It crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pca21 with a = 17.473(4), b = 11.447(2), c = 17.509(4)A^°, V = 5005.3(7)A^°3, Z = 4, Mr = 3502.1(12), Z = 4, Dc = 1.827 g/cm^3,μ(MoKα) = 2.023 mm^-1, F(000) = 1928, S = 1.020, the final R = 0.0400 and wR= 0.1063 for 6035 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I) and 460 variables. Complex 1 consists of tetrahedral VO4 groups to form the large layers which are alternately bonded by two cobalt complex species Co(py)2(H2O)2 and Co(py)3(H2O). 展开更多

A novel pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid bridged Co(II) phen complex 2 ∞ [Co- (phen)(μ-L)3/3]?H2O (H2L = pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid) has been hydrothermally synthesized, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis shows that it crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 11.480(2), b = 11.885(2), c = 12.939(3) ?, β = 110.55(3)°, V = 1653.1(6) ?3, Mr = 423.25, Dc = 0.425 g/cm3, Z = 4, R = 0.0361 and wR = 0.1011. The title complex consists of 2D 2 ∞ [Co(phen)(μ-L)3/3] layers and crystal water molecules. Each Co atom is octahedrally coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms to form 2D 2 ∞ [Co(phen)(μ-L)3/3] polymeric layers. Furthermore, such 2D layers are stacked into 3D supramolecular frameworks via Van der Waals’ intermolecular forces, strong and weak hydrogen-bond interactions. A new complex AgCu(IO3)3 is synthesized by mild hydrothermal method and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and magnetization measurement.AgCu(IO3)3 is triclinic,space group P1,with a = 7.3081(1),b = 7.8089(1),c = 8.2447(1)A,α = 67.159(1),β = 74.982(1),γ = 80.982(1)°,and Z = 2.AgCu(IO3)3 is isostructral with Ag Pb(IO3)3.The structure of Ag Cu(IO3)3 consists of CuO6 chain columns parallel to the c axis,formed by corner-sharing Cu(1) and Cu(2) octahedra and flanked by corner-sharing IO3 groups; these CuO6 columns are cross-linked into a three-dimensional framework through I–O and Ag–O bonds.I(1),I(2) and I(3) are coordinated respectively with 3 oxygens on the same side to form trigonal pyramids confirming the presence of a stereochemically active lone pair of each I^5+ cation.In the CuO6 chain columns,Cu(1)O6 and Cu(2)O6 octahedra are tetragonally distorted with four shorter bonds in the square planes and two longer apical bonds.Cu(1)O6 octahedra were corner sharing with Cu(2)O6 octahedra with a shorter Cu(1)–O(1) bond in the square planes and a longer apical Cu(2)–O(1) bond,which forms a Cu(1)–Cu(2) magnetic chain along the c direaction.Magnetization measurement shows weak antiferromagnetic property in low temperature range.Ag Cu(IO3)3 provides a new example of a quasi-one-dimensional magnetic system. 展开更多

The coordination polyhedron around Zn(II) can be described as a tetrahedron, trigonal bipyramid and octahedron. The compound [Co(C2O4)(bix)]n 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 11.549(3), b = 15.700(3), c = 9.260(2) A, β = 102.984(3)°, V = 1636.0(6) A^3, C16HIaCON4O4, Mr= 383.23, Dc = 1.556 g/cm^3, μ(MoKa) = 1.078 mm^-1, F(000) = 780, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0455 and wR = 0.1286 for 1483 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Of the compound, the Co center is octahedrally coordinated with oxalate acting as a tetra-dentate ligand coordinated to the cobalt atom and each bix serving as a bridging ligand by employing two N-donors to coordinate with the Co center. An infinite {Co2(C2O4)2}∞ chain is formed along the α axis. Two new coordination polymers [Co(oba)(mbix)]2n·nH2O (1) and [Mn(Hoba)2(H2O)2]n (2) (H2oba = 4,4'-oxydibenzoic acid, mbix = 1,3-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene) have been successfully synthesized... Two new coordination polymers [Co(oba)(mbix)]2n·nH2O (1) and [Mn(Hoba)2(H2O)2]n (2) (H2oba = 4,4'-oxydibenzoic acid, mbix = 1,3-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene) have been successfully synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Their structures have been determined by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, UV and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking interactions extend the complexes into a 3D supramolecular structure. 展开更多

A new complex [Cd(H2biim)2(H2O)2]·(ino)2·4H2O (H2biim = 2,2'-biimidazole, ino = isonicotinate-N-oxide) has been prepared and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, IR and fluorescence spectra analysis. The crystal is of triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 7.5380(6), b = 8.0402(7), c = 13.5094(11) , α = 104.269(1), β = 93.604(1), γ = 98.349(1)°, V = 780.93(11) 3, Mr = 765.00, Dc = 1.627 g/cm3, F(000) = 390, μ = 0.776 mm-1 and Z = 1. The final R = 0.0322 and wR = 0.0825 for 7038 observed reflections with I 2σ(I) and R = 0.0341 and wR = 0.0832 for all data. The title complex exhibits an infinite chain-like structure through bridging isonicotinate-N-oxide. Strong interchain hydrogen bonds between isonicotinate-N-oxide and H2biim result in the robust 3-D supramolecular architecture. Moreover, the complex shows strong photoluminescence with emission maximum at λ = 401 nm upon λex = 330 nm. 展开更多

Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 18.259(5), b = 17.191(4), c = 16.371(4) A, V= 4717(2) A3, C27H16C1NsOnZn, Mr= 575.29, Dc = 1.620 g/cm3, p(MoKa) = 1.202 mm-1, F(000) = 2335, Z = 8, the final R = 0.032 and wR = 0.074 for 4723 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that 1 exhibits one-dimensional (1D) double chains, which are linked by H-bond intersections into a 2D structure.
