A Training Mode for Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Tourism Management in the Era of Internet Plus

The development of innovation and entrepreneurship education is gaining momentum.With the arrival of the Internet era,innovation and entrepreneurship have a better development platform.The tourist industry,as a “sunrise industry”,has great potential for development and has become a new economic growth point.In many areas,tourism has been identified as a pillar industry,a leading industry,and an industry receiving priority in developing.In the face of increasingly fierce competitive markets,it is particularly important to cultivate high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents in tourism management.For this purpose,this study analyzes the current situation of talent demand in China’s tourist industry and the problems existing in innovation and entrepreneurship education,draws on the successful experience of foreign colleges and universities in talent cultivation,and proposes and constructs a training mode for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in tourism management in the era of Internet Plus.

Research on Training Mode and Mechanism of Economic Management Talents of ＂Innovation-Entrepreneurship Type＂

Innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity of a country. Only make full use of creative thinking, can society have a substantial development. Cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the society is an inescapable mission of colleges and universities. Entrepreneurship and innovation are conducive to China’s enterprises in many aspects of structural optimization. Talents with certain innovation ability can meet the requirements of social development. The colleges and universities are important bases for cultivating innovative talents which take it as a strategic task to cultivate innovation-entrepreneurship type talents. Nevertheless, most of the colleges and universities do not pay attention to innovation and entrepreneurship education and the teaching institutions should actively reform, and make full use of advanced information technology and train innovative talents. In this paper, we discuss the importance of training mode and mechanism of economic management talents with innovation-entrepreneurship type, and we put forward the direction of innovation and entrepreneurship education, at the same time, an innovative management mechanism should be established.

Construction of Human Resources Management Practice Teaching System base on Applied Talents Training

Along with the society＇ s stronger demand for practices of students of human resources management （HRM）, the construction of practice teaching system shall be the key channel for the cultivation of practice talents, especially in local universities and institutions. Combining with the practice of HRM construction in Langfang Teachers University, based on the introduction about the necessity of construction of practice teaching system, the construction content, guarantee measures, and implementation effect of practice teaching system for the cultivation of applied talents of HRM are out forward in this paper, which is in favor of the cultivation of applied talents of HRM.

Research on the Reform of School-Enterprise Cooperation Teaching and Education Mode for Computer Majors

This paper discusses the innovative methods of school-enterprise cooperation education mode in computer applied talent training.An innovative training model based on school-enterprise cooperation is proposed to promote the cultivation of students’practical and innovative skills,so as to better adapt to the needs of society.By analyzing the key links and influencing factors of the training mode,this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions and measures to provide guidelines for universities and enterprises in personnel training.

Exploration of “Integrated Emerging Engineering” Applied Talent Training Mode for Landscape Architecture

Under the background of national promotion of innovation-driven development and Hubei Provincial Department of Education’s proposal to adjust and optimize the layout of higher education disciplines and specialties to serve Hubei as an important strategic pivot for the rise of central region,and based on the regional advantages of Yichang in the urban agglomeration of “Yichang,Jingzhou,Jingmen and Enshi” and the discipline characteristics and construction process of landscape architecture,the exploration and practice of “integrated emerging engineering” talent training mode of landscape architecture in College of Science and Technology of China Three Gorges University are comprehensively summarized from the aspects of teaching system construction,teaching staff construction,curriculum ideological and political construction,service industry and locality,deepening integration of production and education,transformation of scientific research achievements,and second classroom construction,in order to provide a reference for the training of emerging engineering talents in colleges and universities.

Innovation Research of International Talent Training Mode of Tourism Management Major in“The Belt and Road”Regions

The structural scarcity of international talents in tourism industry has become the bottleneck restricting tourism cooperation community of“the Belt and Road”countries and regions,and“the Belt and Road”regional tourism cooperation community has forced the cultivation and promotion of tourism management professionals.Therefore,the research on cultivation and promotion path of international tourism management professionals in“the Belt and Road”regions has become a hot topic in theoretical and practical circles.“The Belt and Road”initiative is put forward to force the innovation of international talent training mode of tourism management major.After investigation,the existing problems in the development of tourism management undergraduate major in colleges and universities are accurately grasped.Eventually,the international talent training mode of tourism management major in“the Belt and Road”regions is innovated from the following aspects:reforming mutual recognition credit system and international enrollment system,innovating the concept of personnel training,reforming practical talents system,innovating curriculum system,and establishing cultivation and promotion path platform for international talents.

产学合作背景下生物医用材料协同育人机制对实现新时代高校育人目标,促进学生终身发展,培养新时代生物医用材料行业发展需要的应用型人才至关重要。当前,产学合作背景下高校协同育人机制实践面临合作运行机制欠完善,人才培养目标有差异,人才培养方式不合理,师资力量较为薄弱的困境。该文从中国式教育现代化背景下新时代生物医用材料卓越人才培养理念,聚焦职业素养培育体系,突出能力本位教育,增强学生的创新精神、创业意识和创业能力,开展“素养引领、项目驱动、五维融合”的产学合作协同育人机制研究。

建筑业数字化转型背景下工程管理应用型人才培养模式改革研究

为满足建筑业数字化转型发展的人才需求,改革传统工程管理人才培养模式成为高校的当务之急。通过访谈和问卷调查,分析了建筑业数字化转型升级下行业对工程管理人才的需求和岗位能力要求,并对标行业需求剖析了当前高校工程管理人才培养的不足。在此基础上,结合工程管理专业学科性质和特点,以及上海杉达学院工程管理专业人才培养改革实践,构建“数字+”核心能力的人才培养新模式,进一步提出“数字+”核心能力培养的课程体系优化、数字化融合的实践教学改革、产教融合的职业能力教育、贯穿全过程的人才品质塑造等主要实现路径,以期为新形势下高校工程管理人才培养提供参考。

基于“校企合作、产教融合”的地方应用型高校智慧农业专业人才培养模式探究

智慧农业是在传统农学基础上,将农业科学、现代信息技术和智能装备相结合的新型专业。该研究以地方应用型高校为例,分析当前我国智慧农业发展现状和存在的问题,探讨高校、企业和政府在校企合作和产教融合智慧农业人才培养中的作用。并从完善智慧农业人才培养体系、强化师资队伍建设、共建实习基地、打造产教融合示范点、加强合作和职业培训等方面,阐述校企合作和产教融合智慧农业人才培养模式的对策和建议。

该文从人才培养模式创新、产教融合提升人才培养质量视角,对大数据本科专业应用型人才培养的多元学科专业基础和培养路径做出分析,进而以物流大数据专业群应用型人才培养为例,通过实施文理文工融合改革思路构建物流大数据复合知识体系,建设“多专业+多课程+多层次+多要求”的大数据实践实训平台、多学科专业融合互促的泛在化教学体系和深化产教研融合,形成多元基础分路径培养的人才培养思路并应用实践。通过物流大数据人才培养改革创新与实践,2021—2023年文理文工融合人才培养模式获得认可,教学成果突出,促进学科专业资源整合,形成“资源-名师-成果”互促上升的发展路径,人才培养质量显著提升,社会认可度提高。

公安院校智慧交通管理人才培养模式探索——基于“三融合六协同”产学合作

浙江警察学院交通管理工程专业作为国家一流本科专业建设点,对智慧交通管理人才的知识、能力、素质培养提出了更高要求。结合新工科、《交通强国建设纲要》以及智能交通系统变革等背景,提出基于“三融合六协同”的人才培养新模式,进一步深化推进公安实战化教育改革,培养具有多学科背景的,高层次、复合型、创新类应用警务人才,为公安队伍输送力量。

新工科视域下应用型高校人才培养模式构建研究

新工科改革的核心之一体现为对人才培养模式探索。基于人才培养模式的三要素——人才培养目标、人才培养过程以及人才培养质量评价,深入探讨了新工科视域下应用型高校人才培养模式构建的内涵。具体为,人才培养目标指向现场工程师,规格上强调应用型、复合型和创新型;人才培养过程中,专业设置强调跨学科、课程建设呈现全方位、师资队伍建设注重结构化、产教融合体现系统化;人才培养质量评价上,要将全过程质量监控和对学生学习结果的评价相结合。

跨学科工程管理专业国际化人才培养模式

通过案例分析、理论指导实践、文献比较研究等方法,以华侨大学为例探讨了工程管理专业国际化人才培养模式的必要性和可行性。研究工程管理专业的国际化课程体系和师资具有跨专业的特点,提出工程管理专业国际化人才培养模式在人才培养理念、培养平台、培养内容、培养方式手段创新的构建原则。设计了中美“1+2+1”双学位、国际项目管理协会(IPMA)国际职业资格认证、中英国际“3+1”本硕连读、赴境外大学短期交流等四条国际化工程管理专业人才培养路径,并分析了面临的挑战,提出了相应的对策建议。
