However, until the year 2010, the statistics suggested that the GHG emission increased 4.2%. What is more challenge is, afterFukushimacrisis, without the nuclear energy,Japanmay produce about 15 percent more GHG emissions than1990 inthis fiscal year. It still has to struggle to meet the target set by Kyoto Protocol. The demonstration area of “smart community” suggests Japanese exploration for new low carbon strategies. The study proposed a demand side response energy system, a dynamic tree-like hierarchical model for smart community. The model not only conveyed the concept of smart grid, but also built up a smart heat energy supply chain by offline heat transport system. Further, this model promoted a collaborative energy utilization mode between the industrial sector and the civil sector. In addition, the research chose the smart community inKitakyushuas case study and executed the model. The simulation and the analysis of the model not only evaluate the environmental effect of different technologies but also suggest that the smart community inJapanhas the potential but not easy to achieve the target, cut down 50% of the CO2 emission.展开更多

Additionally, distributed generations are used for self-consumption with excess energy injected into centralized grids (CGs). However, the improper sizing of renewable energy systems (RESs) exposes the entire system to power losses. This work presents an optimization of a system consisting of distributed generations. Firstly, PSO algorithms evaluate the size of the entire system on the IEEE bus 14 test standard. Secondly, the size of the system is allocated using improved Particles Swarm Optimization (IPSO). The convergence speed of the objective function enables a conjecture to be made about the robustness of the proposed system. The power and voltage profile on the IEEE 14-bus standard displays a decrease in power losses and an appropriate response to energy demands (EDs), validating the proposed method.展开更多

The simulation and the analysis of the model not only evaluate the environmental effect of different technologies but also suggest that the smart community inJapanhas the potential but not easy to achieve the target, cut down 50% of the CO2 emission.

文摘Operation control of power systems has become challenging with an increase in the scale and complexity of power distribution systems and extensive access to renewable energy. Therefore, improvement of the ability of data-driven operation management, intelligent analysis, and mining is urgently required. To investigate and explore similar regularities of the historical operating section of the power distribution system and assist the power grid in obtaining high-value historical operation, maintenance experience, and knowledge by rule and line,a neural information retrieval model with an attention mechanism is proposed based on graph data computing technology.Based on the processing flow of the operating data of the power distribution system,a technical framework of neural information retrieval is established.Combined with the natural graph characteristics of the power distribution system,a unified graph data structure and a data fusion method of data access, data complement, and multi-source data are constructed.Further,a graph node feature-embedding representation learning algorithm and a neural information retrieval algorithm model are constructed. The neural information retrieval algorithm model is trained and tested using the generated graph node feature representation vector set.The model is verified on the operating section of the power distribution system of a provincial grid area. The results show that the proposed method demonstrates high accuracy in the similarity matching of historical operation characteristics and effectively supports intelligent fault diagnosis and elimination in power distribution systems.
文摘In this work,an Artificial Neural Network(ANN)based technique is suggested for classifying the faults which occur in hybrid power distribution systems.Power, which is generated by the solar and wind energy-based hybrid system,is given to the grid at the Point of Common Coupling(PCC).A boost converter along with perturb and observe(P&O)algorithm is utilized in this system to obtain a constant link voltage. In contrast, the link voltage of the wind energy conversion system(WECS)is retained with the assistance of a Proportional Integral(PI)controller. The grid synchronization is tainted with the assis-tance of the d-q theory. For the analysis of faults like islanding,line-ground,and line-line fault, the ANN is utilized. The voltage signal is observed at the PCC,and the Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT)is employed to obtain different features.Based on the collected features, the ANN classifies the faults in an effi-cient manner. The simulation is done in MATLAB and the results are also validated through the hardware implementation.Detailed fault analysis is carried out and the results are compared with the existing techniques. Finally, the Total harmonic distortion(THD)is lessened by 4.3%by using the proposed methodology.
文摘A distributed generation system(DG)has several benefits over a traditional centralized power system. However, the protection area in the case of the distributed generator requires special attention as it encounters stability loss, failure re-closure,fluctuations in voltage, etc. And thereby,it demands immediate attention in identifying the location&type of a fault without delay especially when occurred in a small, distributed generation system,as it would adversely affect the overall system and its operation. In the past, several methods were proposed for classification and localisation of a fault in a distributed generation system. Many of those methods were accurate in identifying location, but the accuracy in identifying the type of fault was not up to the acceptable mark. The proposed work here uses a shallow artificial neural network(sANN)model for identifying a particular type of fault that could happen in a specific distribution network when used in conjunction with distributed generators.Firstly,a distribution network consisting of two similar distributed generators(DG1 and DG2),one grid, and a 100 Km distribution line is modeled.Thereafter, different voltages and currents corresponding to various faults(line to line, line to ground)at different locations are tabulated, resulting in a matrix of 500×18 inputs.Secondly, the sANN is formulated for identifying the types of faults in the system in which the above-obtained data is used to train, validate, and test the neural network. The overall result shows an unprecedented almost zero percent error in identifying the type of the faults.
文摘The demand for electric vehicles has increased over the past few years.Wireless power transfer for electric vehicles provides more flexibility than traditional plug-in charging technology.Charging couplers are critical components in wireless power transfer systems. The thermal effect produced by the magnetic coupler in work will cause the temperature of the device to rise rapidly, affecting the work efficiency, transfer power, operation reliability, and service life. This paper modeled and analyzed each component's temperature distribution characteristics and thermal behavior.Firstly, the magnetic coupler's mutual inductance and magnetic circuit model are established, and the thermal model of the magnetic coupler analyzes the heat generation process. The thermal models of the coupler under three different magnetic core distributions are established, and the temperature rise of each component is obtained. The temperature rise of different parts of the coupler is verified by the temperature rise test structure of the experiment.
文摘The integration of distributed generations (DGs) into distribution systems (DSs) is increasingly becoming a solution for compensating for isolated local energy systems (ILESs). The power and voltage profile on the IEEE 14-bus standard displays a decrease in power losses and an appropriate response to energy demands (EDs), validating the proposed method.
文摘In this paper,Let M_(n)denote the maximum of logarithmic general error distribution with parameter v≥1.Higher-order expansions for distributions of powered extremes M_(n)^(p)are derived under an optimal choice of normalizing constants. It is shown that M_(n)^(p),when v=1,converges to the Frechet extreme value distribution at the rate of 1/n,and if v>1 then M_(n)^(p)converges to the Gumbel extreme value distribution at the rate of(loglogn)^(2)=(log n)^(1-1/v).

文摘False data injection attack(FDIA)is an attack that affects the stability of grid cyber-physical system(GCPS)by evading the detecting mechanism of bad data.Existing FDIA detection methods usually employ complex neural networkmodels to detect FDIA attacks. However, they overlook the fact that FDIA attack samples at public-private network edges are extremely sparse, making it difficult for neural network models to obtain sufficient samples to construct a robust detection model. To address this problem, this paper designs an efficient sample generative adversarial model of FDIA attack in public-private network edge, which can effectively bypass the detectionmodel to threaten the power grid system.A generative adversarial network(GAN)framework is first constructed by combining residual networks(ResNet)with fully connected networks(FCN).Then,a sparse adversarial learning model is built by integrating the time-aligned data and normal data, which is used to learn the distribution characteristics between normal data and attack data through iterative confrontation.Furthermore,we introduce a Gaussian hybrid distributionmatrix by aggregating the network structure of attack data characteristics and normal data characteristics, which can connect and calculate FDIA data with normal characteristics. Finally, efficient FDIA attack samples can be sequentially generated through interactive adversarial learning.Extensive simulation experiments are conducted with IEEE 14-bus and IEEE 118-bus system data, and the results demonstrate that the generated attack samples of the proposed model can present superior performance compared to state-of-the-art models in terms of attack strength, robustness, and covert capability.

文摘During faults in a distribution network, the output power of a distributed generation(DG)may be uncertain. Moreover, the output currents of distributed power sources are also affected by the output power, resulting in uncertainties in the calculation of the short-circuit current at the time of a fault.Additionally, the impacts of such uncertainties around short-circuit currents will increase with the increase of distributed power sources. Thus,it is very important to develop a method for calculating the short-circuit current while considering the uncertainties in a distribution network. In this study,an affine arithmetic algorithm for calculating short-circuit current intervals in distribution networks with distributed power sources while considering power fluctuations is presented. The proposed algorithm includes two stages. In the first stage, normal operations are considered to establish a conservative interval affine optimization model of injection currents in distributed power sources.Constrained by the fluctuation range of distributed generation power at the moment of fault occurrence, the model can then be used to solve for the fluctuation range of injected current amplitudes in distributed power sources. The second stage is implemented after a malfunction occurs. In this stage,an affine optimization model is first established. This model is developed to characterizes the short-circuit current interval of a transmission line, and is constrained by the fluctuation range of the injected current amplitude of DG during normal operations. Finally, the range of the short-circuit current amplitudes of distribution network lines after a short-circuit fault occurs is predicted. The algorithm proposed in this article obtains an interval range containing accurate results through interval operation.Compared with traditional point value calculation methods, interval calculation methods can provide more reliable analysis and calculation results. The range of short-circuit current amplitude obtained by this algorithm is slightly larger than those obtained using the Monte Carlo algorithm and the Latin hypercube sampling algorithm. Therefore, the proposed algorithm has good suitability and does not require iterative calculations, resulting in a significant improvement in computational speed compared to the Monte Carlo algorithm and the Latin hypercube sampling algorithm.Furthermore, the proposed algorithm can provide more reliable analysis and calculation results, improving the safety and stability of power systems.

文摘After the integration of large-scale DistributedGeneration(DG)into the distribution network, the randomness and volatility of its output result in a reduction of spatiotemporal alignment between power generation and demand in the distribution network, exacerbating the phenomenon of wind and solar power wastage. As a novel power system model, the fundamental concept of Regional Autonomous Power Grids(RAPGs)is to achieve localized management and energy autonomy, thereby facilitating the effective consumption of DGs.Therefore, this paper proposes a distributed resource planning strategy that enhances the autonomy capabilities of regional power grids by considering multiple evaluation indexes for autonomy.First,a regional Energy Storage(ES)configuration strategy is proposed. This strategy can select a suitable reference value for the upper limit of ES configuration based on the regional load andDGoutput to maximize the elimination of source load deviations in the region as the upper limit constraint of ES capacity. Then,a control strategy for regional ES is proposed, the charging and discharging reference line of ES is set,and multiple autonomy and economic indexes are used as objective functions to select different proportions of ES to control the distributed resources of the regional power grid and establish evaluation indexes of the internal regional generation and load power ratio, the proportion of power supply matching hours, new energy consumption rate and tie line power imbalance outside the region to evaluate changes in the regional autonomy capabilities. The final simulation results showthat in the real regional grid example, the planning method in the planning year in the region of the overall power supply matching hour ratio and new energy consumption rate increased by 3.9%and 4.8%on average, and the power imbalance of the tie line decreased by 7.8%on average. The proposed planning approach enables the maximization of regional autonomy while effectively smoothing the fluctuation of power exchange between the regional grid and the higher-level grid. This presents a rational and effective planning solution for the regional grid, facilitating the coordinated development between the region and the distribution network.
