The simulations are carried out with Symanzik-improved gauge action and Asqtad fermion action on a lattice 12^3×4 at quark mass am = 0.010. At the imaginary chemical potentials aμ1 = 0.050, 0.150, 0.200, 0.225 and 0.250, we investigate the chiral condensate ψψ, plaquette variable P and imaginary part of Polyakov loop Im(L) and their susceptibilities. Analytic continuation from an imaginary chemical potential to a real one is used to obtain the expression for transition temperature as a function of the chemical potential. These R-branch high-lying transitional emission spec...The calculation results of the R-branch transition emission spectra of(0–0) band of the A21 → X21 transition system of Sb Na molecule are presented in this paper. These R-branch high-lying transitional emission spectral lines are predicted by using the difference converging method(DCM). Our results show excellent agreement between DCM spectral lines and the experimental values, and the deviations are controlled within 0.0224 cm-1. What is more, based on the principle of over-determined linear equations, the prediction error is quantified in this work, which provides reliable theoretical support for our predicted DCM calculations. This work provides a lot of useful information for understanding the microstructure of Sb Na molecule.展开更多

These are used in path smoothing applications to overcome the abrupt change in curvature and super-elevation of moving object that occurs between tangent and circular curve. Line to circle spiral transition is made of straight line segment and curvature continuous spiral curve. It is extendible to other important types of transitions like line to line and circle to circle. Although the problem of line to circle transition has been addressed by many researchers, there is no comprehensive literature review available. This paper presents state-of-the-art of line to circle spiral transition,applications in different fields, limitations of existing approaches, and recommendations to meet the challenges of compatibility with today’s CAD/CAM soft wares, satisfaction of Hermite end conditions, approximation of discrete data for image processing, 3 D path smoothness for an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV), and arc-length parametrization. Whole discussion is concluded with future research directions in various areas of applications.展开更多
Two continuous cell lines derived from the neoplastic urothelium had been maintained in culture for more than two years. The first cell line derived from the urothelium of a fusion papillocarcinoma on the left lateral...Two continuous cell lines derived from the neoplastic urothelium had been maintained in culture for more than two years. The first cell line derived from the urothelium of a fusion papillocarcinoma on the left lateral wall of the bladder was designated as TBC-1 and grown in vitro for more than 150 generations. The second cell line derived from the urothelium of a papillocarcinoma in the left renal pelvis was designated as TPC-1 and grown in vitro for more than 100 generations. Characterization studies made on both cell lines showed that the cells had a rapid doubling time, exhibited mul-tilayering and produced tumors in sc of BALB / c. Tumor nodules that produced sc of BALB / c kept similar cellular and pathological features to those of the primary biopsy specimens under light and electron microscopes. TPC-1 cell line exhibited a three-dimensional structure of transitional epithelium on the nylon-mesh disk which was coated with a layer of rat tail collagen. Both TBC-1 and TPC-1 cell lines formed colonies in soft agar. Their forming rates were 35% and 28%, respectively. The chromosome number of TBC-1 cells ranged from 17 to 84, with a modal number of 54; whereas that of TPC-1 cells ranged from 28 to 139, with a modal number of 49. The TBC-1 cells showed mutant p53 and ras p21 protein expression and expressed weakly ABH blood group isoantigens. Analysis of lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) isozymes showed the highest levels of LDH isozyme 4 sonicated cell lysates of TBC-1 and TPC-1 respectively.展开更多
