Research on the Digital Economy,Technological Innovation,and Transformation and Upgrading of the Manufacturing Industry in Shandong Province

Based on panel data from 16 cities in Shandong Province from 2013 to 2022,and grounded in theoretical analysis,this paper constructs a benchmark regression model,a mediating effect model,and a heterogeneity test for empirical analysis.The results show that:(1)the digital economy has a significant positive effect on promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Shandong Province;(2)the digital economy can drive the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry through technological innovation;and(3)the impact of the digital economy on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Shandong Province is evidently heterogeneous.

Employment and Wage Effects of RMB Exchange Rate for Manufacturing Sectors in China and the US

By creating a labor market dynamic general equilibrium model, this paper derives the pass-through mechanism of exchange rate's employment and wage effects,carries out an empirical study on the employment and wage effects of RMB exchange rate for manufacturing sectors in China and the United States based on ridge regression, and examines the role of industry characteristics in this process. Research findings suggest that: RMB depreciation will drive employment and wage growth for most of China's laborintensive manufacturing sectors, and RMB appreciation will increase employment for certain capital-and technology-intensive sectors; but RMB depreciation has insignificant employment and wage effects for most sectors in the US. Hence, in achieving the longterm stability of RMB exchange rate, China should take advantage of RMB appreciation's manufacturing upgrade effect and ensure the steady growth of manufacturing employment.The US should make breakthroughs in various links of its economic development in order to tackle unemployment, instead of blaming RMB exchange rate. In addition, the nature of business activities and trade union characteristic are both significant factors that lead to differences in inter-sector employment levels of Chinese and US manufacturing sectors.Technology characteristic and other monopolistic characteristics exert decisive effects on the difference of wage return for various sectors in China and the US.

Lead anthropogenic transfer and transformation in China

Information on lead redistribution and speciation changes in anthrosphere can help to analyze the whole lead cycle on the earth. Lead life cycle was traced based on the concepts of anthropogenic transfer and transformation. Lead transfer and the distribution of chemical species throughout the anthropogenic flow were identified in 2010 in China. The results show that 1.85 Mt lead ore was consumed(besides 1.287 Mt imported concentrated ore and 1.39 Mt lead scraps. After undergoing transformations, 3.53 Mt lead entered end services in chemical species of Pb, Pb O2 and PbSO4, altogether accounting for over 80% of the total lead products. Finally, 2.10 Mt ore was emitted into the environment in such species as PbSO4(26%), PbO(19%) and Pb(15%). Lead transfer begins in primary raw material sectors, and then transfers to manufacturing sectors. Lead provides services mainly in such industrial sectors as transportation, electrical power and buildings or construction.

Green transformation of manufacturing industry for ecological protection in Jiangsu Province

Under the new normal economy, the manufacturing industry is developing rapidly as the focus of economic development in Jiangsu. Its rapid development has brought great opportunities to our society, but at the same time, great challenges has been brought to the natural environment. The resource consumption and environmental pollution problems have become increasingly prominent. In the face of this situation, we must try every means to reduce pollution and save energy. Therefore, the transition trend of manufacturing industry in the future is bound to take the green economy as the background. Thus, this paper analyzes the drawbacks of the manufacturing industry in Jiangsu province. And the status of traditional manufacturing enterprises and advantages of green manufacturing are analyzed. Then, the paper proposed to explore the practice of green manufacturing mode for the ecological protection, so as to achieve the industrial transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Jiangsu province.

中国OFDI对外贸高质量发展的影响路径研究

外贸高质量发展是现代化经济体系建设的重要内容。本文从外贸规模、外贸结构、外贸竞争力和外贸可持续性4个层面构建了外贸高质量发展的评价指标体系,并采用熵值法对OFDI促进外贸高质量发展的产业路径和技术路径展开理论和实证分析。研究表明:我国OFDI能显著促进外贸高质量发展;产业结构升级和技术进步的中介效应显著存在。为推动我国外贸实现高质量发展,政府应进一步完善相关政策措施,促进企业对外直接投资,不断深化产业转型、技术创新等保障机制改革;企业则应加大对自身技术的研发投入,加大对知识和技术密集型行业的对外投资,并加强企业之间的合作交流。

Promoting China’s Industrial Upgrading by Expanding the Opening-Up of Service Industry:Intrinsic Logic and Realization Approach

Tertiarization and service globalization are becoming an irreversible trend,which is highlighted in the following aspects:the value added of service industry is contributing more and more to the GDP of major economies,service industry is becoming the main channel to absorb social employment,and the service trade has become the most active mode of international trade.In building the export-oriented economic development strategy,expanding the opening-up of service industry not only is essential to the high-quality development of service industry,but also can realize the transformation and upgrading of China’s economy by improving the resource allocation efficiency of manufacturing industry through the integration of industry development.It is a huge systematic project to promote the industrial upgrading by expanding the opening-up of service industry,which requires comprehensive measures:continuously optimizing the institutional environment for the development and opening-up of service industry,taking the development of productive service industry and two-way opening-up as the priority,promoting the international competitiveness of service trade by“entering WTO for the second time”,recognizing the role of“digital plus”in the service opening-up and industrial upgrading;building a financial system to meet the needs of an open economy.

China＇s Industries in the Beginning of Its 12th Five-Year Plan Period

Complex international and domestic economic scenarios and the short cyclical nature of macroeconomic policies characterizes the beginning year of the 12th Five- Year Plan period, it reflects the difficult policy choices that arise among three major regulatory targets ,for growth, structure, and prices. In the transitional period of intertwined challenges, a spirit of commitment and dedication to real industries will allow China to occupy vantage points in world manufacturing and become an industrial power in the real sense. To a certain extent the beginning year of the 12th Five-Year Plan period （2011-2015）, while.fraught with challenges and pain, marks a departure from cutthroat competition to quality growth for Chinese enterprises and entrepreneurs. From 2012, China＇s industrial and market economic systems will both head towards more sophisticated stages of development. China ＂s industries will develop along environmentally sustainable, delicate, high-end, IT-based and service-oriented paths, while expediting the country＇s economic restructuring, industrial upgrade capabilities and its pursuit of innovative industrialization, and it will do so with strides more remarkable than ever before in its history.

人工智能、产品创新与制造业适应性转型

人工智能(AI)对产品开发、运营和营销等企业价值链的影响正在改变制造业转型升级的机制与路径。围绕AI如何通过影响产品创新推动制造业转型升级,本文依托相关研究成果提炼AI区别于其他数字技术的核心创新特征,剖析AI对产品创新的影响机制,并通过AI影响个体、企业、产业的跨层次分析框架,从产品创新视角提出AI影响制造业转型升级的适应性变革概念模型,探讨AI通过产品创新影响制造业适应性转型的机制与路径,形成三个主要结论:(1)新社会主体、生成性、知识积累方式突变性构成AI区别于其他数字技术的三个核心创新特征;(2)AI作为新社会主体角色介入产品企划、结构工艺等开发环节,改变或增强了人类智能的产品开发思维,拓展了产品开发的知识边界;(3)AI增强产品创新与运营过程、市场营销和销售的全价值链即时互动和调整,构建起平衡制造敏捷性与用户敏捷性冲突的自适应调节机制,推动制造业通过产业快速自适应调节涌现出自适应间断平衡的转型路径。

数字经济发展促进产业结构转型升级的实证研究

从理论上来说,数字经济发展通过影响产业间结构转变、产业内劳动生产率提升和产业资源配置效率提高等方式来促进产业结构转型升级。文章以我国247个地级及以上城市2016—2019年的数据为例,采用固定效应模型分析数字经济发展对产业结构转型升级的影响。实证结果发现:数字经济发展对第一维度、第二维度和第三维度产业结构转型升级均具有显著的促进作用,子样本数据的实证结果和采取替代变量的实证结果均支持这一研究结论;在控制内生性问题后,研究结论依然成立。进一步的机制检验发现,数字经济发展主要通过消费升级效应和技术外溢效应两种途径促进产业结构转型升级。

数字化转型对纺织业升级的影响研究

纺织业是传统产业中的支柱产业,用数字技术推动中国纺织产业升级具有重要意义。本文基于2012—2020年中国A股上市公司数据,构建纺织企业升级的指标,考察数字化转型对纺织业升级的影响。实证结果表明,数字化转型主要通过推动企业流程升级和功能升级两种途径,显著促进纺织业升级。本文采用工具变量法弱化由于遗漏变量等因素导致的内生性问题,通过替换变量和滞后变量法进行稳健性检验,得到一致的检验结果。机制检验表明,数字化转型主要通过营运效应、市场效应和成本效应促进纺织产业升级。本文的研究结果为促进企业数字化转型、推动纺织业升级和通过数字化转型促进纺织业产业升级提供了政策启示。

Analysis on the development of intelligent manufacturing industry in Shanghai

Intelligent manufacturing is the transformation and upgrading of Chma＇s manutactunng industry, to speeu up me transformation from the manufacturing power to the main direction of manufacturing power, but also to implement the ＂Made in China 2025＂ and ＂lntemet plus＂ strategy to promote the supply side of the manufacturing sector reform, building a global influence of the importatu center of science and technology innovation center. An analysis of the present situation of intelligent manufacturing industry in Shanghai, we can point out the deficiency of its development and point out the direction for the development of the intelligent manufacturing industry in Shanghai.

双碳视角下绿色产业政策对造纸产业转型升级影响研究

围绕双碳目标,通过研究绿色产业政策与造纸产业发展的相关关系,探究了绿色产业政策对造纸产业转型升级的影响机理,并以京津冀及周边地区为例进行实证分析。得出如下结论:绿色产业政策有利于造纸产业的发展;“碳排放权交易”对造纸企业转型升级有一定程度的促进作用,而“碳排放权交易”“环境保护税”和“排污许可证”等对造纸企业转型升级具有一定的抑制作用。为促进我国造纸业高质量发展和实现双碳目标,政府应继续加大绿色政策扶持力度,大力推广清洁生产工艺和技术,引导企业积极开展节能减排改造活动,同时制定企业环境行为准则并加强对企业环境的责任落实与监督。

数字经济、要素市场化与产业结构转型升级

作为一类高融合性、高协同性、高成长性、高科技性的经济形态,数字经济为产业结构转型升级提供新动能。立足2009—2021年中国10个国家级城市群面板数据,借助双固定效应模型检验数字经济、要素市场化与产业结构升级之间的关系。结果显示:数字经济、要素市场化与政府治理转型均能推动产业结构转型升级,且要素市场化、政府治理转型在数字经济推动产业结构升级过程中发挥中介效应。不同数字经济类型对各城市群产业结构升级均具有正向推动作用,且在空间层面呈现“东部地区>中部地区>东北地区>西部地区”趋势。相比于大型城市,中小城市要素市场化对产业结构升级的促进作用更强,数字经济对产业结构升级的促进作用偏小。另外,产业数字化对产业结构转型升级的作用存在显著单一门槛效应,即跨过门槛值后产业数字化方可显著推动产业结构升级。据此,提出构筑数字经济发展新生态、布局要素市场化配置新机制、构建区域协同发展新格局的建议,为产业结构转型升级提供新思路。

场景驱动中国制造企业创新实现全球价值链攀升路径——双重价值链差异性嵌入视角

“双循环”新发展格局下,中国制造业在产业组织形态上既嵌入国内价值链充分依托广袤市场的多元化禀赋,同时又嵌入全球价值链参与国际分工实现动态转型升级,但关于场景驱动制造企业创新的探讨还相对少见。为此,选取中国制造业实现全球价值链攀升的微观基础——制造企业为研究对象,基于场景化要素嵌入背景,以国内价值链嵌入广度和全球价值链嵌入高度为评价指标,考察在国内和全球双重价值链差异性嵌入情境下场景驱动制造企业创新实现全球价值链攀升的路径。从知识创新与扩散、产业集聚与升级、市场拓展与创造、生产性服务支撑4种因素间关系着手,通过对4个典型案例的分析发现,场景驱动制造企业创新实现全球价值链攀升有4条路径:链主企业通过创造需求场景实现全球价值链高位势嵌入;链主企业通过破坏创新场景实现全球价值链颠覆性嵌入;“专精特新”企业通过迭代升级场景实现全球价值链动态化嵌入;“专精特新”企业通过跨界经营场景实现全球价值链错位性嵌入。据此,提出中国制造企业应依据自身在国内和全球双重价值链网络的嵌入广度和高度设计合理的场景驱动创新方式,推进链主企业所属制造业圈层体系根植共生,同时政府及相关管理机构应当更为深入推进产业链、价值链、供应链的数字化建设。

数字经济、技术进步与制造业转型升级

制造业水平是一个国家综合实力和国际竞争力的重要标志,技术进步提供了制造业转型升级的动力和基础。而数字经济作为推动技术进步和企业变革的重要力量,为传统制造业注入新的增长动力。基于2010—2020年我国省级面板数据,运用固定效应模型和门槛效应模型实证研究数字经济背景下技术进步对我国制造业转型升级的作用机制,并探究数字经济在此过程中发挥的调节效应。研究结果显示:(1)数字经济时代下,技术进步对制造业转型升级依旧具有很强的驱动效应;(2)在技术进步对制造业转型升级的作用过程中,数字经济可以有效发挥正向调节作用;(3)技术进步驱动制造业转型升级存在显著的数字经济门槛效应。

人工智能驱动中国产业链现代化研究

产业链是一种特殊性质的社会分工协作网络,由主体要素和结构要素构成。人工智能能够驱动产业链主体要素现代化和结构要素现代化。在此基础上,科学构建中国产业链现代化的模型及评价指标体系,并基于2013—2022年中国30个省份的面板数据,实证分析人工智能影响产业链现代化的作用效果及具体机制,结果发现人工智能有助于产业链现代化水平的提升,并且提升作用在西部地区最强,中部地区次之,东部地区最弱;政策冲击检验结果表明,国家新一代人工智能创新发展试验区的设立能够显著提升产业链现代化水平,具有显著的因果效应;机制分析结果表明,人工智能可以通过提升人力资本、推动产业结构升级和拉动消费需求三条途径推动产业链现代化。中国应把握人工智能等新科技革命带来的产业变革机遇,推动传统产业链向高端化、智能化、绿色化转型升级,建设具有完整性、先进性、安全性的现代化产业体系。

双重环境目标约束下的产业转型升级:“减污降碳”何以“协同增效”

在全面推进人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化进程中,处理好多目标环境规制政策的协同性是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要工作。面对建设美丽中国与实现“双碳”目标两大战略任务,环境政策协同是否可以更加有效推动产业转型升级,现有研究尚无确定答案。因此,该研究利用“两控区”和低碳城市试点政策作为环境政策协同的准自然实验,将有为政府与有效市场纳入统一分析框架,利用2003—2020年中国282个地级及以上城市面板数据,通过构建双重差分模型,研究减污降碳双重环境目标约束对地区产业转型升级的影响。研究表明:①与单一环境规制相比,减污降碳协同推进地区产业转型升级效果更佳,这一结论在一系列稳健性检验中均成立。②机制分析发现,在双重环境目标约束下,有为政府通过财政支出调节效应推动地区产业转型升级;有效市场激励微观企业产生易地搬迁效应和创新补偿效应,从而实现地区产业转型升级。③进一步研究发现,减污降碳双重环境目标推动产业转型升级具有明显的异质性,双重试点政策对东部地区、非老工业基地、高环保意识地区、环境基础设施水平高的地区产业转型升级的作用更加显著。基于此提出:①地方政府应统筹全局,避免走偏、盲目上马“两高”项目;②充分发挥财政的支柱作用,吸引和带动更多社会资金流入绿色低碳行业;③根据各地实际将国家减污降碳目标分解落实,探索可推广、可复制的经验和样板;④加大创新激励力度,鼓励低碳技术与低污染排放治理技术协同创新;⑤因地制宜实施差别化的政策,推进各区域要素禀赋深度融合,充分发挥减污降碳协同优势。

数字经济、科技创新与制造业转型升级

文章基于2010—2021年我国30个省份的统计数据,深入研究了数字经济、科技创新与制造业转型升级之间的关系,结果显示,数字经济能够促进制造业高度化和合理化转型升级,通过工具变量法进行稳健性检验后,该结论依旧成立。中介效应检验结果显示,数字经济能够通过科技人才集聚和科技创新效率推动制造业高度化和合理化转型升级。门槛效应检验结果显示,科技人才集聚和科技创新效率在制造业高度化转型升级中均存在单一门槛效应,在制造业合理化转型升级中均存在双重门槛效应。异质性分析结果显示,数字经济对制造业高度化转型升级的影响存在时间异质性,但对制造业合理化转型升级的影响不存在时间异质性;数字经济对制造业高度化和合理化转型升级的影响均存在空间异质性,对沿海区域的影响效应比内陆区域更显著。
