Analysis of Influencing Factors of Work Motivation of Government Employees Based on MaxDiff Model:Evidence from Jiangmen City

The purpose of this paper is to use the MaxDiff model to explore the factors influencing the work motivation of staff in certain government agencies in Jiangmen City,and to conduct relevant empirical analyses.The study aims to propose strategies for improving work motivation among these staff members.The results indicate that the most significant factors affecting the work motivation of staff in Jiangmen government agencies are salary and remuneration,additional welfare benefits,and the power to make decisions about their own work.In contrast,factors such as a sense of belonging to the work unit,recognition of their work,and job security are less important.Therefore,it is recommended that government agencies in Jiangmen City increase the salaries and benefits of their staff and provide them with more decision-making power.This approach will stimulate their desire to work,enhance their motivation,improve the efficiency of government agencies,and elevate the level of public service.Ultimately,these measures will support the construction of a harmonious,stable,and orderly society. 展开更多

Measuring such a type of motivation has been proven to be complicated and open for debate. In this study, MUSIC Model of academic motivation developed by Jones (2009) was employed to conduct a survey on 214 third-year students of a police university after their Medical English course. Given five major components in the MUSIC Model derived from research and theory that are critical to student engagement in academic settings, including empowerment, usefulness, success, interest, and caring, the study reveals interesting results for considering the effectiveness of an ESP course. Some implications for instructors about how to engage students in a course have been also drawn out. It is believed to be practically helpful for those delivering ESP courses in non-English major universities in Vietnam. 展开更多

EFL motivation is a hot research field of second language learners.In recent years,many researchers have focused on Dornyei’s second language self-system as a theoretical framework.The purpose of this study is to examine the predictive power of self-orientation of college medium level English learners to EFL learners’motivation,and to find ways to enhance their motivation and EFL proficiency.The subject of this paper is a medium level students of an ordinary college.Using linear regression analysis to collect data through questionnaires,it is found that the self-orientation of the subjects can explain the predictive effect on the actu⁃al learning behavior is not ideal.Ideal L2 self and L2 self-confidence are insufficient,and corresponding learning strategies are lacking,which limits self-directed ability to predict L2 motivation. 展开更多

Background:The Science,PE,&Me!(SPEM)curriculum is a concept-based physical education curriculum that offers students coherent educational experiences for constructing health-related fitness knowledge through movement experiences.The purpose of this study was to evaluate students’motivational response to the SPEM curriculum from the situational interest perspective.Methods:The study used a cluster randomized controlled design in which 30 elementary schools in one of the largest metropolitan areas in the eastern United States were randomly assigned to an experimental or comparison condition.Although all students in the 3rd,4th,and 5th grades in the targeted schools were eligible to participate in the study,a random sample of students from the experimental(n=1749;15 schools)and comparison groups(n=1985;15 schools)provided data.Students’motivational response to the SPEM curriculum or comparison curriculum was measured using the previously validated Situational Interest Scale-Elementary.Data were analyzed using structural mean modeling.Results:The results demonstrated that the experimental group(as reference group)showed significantly higher enjoyment(z=-2.01),challenge(z=-6.54),exploration(z=-12.195),novelty(z=-8.80),and attention demand(z=-7.90)than the comparison group.Conclusion:The findings indicate that the SPEM curriculum created a more situationally interesting context for learning than the comparison physical education curriculum. 展开更多

目的探讨心理复原模型框架下的动机性访谈对冠心病老年患者健康管理的影响。方法选取2023年1~4月于河南科技大学第一附属医院就诊的164例老年冠心病患者纳入研究,按随机数表法分为研究组和常规组各82例。常规组患者采用常规护理,研究组... 目的探讨心理复原模型框架下的动机性访谈对冠心病老年患者健康管理的影响。方法选取2023年1~4月于河南科技大学第一附属医院就诊的164例老年冠心病患者纳入研究,按随机数表法分为研究组和常规组各82例。常规组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者在常规组护理的基础上联合心理复原模型框架下的动机性访谈,两组均干预3个月。干预前后比较两组患者的心功能[左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]、6 min步行试验结果、生活质量[西雅图心绞痛调查问卷(SAQ)]、自我管理行为[冠心病自我管理行为量表(CSMS)]、心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)],同时比较两组患者的不良事件发生率和干预后3个月的复发率。结果干预后,研究组患者的LVESD、LVEDD分别为(46.25±3.25)mm、(45.39±1.17)mm,明显低于常规组的(50.14±4.19)mm、(49.87±1.39)mm,LVEF和6 min步行试验结果分别为(44.25±2.59)%、(362.27±12.35)m,明显高(长)于常规组的(39.98±2.21)%、(258.54±7.86)m,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组患者的CSMS、SAQ评分分别为(68.50±1.20)分、(242.21±7.85)分,明显高于常规组的(54.68±2.38)分、(222.05±6.52)分,SAS、SDS评分分别为(38.52±2.14)分、(35.97±1.14)分,明显低于常规组的(44.14±3.58)分、(40.49±2.59)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的不良事件总发生率为3.66%,明显低于常规组的12.20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后3个月,研究组患者的复发率为5.00%,明显低于常规组的15.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理复原模型框架下的动机性访谈应用于老年冠心病健康管理中可缓解患者负性情绪,改善患者自我管理行为,提升患者心功能及生活质量,降低不良事件发生风险,预防疾病复发。 展开更多

目的分析基于信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)模型的护理干预对功能性消化不良患者的作用。方法选取2022年12月—2023年6月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的160例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组80例... 目的分析基于信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)模型的护理干预对功能性消化不良患者的作用。方法选取2022年12月—2023年6月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的160例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组患者应用常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上应用基于IMB模型的护理干预。比较2组患者干预前后心理状态、胃肠动力及生活质量情况。结果干预后,2组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均有所下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,2组患者胃肠激素一氧化氮(NO)、血清胃动素(MTL)和血清胃泌素(GAS)水平均有所改善,观察组各指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,2组患者胃肠道生活质量指数(GIQLI)评分均有所提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于IMB模型的护理干预有利于缓解功能性消化不良患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,能有效增强患者胃肠动力及活力,提高患者生活质量。 展开更多

目的:探究IMB模型框架下小组个性化干预对子痫前期(PE)患者自护能力、血压控制的影响。方法:随机数字表法将2021年3月-2023年2月本院就诊的PE患者200例分为观察组与对照组各100例,两组均予以常规护理干预,观察组同时予以信息-动机-行为... 目的:探究IMB模型框架下小组个性化干预对子痫前期(PE)患者自护能力、血压控制的影响。方法:随机数字表法将2021年3月-2023年2月本院就诊的PE患者200例分为观察组与对照组各100例,两组均予以常规护理干预,观察组同时予以信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)模型框架下小组个性化护理干预,均干预至妊娠分娩。比较两组自护能力[自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分]、负性心理[焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]、治疗依从性、血压控制情况及分娩结局。结果:干预后观察组ESCA各维度评分均高于对照组,SDS(42.55±4.28分)、SAS(43.39±4.21分)评分均低于对照组(48.36±4.33分、47.57±4.36分),治疗依从性(94.0%)高于对照组(83.0%),收缩压及舒张压(127.6±7.5 mmHg、93.5±4.3 mmHg)低于对照组(142.5±8.4mmHg、104.6±5.5 mmHg),不良分娩结局低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:对PE患者实施IMB模型框架下小组个性化干预可提高患者的自护能力与治疗依从性,减轻负性心理,有利于血压控制及改善妊娠结局,提高了护理效果。 展开更多

目的:探讨基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型(IMB模型)的运动干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇血糖控制、自我管理能力及妊娠结局的影响。方法:将100例GDM患者根据干预方式的不同分为两组,予以常规运动干预的为对照组(n=50);予以基于IMB模型运动... 目的:探讨基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型(IMB模型)的运动干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇血糖控制、自我管理能力及妊娠结局的影响。方法:将100例GDM患者根据干预方式的不同分为两组,予以常规运动干预的为对照组(n=50);予以基于IMB模型运动干预的为观察组(n=50)。两组均干预4周。比较两组干预前后GDM运动知、信、行水平[GDM运动知识-态度-行为问卷]、自我管理能力[孕妇自我保健管理评定问卷]、血糖水平[空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平,餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)],随访至患者分娩,比较两组患者血糖控制不佳入院率、孕期体重增长超标、分娩后口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)不达标率及妊娠结局。结果:相较于对照组,干预后,观察组GDM运动知识、态度及行为评分均更高(P<0.05);孕妇自我保健管理评定问卷总分及各维度评分均更高(P<0.05);观察组FBG、2 hPG及HbA1c均更低(P<0.05),血糖控制不佳入院、孕期体重增长超标及分娩后OGTT不达标总发生率均更低(P<0.05)。观察组患者妊娠不良结局总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于IMB模型的运动干预可提高GDM患者运动知、信、行水平及自我管理能力,有效控制患者血糖,改善母婴结局。 展开更多
