With the rise of the global digital economy and the deep integration of digital technology into traditional manufacturing operations,cross-border e-commerce provides a new commercial model and pathways for transforming and upgrading Dongguan’s traditional manufacturing industry.It also offers perspectives for enhancing the integration of online and offline operations while advancing the industrial Internet process.This study examines the impact of cross-border e-commerce on Dongguan manufacturing,highlighting its role in improving production efficiency,expanding international markets,and driving industrial upgrading through product enhancement,supply chain optimization,and innovative business models.By incorporating practical cases and data analysis from Dongguan enterprises,this study investigates the benefits and challenges of cross-border e-commerce in the transformation of the manufacturing industry,aiming to offer a reference for enterprise digital transformation and global competitive strategies.

Research on the Digital Economy,Technological Innovation,and Transformation and Upgrading of the Manufacturing Industry in Shandong Province

Based on panel data from 16 cities in Shandong Province from 2013 to 2022,and grounded in theoretical analysis,this paper constructs a benchmark regression model,a mediating effect model,and a heterogeneity test for empirical analysis.The results show that:(1)the digital economy has a significant positive effect on promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Shandong Province;(2)the digital economy can drive the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry through technological innovation;and(3)the impact of the digital economy on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Shandong Province is evidently heterogeneous.

Research on the Impact of Digital Transformation on the Performance of Manufacturing Enterprises

To address the challenges faced by manufacturing enterprises in digital transformation,this paper analyzes the relationship between digital transformation and enterprise performance.Using panel data from domestic A-share-listed manufacturing enterprises from 2012 to 2022,two hypotheses were proposed.The analysis and verification revealed that digital transformation in manufacturing enterprises can enhance performance and reduce costs.Based on the impact of digital transformation on manufacturing enterprise performance,optimization suggestions are proposed to guide future digital transformation and performance improvement efforts in these enterprises.

The oil refining and petrochemical industry in China has made great achievements after decades of development, and its capacity has already ranked second in the world. However, the refining industry is suffering some challenges, such as severe overcapacity at present, and has entered a new economic normal, in which the technological progress develops rapidly, the demand for green and low-carbon development is stricter, the market competition is increasingly fiercer and the profit margins are gradually narrowing. In such a situation, informatization and its new technologies are driving the significant reforming of manufacturing patterns, marketing patterns, management and decision-making patterns. Intelligent development is the inevitable choice for the transformation and upgrading of oil refining and petrochemical industry. It is suggested that the intelligent evaluating model and method should be adopted to enterprise’s intelligentializing transformation and upgrading by laying a solid foundation of digital refinery and implemenation of digital upgrading.

数字化转型如何影响制造业绿色发展?——基于A股上市公司的经验证据

数字化与绿色化协同发展是实现高质量发展的重要路径。文章选取2007年-2022年A股制造业上市公司数据,运用双重差分法实证检验数字化转型对制造业绿色发展的影响,并进一步分析其作用机制和异质性特征。结果发现:数字化转型能够促进制造业绿色发展,并且这一结论在多种稳健性检验下依然成立。机制检验结果表明,数字化转型通过技术进步、人力资本水平提升、内部控制水平提升三条路径来提升制造业绿色发展水平。此外,在中西部地区,数字经济发展第三梯队以及ESG表现不佳的企业,数字化转型对于绿色发展的促进作用更为显著。

人口红利变化对中国体育用品制造业转型升级的影响——基于人口质量红利上升视角的实证研究

近年来,随着我国人口红利结构发生转变,人口质量红利对我国经济发展的贡献率逐年攀升。对此,本文以2012—2021年我国内地31个省市(自治区)的面板数据为样本,实证检验了人口质量红利上升对体育用品制造业转型升级的影响。研究发现:无论是否考虑控制变量,人口质量红利上升均能显著推动对我国体育用品制造业的转型升级,且其影响具有明显时滞性。就各控制变量而言,城镇化水平、基础设施建设等也在不同程度上对我国体育用品制造业的转型升级产生显著正向影响。地区异质性分析表明,中东部地区人口质量红利上升对我国体育用品制造业转型升级的影响程度要远高于西部地区。最后,为进一步丰富我国体育用品制造业转型升级的路径,从人口质量红利上升层面提出相应对策和建议。

数字化转型对制造企业创新绩效的影响研究

在全面推进产业数字化的宏观背景下,越来越多的制造企业选择将数字化转型作为核心发展战略,以期通过数字化转型实现高质量发展。基于245份制造企业数字化转型的问卷调查,实证研究结果表明:数字化转型能显著提高制造企业的创新绩效,商业模式创新在数字化转型对制造企业创新绩效的正向影响中发挥部分中介作用。但在区分维度的情况下,商业模式创新的三个子维度中只有价值主张创新对产品创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,且三个子维度在数字化转型和产品创新绩效之间的中介作用均不显著。研究揭示了数字化转型对于制造企业创新绩效的影响机制,为制造企业通过数字化转型推动商业模式创新来提高企业的创新绩效提供了有益的启发。

Digitalizing Traditional Manufacturing Enterprises:A Three-Stage Evolutionary Model from the Perspective of Structure and Agency

Emerging digital technology are bringing convenience to the global economy and transforming business organizations.The structural changes brought about by digitalization are particularly significant for enterprises in traditional industries.Starting from the perspective of the debate between structure and agency in sociology,this paper first discusses the necessity of digital transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises under the background of digital economy,and then explains the drivers and potential obstacles of digital transformation from the perspective of the coexistence of structure regulation and agency initiative.Based on this,this paper further studies the practice of enterprise digital transformation,and proposes a three-stage model of organizational adaptation(EEI model),namely,the experimentation period(partial digitalization),the expansion period(platform digitalization)and the integration period(ecosystem digitalization).Each of these three stages has its own independent characteristics,and is also an indispensable link in the process of enterprise digitalization,which determines the continuity and integrity of its transformation.The three-stage evolution model based on the structure and agency perspective has important theoretical and practical significance for enterprise digital development.

数字化转型、平台化变革与企业创新绩效——基于“技术—组织—创新”范式的分析

在数字经济和实体经济深度融合、全球创新竞争加剧的背景下,加快数字化转型和平台化变革,塑造多元互动和整体进化的创新生态系统,是增强制造业企业自主创新能力的重要途径。在传统技术经济范式中引入数字要素和平台理念,构建“技术—组织—创新”理论框架,分析数字化转型促进组织平台化变革进而提升企业创新绩效的作用机制。在理论分析的基础上,基于2014—2021年中国制造业上市公司的面板数据,实证检验了数字化转型、平台化变革与企业创新绩效之间的关系。研究结果表明:数字化转型对企业创新绩效的提升具有普遍的促进作用,并且对数字化水平更高和股权集中度更高的企业效果更显著;数字化转型促进了企业组织的平台化变革,基于数字平台形成创新生态系统进而增强了企业自主创新能力;数字化对企业平台化的推动作用主要通过专业化分工和企业互联互通实现,这是工业互联网平台发挥作用的两个重要维度。推动制造业企业的数字化转型和平台化变革,充分发挥数字平台的创新基础设施作用,能够提升企业创新绩效,推动制造业高质量发展。

人工智能、产品创新与制造业适应性转型

人工智能(AI)对产品开发、运营和营销等企业价值链的影响正在改变制造业转型升级的机制与路径。围绕AI如何通过影响产品创新推动制造业转型升级,本文依托相关研究成果提炼AI区别于其他数字技术的核心创新特征,剖析AI对产品创新的影响机制,并通过AI影响个体、企业、产业的跨层次分析框架,从产品创新视角提出AI影响制造业转型升级的适应性变革概念模型,探讨AI通过产品创新影响制造业适应性转型的机制与路径,形成三个主要结论:(1)新社会主体、生成性、知识积累方式突变性构成AI区别于其他数字技术的三个核心创新特征;(2)AI作为新社会主体角色介入产品企划、结构工艺等开发环节,改变或增强了人类智能的产品开发思维,拓展了产品开发的知识边界;(3)AI增强产品创新与运营过程、市场营销和销售的全价值链即时互动和调整,构建起平衡制造敏捷性与用户敏捷性冲突的自适应调节机制,推动制造业通过产业快速自适应调节涌现出自适应间断平衡的转型路径。
