Application of sensory and motor training in AIDET communication mode in patients after knee arthroplasty

BACKGROUND Patients with knee arthroplasty often have problems such as slow recovery of knee function,which may cause negative emotions and affect their postoperative rehabilitation.The application of sensory and motor training in the Acknowledge,Introduce,Duration,Evaluation,Thank You(AIDET)communication mode in patients after knee arthroplasty can provide reference for the selection of postoperative rehabilitation training measures.AIM To explore the sensory and motor training effects in AIDET communication mode on knee function recovery and resilience of patients after knee arthroplasty.METHODS One hundred patients who underwent knee arthroplasty at our hospital between January 2022 and January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=50)received routine rehabilitation training.In the observation group(n=50),the AIDET communication mode was used to perform sensory and motor training,in addition to routine rehabilitation training.The rehabilitation training was administered for 8 weeks.After surgery,knee function,balance ability,walking ability,proprioception,and resilience were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The New York Hospital for Special Surgery knee scores of the observation group at the time of discharge and 8 weeks after intervention were(65.23±6.84,84.53±5.27),which was higher than those of the control group(61.03±7.15,74.92±6.52)(P<0.05).The balance ability of the observation group at the time of discharge and 8 weeks after the intervention was higher than that of the control group,the time of time up to go test was shorter than that of the control group,and proprioceptive function was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The resilience level in the observation group after the intervention was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Sensory and motor training in AIDET communication mode promotes knee function recovery of patients after knee arthroplasty,improves their limb walking ability and balance function,and increases their resilience level.

The Influencing Factors and Improvement Paths of Applied Talent Training Mode under the Digital Informatization

This study takes the human resource management major of Guangzhou Institute of Science and Technology as an example to discuss the factors influencing the applied talent training mode and improvement paths under digital informatization.The research points out that digital informatization poses new challenges and opportunities to higher education and requires the applied talent training mode to practice and innovate.This study identified five key influencing factors of the applied talent training mode under digital informatization:curriculum setting,teaching methods,faculty structure,practical teaching,and student training.This research presents the improvement paths,including optimizing curriculum settings,innovating teaching methods,adjusting teacher structure,improving practical teaching,and creating student training.Implementing these paths will help students master the latest knowledge and skills of digital informatization,improve their practical ability and innovative thinking to meet the social demand for human resource management professionals,and promote the development of higher education system.

Innovation and Practice of the Cultivation Mode of Application-Oriented Undergraduate Talents in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges under the Guidance of the Spirit of the Great Northern Wilderness

Heilongjiang reclamation area has made great progress since its development and construction, among which the agricultural and forestry colleges in China have played a key role in the input of talents for the production of reclamation area, and the spirit of the Great Wilderness has important strategic significance for the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents. Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example, this paper analyzes the ways of the Great Northern Wilderness Spirit for cultivating application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges, improving the curriculum system of undergraduate talents through innovation, strengthening the cultivation of students’ innovative ability, leading students’ scientific research and academic level, and enhancing students’ practical ability. To innovate the cultivation mode of application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges under the guidance of the spirit of the Great Northern Wilderness, and to provide a reference mode for the cultivation of undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges in China.

Problems and Countermeasures in the Training of Master of Translation and Interpreting Talents in the Context of Technological Empowerment

This paper aims to explore the problems and countermeasures in the training of Master of Translation and Interpreting(MTI)talents in the context of technological empowerment.Through methods such as questionnaires and literature review,the study analyzes the problems in the training of MTI talents under technological empowerment and,by examining the feasibility and applicability of technologies,proposes countermeasures to these problems.The research finds that there are still problems in four areas:training concept,teaching content,research in the current training of MTI talents,and mutual empowerment of technology and education.Four countermeasures are suggested to address these problems,including utilizing technology to promote personalized training and optimize teaching content.This study provides valuable references for future educators to leverage technology in the training of MTI talents.

Comprehensive Evaluation of Talent Training Model for Modern Rehabilitation Therapy Technology:A Case Study of School Y

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively evaluate the modern training model of rehabilitation therapy technology talents.Selecting the third-year students of the rehabilitation therapy technology program in School Y as the research subject,300 questionnaires were collected and the effective response rate was 92%.The strengths and weaknesses of the modern training model were analyzed through a mixed qualitative and quantitative research method.It was found that 68%of the students thought that the modern model had obvious advantages in practical teaching,but 42%of the students thought that it still needed to be improved in personalized teaching.This study provides an empirical basis and specific suggestions for optimizing the cultivation of rehabilitation therapy technology talents.

Exploration of the Training Mode of School-enterprise Collaborative AI Innovative Talents Based on PaddlePaddle

This paper takes the school-enterprise cooperation between the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(UESTC)and Baidu(China)Co.,Ltd.as an example to build the Paddle Paddle(Sichuan)AI Education Innovation Center by enjoying the best of both UESTC and Baidu(China),and cooperating with 16 universities in Sichuan Province.With the support of this center,both the school and the enterprise successfully built a school-enterprise collaborative AI innovative talent training model,which mainly serves the universities,industries,and districts.Furthermore,this training model is able to facilitate the update of the industrial intelligence and the regional economic development in southwest China,and also provide a reference for deep integration of school-enterprise collaboration and the cultivation of innovative talents in electronic information fields.
