Based on the present situation of talent training in marine cultural industry,the collaborative innovation mechanism of governments,enterprises,colleges,scientific institutions and users was used to construct the mode of talent training in marine cultural industry. It is needed to give full play to the active roles of governments,enterprises,colleges,scientific institutions and users in the training of marine cultural talents,develop training mode of innovative scientific and technological talents,speed up the construction of collaborative innovation ability of marine cultural talents,and improve the efficiency of talent training.

Based on the review of related concepts,the current situation and problems of talent training in marine cultural industry in China were analyzed,and talent training mechanisms of marine cultural industry based on collaborative innovation of governments,enterprises,colleges,scientific institutions and users were proposed to promote the transformation,upgrading and vigorous development of marine cultural industry,accelerate the spread of marine culture with Chinese characteristics,and build China into a maritime power.

This paper focuses on the coupling between talent training system of marine cultural industry and collaborative innovation of govern-ments, enterprises, colleges, scientific institutions and users. Secondly, the current situation of talent training in China＇s marine cultural industry and the existing problems were analyzed. Finally, how to integrate the collaborative innovation of governments, enterprises, colleges, scientific institutions and us-ers into the talent training system of marine cultural industry was explored to help talent training to break through the bottleneck and promote the vig-orous development of marine cultural industry.

Finally, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.

Situation and Development of Innovative Research Universities Engineering Science and Technology Talents

Teaching and research universities cultivate innovative talents that should have the following characteristics： a strong curiosity and thirst for knowledge, strong ability of self-learning and exploration. They should primarily get engaged in applied basic research, focus on knowledge development and operational needs of the basic technology for logic systems, and acquire subject knowledge and expertise, technological innovation. They should have a good moral training, be able to work or live together with others; have good health and good human qualities, be able to take hard work. For the purposes of teaching and Research University, it is to foster innovative talents, we must adhere to the fundamental status of undergraduate teaching, and gradually promote the study of teaching; we must adhere to the path of industry-university cooperation; students in general education system must be established.

Exploration of Diversified Talent Training and Collaborative Innovation Models from the Perspective of Scientific Research Team Construction and Collaborative Management Mechanism in Applied Undergraduate Universities

This study is dedicated to exploring the role of scientific research team construction and collaborative management mechanisms in applied undergraduate universities in promoting diversified talent training and collaborative innovation models.By forming an interdisciplinary scientific research team and recording in detail the team’s performance,problems encountered,and solutions during the collaborative innovation process,the study found that interdisciplinary team construction significantly improved scientific research timeliness,which was 29.33%higher than that of traditional single-disciplinary teams.Therefore,the construction of interdisciplinary scientific research teams and collaborative management mechanisms are effective ways for applied undergraduate universities to promote diversified talent training and collaborative innovation.

遮蔽、澄明与“双减”:创新人才涌现的哲学基础与关键

自然科学基础学科中的拔尖创新人才何以涌现是当下中国的核心论题,其哲学基础和关键能否得以揭示关系到教育观念变革和教育实践定向。此论题同时关涉“双减”这一教育政策概念尚未被把握的本质。在《科学革命的结构》以及库恩一系列论述中,范式与教-学间的联系是常规科学时期科学教育的本质所涉,不适当的教-学会在学生头脑中形成范式陷阱。范式陷阱作为隐喻与海德格尔的“遮蔽”隐喻虽有不同但高度类似,彼此唤醒。教-学中的教科书以“真”的文字和语言形成了作为掩埋的遮蔽而类似“陷阱”,扭曲/失真的遮蔽使反常现象难以被“看见”和发现,改信的困难凸显范式陷阱作为“陷阱”的特征。在海德格尔处,真理的本质揭示自身为自由,即不被旧范式遮蔽的自由或不陷入范式陷阱的自由。Doublelighten作为英译方使“双减”概念中隐藏不露的微光与澄明得以显露。与遮蔽相对的隐喻是澄明,减少本科学习量和“双减”的哲学本质在澄明。澄明和自由是自然科学领域真理发现和创新人才涌现的本质和关键,全民族始终要将学生在(旧)范式中、在不断增长的知识和技术中所保有的澄明和自由视为珍宝。本文是勾连库恩和海德格尔的一次尝试。

“双一流”大学教师国际学术影响力研究——结构、评价指标及影响因素

构建大学教师国际学术影响力的三维评价指标和量表,对中国37所“双一流”大学教师进行了国际学术影响力抽样调查和测评。通过结构方程模型方法,拟合验证了所构建的大学教师国际学术影响力的三维结构,即国际人才培养、国际科学研究和国际社会服务。研究结果表明,大学教师的国际学术影响力平均水平偏低,存在较大的个体差异,同时,还会受到大学教师的学科领域、职称、访学时长、访学次数等因素的显著影响。

系统推进农业科研机构青年人才队伍建设,对于实现农业科技高水平自立自强具有重要战略和实践意义。文章从系统论的视角,在阐述青年科技人才培养内涵特征的基础上,构建一个“制度保障-平台赋能-文化创新-机遇创造”四维逻辑框架,并以中国农业科学院农业环境与可持续发展研究所为例,总结了国家级农业科研机构建设青年科技人才培养体系的实践经验,着重从加强顶层设计、深化体制机制改革、加强平台建设、创造历练机会、创新文化建设等方面提出了加强农业科研机构青年科技人才培养体系建设的建议,以期为加快培育国家战略科技力量,发展农业新质生产力和农业强国建设提供参考借鉴。

本研贯通拔尖人才培养机制与模式探索

本研贯通一体化拔尖人才培养的实践在全国各地获得较好的发展。但是,目前本研贯通培养还存在着管理机制不够顺畅,培养模式没有深层次融合本科研究生培养,科研创新训练模式无法调动各方面资源和拔尖创新选拔淘汰机制过度注重课程学习成绩等方面的问题。这表明我国目前的本研贯通仍处于探索阶段,缺乏个性化培养,难以做到因材施教。针对上述问题,该研究以宁波大学通信工程专业拔尖创新本研贯通班为例,从本研贯通管理机制、培养模式、科研创新模式和拔尖学生选拔角度开展一系列的改革与实践,实践结果获得较好的成果,可以为进一步提升和实施本研贯通教育提供重要参考。

科技创新人才创造力影响因素的实证分析

本文围绕科技创新人才创造力的影响因素展开实证分析,基于既有文献,结合德尔菲法论证,确立科技创新人才创造力的影响因素,构建结构方程模型,通过向天津市科技创新人才发放问卷,研究最适创造力年龄、团队以及各组织社会等因素的重要性排序,并依据问卷数据构建结构方程模型。结构方程模型证实,科技创新人才科研心理对创造力起到正向作用。理工农医类结构方程路径显示,科技创新人才的组织、社会、家庭和心理品质因素通过科研心理间接对创造力起正向作用。但在哲学人文社科类样本中,社会和公共政策因素对心理品质、团队因素对科研心理两条影响路径影响未被证实。基于实证研究结果和问卷调查,建议从工资待遇、职业发展、科技支持(项目、团队、平台、交流)、科学评价与激励保障方面进行改进,以提高科技创新人才的创造力。
