Developing remanufacturing engineering,constructing cycle economy and building saving-oriented society

In the course of creating immense wealth, manufacturing industry has excessively consumed the resources and energy in the earth, and seriously polluted the environment. To take progress as the sustainable development way, save resource and improve environment, our nation has been advocating to construct the cycle economy and saving-oriented society. Taking the remanufacturing engineering as the representative, the “4R” rule (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Remanufacture) is the important measure to get the goal. Remanufacturing engineering is the industrialization of high-tech maintenance of the waste and worn productions, and is one of the most active factors in “4R”. The development of high and new technology takes the important effect to promote the remanufacturing engineering.

An Improved Identity-Based Society Oriented Signature Scheme with Anonymous Signers

In this paper, we present an improved identity-based society oriented signature scheme with anonymous signers, which satisfies： （1） when members leave or join an organization, the public verification key and the signature verification procedure are unchanged; （2） a user participates in several organizations at the same time, her secret key is only related with her identity. However, no previous schemes have these two properties.

Measuring coordination of economy-society and resource-environment based on major function oriented zoning: a case study of Pearl River Delta

A reasonable coordination degree assessment of the social-economic development level and the resource-environment quality level are essential to identify the key factors of the development, and vital to determine the appropriate development strategy and achieve sustainable development. The major function oriented zoning plays a role in spatial coordination mainly by spatial guidance and restriction, so, the proposal of major function oriented zoning gives a new train of thought to generate a coordination evaluation of economy-society and the resource-environment system. From the view of major function oriented zoning that considers resource environmental bearing capacity, existing development density and development potential, this paper constructs an index system and model of coordination evaluation with a case study on Pearl River Delta. The results have shown: (1) It can reveal the conflicts of economic-social development and resource-environment quality to accurately consider resource environmental bearing capacity, existing development density and development potential; (2) The coordination degree between social-economy system and resource-environment system in Pearl River Delta continued to decline in the past 10 years. The spatial extent of coordination evolves from coordination in the whole Pearl River Delta to imbalance in the core areas, and at present, the uncoordinated areas have already diffused from core areas to the outlying regions; (3) Most regions of the Pearl River Delta are in uncoordinated condition when considering the coordination degree of economic-social development and resource-environment quality, not as coordinated as some scholars considered.

南美洲Oriente盆地斜坡带W区块构造-岩性复合油藏成藏模式及有利区预测

通过岩心观察、地震解释、储层反演、原油地化分析、油源对比、油气运移示踪分析等对南美洲Oriente盆地斜坡带W区块典型构造-岩性复合油藏的成藏规律进行了分析,并指出了下一步的有利勘探方向。研究结果表明:①Oriente盆地斜坡带W区块构造-岩性复合油藏整体为西倾和西南倾单斜构造,局部发育鼻隆,油藏目的层为白垩系Napo组M1ss段,砂体呈北西—南东向,储层厚度大、物性好。②研究区河口湾砂坝控制有利储层分布,W区块平稳的西倾和西南倾单斜鼻隆构造背景与NW—SE走向的泥岩条带配合控制圈闭形成,有效油气运移通道的空间展布控制成藏。③构造-岩性油藏为三阶段成藏模式,早期常规原油充注,中期原油遭受降解,晚期常规原油混合降稠。④W区块南部地区2个泥岩条带的西南部位是W区块构造-岩性复合圈闭的有利发育区。

Transparent and anti-fogging AlPO_(4)-5 films constructed by oblique oriented nano-flake crystals

In the present work,transparent and anti-fogging AlPO_(4)-5 films were prepared on glass substrates using a novel developed process.The process entails a simple in-situ sol–gel followed by vapor phase transport.The in-situ sol–gel process was implemented by coating the precursor sols for the synthesis of AlPO4-5 on the glass substrates successively using the spin-coating method.The films and powders scribed from the films were characterized by X-Ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),atomic force microscope(AFM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The unique films were composed of oblique oriented nanoflake AlPO_(4)-5 crystals with the thickness of about 20 nm.The formation of nano-flake crystals can be ascribed to the high concentration of the precursors,resulting in the formation of a supersaturation system.The obtained films showed high antifogging performance due to the superhydrophilicity with a water contact angle of lower than 1.0°.The silicone oil contact angle was also low about 8.2°.In addition,heteroatom-substituted AlPO_(4)-5 films showing different colors can be obtained easily by simply adding transition metal ions in the phosphate acid solution during the preparation that can extend the application of the method for different coating demand.

Photo-polymerization of liquid crystalline monomer in oriented liquid crystal phase

A new approach to synthesize liquid crystalline polymer with narrow polydispersity index（PDI） was developed.Photopolymerization of 4-cyanophenyl-4＇-（6-acryloyloxyhexyloxy）benzoate（RM23） in nematic liquid crystals with macroscopic orientation was studied.The effects of the monomer concentration on the molecular weight and PDI of the resulting polymers were studied through gel permeation chromatography（GPC） and polarized optical microscopy.The low PDI of 1.19 and 1.22 was obtained in the reverse and normal modes,respectively.The PDI and molecular weight increased with monomer concentration.

The Coupling Coordination Evolution Research of Economy - Ecology - Society System in Xinjiang：Based on the Interaction Perspective of Water Resources

Under the water resources perspective,coupling coordination of economy-ecology-society system in Xinjiang was taken as the research object. By building the coupling evaluation index system of the water resources-economy-ecology-society system,quantitative evaluation and analysis of the coupling coordination of the water resources-economy-ecology-society system from 2001 to 2014 were conducted. The results showed that benefit indexes of economic system and social system grew rapidly,while benefit indexes of water resources system and ecosystem fluctuated smoothly from 2001 to 2014; coupling state of the whole system was at rival stage,and coupling coordination was reluctant coordination type,and the coupling index was slightly higher than the coupling coordination index. Moreover,it showed that the more the coupling systems,the lower indices of coupling and the coupling coordination.

国家创新体系视角下的日本政产学协同创新--基于“社会5.0”政策导向分析

日本政产学协同创新模式历经百余年变革已形成独特的国家创新体系。21世纪,在日本政府构建的“社会5.0”政策导向下,国家创新体系的发展模式为科技高速发展与成果投入运行提供多维有效的支撑与保障。包括政府有效引导、产学深度合作;校企科学定位、创新分工明确;企业加大投入、提高研发效率;高校力行改革、夯实创新基石等。这些创新实践经验对中国科技体制构建及校企深度融合具有重要借鉴价值。

美国汉学刊物与中国文化的海外传播

学术刊物是美国汉学成果发表与传播的重要媒介,其创办进程一定程度上呈现了汉学史发展脉络,推动了汉学的纵深发展。以汉学刊物为窗口,可以透视美国汉学的阶段性特点。根据时间的历史坐标,美国汉学刊物大致可以分为如下阶段:传教士时期,以《中国丛报》与《教务杂志》为代表;本土化与分化时期,以各学会会刊为典型;当代学科细分化时期,以《中国文学》为代表。不同时期的汉学刊物体现了特定的创刊理念与发展思路。分析代表性的汉学刊物,可以为推进整体的美国汉学史研究提供方向和指南。

在老龄社会视域下推进全面的适老化治理

人口负增长与深度老龄化交叠并相互强化将贯穿于整个21世纪,深度老龄社会成为中国基本社会形态。既有的经济社会体系越来越难以适应老龄社会,迫切需要一场多维度、深层次、长时期和全面性的适老化治理。与世界老龄社会先行国家相比,中国式现代化的适老化治理面临老年人口规模巨大、劳动力老化和人力资源不适配等人口基础挑战;制度建设、政策制定、实践资金支持等社会架构挑战;高龄老人养老、数字社会治理、人工智能伦理等风险防范挑战。适老化改革亟需树立老龄社会主流化理念,将适老化治理融入国家战略体系框架,从思想适老化、兼顾硬件和软件改造、推动覆盖全域等层面全面推进治理体系和治理能力现代化。

服务型社会组织如何推动政策倡导?——基于拓展性倡导联盟框架的纵向个案分析

政社合作提供公共服务屡见不鲜,但服务型社会组织推动的政策倡导过程仍处于“黑箱”状态。基于拓展性倡导联盟框架,本文研究服务型社会组织创建政社合作联盟及其政策学习的过程与机制,基于纵向个案考察发现:第一,服务型社会组织以治理现代化等“相对稳定参数”变革开启的政治机遇组建了松散的政社合作,并借力群团改革之“子系统外部事件”构建了以群团组织为纽带的紧密型政社合作联盟。第二,政社合作联盟以政策方案的“迭代递归”原则开展“试验性学习”,历经创投式示范探索、横向型对比试验、权威化推广扩散等阶段之后达成政策共识。第三,无论组建联盟还是政策学习,服务型社会组织与群团组织是关键的“双政策经纪人”,分别以“专业方案”和“网络中介”动员地方政府支持倡导联盟。研究结论为新时代社会组织的服务型政策倡导提供了理论解释,丰富了倡导联盟框架的本土化研究。

高等非学历继续教育质量提升的困境与对策

非学历继续教育要始终坚持中国特色社会主义办学方向,遵循其发展规律,结合新时代高校自身特色专业,建设成人才培养、服务社会的阵地。我国非学历继续教育还处于起步阶段,发展中仍然存在很多问题。为此,我们应秉持终身学习理念,精准把握办学定位,更好地实现人才培养目标,提高教育教学质量。

技能型社会建设背景下高职院校人才培养的模式探索——以周口职业技术学院畜牧兽医专业为例

[目的]围绕技能型社会建设人才的需求,探索高职院校畜牧兽医专业技能人才的培养模式。[方法]以周口职业技术学院畜牧兽医专业为例,分析当前高职院校技能型人才培养面临的困境,结合本专业教学特点与人才培养的方向,深挖技能人才培养的方法,采取先进教育理念,进一步完善校企合作机制,共建校企协同双循环育人的新模式。[结果]通过对课程体系的深化改革与校企协同双循环人才培养模式的建立,实现了由理论教学向实践技能型教学的转化,破解了技能型社会建设中人才培养的瓶颈。[结论]高职院校畜牧兽医专业人才培养应瞄准技能型社会人才的要求,把课程标准与企业岗位标准进行精准对接,更有利于培育社会、企业高素质技能型人才。

新课标背景下数字技术应用何以影响小学生的信息社会责任——自我认知和计算思维的中介效应分析

随着教育数字化转型的深入,《义务教育信息科技课程标准(2022年版)》明确将信息社会责任纳入小学生的核心素养,小学对于信息社会责任的培养要求也在不断发生深层次变革。为探讨新课标背景下数字技术应用、计算思维、自我认知和小学生信息社会责任之间的关系,研究采用数字技术应用量表、计算思维量表、自我认知量表和信息社会责任量表对我国东中西7省24个市(区、县)的7256名小学生进行问卷调查。计算思维和自我认知在数字技术应用与信息社会责任之间不仅起单独中介作用,还起链式中介作用。数字技术作为教育数字化转型的关键力量,加强数字技术应用,关注学生的自我认知发展,提升计算思维,能有效提高小学生的信息社会责任。

适老化转型、基本养老服务供给与服务型政府建设——基于建立精准服务主动响应机制的思考

在基本养老服务场域中建立精准服务主动响应机制是中国政府积极应对人口老龄化问题、推动适老化转型的重要议题。适老化转型背景下服务型政府建立精准服务主动响应机制的愿景,可勾勒为政府在以人民为中心理念指导和全过程、多主体监督情境下,秉承主动性原则,运用大数据等技术来识别老年群体的基本信息及差异化需求,积极整合与配置养老资源,实现基本养老服务资源供给与老年人差异化需求精准匹配,并且及时跟踪基本养老服务满意度和需求变化,动态调整基本养老服务供给内容,从而推动养老服务模式由“人找服务”向“服务找人”转变。适老化转型背景下服务型政府建立精准服务主动响应机制应充分考虑公办养老机构和民办养老机构提供服务的行为特征、实践逻辑等要素,通过大数据赋能方式,建立起政府主导型精准服务主动响应机制和政府监管型精准服务主动响应机制,而这需要坚持价值、技术、组织和制度“四位一体”的行动逻辑,做到价值的精准定位、技术的精准嵌入、组织的精准引导和制度的精准发力。

创新行为模式转型赋能共享价值目标过程:一项多案例研究

已有研究较多关注企业创新行为,且将创新行为视为同质化创新实践,难以解释企业多样化创新行为选择及绩效差异。通过对两家社会导向性企业进行案例分析发现:①企业仅采取技术创新或社会创新行为模式不能为其带来高绩效;②社会创新导向企业经历初始期、转型期两个阶段,对比两阶段创新行为发现,企业经历由单一模式向双重模式转型,各阶段价值创造分别呈现单一价值追求、价值目标重构和共享价值追求逻辑。构建企业创新行为模式转型实现共享价值的总体分析框架,解析社会导向型企业的创新行为转型过程,探究外部社会需求在各阶段转型过程中的驱动作用,使企业与外部利益相关者协同演化创新理论在企业创新行为模式转型领域得到深化和拓展,研究结论对于赋能共享价值创造具有一定启发意义。

两型社会动态评价模型及其应用——基于熵权法-相对熵集结模型的组合赋权

在坚持以人为本、可持续发展和高频指标等原则的基础上,建立了基于科学发展观的两型社会评价指标体系。将熵权法与相对熵集结模型相结合确定指标权重,建立两型社会综合评价模型、协调度模型和演进规律模型。以河北为例,对模型的应用进行了说明,并对河北两型社会的发展状况进行了分析,结果表明2006—2011年河北两型社会发展总体呈上升趋势,各子系统的发展逐渐趋于协调,河北走的是"先发展后协调"的道路。
