A newnumerical method based on vector form intrinsic finite element(VFIFE) is proposed to simulate the integral lifting process of steel structures. First, in order to verify the validity of the VFIFE method, taking the steel gallery between the integrated building and the attached building of Nanjing M obile Communication Buildings for example, the static analysis was carried out and the corresponding results were compared with the results achieved by the traditional finite element method. Then, according to the characteristics of dynamic construction of steel structure integral lifting, the tension cable element was employed to simulate the behavior of dynamic construction. The VFIFE method avoids the iterative solution of the stiffness matrix and the singularity problems. Therefore, it is simple to simulate the complete process of steel structure lifting construction.Finally, by using the VFIFE, the displacement and internal force time history curves of the steel structures under different lifting speeds are obtained. The results show that the lifting speed has influence on the lifting force, the internal force, and the displacement of the structure. In the case of normal lifting speed, the dynamic magnification factor of 1. 5 is safe and reasonable for practical application. 展开更多

In this paper, it is aimed to analyze and compare the owner-contractor agreements in the Turkish and the US construction industry. First, the importance of construction contracts and contractual elements of an agreement is determined, and then, the standard owner-contractor agreement which is used in the Turkish construction industry is analyzed and compared with the US standard owner-contractor agreement. 基于大跨空间结构“围护+结构”合二为一的设计理念,提出张拉金属薄板空间结构体系。金属薄板具有强度高、面内刚度大的特点,但其面外刚度较弱,对于大跨空间结构,在面外荷载作用下金属薄板变形控制难度大。因此,通过对金属薄板施加面内... 基于大跨空间结构“围护+结构”合二为一的设计理念,提出张拉金属薄板空间结构体系。金属薄板具有强度高、面内刚度大的特点,但其面外刚度较弱,对于大跨空间结构,在面外荷载作用下金属薄板变形控制难度大。因此,通过对金属薄板施加面内预应力提高其面外刚度,同时将索结构与预应力金属薄板结构相结合,构成新的张拉金属薄板空间结构体系,实现围护与结构在大跨空间结构设计上的统一;进行了平面尺寸为6m×4.5m的张弦金属薄板空间结构的模型试验,研究了该结构金属薄板间的连接、预应力施加、结构成形过程、静力加载特性等,并将试验结果与数值模拟结果进行了对比,最后对采用新结构体系的工程实例进行了数值分析。结果表明:张弦金属薄板空间结构体系在成形后具有良好的力学性能,能够充分发挥围护与结构相统一的优点,在各类大跨度料场封闭工程中具有广泛的应用前景。 展开更多

马来西亚砂拉越日拔大桥主桥为(4.9+108.4+267.6+108.4+4.9)m双塔双索面混凝土梁斜拉桥,主梁采用双边肋π形截面,在塔处设三向约束,在过渡墩处利用竖向预应力进行墩梁固结。主梁施工采用前支点挂篮悬臂浇筑工艺,悬臂施工阶段不张拉纵向... 马来西亚砂拉越日拔大桥主桥为(4.9+108.4+267.6+108.4+4.9)m双塔双索面混凝土梁斜拉桥,主梁采用双边肋π形截面,在塔处设三向约束,在过渡墩处利用竖向预应力进行墩梁固结。主梁施工采用前支点挂篮悬臂浇筑工艺,悬臂施工阶段不张拉纵向预应力钢束。为保证结构安全和施工控制精度,采用MIDAS Civil软件建立主桥有限元模型进行施工过程仿真分析,并引入挂篮单元,确定成桥目标状态。施工控制时,采取主梁线形和应力控制、斜拉索中间张拉、斜拉索三张时超张拉、边中跨不对称施工时边跨斜拉索分次张拉、全桥合龙后斜拉索放张等施工控制关键技术。结果表明:主梁高程误差为-51~28 mm,主梁最大拉、压应力均未超限,索力误差在±10.0%以内,满足设计要求。 展开更多

The construction market of super-high-rise buildings and long-span bridges has recognized unprecedented expansion owing to the development of high performance and high strength materials and the advances achieved in the design and construction technologies. In parallel to the lengthening and enlargement in scale of the structures, securing quality control technology of concrete while reducing the construction duration using improved construction methods emerges as a critical problem for concrete structures. In the erection of concrete pylons, slip forming represents the latest method offering the advantage of reducing drastically the construction duration compared to other methods by adopting automated slip-up of the forms and enabling 24-hour continuous placing. This study determines the slip-up time of the slip form by evaluating the early strength through the surface wave velocity and develops lightweight GFRP form in order to secure the quality of concrete during the slip form erection of pylons. A slip form system is fabricated and mockup test is conducted to verify the performances of the developed techniques through the construction of 10 m-high pylon with a hollow section. 展开更多

Slip-form system constitutes the latest technology for the erection of elevated concrete pylons. This paper investigates the design of slip-form system applying BIM technology for the efficient development of the slip-form system. The considered pylon has a height of 10 m and presents the rectangular hollow section generally adopted in cable-supported bridges. The slip-form was thus designed to accommodate the tapered cross-section and changing thickness considering the continuous placing of concrete. In addition, the safety of the system was examined with regard to the various loads applied on the slip form along the construction. The design results could be verified visually through BIM and the applicability of the designed slip-form was validated in advance through virtual assembly and construction. 展开更多
