In its totality and complexity, the theme of forcing in Christian events is almost impossible to investigate. In fact, a lot of scholars and a very long time would be necessary to analyse the numerous events. Thus, we decided to investigate such events only in the study of the Shroud of Turin, an archaeological find known worldwide. The above topic is essential for Christianity. Furthermore, we must take into account that also among the followers of other religions, atheists and agnostics, there is a considerable interest. We think this is due to the unexpected characteristics that the Body Image, which appears on the Burial Linen of the Nazarene, shows. In this article, we would like to demonstrate that the practice of forcing is still in use. These actions, which are also present on the other side, in the non-Christian world, are the result of conflicts of religious interests. To confirm the presence of the Almighty is not necessarily the forcing. Finding a solution to these problems is not our job. However, we want to highlight them through scientific literature. 展开更多

After almost fifteen years, we remind our fellow scientists of the Stochastic process, a natural mechanism for obtaining the Shroud Body Image. The above process is considered the only source of energy present in an ancient tomb: the thermal one emitted by the corpse of Jesus Christ. It, for all corpses, is notoriously so weak that the only process that could be triggered is the Stochastic one. However, the best-known expert scientists in the Shroud of Turin investigation did not take this model into account, even if it guaranteed a latent image, typical of the Stochastic process, and a fibrils distribution as appears on the Shroud surface. The above scientists and many others had already chosen the Radiative hypothesis, which is based on the emission of radiation (Ultraviolet) and nuclear particles (Protons and Neutrons) by the corpse of Jesus Christ. These emissions are impossible;conversely, if they were true, we would have to talk about miracles. Today, after four decades, it would be appropriate to accept that the Radiative hypothesis (which in the Turin Shroud case becomes a miraculous hypothesis) cannot be in line with both Physics and Theology. The shroud continues to remain one of the most studied and controversial artifacts in human history. Many tests, X-ray fluorescence, reflectance, spectrometry and low energy/high-resolution X ray transmission have shown that the crucified body is not compatible with a painted image. Researchers confirm that the alleged blood is real blood. We documented the self-assembly of geometric triangular chiral hexagon complex (GTCHC) with structural organization of embryoid bodies in cancer tissues. The identification of these structures is not only limited to malignant tumors but also appears in extreme injured tissues. Our interest is to determine if we can predict and identify these patterns in the Shroud of Turin. Based on pattern recognition image was analyzed over 100 shroud images. We identified a central spectral emission line that exhibits a characteristic signature on a plot of residual electromagnetic radiation, head area narrowing and low extremities broadening, indication of decay energy changes in the velocity of the molecules in the traversal trajectory. This Electromagnetic collision event generates in the cloth stagnant blood areas with patterns identical to those identified for us in cancer damage tissues. Inflammatory cytokines activate stem cells and Notch signaling proteins in cascade of interactions to generate real clonal human embryoid template. Can we predict function from structure? These structures evoke life, regeneration, but not death. Our findings suggest the image of a crucified man on the Shroud of Turin is a real physical electromagnetic collision event in response to extreme tissue injury, with the fact that supports our previous findings in cancer tissues as real and predictable. Proteins derived from these emergent damage tissue derivate stem cells could be used to design biologic templates in regenerative medicine and develop novel strategies in cancer therapy. 展开更多

In its pinkish red bloodstains, normal features of human blood were found, but also seemingly anomalous ones. In the present study, hitherto unnoticed details of the data are presented, Shroud data and more modern reference data are compared, and the results of a few experiments with linen, madder dye and blood are shown. It turns out that the Shroud’s ‘anomalous’ data are strong consistent evidence that its bloodstains contain acid heme-madder lake, of which the heme derived from cold acid postmortem blood and the madder had been applied to the Shroud at manufacture. It implies that the bloodstains were formed on the Shroud before the still not reproduced body-image was. Several other ‘red-color’ hypotheses for the Shroud’s bloodstains are discussed and dismissed. 展开更多

Its pinkish red blood stains that seem anomalous ones are studied by modern techniques (notably by resolute optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy coupled with energy dispersive X-ray). Exploration by these techniques of a blood stain located on the face permits us to discover some red-colour particles (hematite, biotite and cinnabar) of exogenous material in this stain. We finally characterize these red-colour particles and try to explain their presences in the blood stain. Globally, all these red-colour particles cannot explain all of the reddish appearance of the area under study. 展开更多

Hidden by several layers of white paint,the almost forgotten polychromy of Nervi’s exhibition halls emerges from historical images,not necessarily intended to document the complex,but rather as a setting for exhibitions,fairs or film and advertising sets.Historical documentation reveals Nervi’s presence on the building site and his desire to supervise the finishing phases.The first stratigraphic investigations also testify to his attention color,as well as the subsequent transformations of use.Specific theoretical and technical issues regarding the conservation of the pictorial layers in relation to the conservation of the reinforced concrete elements are outlined.Furthermore,the use of polychromy in combination with the original employment of natural and artificial light sources introduces new facets into the analysis of Nervi’s work,offering the opportunity for original reflection.This is particularly true if we consider the impact of the interventions carried out so far,even those considered non-invasive,such as routine maintenance operations and some technological upgrades. 展开更多

This article describes the practice of co-evolutionary and transformative resilience through a case study con-ducted in Turin(Italy).According to a broad definition,resilience includes performing actions of urban design and planning,innovating community-based project procedures,and creating positive financial outcomes that are assessable because of the monitoring process of short-and long-term outcomes and impacts.Through the Turin-based case of the Bottom Up!Architecture Festival,this article observes processes in which resilience is in action in metropolitan areas,feeding urban projects and practices of self-organization of the social and financial actors involved.By applying the definition of community projects,the festival manages to take territorial problems and crises(the pandemic,inequality,etc.)and view them as an opportunity to change the system,recommending in-tegrated action on the natural,cultural,financial,and social capital,innovating practices and holding society and institutions more accountable.The transformation of spaces relies on collaborations between social and institu-tional actors,operating spatially concentrated transformations in the city of Turin,and using flexible governance tools based on co-planning and crowdfunding for project design and financing. 展开更多

凝汽器冷却水侧的污垢热阻对机组的经济性能影响较大,该文以凝汽器冷却水侧污垢热阻为研究对象进行了微生物与泥沙微粒混合污垢热阻以及泥沙微粒污垢热阻两类实验研究.实验结果表明:微生物是影响冷却水污垢热阻产生的主要因素,含有微生... 凝汽器冷却水侧的污垢热阻对机组的经济性能影响较大,该文以凝汽器冷却水侧污垢热阻为研究对象进行了微生物与泥沙微粒混合污垢热阻以及泥沙微粒污垢热阻两类实验研究.实验结果表明:微生物是影响冷却水污垢热阻产生的主要因素,含有微生物的冷却水的污垢热阻较大约为1×10-4m2·K/W.不含有微生物的冷却水,在流速为0.5m/s时,有微粒污垢热阻产生,污垢热阻约为0.2×10-4 m2·K/W;在泥沙浓度0.5~2.0kg/m3范围内,泥沙浓度对污垢热阻的影响不显著;在流速为0.9~1.2m/s、泥沙浓度为0.5~2.0kg/m3范围内、没有微粒污垢热阻产生,流速对对流换热系数的影响很显著,即流速增加,对流换热系数增大,而泥沙浓度对此时的对流换热系数的影响不显著.夏季是发电机组负荷较大、冷却水温最高的时候,同时又是冷却水最易产生微生物及其形成的污垢热阻最大的时候.因此凝汽器冷水侧污垢热阻的监测、控制和研究重点应针对含有微生物的冷却水进行. 展开更多

[目的]对槐花米中槲皮素传统的制备方法进行改进,从而提高槲皮素的产率和提取效率。[方法]利用碱提取-酸沉淀法从槐花米中提取芦丁粗品,采用:①间接酸水解法(传统方法),将粗制芦丁通过重结晶纯化得到精制芦丁,再用酸水解制得槲皮素;②... [目的]对槐花米中槲皮素传统的制备方法进行改进,从而提高槲皮素的产率和提取效率。[方法]利用碱提取-酸沉淀法从槐花米中提取芦丁粗品,采用:①间接酸水解法(传统方法),将粗制芦丁通过重结晶纯化得到精制芦丁,再用酸水解制得槲皮素;②直接酸水解法(改进方法),将粗制芦丁的重结晶滤液直接加酸水解制得槲皮素;并用HPLC等技术对两种方法所得产品与槲皮素标准品进行鉴定和分析。[结果]改进方法制备的槲皮素与传统方法相比,二者纯度均与标准品接近,但前者反应时间至少缩短120 min,产率却提高19.45%。[结论]改进方法显著地提高了槲皮素的提取产率和效率,为槲皮素的实验室制备和工业生产提供借鉴。 展开更多
