Research on the Transformation and Development of College English Teachers under the Mode of Applied Talents Training

With the rapid development of economic globalization and the transformation of higher education from elite education to popular education,all employers require college students’English ability is getting higher and higher,especially for the ability to work in English.Teachers not only play a major role in the process of training students’application ability,but also determine the success or failure of the transformation and development of local colleges and universities.This also puts forward higher requirements for College English teachers.The majority of English teachers must realize their own transformation and development from the overall situation of the transformation and development of colleges and the actual needs of students to learn English.College English teachers should adapt to the new situation,change teaching ideas and establish the concept of lifelong learning,so as to increase their own practical experience and industry experience,so as to promote the development of College English teaching.

Research on the Transformation and Development of Universities under the Combination of Science and Education and the Combination of Production and Education

The research on the transformation and development of colleges and universities in China involves the connotation,causes,target orientation,content and conditions,problems encountered in the transformation and development.Therefore,the author studies the transformation and development of Universities under the integration of education,industry and education.The research shows that the development of integration of general vocational education is the basic feature of Applied Undergraduate education,the development of integration of industry and education is the basic way of Applied Undergraduate education,and the development of integration of science and education is the basic law of Applied Undergraduate education.Colleges and universities must grasp the transformational development path of integration of science and education,integration of production and education,and clarify the orientation of running schools for the local economic development and the development of disciplines to connect regional industries.

Economic Responsibility Audit Transformation and Development of Township Party and Government Leading Cadres - Problems and Countermeasures

With the implementation of a series of policies to support rural development,such as the national rural revitalization strategy and poverty alleviation,the economic responsibility audit of township party and government leading cadres has been given new responsibilities and missions.However,some grass-roots audit institutions are faced with practical difficulties such as the solidification of audit thinking,slow progress of audit informatization construction,and large gap of grass-roots audit resources.The only way to overcome the difficulties is to explore the transfonnation of the economic responsibility audit and countermeasures of the township party and government leading cadres by tracing the source and adapting measxires according to the difficulties.

Optimization Analysis of Human Resource Management Strategies of Nantong University,a Local Comprehensive University in China

This study analyzes the current situation and challenges of Nantong University amid the rapid development of higher education,addressing aspects such as faculty structure,administrative management efficiency,and promotion mechanisms.Through questionnaire surveys and field research,coupled with SWOT analysis and various theoretical methods,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on Nantong University’s internal and external environment.The study proposes an improved comprehensive development strategy and implementation measures,which include updating management concepts,strengthening professional training,optimizing employment conditions,and improving salary systems.Ultimately,this study provides practical strategies for human resource management and the transformational development of Nantong University and other local comprehensive universities.

Dynamic evolution and the mechanism of modern gully agriculture regional function in the Loess Plateau

The agricultural regional type and function are the key theoretical issues in agricultural geography research.Gully agriculture in the Loess Plateau is a new regional type of agricultural system with the coupling development of the modern gully human-earth relationship.The study of its functional changes is of great practical significance for food security,rural revitalization and sustainable development of regional agriculture in the region of interest.This paper analyses the multifunctional change of gully agriculture in the Loess Plateau and its dynamic mechanism by using large-scale remote sensing data,topographic relief amplitude model,and spatial econometric model to understand internal implications for evolution differentiation at the basin level.The results show that:(1)The spatial concentration of production and supply function of agricultural products(APF)in the gully of the Loess Plateau gully is high,while the ecological conservation and maintenance function(ECF),employment and social security function(ESF),cultural heritage and leisure function(CRF)are relatively low.The four functions’spatial distribution has revealed an apparent regularity.(2)APF has been significantly enhanced,which is mainly distributed in point clusters and strips in the farming and pastoral areas in northern Shaanxi to the Yanhe river basin.The high-value areas of ESF are clustered around the urbanized metropolitan circles and urban-rural staggered areas along the Great Wall.ECF is concentrated in areas with significant natural endowments and excellent ecological conditions.CRF is significantly higher in the municipal districts and the surrounding regional central cities.(3)There are noticeable differences in the gully agriculture regional function(GARF)evolution process due to the geographical environment and socio-economic development stages.In this regard,natural factors have tremendously affected APF,ESF,and ECF,while socio-economic factors greatly differ in the four functions.There are still differences in the driving mechanisms of modern gully agriculture evolution types;hence many critical policies in the Loess Plateau can directly affect the function evolution paths.The dynamic evolution of GARF can reflect the general law of rural human-earth system transition in gully areas,thereby providing policy ideas for high-quality development of agriculture in the Loess Plateau.
