Using chemical and spectroscopic methods, mainly 2D NMR technique, their structures were deduced to be 3-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 3)-alpha-L-rhamnospyranosyl-(1 --> 2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(l --> 6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside and 3-alpha-L-rhamnospyranosyl-(1 --> 2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-alpha-L-rhamnospyranosyl- (1 --> 2)-[beta-D-xylcopyranosyl-( 1 --> 6)]-beta-D-glucopyranoside, respectively. 展开更多

目的:研究忍冬叶的化学成分。方法:采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法等进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:从忍冬叶中分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为香叶木素(1),槲皮素(2),苜蓿素-7-O-β-D-吡喃... 目的:研究忍冬叶的化学成分。方法:采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法等进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:从忍冬叶中分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为香叶木素(1),槲皮素(2),苜蓿素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4),芦丁(5),忍冬苦苷A(6),忍冬苦苷B(7)。结论:所有化合物均首次从忍冬叶中分离得到。 展开更多
