The unsteady source of the problem arises from the transverse oscillations in suction velocity of fluids, The analytical results for the problem are obtained based on the method of small parameter, and show that the natural circulation in the porous medium is affected by this kind of oscillation.展开更多

The differential equations of transverse oscillation are solved from the Lindstedt-Poineare method. After careful deduction, accurate first-order analytic solutions are obtained. The analytical solutions are applied to the magnetic field from an isochronous cyclotron with four spiral sectors. The accuracy of these analytical solutions is verified and confirmed from comparison with a numerical method. Finally, we discussed the transverse oscillation at v0 =N/2, using the same analytical solution.展开更多

The characteristics of a type-I synchronously pumped optical parametric oscillator with the TEM_(01) transverse mode below threshold are investigated and a squeezing of 0.7 dB for an optical frequency comb squeezed light field with the TEM_(01) transverse mode is obtained under the pump power of 130 m W. This work has a promising application in three-dimensional space-time measurement.展开更多
