Exploration of the Integrated Training Model for Information Technology Teachers

With the acceleration of the social information process,information awareness and information skills have become the basic qualities of every citizen.The establishment of the training mechanism for scientific and technological innovation talents from the beginning of higher education is insufficient to meet the needs of the development of the times.It is imperative to improve the training of information technology innovation talents and explore a new training model.This paper describes the general situation of the development of education in the field of information technology from a domestic and international perspective.It then analyzes the existing problems,explores new exploration models and implementation suggestions,and puts forward prospects at the end of the paper.

CDIO Based Optimization of Urban Planning Personnel Training Courses in Forestry Universities

On the basis of analyzing existing course system of urban planning discipline,this paper came up with a framework for optimization of urban planning personnel training mode and course system,oriented towards training practical engineering personnel and based on CDIO engineering education and teaching platform. Then it made empirical study on setting of the urban planning discipline in Northeast Forestry University. It proposed changing the original "3 + 2" course system,exploring and optimizing the course system,improving teaching effect of urban planning personnel training courses,and raising planning and design ability of students.

服务四川省食品饮料产业的工商专业群人才培养模式探索

依据“双高计划”要求,专业群的人才培养应与产业人才需求精准对接。面向先进制造业、现代农业和现代服务业等重点产业,服务于重点产业转型升级,以体现职业教育为生产劳动服务的功能。工商专业在组群中没有特色,常常被边缘化。因此,要跨专业组群,面向重点产业,兼顾培养懂技术的管理人才,懂管理的技术人才。通过“技术+管理”“工科+商科”,跨专业跨领域交叉融合,服务四川省食品饮料产业。目标是培养“懂管理、善操作、精技术”的复合型技术技能人才和“懂技术、会经营、擅管理”的技术技能型管理人才。

党的二十大报告提出,教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑。教育、科技和人才是相互作用又相互促进的有机整体,教育作为其中的基础环节,是机体良好运行的关键。该文结合高校教师自身岗位职责,探讨立德树人和铸造自身等方面的原则和方法。国家的发展离不开教育,教育的发展和进步离不开教师。身为教师应当听从党的指挥,立足本职工作,强化责任意识,肩负使命责任,踔厉奋发有为。

Research on the Training of Interdisciplinary-Based Intelligent Manufacturing Talents

As a significant field of research under the 14th Five Year Plan,intelligent manufacturing holds a special position in industrial upgrading and core technology independence.Intelligent manufacturing is an important support for building a“scientific and technological power”in the future.Cultivating creative interdisciplinary talents who can adapt to the development of intelligent manufacturing industry in the new era is of great significance for China to realize the modernization and autonomy of its industrial system.In view of the existing gap between the interdisciplinary talent training of intelligent manufacturing and the actual needs of the industry,this paper focuses on the concept of interdisciplinary construction.Based on the cycle improvement of professional construction,a curriculum system that integrates the interaction of interconnected projects is established.Through four specific measures,namely establishing the collaborative development system of intelligent manufacturing specialty,building a cycle diagnosis and reform system of intelligent manufacturing specialty,improving the curriculum system of integrated modular specialty group,and setting up an application scenario project-based curriculum,we hope to provide reference for the cross-training of compound intelligent manufacturing talents.

“双碳”背景下建环专业人才培养模式研究

“双碳”战略的确立,为建筑环境与能源应用工程专业的人才培养提出了新的要求。传统的人才培养模式已经不能满足“双碳”战略的需求,有必要探索适应“双碳”背景的建环专业新型人才培养模式。通过分析“双碳”背景下建环专业人才的具体要求,制订了人才培养目标,总结了课程设置及质量、教学方法以及实践教学三方面的改进措施。提出的优化建议对加强建环人才培养,推动实现“双碳”战略具有重要意义。

本科生导师制助推拔尖创新人才培养的探索与实践——以中南大学物理学院为例

导师制在世界高等教育发展与高校人才培养模式及博雅教育理念施行中扮演着非常重要的角色。本科生导师制在以“一制四化”为重点的拔尖创新人才培养模式改革与综合环境构筑中发挥了巨大作用。针对当前导师制实施过程中存在的问题和高校传统教学模式对拔尖创新人才培养的不尽如人意,探讨了本科生导师制结合思政教育贯穿、创新创业能力提升、学赛相长、科教融合及本-硕协同育人来助推拔尖创新人才培养,为拔尖创新人才培养模式的理性回归与培养质量的全面提升提供参考。

PBL教学法在医院感染“师带徒”培训中的应用

西藏阿里地处祖国西南边陲,受地域、语言、文化等因素的影响,医疗基础薄弱,医疗人才队伍短缺。“组团式”医疗援藏工作为医疗水平发展和医学人才培养创造了有利条件。“师带徒”培训作为“组团式”医疗援藏培养医学人才的主要模式,通过制订一对一带教计划并签署培训协议,建立“师带徒”负责制的方式进行培训。笔者作为第七批“组团式”医疗援藏人员,从日常援藏工作实际出发,在医院感染“师带徒”人才培训中采用以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL),制订强化理论知识及实践技能的训练,注重临床综合应用及科研等方面能力的培养,通过实践收到了良好的效果,为援藏工作中医疗人才培养提供了参考依据和思路。

面向双创教育的高校档案人才的培养体系建构

创新创业教育是高等教育改革发展的重要方向,也是培养高素质档案专门人才的必然要求。在数字经济时代背景下,档案工作面临数字化转型与创新发展的新形势、新挑战,迫切需要一批具有创新意识、创业精神和实践能力的复合型档案人才。基于创新创业教育理念,围绕档案学专业人才培养体系,提出亟须通过更新人才培养理念,优化专业课程体系,创新人才培养模式,强化实践教学环节,完善人才培养评价来统筹推进档案学专业创新创业教育教学改革。

基于经典名方开发研究的中医药传承创新型人才培养思路探讨

经典名方是中医药学知识体系的重要组成部分,中医药传承创新型人才的培养是中医药绵延发展的重要基石,两者相互融合。文章从经典名方的内涵解读、研究开发、中医药传承与创新理论内涵的解读、人才培养及两者的融合发展3个方面进行综述,以期采用师承教育、院校教学、科研教学等方式将经典名方的开发研究反哺于教学,为培养中医药传承创新型人才添砖加瓦。

课程思政引领下土木类专业人才培养模式改革研究

课程思政建设是全面提高人才培养质量的重要任务,其本质在于立德树人。目前高校土木类专业人才培养模式中存在人才培养方案中立德树人要求不明确、师资队伍课程思政建设能力不足、专业知识与思政元素融合生硬、学生思政考核评价体系缺乏等问题。文章将课程思政融入土木类专业人才培养模式,从人才培养目标修订、师资队伍建设、课程思政框架构建及课程评价体系健全等方面进行研究,把思政教育贯穿始终,实现专业教育的增智与立德同行,为国家培养出政治方向正确、理论知识扎实、具备研究创新能力的土木类专业人才。

构建“1+1>2”公立专科医院党管人才的“生态圈”

人才是医院发展的根本。某三甲儿童专科医院自独立运行以来,面临人才梯队建设不完善、人才需求缺口大、人才引进经费不足、人才培养力度不强等困难。医院党委坚持党管人才,在完善人才引进、培养、激励机制的基础上,针对人才队伍建设的难点、盲点,构建党管人才“1+1>2生态圈”,着重在人才引进与培养、数量与质量、产能输入与输出上发力,促使人才建设“引育留用”取得实效,为医院高质量发展奠定人才基础。
