[目的]旨在揭示爆轰产物后燃烧效应对封闭空间中爆炸载荷的影响规律。[方法]通过往封闭舱室中充入氮气来抑制爆轰产物燃烧,开展在空气和氮气两种不同气体环境下封闭舱室内TNT爆炸响应试验,记录温度、压力变化历程和靶板中心点残余挠度,建立基于无量纲载荷参数的靶板变形与炸药释放能量之间的关系,并提出考虑后燃烧效应的封闭空间TNT等效方法。[结果]结果发现,由于爆轰产物燃烧能量释放量不同,在氮气环境中,封闭空间内爆炸压力、温度和靶板动态响应明显低于空气环境。内爆载荷分析需计入TNT爆炸产物燃烧释放的能量及其增强效应。[结论]与现有基于准静态压力的TNT当量计算方法进行的比较表明,所提基于结构响应的舱室内爆TNT等效方法具有合理性和良好的适用性。 展开更多

Nano-sized trinitrotoluene(TNT) material restrained in silica gel has been prepared by using the sol-gel process to study the effect of varying porosity in gel on the sensitivity of TNT. The TNT content in the gel has been varied from 60 to 90 wt %(at fixed acetone/tetramethoxysilane ratio of 50). Also, for a fixed TNT content of 75 wt %, the pore structure in the gel has been varied by changing the ratio of silica gel precursor to the solvent. The resultant TNT–silica gel composites have been characterized using scanning electron microscopy, thermal analysis, small angle X-ray scattering and surface area analysis techniques. Impact sensitivity studies were carried out using Fall Hammer Impact Test. The results showed that the sensitivity of nanostructured explosives prepared by sol-gel process can be tailored precisely by controlling the process parameters. 展开更多

光电催化材料Ce_(2)O_(3)@ZnO/TNTs的制备及其性能的研究

采用溶剂热法制备了TNTs/SnO_(2)-Sb电极,通过调整氧化电压和氧化时间构建出不同结构的二氧化钛纳米管(TNTs)阵列,以探究其对电极结构和电化学性能的影响。SEM和接触角测试表明,相较于阳极氧化时间,阳极氧化电压是影响TNTs阵列形貌和表... 采用溶剂热法制备了TNTs/SnO_(2)-Sb电极,通过调整氧化电压和氧化时间构建出不同结构的二氧化钛纳米管(TNTs)阵列,以探究其对电极结构和电化学性能的影响。SEM和接触角测试表明,相较于阳极氧化时间,阳极氧化电压是影响TNTs阵列形貌和表面亲水性的主要因素。SEM、XRD、LSV和EIS结果表明,TNTs阵列孔径的大小影响了催化涂层的形貌、晶粒尺寸以及电极的析氧电位。XPS、EPR和羟基自由基(·OH)生成测试表明,涂层表面致密且粒径较小有利于电极表面获得更多的氧空位,且氧空位浓度越高,吸附氧物种越多,从而增强了活性自由基的形成以及对有机物的降解。以长度950 nm,孔径100 nm的TNTs阵列层为基底时,所制备的电极TNTs(25 V)/SnO_(2)-Sb展现出了最佳的苯酚处理效果(92%±4.6%,2 h)。 展开更多

针对弹药装填物TNT处废过程中能耗高、不安全,且对环境产生污染的问题,本研究利用绿色无二次污染的光催化技术,通过水热法成功制备出Z型异质结CuFe_(2)O_(4)/ZnIn_(2)S_(4)光催化材料,并运用XRD、BET等系列表征方法确定了CuFe_(2)O_(4)/... 针对弹药装填物TNT处废过程中能耗高、不安全,且对环境产生污染的问题,本研究利用绿色无二次污染的光催化技术,通过水热法成功制备出Z型异质结CuFe_(2)O_(4)/ZnIn_(2)S_(4)光催化材料,并运用XRD、BET等系列表征方法确定了CuFe_(2)O_(4)/ZnIn_(2)S_(4)的组织结构与形貌特征,分析了其光催化性能和降解TNT机理。CuFe 2O 4的引入有效促进了光生载流子的分离,延长了光生载流子的寿命。实验表明,3%CuFe_(2)O_(4)/ZnIn_(2)S_(4)复合材料表现出最佳的降解效果,在2 h内能够降解77.07%的TNT。相较于CuFe 2O 4和ZnIn 2S 4来说,降解效果提高了49.52%和30.24%,利用研究构筑的Z型异质结CuFe_(2)O_(4)/ZnIn_(2)S_(4),有效提升了废弃TNT的降解质效和安全性,消除了对环境的污染,降低了处理成本,是一种高质效、低成本进行废弃TNT降解的科学方法。 展开更多

2,4,6-三硝基甲苯(TNT)是1种硝基芳香族污染物,对人类和生态环境造成严重危害。全面了解微生物对TNT胁迫的细胞反应,对于开发合理的TNT修复技术是必要的。本研究以蜡样芽孢杆菌T4为研究对象,筛选细菌最适的生物刺激因子,分析外源营养物... 2,4,6-三硝基甲苯(TNT)是1种硝基芳香族污染物,对人类和生态环境造成严重危害。全面了解微生物对TNT胁迫的细胞反应,对于开发合理的TNT修复技术是必要的。本研究以蜡样芽孢杆菌T4为研究对象,筛选细菌最适的生物刺激因子,分析外源营养物质刺激对细菌生长及TNT转化的影响。利用转录组和代谢组学技术,揭示微生物对TNT的降解和耐受机制。结果显示,该细菌的最适碳氮源分别为葡萄糖、酵母粉。当TNT浓度为100 mg·L^(-1)时,培养基中葡萄糖和酵母粉浓度分别为9.08 g·L^(-1)和0.94 g·L^(-1)。在泥浆反应体系中接种TNT降解菌,TNT的降解率达到96.91%~97.73%。此外,共鉴定到892个差异表达基因和139个差异代谢物。组学联合分析表明,氨基酸代谢、碳水化合物代谢、能量代谢和膜转运途径参与了细菌对TNT的降解及耐受过程。 展开更多

为了评估三硝基甲苯(Trinitrotoluene,TNT)及其典型降解中间产物(2-ADNT、4-ADNT和2,4-DANT)在淡水环境中的毒理效应,本研究建立了TNT及其典型降解中间产物污染淡水环境的实验系统,分析了其对淡水系统微生物群落、代谢水平以及宏基因组... 为了评估三硝基甲苯(Trinitrotoluene,TNT)及其典型降解中间产物(2-ADNT、4-ADNT和2,4-DANT)在淡水环境中的毒理效应,本研究建立了TNT及其典型降解中间产物污染淡水环境的实验系统,分析了其对淡水系统微生物群落、代谢水平以及宏基因组的影响。污染暴露抑制了细菌丰富度和均匀度,但病毒丰度的上调增加了水体生态健康损伤风险。同时,水体代谢网络被显著干扰,其中干扰程度2,4-DANT>TNT>4-ADNT>2-ADNT,污染暴露诱导脂质和类脂分子代谢异常,并导致水体核苷酸、碳水化合物以及氨基酸代谢损伤。水体微生物抵御逆境,逐渐代谢有害污染物,导致硝基甲苯降解路径显著响应。此外,TNT和典型降解中间产物干扰水体细胞周期-茎杆菌功能,同时抑制水体氧化磷酸化功能途径,阻碍能量通过呼吸链供给ADP与无机磷酸合成ATP的偶联反应,从而显著干扰水体N、P和S循环功能。 展开更多

圆筒试验是目前标定炸药爆轰产物状态方程参数最常用的试验之一,为了确定炸药爆轰产物JWL状态方程参数,设计并搭建了探针式圆筒试验平台。采用一组具有径向位移差的镀金探针和20 ns高精度脉冲测时仪记录圆筒膨胀过程中的多个离散点,当... 圆筒试验是目前标定炸药爆轰产物状态方程参数最常用的试验之一,为了确定炸药爆轰产物JWL状态方程参数,设计并搭建了探针式圆筒试验平台。采用一组具有径向位移差的镀金探针和20 ns高精度脉冲测时仪记录圆筒膨胀过程中的多个离散点,当圆筒在爆轰产物驱动下膨胀到探针头部形成回路时,脉冲测时仪记录下时间,据此可获得圆筒壁的位移时程曲线。研究开展了两组TNT炸药的探针式圆筒试验,得到了圆筒膨胀位移离散点,试验结果显示两组试验曲线相差较小,表明探针式圆筒试验具有较好的重复性。采用BP-GA算法确定了TNT炸药的爆轰产物JWL状态方程参数,将确定的JWL参数代入有限元软件进行数值检验,结果显示仿真得到的位移曲线相对试验曲线的决定系数R^(2)为0.9997,表明JWL参数具有较高的精度。 展开更多

The 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) is a potential carcinogens and TNT contaminated wastewater, which could not be effectively disposed with conventional treatments. The supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) to treat TNT contaminated wastewater was studied in this article, The TNT concentration in wastewater was measured by high-performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) and the degraded intermediates were analyzed using GC-MS. The results showed that SCWO could degrade TNT efficiently in the presence of oxygen. The reaction temperature, pressure, residence time and oxygen excess were the main contributing factors in the process. The decomposition of TNT was accelerated as the temperature or residence time increased. At 550℃, 24 MPa, 120 s and oxygen excess 300%, TNT removal rate could exceed 99.9%. Partial oxidation occured in SCWO without oxygen. It was concluded that supercritical water was a good solvent and had excellent oxidation capability in the existence of oxygen. The main intermediates of TNT during SCWO included toluene, 1,3,5-trinitrobenzene, nitrophenol, naphthalene, fluorenone, dibutyl phthalate, alkanes and several dimers based on the intermediate analysis. Some side reactions, such as coupled reaction, hydrolysis reaction and isomerization reaction may take place simultaneously when TNT was oxidized by SCWO. 展开更多

为研究TNT装药空中爆炸温度场的热效应,开展了1、5和10 kg三种质量的TNT药柱在空气中的爆炸实验。采用WRe5/26热电偶获取了不同爆心距处的温度—时间曲线,分析了TNT装药温度峰值随距离和装药质量变化的规律。实验结果表明:TNT在自由场... 为研究TNT装药空中爆炸温度场的热效应,开展了1、5和10 kg三种质量的TNT药柱在空气中的爆炸实验。采用WRe5/26热电偶获取了不同爆心距处的温度—时间曲线,分析了TNT装药温度峰值随距离和装药质量变化的规律。实验结果表明:TNT在自由场中爆炸时,热电偶响应温度—时间曲线呈单峰状。随着爆心距的增加,升温速率和降温速率逐渐下降,曲线的下降部分因未反应产物的二次燃烧会产生波动,延长温度持续时间;爆心距变化会对温度持续时间造成较大影响,但是质量的改变对温度持续时间影响较小,在自由场爆心近距离内时间变化率最大不超过10%;温度峰值与装药质量成正比,与爆心距成反比,在相同传播距离下,峰值下降的幅度随装药质量增大而减小。 展开更多

Many microorganisms are capable to bioremediate TNT such as bacteria from the genera Pseudomonas,Enterobacter, Rhodococcus, Mycobacterium, Clostridium and Desulfovibrio: fungus such as Phanerochate and Stropharia species are able to perform TNT biotransformation under aerobic and anaerobic conditions. Trinitrotoluene (TNT) increased the formation of adrenochrome from adrenaline and the formation of formaldehyde from methanol in rat liver mitochondria and microsomes in vitro as well as in monkey liver mitrochondria and microsomes in vivo. The effects were more prominent at higher TNT concentrations. These findings indicate that TNT enhances the production of superoxide radicals (O_2^-) and hydrogen peroxide (H_2O_2). The production of O_2^- was more prominent in systems containing added TNT than in those containing added benzyl viologen. H_2O_2 production by mitochondria was more pronounced in the liver than in other organs, but its production by microsomes was more pronounced in the brain than in other organs. The results suggest that TNT undergoes cycling reduction which produces oxidative stress. 1989 Academic Press, Inc. 展开更多

The tritiated product was purified by thin- layer chromatography. At last, the pure 3H- TNT was obtained with specific radioactivity of 3.77 GBq/mmol. Radiochemical purity was over 98% and the ultraviolet absorption spectrum of tritiated TNT was conformed with that of standard sample. Using 3H- TNT as a tracer, its toxicokinetics was sudied in rats. The results showed that the toxicokinetics characteristics of TNT were quickly absorbed into the blood, Vd】2L/kg.h, long T1/2β and fixed accumulation with four routes of administration, TNT and its metabolites were mainly excreted by the urine. The half- life of TNT in the urine were 1,1- 24h. A trace of radioactivity of 3H- TNT and its metabolites could be detected in the urine on 7th day after administration (9.25×106Bq/kg). 展开更多

Energetic materials pose challenges in preparation and handling due to their contradictory properties of high-energy and low-sensitivity.The emergence of co-crystal explosives is a new opportunity to change this situation.If the co-crystal explosive is coated into spherical particles with uniform particle size distribution,this contradiction can be further reduced.Therefore,binder-coated hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane/2,4,6-trinitrotoluene(CL-20/TNT)co-crystal microspheres were prepared by droplet microfluidic technology in this work.The coating effects of different binder formulations of nitrocellulose(NC)and NC/fluorine rubber(F2604)on the co-crystal spheres were studied.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM)results showed that the use of droplet microfluidic technology with the above binders can provide co-crystal microspheres with regular spherical morphology,uniform particle size distribution and good dispersion.X-ray diffraction(XRD),fourier-transform infrared(FT-IR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermo-gravimetric(TG)methods were employed to compare the properties of the co-crystal microspheres,raw material and pure co-crystal.The formation of CL-20/TNT co-crystal in the microspheres was confirmed,and the co-crystal microspheres exhibited better thermal stability than the raw material and pure co-crystal.In addition,the mechanical sensitivity and combustion performance of the co-crystal microspheres were further studied.The results showed that the co-crystal microspheres were more insensitive than CL-20 and pure co-crystal,and displayed excellent self-sustained combustion performance and theoretical detonation performance.This study provides a new method for the fast,simple and one-step preparation of CL-20/TNT co-crystal microspheres,with binder coating,uniform particle size distribution,and excellent performance level. 展开更多
