正交-响应面法在PBM细观参数标定中的应用

数值模拟作为研究岩石力学特性、再现细观裂纹演化的主要途径,已受到大量关注。现有的数值模拟参数标定方法主要为试错法及正交试验法,但二者都未能充分考虑细观参数交互作用的影响,模拟精度欠佳且宏观破坏形态与室内试验存在较大差异... 数值模拟作为研究岩石力学特性、再现细观裂纹演化的主要途径,已受到大量关注。现有的数值模拟参数标定方法主要为试错法及正交试验法,但二者都未能充分考虑细观参数交互作用的影响,模拟精度欠佳且宏观破坏形态与室内试验存在较大差异。因此,采用正交-响应面法相结合的数值分析方法,首先通过正交试验筛选出具有显著影响的平行黏结模型(PBM)细观参数,其次应用响应面法(RSM)研究其交互作用对模型试样宏观参量的影响规律,最后结合岩石宏观破坏形态提出一套PBM参数标定流程。结果表明:有效模量E*与刚度比k n/k s对弹性模量E影响显著;k n/k s、接触摩擦系数μ、最小颗粒半径R_(min)对泊松比ν影响显著;黏聚力c与法向黏结强度σc及其交互作用对单轴抗压强度UCS影响显著,应用响应面法计算分析得出的细观参数的模拟值与试验值误差绝对值小于7%,且二者应力应变曲线力学特征相似,宏观破坏形态相同,证明所提出的PBM细观参数标定流程具备科学性和可靠性。 展开更多

A formula, that can be used in many cases, is first presented for computing the dimension of BCH codes. It improves the result given by MacWilliams and Sloane in 1977. A new method for finding the dimension of all types of BCH codes is proposed. 目的 以国内九大博物馆文创店铺为分析对象,借助文创产品设计的内部隐性因素及外部显性特征,构建特征元素的纵横向坐标,建立文创产品的“内环-外循”研究框架,利用全新视角对博物馆文创产品概况进行全面剖析,理清文创产品在设计过程中... 目的 以国内九大博物馆文创店铺为分析对象,借助文创产品设计的内部隐性因素及外部显性特征,构建特征元素的纵横向坐标,建立文创产品的“内环-外循”研究框架,利用全新视角对博物馆文创产品概况进行全面剖析,理清文创产品在设计过程中的潜在优势与发展方向。依据研究数据推理出具有针对性的建议及发展预测,为凸显博物馆特色及历史文化为基底的文创产品提供完整的设计参照。方法 在数据采集上,利用手动及信息化爬虫2种方式并轨进行。首先,针对国内博物馆文创产品消费数据进行周期为1年的手动数据跟踪,确定国内销售较好并具有特色的九大博物馆。然后,利用Bazhuayu数据采集工具追踪博物馆文创店铺的消费信息,对博物馆文创店铺销售案例进行内容统计、归类编码、数据剖析等操作,从而归纳并推理出文创产品的设计模式和潜在发展空间。结论 博物馆的文化因素承载着历史价值、人文设计和情感故事等信息,通过聚焦综合性文创产品体验,可以引导消费者的文化认知、审美情趣和消费心理等趋势。通过对博物馆文创产品设计现状的深度挖掘,为新时代背景下博物馆文创产业在优化附加值和增强生命力等领域提供多维度视角参考。 展开更多

采用二维磁驱动数值模拟程序(MDSC2)对大电流脉冲功率装置FP-2上的回流罩结构Z-箍缩实验exp90和exp60进行了数值模拟。数值模拟表明,回流罩结构Z-箍缩实验测量电流/回路电流不是负载套筒电流,回流罩结构Z-箍缩实验中回路电流不完全从负... 采用二维磁驱动数值模拟程序(MDSC2)对大电流脉冲功率装置FP-2上的回流罩结构Z-箍缩实验exp90和exp60进行了数值模拟。数值模拟表明,回流罩结构Z-箍缩实验测量电流/回路电流不是负载套筒电流,回流罩结构Z-箍缩实验中回路电流不完全从负载套筒通过,回路电流和负载套筒电流之间存在一个结构系数,提出了边界磁场强度与回路电流关系的新公式。采用具有结构系数的边界磁场强度公式和磁流体力学程序能正确模拟exp90和exp60两个回流罩结构Z-箍缩实验,模拟的套筒内径运动速度和实验测量速度相一致。回流罩结构Z-箍缩实验的结构系数为一常数,仅由回流罩的初始结构确定。90 mm和60 mm内直径套筒的结构系数分别为0.87和0.90。在套筒初始厚度、绝缘材料等其它条件相同的情况下,套筒内径越大,回流罩结构Z-箍缩实验的结构系数越小。 展开更多

Impacts of Disk Rock Sample Geometric Dimensions on Shear Fracture Behavior in a Punch Shear Test 被引量:1

Punch shear tests have been widely used to determine rock shear mechanical properties but without a standard sample geometric dimension suggestion.To investigate the impacts of sample geometric dimensions on shear behaviors in a punch shear test,simulations using Particle Flow Code were carried out.The effects of three geometric dimensions(i.e.,disk diameter,ratio of shear surface diameter to disk diameter,and ratio of disk height to shear surface diameter)were discussed.Variations of shear strength,shear stiffness,and shear dilatancy angles were studied,and the fracture processes and patterns of samples were investigated.Then,normal stress on the shear surface during test was analyzed and a suggested disk geometric dimension was given.Simulation results show that when the ratio of the shear surface diameter to the disk diameter and the ratio of disk height to the shear surface diameter is small enough,the shear strength,shear stiffness,and shear dilatancy angles are extremely sensitive to the three geometric parameters.If the ratio of surface diameter to disk diameter is too large or the ratio of disk height to surface diameter is too small,a part of the sample within the shear surface will fail due to macro tensile cracks,which is characterized by break off.Samples with a greater ratio of disk height to shear surface diameter,namely when the sample is relatively thick,crack from one end to the other while others crack from both ends towards the middle.During test,the actual normal stress on the shear surface is greater than the target value because of the extra compressive stress from the part of sample outside shear surface. 展开更多

Recently,both the importance and awareness relating to food safety relating to agrochemicals,chemical fertilizers,the pollution of ecosystem and unwholesome foods are growing rapidly.For the same reason,the purchaser's curiosity increases to know about the production process which can be accomplished by production traceability system.The traceability system can store and superintend the specific attribute information about products regarding the productive centre,producer and production finish data.The products undergo various circulation processes and they are being managed by individually constructed traceability system.Thus,it is difficult for the producer and the consumer to guarantee the safety from transpirable issues about the falsification of production traceability because the traceability information can be re-produced by forging through various ways.So in this paper,we proposed a system for integrated management of agro-fishery products based on quick response code(QR-code)for forgery prevention which may help to solve these issues.The proposed system makes QR-code using production information provided by producer.And then it is provided to the distributor and the consumer through integrated service model using the QR-code.Therefore,this system make sure to provide the same production traceability about the products to the distributor and the consumer and always keeps both updated with the same information. 展开更多

X-Code is one of the most important redundant array of independent disk (RAID)-6 codes which are capable of tolerating double disk failures. However, the code length of X-Code is restricted to be a prime number, and such code length restriction of X-Code limits its usage in the real storage systems. Moreover, as a vertical RAID-6 code, X-Code can not be extended easily to an arbitrary code length like horizontal RAID-6 codes. In this paper, a novel and efficient code shortening algorithm for X-Code is proposed to extend X-Code to an arbitrary length. It can be further proved that the code shortening algorithm maintains the maximum-distance-separable (MDS) property of X-Code, and namely, the shortened X-Code is still MDS code with the optimal space efficiency. In the context of the shortening algorithm for X-Code, an in-depth performance analysis on X-Code at consecutive code lengths is conducted, and the impacts of the code shortening algorithm on the performance of X-Code in various performance metrics are revealed. 展开更多

To improve drying uniformity and anthocyanin content of the raspberry puree dried in a continuous microwave dryer,the effects of process parameters(microwave intensity,air velocity,and drying time)on evaluation indexes(average temperature,average moisture content,average retention rate of the total anthocyanin content,temperature contrast value,and moisture dispersion value)were investigated via the response surface method(RSM)and the artificial neural network(ANN)with genetic algorithm(GA).The results showed that the microwave intensity and drying time dominated the changes of evaluation indexes.Overall,the ANN model was superior to the RSM model with better estimation ability,and higher drying uniformity and anthocyanin retention rate were achieved for the ANN-GA model compared with RSM.The optimal parameters were microwave intensity of 5.53 W•g^(-1),air velocity of 1.22 m·s^(-1),and drying time of 5.85 min.This study might provide guidance for process optimization of microwave drying berry fruits. 展开更多

SPACE code is a best-estimated two-phase three-field thermal-hydraulic analysis code used to analyze the safety and performance of pressurized water reactors. In this paper, LOFT (loss of fluid test) L9-3 experiment using the SPACE code was selected to confirm the capability of SPACE code and the results calculated by the SPACE code are compared with those measured through the experiment. The results were compared with the experimental data and those of the other code simulations. Throughout the simulation result, it was concluded that the SPACE code can effectively simulate LOFT L9-3 experiment. 展开更多

针对具有精密旋转轴系类的高端制造装备或精密测量仪器,其旋转角度采用传统圆光栅难以消除偏心误差对测量角度精度的影响,提出了一种基于二维混合式位置编码的旋转角度高精度测量方法。该测角系统由一个二维混合式位置编码盘、两个CCD... 针对具有精密旋转轴系类的高端制造装备或精密测量仪器,其旋转角度采用传统圆光栅难以消除偏心误差对测量角度精度的影响,提出了一种基于二维混合式位置编码的旋转角度高精度测量方法。该测角系统由一个二维混合式位置编码盘、两个CCD相机和远心镜头组成,二维混合式位置编码盘被固定在精密旋转轴系上以获得其旋转角度。然后,建立了测角模型并从数学上证明了测角精度与安装偏心无关。利用多齿分度台对已提出测角系统精度进行检测,测量角度误差在±1″。最后,利用已提出测量方法对直驱转台的角度定位精度进行测量,角度定位误差在±5″内。与传统圆光栅测角相比,该方法不需要考虑安装偏心误差对测角精度的影响,具有稳定性好、使用简单等特点,可用于角度定位误差的检测。 展开更多

以QR Code为例,研究工业控制环境中的二维条码检测和识别技术.首先针对光照不均,利用Retinex理论,处理光照校正.然后根据QR Code条码的特征,提出了基于边缘信息的二值分割算法,并设计了一种快速定位算法.接着分析了条码图像经过高斯函... 以QR Code为例,研究工业控制环境中的二维条码检测和识别技术.首先针对光照不均,利用Retinex理论,处理光照校正.然后根据QR Code条码的特征,提出了基于边缘信息的二值分割算法,并设计了一种快速定位算法.接着分析了条码图像经过高斯函数模糊的数学模型,求解高斯函数方差,并给出了利用逆滤波对条码图像进行反模糊复原的算法.实验结果表明文中提出的算法具有较好的稳定性和时间复杂度,能在复杂的背景中有效地检测定位条码,并显著地提高了条码的识别率,满足了工业控制环境使用的要求. 展开更多
