Characteristics of traditional agriculture were analyzed from the perspective of history and culture,by comparing modern agriculture and traditional culture,it was proposed that modern agriculture focuses more on landscape,the main contents and era features of landscape agriculture were elaborated as well as the significance of constructing new socialist countryside,and relevant suggestions were proposed for building new land-scape countryside.

Study on the Influence of Over Development and Construction of Traditional Villages on the Development of B&B and Its Planning Strategy:A Case Study of Jinlin Village in Zhaoqing,Guangdong Province

The development types of traditional village B&B can be divided into spontaneous style,scenic area driven style and new rural construction led style.The development of B&B in Jinlin Village has certain livable environment and resource conditions,good location,profound cultural heritage and government support.It has experienced three stages of construction,namely scenic spot development,civilized village and new countryside.The development type of B&B in Jinlin Village belongs to the dual type of scenic spot driving and new countryside construction.However,over construction has negative impact on the development of B&B.Four planning strategies are put forward,including protecting and activating the traditional houses,increasing the green space to isolate and buffer the impact of new houses on traditional dwellings,opening up new lakeside residential area,and fully protecting and utilizing peripheral farmlands.

The Fusion and Construction Strategy of Smart Sports and Traditional Sports Teaching Mode in College and Universities

Use expert interviews,literature and other methods to summarize and analyze the pros and cons of smart sports and traditional sports,combine traditional sports with smart education,and create a more scientific and effective smart education model for colleges and universities,so as to promote the joint participation or supervision of schools,teachers,parents,and students to improve the quality of physical education,so as to achieve physical education for students and enhance the time and intensity of students’physical fitness.

Thoughts on the Construction of Evidence-based Nursing Standard Plan for Dominant Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine

The evidence-based Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing in standard plan is to be constructed by a combination of evidence-based thinking and expert consensus.(1) The symptoms of diseases with better curative effect in TCM and the nursing techniques of TCM based on scientific evidence can be preliminarily presented through bibliometric analysis.(2) Expert consultation letters can be developed based on bibliometric results, and symptoms of dominant diseases in TCM and TCM nursing techniques can be selected through those letters.(3) Based on the selected symptoms and TCM nursing techniques, the PICO can be determined, and then evidence search, evidence extraction, evidence analysis can be conducted and synthesized, and recommendations would be chosen.(4) The recommendation grade of each recommendation can be determined by applying the Delphi method and referring to GRADE.(5) The plan will be determined through discussions of experts. The construction of TCM nursing plan would make sure that TCM nursing is scientific, and internationalize TCM nursing.

Critical Barriers to Traditional Project Progress Measurement: Perspectives of Ghanaian Construction Professionals

Accurate project progress measurement is critical for effective project management. Besides guarantying smooth work progress, it affords project managers the chance to identify early warning signs for peremptory remedial actions to keep the project on schedule and to budget. However, pertinent barriers can suppress the realization of the benefits of an accurate assessment of construction progress. This study aims to identify, examine and prioritize the critical barriers militating against accurate project progress measurement in the Ghanaian construction industry. Sixteen barriers identified from the literature were administered in a questionnaire survey to professionals with tier one construction firms and consultants. Sixty experienced construction professionals practising with tier-one construction firms and consultancy services took part in the survey. The relative importance index technique was used to rank the factors and correlation in responses of the two parties tested by the Mann-Whitney U statistics. The most critical barriers perceived by the professionals were 1) Reliance on Supervisor’s Judgement, 2) Generic and Non-Systematic Approach, 3) Variable Quality of Data and 4) Intricate Measurement Reports. Other highly ranked barriers include 5) Lack of Timely Information, 6) Laborious Data Gathering and 7) Quality Integration Constraint. The findings underpin the need to minimize dependence on subjective opinions and mere experiences of supervisors for assessment of project progress in this age of information technology. Incorporation of a level of automation into traditional progress methods will not only reduce human errors introduced into manually collected data but facilitate visualization of progress reports. Contiguous to a clear specification of the method of progress measurement in the contract document, a system that conveniently integrates cost, time and scope of work into progress measurement must be pursued. Addressing these identified critical barriers will consolidate current construction progress management practices.

Guangfu traditional villages in Zhaoqing have the basic characteristics of general Guangfu villages,and are more closely related to mountains and waters.Guangfu traditional villages are now facing such problems as various destruction,hollowing out and economic backwardness.In the context of beautiful countryside construction,it is advisable to adopt the regeneration method combining protection with economic and social development.Taking Baiyunkeng Village,a Guangfu village in Zhaoqing mountainous area as an example,the corresponding regenerative planning scheme and design methods are put forward.

Suggestions and Reflections on Inheritance Strategy of Traditional Residence Construction Technique of Ethnic Minorities in Western Hubei

The traditional residence of ethnic minorities in western Hubei has a long history,and their construction skills reflect the wisdom and culture of the nation.Due to the limitation of geographical environment,the development of modern cities and towns,and the influence of foreign culture,the inheritance of traditional construction skills is facing a great crisis.This paper analyzes the research status of traditional residence of ethnic minorities and summarizes the necessity of inheriting the traditional residence construction technique.Moreover,strategies and suggestions about inheritance are put forward from four aspects:the national policy guidance and local implementation,building characteristic area of traditional residence,establishing and improving the theoretical framework of building skills,and building digital platform.The ways and methods of integrating traditional construction skills and culture into the training process of colleges and universities are explored.

Optimization of construction machinery scheme of cast-in-situ concrete based on the improved scatter degree method

The basic requirement of mechanical construction of cast-in-situ concrete is that it could not only conduct quality qualification and safety production, but also achieve most economic benefits with less investment under the condition to meet the needs of project duration. Therefore, the selection of construction machinery scheme plays an important role. However, in the actual construction, it is usually that operators rely on their own experience and field conditions to determine the mechanics. Such a method is subjective and arbitrary, and it is not conducive to make the construction rationally. Considering the above reasons, an improved weight coefficient method was used to establish an estimation model to estimate the construction machinery scheme of cast-in-situ concrete, so as to make the procedure much rational.

Joinery and Structure:Cultural and Technical Comparison between Traditional Wooden Framing Systems in East Asia and Western Europe

Traditional wooden joinery is the craft of connecting wood pieces for buildings or producing utensils by utilizing only the geometry of the components and material properties of the wood,without other materials such as glue or metal connectors.In its thousands of years of tradition,this construction technique has achieved high accomplishment in both East Asian and European architectural civilizations.Although sharing the same basic principles,joinery techniques vary between regions and cultures,rooted in the geographical environment,available wood species and their material properties,characteristics of craftsmanship,tools,and structural systems.Wood framing systems from China,Japan,and Western Europe are selected for comparison to assess the relationship between wood joinery and other aspects of building technology.The main conclusions include:in East Asia,the building tradition pays great attention to the design and execution of joinery(sunmao榫卯),making it responsible for multiple functions including architectural mechanics and the stability of the entire frame,which leads to a broader role meant by the term“joint”itself,while in Europe joinery is treated as the“node”or literally“joint”of the structure.Although in both East Asia and Europe wooden joinery serves as an aesthetic factor of the structure,its expression in East Asia is subtle,veiled,and restrained,while in Europe it is explicit and direct.The most important lesson we learn from the study of traditional joinery technology is that it should be seen in the context of the building process as a whole,taking into account geographical environment,material resources,craftsmanship,tools,construction methods,structural form,and the structural system.

Physiological and Biochemical Responses of Zizania latifolia to Traditional Chinese Medicine Wastewater

Effects of traditional Chinese medicine wastewater treatment on the physiological and biochemical indexes( such as TTC,Pro,GSH,MDA,SOD,POD,CAT,and PAL) of Zizania latifolia were investigated under four concentrations of medicine wastewater. The results showed that under the stress of traditional Chinese medicine wastewater,the contents of GSH,MDA and Pro had different degrees of increase,which would promote the increasing of superoxide anion. Meanwhile,the activities of root,SOD,POD,CAT and PAL also increased with the concentration of traditional Chinese medicine wastewater. Therefore,Z. latifolia had very strong anti-adversity abilities and tolerances to traditional Chinese medicine wastewater and can be used as one of the constructed wetland plants treating medicine wastewater.

Retrospect of Ditransitive Construction

Only with the predecessors’researches as our foundation is it possible to carry out a further study of Ditransitive Con-struction(DC).The research of DC has gone through various linguistic stages,from the traditional grammar to the Structuralism,from Structuralism to Generative grammar,from Generative grammar to Valence grammar,and from valence grammar to Construc-tion grammar;and in every linguistic stage the scholars have made their own great findings and points on DC.Therefore,whether itis CDC(here the first C is for Chinese)or EDC(E for English),a review of the study of DC both at home and abroad is absolutelyindispensable.

Research on the Countermeasures of Smart Tourism Construction in Sanya Under the Background of Free Trade Port Construction

By analyzing the current situation of smart tourism construction in combination with the actual tourism situation in Sanya,this study aims to find out the problems existing in the current smart tourism construction and understand the various factors affecting the smart tourism construction in Sanya.Then,relevant theories and practical applications were used to study the ways to carry out smart tourism construction with the help of policy,location,and other advantages to meet the needs of the development of the times.Based on the study,practical countermeasures and suggestions were given to provide reference for the construction of smart tourism,ensure the continuous improvement of smart tourism construction,and help the upgrading and transformation of tourism in Sanya.Based on the analysis of the construction and data of smart tourism and tourism informatization in Sanya,this article has formed a useful method to help Sanya build an international tourist island and a modern smart tourism city using the Hainan Free Trade Port construction policy.

数字孪生村落:传统村落全要素智慧化营建新范式

工业与生态文明对传统农耕文明的不断侵蚀,导致了传统农耕文明的不断消亡。为了实现对传统村落全方位要素的保护目标,以数字孪生技术为驱动内核,就传统村落全要素保护的内涵与外延、体系架构、建设路径及关键技术等展开讨论。结果表明,数字孪生村落的全要素智慧营建是一项复杂的系统性工程,需要从顶层设计、标准体系、建设路径与示范应用四个维度进行深化研究;新型测绘耦合数字孪生技术为传统村落的全要素智慧化管控与运维奠定了数据与技术基础,结合实际保护需求与建设目标的“二阶段”体系划分,以期为传统村落的产学研用一体化保护、协同发展与综合利用提供方法借鉴。

数字经济刑法客体的理论构造:安全与发展

全面发展数字经济的既定重大方针,已触发中国式数字经济刑法的萌芽与生长,也开启了传统经济刑法的数字转型。围绕传统经济刑法客体的讨论、分歧与共识,既凸显客体及内容的重要地位,也显示出理论研究的复杂性。尽管可以吸取上述讨论中的“先见”,但更应扎根数字经济,经由数字经济刑法的前提设定新的犯罪客体及其内容。现阶段,侧重围绕数据犯罪的客体论争虽具有一定的现实合理性,却也一定程度上遮蔽了数字经济刑法客体的特定性、整体性与周全性。全面兼顾安全与发展是数字经济的终极追求与价值根基,也应当是数字经济刑法的基本理念与一般规律。围绕数字经济的应用场景,结合数字经济刑法的内外生态,可将安全与发展的保护内容予以具体化、类型化。

戏曲、曲艺学学科体系与学术体系的现状调查与建设方略

面对当前戏曲与曲艺学学科体系建设存在的理论研究与当下的舞台实践脱节现象较为严重、既有理论素养又有动手能力的教师紧缺、教材没有构成体系且高质量的教材较少等问题,其未来学科体系建设方略为:要明确构建戏曲与曲艺学学科体系的主要目的在于传承发展戏曲、曲艺;对戏曲、曲艺学学科进行科学的二级分类;培养出一批知识与技能相结合、既有理论素养又有创新能力的教学、科研人员;顶层设计、集中统一、有计划地进行教材建设。目前戏曲学界在戏曲文献整理、戏曲文物研究、概念与体系研究、古代戏曲研究、现当代戏曲研究、戏曲海外传播研究、木偶戏和皮影戏研究等领域的许多成果超越了前人,但是戏曲的学术体系构建还远没有达到完成的地步,其提升的空间依然很大。曲艺的学术研究在近十多年来发展较快、取得的成就也较大,然而其学术体系的建设才刚刚起步。戏曲、曲艺学学术体系的建设要坚持理论研究为现实服务的思想——引导学界研究戏曲、曲艺在保护、传承、发展上亟须解决的问题;研究应面向所有的戏曲剧种与曲种,对它们的历史、现状、特征、发展的规律做深入的探索;以国家级、省部级的科研项目对戏曲学术体系内容进行拾遗补阙,并着力促进曲艺学术体系的构建;营造以追求高质量成果为学术研究目标的良好风气。既然戏曲与曲艺已被列在一个学科之内,又有着许多共同点,戏曲学就应该携带着曲艺学一道前进。
