of Chinese materia medica(CMM),and it is related to the clinical prescription that fully reflects the clinical effect evaluation of CMM in a holistic,systematic,and scientific way.This paper discusses the source,development,and application of the PCMM by considering not only the five dimensions that constitute the PCMM but also the recognition of the human body and disease as given in traditional Chinese medicine.This paper aims to provide theoretical guidance for the rational use and development of CMM.

Through the method of literature mining,the classics of traditional Chinese medicine,materia medica works,medical cases and documents are studied.Based on common prescriptions for the treatment of diseases such as abnormal Zang-fu viscera and qi movement,dysfunction,etc.,and combined with the theory of ascending and descending property of traditional Chinese medicine,the application of ascending and descending property of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical prescription compatibility and the factors affecting the application are summarized.The ascending and descending properties of traditional Chinese medicine have been widely used in prescription compatibility for the clinical treatment of impairment of purifying and descending function of the lung,spleen and stomach's ascending and descending disorders and heart-kidney noninteractionpatte.

Protection of Intellectual Property and Authenticity of Chinese Herbal Medicine Chrysanthemum morifolium

This paper first introduced Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. and its medicinal value. Then, it studied agricultural intellectual property resources such as geographical indications, trademarks, patents, new plant varieties, biological genetic resources, and traditional knowledge related to C. morifolium . Finally, it summarized poverty-stricken areas ecologically suitable for planting C. morifolium , analyzed the GAP certification of C. morifolium , pollution-free agricultural product certification, green food certification, and organic food certification, and discussed the strategies for C. morifolium intellectual property protection and authenticity protection in the context of TCM development strategy and rural revitalization strategy.

In silico method for studying property combination of traditional Chinese herbs

Objective:This paper discusses the composition of prescription qualitative,quantitative design principles and methods based on herbal property combination,describing the method application in new prescription design.Method:Qualitative property-combination pattern(PP)calculation was based on bipartite graphing and performing a greedy algorithm which was designed to optimize obtaining a new herbal prescription.Quantitative PP calculation was based on the qualitative computation.To calculate the Euclidean distance for the PP of the new prescription,an optimized algorithm for solving the unknown minimum Euclidean distance was used with,the new weighted proportions.Finally,non-linear optimization software was used to find the minimum Euclidean distance.Results:Using the PP of classic prescription Large Yin-Nourishing Pill,applying quantitative PP calculation a new prescription was created.Mathematical algorithms based on property combinations of traditional Chinese herbs can be applied to identify compatibility and synergies of herbs within prescriptions,especially classic formulas.Conclusion:In silico methods can then be used to create new prescriptions or modify existing ones depending on need.This type of automated approach may increase efficiency in designing new drugs based on Chinese herbs.

A preliminary study on the properties of red traditional Chinese medicine

Objective: From the aspect of meridian tropism, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on the medicinal properties of red traditional Chinese medicine belonging to the heart meridian, with a view to providing a reference for the further study of the relationship between the color of traditional Chinese medicine and its medicinal properties. Method: Based on clinical practice and modern pharmacology, pharmacochemistry and other research, this paper analyzed the material basis of red traditional Chinese medicine belonging to the heart meridian. Result: Finally, it was found that most of the chemical constituents of red traditional Chinese medicine were flavonols, and their pharmacological effects were related to cardiovascular system. Conclusion: Red Chinese medicine belonging to the heart meridian has a certain theoretical basis and modern research basis, which can provide a reference to the further study of the relationship between color and drug properties of Chinese medicine in the future.

Similarity measurement of Chinese medicine ingredients for cold-hot nature identification

目的:中药药性理论是中医药的核心基础理论,其中寒热药性是当前研究的重点。研究发现中药成分是产生药性的物质基础。因此,我们推断成分相似的中药具有相似的药性。由于中药指纹图谱可以反映中药的物质成分,因此,当前热点集中于通过中药指纹图谱技术研究中药药性。方法:为了验证上述假说,本文研究量化中药成分的相似性为指纹图谱的相似性,探索中药成分与寒热药性之间的关系。首先,我们利用紫外指纹图谱分析61味寒热药性明确的中药(30味寒性药和31味热性药)。其次,一个距离度量学习算法被研究度量中药指纹图谱的相似性。最后,一个检索方案被提出构建预测识别模型用于中药寒热药性的识别。结果:大量的实验发现,石油醚溶剂下的紫外图谱可以更好的区分寒热药性。与已有的识别方案相比,提出的模型具有更好的识别性能。结论:实验结果证明了我们的推论,成分相似的中药具有相似的药性。提出的预测模型被证明是可行和有效的。

An improved association-mining research for exploring Chinese herbal property theory: based on data of the Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica

Knowledge Discovery in Databases is gaining attention and raising new hopes for traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） researchers. It is a useful tool in understanding and deciphering TCM theories. Aiming for a better understanding of Chinese herbal property theory （CHPT）, this paper performed an improved association rule learning to analyze semistructured text in the book entitled Shennong＇s Classic of Materia Medica. The text was firstly annotated and transformed to well-structured multidimensional data. Subsequently, an Apriori algorithm was employed for producing association rules after the sensitivity analysis of parameters. From the confirmed 120 resulting rules that described the intrinsic relationships between herbal property （qi, flavor and their combinations） and herbal efficacy, two novel fundamental principles underlying CHPT were acquired and further elucidated： （1） the many-to-one mapping of herbal efficacy to herbal property; （2） the nonrandom overlap between the related efficacy of qi and flavor. This work provided an innovative knowledge about CHPT, which would be helpful for its modern research.

中医康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及生活质量的影响

目的观察中医康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取108例脑卒中偏瘫患者,按照住院时间分成对照组和观察组各54例;对照组实施常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上结合中医特色护理康复,包括坐式八段锦、中药热敷、按摩等。结果干预3个月后,两组肢体运动功能评分、生活质量评分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施中医特色康复护理,可促进患者肢体功能康复,提高生活质量。

Metabolomics coupled with similarity analysis advances the elucidation of the cold/hot properties of traditional Chinese medicines

It recently becomes an important and urgent mission for modern scientific research to identify and explain the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), which has been utilized in China for more than four millennia. Since few works have been contributed to understanding the TCM theory, the mechanism of actions of drugs with cold/hot properties remains unclear. In the present study, six kinds of typical herbs with cold or hot properties were orally administered into mice, and serum and liver samples were analyzed using an untargeted nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) based metabolomics approach coupled with similarity analysis. This approach was performed to identify and quantify changes in metabolic pathways to elucidate drug actions on the treated mice. Our results showed that those drugs with same property exerted similar effects on the metabolic alterations in mouse serum and liver samples, while drugs with different property showed different effects. The effects of herbal medicines with cold/hot properties were exerted by regulating the pathways linked to glycometabolism, lipid metabolism, amino acids metabolism and other metabolic pathways. The results elucidated the differences and similarities of drugs with cold/hot properties, providing useful information on the explanation of medicinal properties of these TCMs.

中医药传统知识专门保护制度构建研究

中医药传统知识是中医药的核心内容,兼具卫生、经济、科技、文化、生态五重资源价值。目前中医药传统知识面临国外不当占有、盗用,国内传承、保护不力的双重困局,现行法律制度无法实现全面、系统保护,建立专门保护制度已成为必然选择。专门保护制度需要解决四个核心问题:对外防御侵占和不当占有,对内保护持有人权利并规范知识的获取与利用,化解持有人利益与社会公共利益之间的矛盾,处理与现行法律制度的衔接。在此基础上,提出构建中医药传统知识专门保护制度的四个机制,即阻却外国不当专利申请的防御机制、持有人权利保护机制、持有人利益与社会公共利益平衡机制、与现行法律制度的衔接机制,以更好促进中医药传统知识的保护、传承、创新、发展。

中药热敷联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗动静脉内瘘血肿的效果观察

目的探讨中药热敷联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏对动静脉内瘘血肿的护理效果。方法本研究为随机对照试验。选取2021年2月至2023年2月连云港市中医院门诊动静脉内瘘血肿患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为参照组30例和联合组30例。参照组男21例,女9例,年龄(47.58±7.15)岁,采用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏联合常规护理;联合组男20例,女10例,年龄(46.45±6.14)岁,在参照组基础上实施中药热敷。记录并比较两组患者的皮下血肿消退时间和疼痛持续时间、并发症发生情况、护理满意度。采用t检验、χ^(2)检验。结果联合组患者的皮下血肿消退时间、疼痛持续时间均短于参照组[(7.54±2.25)d比(10.85±3.14)d、(4.25±0.48)d比(6.50±0.51)d],差异均有统计学意义(t=6.934、9.072,均P<0.001);联合组患者的并发症发生率低于参照组[6.67%(2/30)比26.67%(8/30)],护理总满意度高于参照组[90.00%(27/30)比66.67%(20/30)],差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320、4.812,P=0.038、0.028)。结论中药热敷联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏可加快动静脉内瘘血肿患者的皮下血肿消退,缩短疼痛持续时间,提升护理满意度,减少并发症发生,缓解炎症,值得临床推广。

中药穴位热熨敷的不同推熨频率对促进结肠癌根治术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响

[目的]观察中药穴位热熨敷的不同推熨频率对促进结肠癌根治术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。[方法]选取2020年1月—2023年3月在广州中医药大学第一附属医院二外科住院的腹腔镜下结肠癌根治术后患者108例,随机分为试验A组、试验B组、对照组各36例。对照组采用常规护理方法,试验组在常规护理基础上实施子午流注理论指导下的中药热熨敷干预,试验A组的推熨频率为90~95次/min,试验B组的推熨频率为115~120次/min,从术后第1天开始,每日2次,直至肛门排气和排便。观察3组患者胃肠功能恢复、住院时间、中医证候积分变化情况以及不良反应发生情况,评价3组患者的临床疗效。[结果]干预后,试验B组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间明显短于试验A组和对照组(P<0.05),试验B组首次排便时间和术后住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);3组患者中医证候积分的组间效应、时间效应及交互效应均有统计学差异(P<0.05);3组患者中医证候积分随时间推移均呈下降趋势,试验B组术后72 h的中医证候积分低于试验A组和对照组,且试验A组低于对照组(P<0.05);试验A组和试验B组的临床治疗总有效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药热熨敷能有效促进结肠癌根治术后患者胃肠功能恢复,以推熨频率为115~120次/min的整体治疗效果更为显著。

生物质炭调控药用植物连作障碍的研究进展

我国是中药材种植大国,但不合理的栽培方式和管理措施导致中药材连作障碍在种植区普遍存在,造成药材减产变质、道地产区转移、资源保护与利用不协调等,严重影响药用植物生长发育。因此对中药材连作土壤进行修复是解决中药材连作障碍的一个关键措施。生物质炭一般呈碱性,是一种良好的土壤改良剂,能够增加土壤养分、改良酸化土壤、提升植物品质,近年来得到广泛关注与应用,因此利用生物质炭作为调理剂来缓解中药材连作障碍具有一定潜力。本文针对我国中药材连作障碍的可能成因及潜在危害,分析生物质炭在解决药用植物连作造成的土壤理化性质改变、土壤微生物区系改变、化感自毒危害等问题上的作用,并对生物质炭在药用植物生产上的应用潜力进行展望。

《医学衷中参西录》治女子不月用药特点探析:从药性角度

药性理论是中医的重要组成部分,通过对药性的准确认识,可有效指导组方用药。“女子不月”首见于《黄帝内经》,意指月事不来、闭经。通过从药性角度对《医学衷中参西录》中治疗女子不月诸方的用药特点进行分析,发现张锡纯治不月喜用性平之品,五味常用甘、苦、辛,以健脾益胃、活血通经;重视冲脉,归经与脾、胃、肺、肾、肝、心经均有关;承《神农本草经》之旨,对药物有独特见解,胜病为主,敢于用毒;药物配伍合理,升降相因,气机平衡。该研究可为治疗闭经临床用药提供思路。

雷火灸联合中药热奄包对食管癌放化疗患者增效减毒效果观察

目的:探讨雷火灸联合中药热奄包对食管癌放化疗患者增效减毒的效果。方法:选取2021年4月~2023年4月本院接收的86例食管癌患者,采用数字随机表法分作两组,对照组43例予以常规放化疗,观察组43例在常规放化疗基础上实施雷火灸联合中药热奄包治疗。比较两组患者的免疫功能、放化疗效果、不良反应发生情况与肝肾功能指标、摄食相关症状群、生活质量。结果:观察组疗程结束日的CD4+T、CD8+T水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率是93.02%,高于对照组的74.42%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率是11.63%,低于对照组的34.88%(P<0.05),且观察组疗程结束日天门冬氨酸基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、胱抑素C(CysC)、肌酐(CREA)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疗程结束日安德森消化道症状评估量表(MDASI-GI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疗程结束日中文版癌症患者生命质量测定量表(EORTCQLQ-C30)评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸联合中药热奄包应用于食管癌放化疗患者有助于改善其免疫功能,达到良好的增效减毒效果,减少不良反应、降低肝肾功能损伤程度,并有助于进一步改善患者摄食相关症状群,提升其生活质量。

中医适宜技术在产妇分娩疼痛管理中的应用进展

该文从分娩疼痛产生机制,中医适宜技术应用于分娩疼痛管理的理论基础及方式进行综述,分析中医适宜技术在减轻产妇分娩疼痛、增加舒适感方面的应用优势,探讨存在的不足,提出对未来的展望,为今后的研究和临床护理实践提供参考。

“煨脓长肉”理论的中药热奄包对肛瘘术后创面的疗效及作用机制研究

目的:探讨“煨脓长肉”理论的中药热奄包紫竭散对肛瘘术后创面愈合的疗效及作用机制。方法:选取2021年4月至2022年4月西安市中医医院收治的湿热下注型低位单纯性肛瘘患者88例作为研究对象,按照简单随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组44例,术后2组接受常规创面护理,对照组联合凡士林纱条填塞,观察组联合凡士林纱条与紫竭散热奄包填塞,对比分析2组的临床疗效及不同时间段白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达情况,并且评价观察组治疗方案的安全性。结果:2组患者的临床治愈率均为100%;在创面愈合时间方面,观察组更优(P<0.01);在创面情况(肉芽组织的生长、分泌物、疼痛、创面愈合率)方面,2组比较,第3天差异不明显(P>0.05),第7、14天观察组疗效更优(均P<0.05);2组炎症介质的表达均呈明显下降趋势,生长因子VEGF明显升高,且观察组疗效更佳,其中术后第7、14天所有因子差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。观察组用药前后未见明显皮肤过敏反应。结论:“煨脓长肉”的中药热奄包紫竭散对肛瘘术后创面愈合具有促进作用,可有效促进肉芽组织的生长,缩短愈合时间,可能与抑制炎症介质IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的释放并促进VEGF表达有关。
