With addition of some cross-linking agents, after passing carbon dioxide gas through the resin bonded sand, high as-gassed strength and 24 h strength are achieved. The bonding bridge of the resin bonded sand fracture has been analyzed by using SEM.展开更多
文摘利用三乙胺盐酸盐分别与双酚A型环氧树脂(E-44、E-51和E-54)和酚醛环氧树脂(F-51)发生反应,制备出4种不同的环氧树脂季铵盐.经测定环氧树脂的环氧值、环氧树脂季铵盐中的季铵盐离子,以及对三乙胺盐酸盐和环氧树脂季铵盐进行红外分析后发现,双酚A型环氧树脂的环氧基易于开启,而F-51的环氧基则具有较高的开启难度.经抑菌圈实验发现,F-51季铵盐表现出较强的杀菌效果.当F-51季铵盐浓度为0.5 mol/L时,其所形成的抑菌圈直径达到2.40 cm.
