Aesthetic education not only exists in the classroom,but also in the urban living environment.The development of this environmental aesthetic education function is often accompanied by the development and change of urban landscape.Urban agricultural landscape is an organic part of modern urban landscape.It is different from machines or buildings in general urban production and life.Its local aesthetic value should be fully recognized and excavated.This is mainly reflected in the beauty of traditional agricultural skills,agricultural landscapes,and agricultural activities.At the same time,according to the different ways of interaction between people and the environment(ways of receiving aesthetic education),the development mode of vernacular aesthetic education of urban agricultural landscape can be divided into three:viewing mode,short-time contact,and long-time immersion.

The Design of Modern Tropical and Recreational Agricultural Concept Park Based on Google Sketchup

Based on the requirements that Hainan has unique natural conditions and humanistic environment, using Google Sketchup as the development tool, a conceptual park of modern tropical recreational agriculture was preliminarily designed. The development mode of featured and recreational agriculture in Hainan was discussed, in order to search for a better and more humanistic development mode of recreational agriculture in Hainan.

Vertical Coordination Development Mode and Influential Factors of Agricultural Products

In China,the vertical coordination development mode of agricultural products can be divided into traditional market-oriented transaction mode with fluctuation according to market conditions,made-to-order on the basis of farmer organization,company leading cooperative mode,share or shareholding cooperative mode,and vertical integration mode. There are differences in coordination characteristics,advantages and disadvantages,and adaptability between different modes. Traditional vertical coordination mode is transforming and upgrading to close and high-efficient mode. In this process,it is influenced by factors such as cost-benefit balance between farmers and agricultural product processing enterprises,special use of agricultural product processing,structure of agricultural product industry chain,and action of local government.

The Theoretical Explanation of Non-ecological Economic Qualities of the Development Mode of Industrial Civilization:An Analysis Based on the Critical Perspective

The development mode of industrial civilization has created huge material wealth for human society,but at the same time the severe ecological problems that have arisen from it have made human civilization fall into the dispersion of unsustainable development.The industrialized development mode has obvious non-ecological economic qualities,which are specifically manifested in the destruction of the ecological economy relationship between nature and mankind,the emergence of cracks of metabolism between nature and mankind,the unbalanced development of the social productive forces and the natural productive forces,and the functioning of one-way linear non-circular economy.Under the trend of ecological evolution of human civilization,the industrial civilization will be replaced by the ecological civilization,and then the industrial economic development mode will be transformed into the ecological economic development mode.As a result,the predicament of once unsustainable development has been gradually dispersed and human civilization enters a beautiful new era of coordinated development of economic society and natural ecology.

Agricultural Development Mode Transformation and Government Functions in Guizhou Province

Based on the brief account of the connotation of transforming economic development pattern and government functions,the thesis will introduce the development status of agricultural economy in Guizhou Province:firstly,single agricultural industrial structure;secondly,large gap between urban and rural development;thirdly,low-level utilization of agricultural science and technology;fourthly,fierce contradiction between agricultural mode of production and ecological environment.Then it analyzes the basic requirements for government functions in transforming the development pattern of agricultural economy in Guizhou Province:the first one is the function to guide sustainable development and the structural adjustment of agricultural production;the second is the function to coordinate urban-rural development and equally supply basic public goods;the third is the function to input science and technology to serve agriculture;the fourth one is the dominant function to promote the harmonious development of man and nature as well as to reduce the number of peasants.In order to promote the transformation of agricultural development mode and maintain the sound and rapid economic development,some corresponding measures and suggestions are proposed from the perspective of government functions:firstly,promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure;secondly,the government should take the lead in providing rural public goods;thirdly,strengthening the skills training and technological education of rural labor force;fourthly,reducing the number of farmers and retaining the farmers.

China＇s Agricultural Modernization and Economies of Scale： Barriers and Solutions

This paper identifies three stages in China's agricultural development with reference to macroeconomic development and international experience.While the first two stages focused on ensuring food security and raising farmer's income,the current stage must give priority to modernizing agricultural production.The lack of progress in this area is due to the following reasons:diminishing return to capital as a result of small and scattered farming operation which has compromised agricultural competitiveness;agriculture is overdependent on subsidy and protection under the conventional wisdom of the uniqueness of agriculture.This paper attempts to reveal the barriers to China s agricultural modernization and proposes recommendations on reforming the land and household registration systems to increase the economies of scale and productivity.

Basic conditions study to accelerate the realization of transformation of Shaanxi＇s economy growth mode

It is an urgent and important economic work in the moment and the next period for China to realize the transformation of economic growth mode. Relatively, there must be certain basic conditions. This article makes elaboration of the basic conditions, which accelerate the change of Shaanxi＇s economic growth mode from government angle, and proposes countermeasures for it, according to Shaanxi＇s situation and the requirement of scientific development concept, in order to provide basis for the government＇s economic growth transformation.

Development of Urban Agriculture in Xixian New Area

Short for Xi'an-Xianyang New Development area,Xixian New Area is a modern garden city and the development urban agriculture is its key and bright point.With the aid of SWOT method,this paper analyzes strength,weakness,opportunity and threat of urban agriculture in Xixian New Area.Combining actual conditions of developing urban agriculture in Xixian New Area,it discusses general and specific development modes of urban agriculture.It is concluded that urban agriculture in Xixian New Area should bring into play its strength and avoid its weakness,select suitable development mode and road.Besides,it should give into play multi-function of urban agriculture,so as to promote coordinated and sustainable development of economy,society,ecology and environment.

An Analysis of China's Overall Price Trend During the 12th Five-year Plan Period and Suggestions

In this paper,the author first summarizes China’s price operation situation and characteristics since the 1990s,and thenanalyzes inflation shaping factors and types.Based on that,the author raises six inflation early-warning indexes andfully dissects influencing factors of the overall price trend and inflation risks during the 12th Five-year Plan period.Afterthat,the author explains some aspects of price fluctuation that warrants attention during the 12th Five-year Plan period.Finally,the author puts forward policies and suggestions for stabilizing the overall price during the transformation of theeconomic development mode based on our actual situation.

中国OFDI对外贸高质量发展的影响路径研究

外贸高质量发展是现代化经济体系建设的重要内容。本文从外贸规模、外贸结构、外贸竞争力和外贸可持续性4个层面构建了外贸高质量发展的评价指标体系,并采用熵值法对OFDI促进外贸高质量发展的产业路径和技术路径展开理论和实证分析。研究表明:我国OFDI能显著促进外贸高质量发展;产业结构升级和技术进步的中介效应显著存在。为推动我国外贸实现高质量发展,政府应进一步完善相关政策措施,促进企业对外直接投资,不断深化产业转型、技术创新等保障机制改革;企业则应加大对自身技术的研发投入,加大对知识和技术密集型行业的对外投资,并加强企业之间的合作交流。

Paths out of poverty:International experience

The global community has committed,as the first priority of the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs),to end poverty in all its forms everywhere.While the decline of global poverty continues,progress has slowed and remains uneven through different parts of the world.To ensure that no one is left behind in China and beyond,research will be critical to inform paths out of poverty.In this regard,it is valuable to take stock of international experiences and the various pathways out of poverty with a focus on agriculture.Africa's agricultural growth has been largely driven by land expansion and poverty reduction has been the slowest among all regions.South Asia agriculture has been led by diversification of smallholder agriculture and its poverty reduction impact has been large,but its future poverty reduction is limited by rural–urban migration and lack of formal jobs in urban centers.Social protection programs have been used by many Latin American countries as the region is more urbanized than any other developing regions.China's agricultural and economic success was driven by agriculture-led reforms and rural development.These changes brought significantly higher incomes among rural residents,which accounted for highest initial levels of poverty and hunger,and in increased availability of food at affordable prices.Investments in nutrition,health,education,clean water,and good sanitation also complemented progress.The foremost lesson is that smallholder-led agriculture growth in land scarce countries often have the largest impact on poverty reduction.Secondly,nonfarm employment and rural–urban migration must follow once agricultural productivity has reached a certain level.However,premature exiting from agriculture can do more harm.Thirdly,even before large scale poverty reduction through sectoral and regional development is exhausted,social safety nets must be established to cover those who have not benefited from growth and development.Productive social safety nets have proven to be cost-effective in many countries.Urban poverty should also be part of the protection scheme when large proportion of rural population moves to cities.

“Double Surplus,” Capability Gaps and Innovation: A Macro- and a Micro-perspective on the Transformation of the Chinese Mode of Economic Development

In order to deploy the crucial levers in the transformation of the Chinese mode of economic development, it is necessary to identify the nature and reasons for the economy＇s existing mode of operation. The paradox of China＇s ＂double surplus＂ in the international balance of payments reflects the substantive issue of the appearance of a capability gap in Chinese economic development, which, interacting with dependence on FDI, hinders industry upgrading. As a result, the extensive mode of development has persisted and even worsened, rendering the Chinese economy more vulnerable to external shocks. At the historic juncture when the international economic environment is undergoing dramatic changes, the Chinese economy is likely to suffer severe setbacks due to its capability gap and dependence on FDI unless there is substantial development in its technological and organizational capacities and institution-building. Therefore, the critical variable in transforming the Chinese mode of economic development is capability growth.

Path Exploration and Countermeasure Innovation for Developing Circular Agriculture in Southeast China

This paper firstly elaborated current situation of agricultural resources and ecological environment protection of China,and pointed out that circular agriculture is an inevitable choice for sustainable development of agriculture and effective approach for low-carbon economic development. Then,it analyzed mode and benefit of typical circular agriculture,such as ecological orchard in southeast hills,sightseeing ecological agricultural garden,and crop straw use. Finally,it came up with countermeasures for further developing circular agriculture,including integrating building system and establishing suitable mode,formulating production standard and ensuring food safety,strengthening technological innovation,and supporting sustainable development.

山东省农业绿色低碳转型评价及驱动因素分析

农业绿色低碳发展是实现农业现代化和经济高质量发展的重要途径,针对农业面源污染严重、农产品质量安全隐患凸显、农业碳排放增加等问题,山东省推动农业绿色低碳转型势在必行。本研究构建了山东省农业绿色低碳转型水平评价指标体系,采用熵权法对2011—2021年山东省农业绿色低碳转型水平进行测算,从整体、经济圈和地市3个层面分析了农业绿色低碳转型水平的时空分异情况,采用自然断点法对山东省进行分类分析,通过地理探测器揭示山东省及三大经济圈农业绿色低碳转型的关键驱动因素。研究发现:1)山东省农业绿色低碳转型的总体水平呈现稳步增长态势,年均增长率达2.310%。2)16个地市的农业绿色低碳转型水平均呈明显上升趋势,青岛、济南连续11年领跑,而临沂、潍坊、威海连续11年位居16个地市的尾部。3)省会经济圈的农业绿色低碳转型水平一直处于领先水平,其次为鲁南经济圈,胶东经济圈的水平则相对较低。4)财政支农政策、农业科技投入、农业产业结构调整是山东省农业绿色低碳转型的关键驱动因素。农业产业结构调整是省会经济圈最重要的驱动因素,城镇化水平是胶东经济圈最重要的驱动因素,政策扶持力度是鲁南经济圈最重要的驱动因素,且各因素交互产生的驱动作用程度高于单因素。基于此,山东省应以政策引领激发内生动力,强化头雁的示范带动作用,因地制宜地探索绿色低碳创新路径。

农业新质生产力的内涵特征、发展阻滞与实践路径

发展农业新质生产力是我国顺应时代特点的重大战略选择。在农业先天禀赋差、科技含量低、体系不健全以及国际竞争压力渐增等因素交织叠加的背景下,以数字文明带动传统一次产业整体性跃升,便成为我国农业发展提升的根本性内容。在这方面,数字技术在农业领域的渗透相融将引发农业劳动者、劳动资料和劳动对象等农业生产力诸要素及其各类组合发生系统性优化,进而形成农业新质生产力,并呈现出高科技、高效能、不同于工业新质生产力的鲜明特征。然而,由于历史矛盾和现实因素的复合影响,我国发展农业新质生产力将面临农业研发推广存在困难、以小农为主的经营方式有效需求不足以及基础生产条件支撑力不够等方面的阻滞。据此,必须有针对性地探寻农业新质生产力的实践路径,加快建立并完善有利于农业新质生产力发展的体制机制和政策体系,以推动农业现代化提质增效以及数字化动能持久释放。

创新链视角下地方公益农业类科研机构创新效率测度研究

文章基于创新链理论,将公益农业类科研机构划分为科技研发阶段和成果转化阶段,采用DEA-Malquist指数法测算2011—2020年21家福建省属公益农业类科研机构不同阶段科技创新效率。结果表明:10年间,科技研发阶段和成果转化阶段的创新效率均表现为退步状态,科技研发阶段创新效率下降5.10%,成果转化阶段下降3.20%,可见两阶段均有较大提升空间;21家机构不同阶段创新效率差距明显,47.62%的机构科技研发效率处于退步状态,创新指数最大差距达0.756,38.10%的机构成果转化效率处于退步状态,创新指数最大差距达0.919;机构创新发展模式差距大,23.81%为集约型,9.52%为粗放型,28.57%为研发高效-转化低效型,38.10%为研发低效-转化高效型。在此基础上,结合加快推进科技政策创新、科技体制改革等外部因素,引导机构形成学科布局、技术积累与产业经济发展格局相适应科研组织模式等内部因素,分类提出有针对性的对策建议。

基于注意力时间卷积网络的农产品期货分解集成预测

针对农产品期货时间序列数据受多方面因素影响,非线性、非平稳数据特征难以提取而导致预测准确性不高的问题,基于“分解-集成”的预测思想,本文提出一种基于自适应噪声完备经验模态分解(CEEMDAN)与Transformer-Encoder-TCN的农产品期货预测方法.首先,使用CEEMDAN将时间序列分解为多尺度多频率的本征模态分量(IMF)与残差,降低了序列建模复杂度;其次,使用融合多阶段自注意力单元Transformer-Encoder的时间卷积网络(TCN)对各个分量子序列进行特征提取与预测,优化了序列显著特征建模权重;最后,将各个子序列预测值线性相加集成得到最终预测结果.以南华期货公司农产品指数中的大豆期货指数为研究对象,采用时序交叉验证与参数迁移的方式进行模型重训练,消融和对比实验结果表明,提出的新模型在RMSE、MAE和DS三个评价指标上具有良好的效果,验证了该模型对农产品期货预测的有效性.
