Renewable energy sources are gaining popularity,particularly photovoltaic energy as a clean energy source.This is evident in the advancement of scientific research aimed at improving solar cell performance.Due to the non-linear nature of the photovoltaic cell,modeling solar cells and extracting their parameters is one of the most important challenges in this discipline.As a result,the use of optimization algorithms to solve this problem is expanding and evolving at a rapid rate.In this paper,a weIghted meaN oF vectOrs algorithm(INFO)that calculates the weighted mean for a set of vectors in the search space has been applied to estimate the parameters of solar cells in an efficient and precise way.In each generation,the INFO utilizes three operations to update the vectors’locations:updating rules,vector merging,and local search.The INFO is applied to estimate the parameters of static models such as single and double diodes,as well as dynamic models such as integral and fractional models.The outcomes of all applications are examined and compared to several recent algorithms.As well as the results are evaluated through statistical analysis.The results analyzed supported the proposed algorithm’s efficiency,accuracy,and durability when compared to recent optimization algorithms. 展开更多

基于K-Means聚类与熵权TOPSIS法的岩石可爆性评价研究

露天矿山的爆破块度分布,直接影响到后续的采装、运输和破碎工作。为了控制石墨矿山不同区域爆破块度分布,基于K-means无监督聚类学习法与熵权TOPSIS评价法建立了一种新的岩石可爆性评价模型,选取岩石密度、动力能量耗散率、动态抗压强... 露天矿山的爆破块度分布,直接影响到后续的采装、运输和破碎工作。为了控制石墨矿山不同区域爆破块度分布,基于K-means无监督聚类学习法与熵权TOPSIS评价法建立了一种新的岩石可爆性评价模型,选取岩石密度、动力能量耗散率、动态抗压强度、平均应变率、脆性指数作为评价指标,通过熵权计算,发现岩石破碎程度受脆性指数影响最大,受平均应变率影响最小。将此模型应用于实际石墨矿山,可爆性分为10个等级,统计不同分级下的岩石平均破碎粒径,发现可爆性分级等级越高平均粒径越大,有明显的分级特征,验证了模型的有效性。从爆破石墨矿石岩体类型看,岩石可爆性从易到难排序为:片岩、片麻岩、变粒岩、混合岩。结合石墨矿石微观观测结果分析可知:岩性从片岩向混合岩转变,岩石内部石墨晶质呈下降趋势,石墨矿石可爆性等级也随之越来越高。岩石密度、能量耗散率、动态抗压强度之间呈线性正相关,岩石可爆性与平均应变率、脆性指数存在负相关性。研究成果为矿山矿岩可爆性评价提供了一条新思路,对露天矿山爆破块度优化具有一定的理论和实践指导意义。 展开更多

The weighted mean tropospheric temperature is a critical parameter in the conversion of wet zenith delay to precipitable water vapor in GPS Meteorology.This parameter can not be calculated from the radiosonde data in real time through the conventional methods.In this study,we first discuss the admissible error of weighted mean temperature to enable the accuracy of the conversion better than 1 mm,then summarize the performance of some of the existing methods. An empirical formula is established that satisfies the real_time requirement in GPS meteorology using Sequential Regression Analysis method.It is shown that this real_time formula as compared with other empirical methods is more accurate for local applications. 展开更多

Information feedback strategies can influence the traffic efficiency of intelligent traffic systems greatly.Based on the more practical symmetrical two-route scenario with one entrance and one exit,an improved weighted mean velocity feedback strategy(WMVFS) is proposed,which is not sensitive to the precision of global position system(GPS) devices.The applicability of WMVFS to different weight factors,aggressive probabilities,densities of dynamic vehicles,and different two-route scenarios(symmetrical scenario and asymmetrical scenario with a speed limit bottleneck) is analyzed.Results show that WMVFS achieves the best performance compared with three other information feedback strategies when considering the traffic flux and stability. 展开更多

To improve the applicability of the global pressure and temperature 2 wet(GPT2w)model in estimating the weighted mean temperature in China and adjacent areas,the error compensation technology based on the neural network was proposed,and a total of 374800 meteorological profiles measured from 2006 to 2015 of 100 radiosonde stations distributed in China and adjacent areas were used to establish an enhanced empirical model for estimating the weighted mean temperature in this region.The data from 2016 to 2018 of the remaining 92 stations in this region was used to test the performance of the proposed model.Results show that the proposed model is about 14.9%better than the GPT2w model and about 7.6%better than the Bevis model with measured surface temperature in accuracy.The performance of the proposed model is significantly improved compared with the GPT2w model not only at different height ranges,but also in different months throughout the year.Moreover,the accuracy of the weighted mean temperature estimation is greatly improved in the northwestern region of China where the radiosonde stations are very rarely distributed.The proposed model shows a great application potential in the nationwide real-time ground-based global navigation satellite system(GNSS)water vapor remote sensing. 展开更多

Weighted mean temperature(T m)is a critical parameter in Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)technology to retrieve precipitable water vapor(PWV).It is convenient to obtain high-precision T m estimates near surface utilizing Bevis formula and surface temperature.However,some researches pointed out that the Bevis formula has large uncertainties in high-altitude regions.We investigate the applicability of the Bevis formula at different height levels and find that the Bevis formula has relatively high precision when the altitude is low,while with altitude increasing,the precision decreases gradually.To solve the problem,we analyze the relationship between T m and atmospheric temperature within the near-earth space range(the height range between 0~10 km)and find that they have a high correlation on a global scale.Accordingly,we build a global weighted mean temperature model based on near-earth atmospheric temperature.Validation results of the model show that this model can provide high-precision T m estimation at any height level in the near-earth space range. 展开更多

Although fuzzy set concepts have evolved,neutrosophic sets are attractingmore attention due to the greater power of the structure of neutrosophic sets.The ability to account for components that are true,false or neither true nor false is useful in the resolution of real-life problems.However,simultaneous variations render neutrosophic sets unsuitable in specific circumstances.To enable the management of these sorts of issues,we combine the principle of multi-valued neutrosophic uncertain linguistic sets and complex fuzzy sets to develop the principle of multivalued complex neutrosophic uncertain linguistic sets.Multi-valued complex neutrosophic uncertain linguistic sets can contain grades of truth,abstinence,and falsity,and uncertain linguistic terms,which are expressed as complex numbers whose real and imaginary parts are limited to the unit interval.Some important Dombi laws are elaborated along with Bonferroni mean operators,which offer a flexible general structure with modifiable factors.Bonferroni means aggregation operators perform a significant role in conveying the magnitude level of options and characteristics.To determine relationships among any number of attributes,we develop multi-valued complex neutrosophic uncertain linguistic Dombi-normalized weighted Bonferroni mean operators and discuss their important properties with some special cases.By using these laws,we can deploy themulti-attribute decisionmaking(MADM)technique using the novel principle of multi-valued complex neutrosophic uncertain linguistic sets.To determine the power and flexibility of the elaborated approach,we resolve some numerical examples based on the proposed operator.Finally,the work is validated with the help of comparative analysis,a discussion of its advantages,and geometric expressions of the elaborated theories. 展开更多

Based on the advantages and disadvantages of the standard median filter and the standard wean filter, a new Adaptive Weighted Mean Filter(AWFM) was proposed in this paper. The filter window's size of every pixel was adaptively adjusted. Then the suspidons noise points were examined by certain rules. After that, the authors calculate the weighting factors of the pixels by weighting function which was canstructed according to the differences between their gray values and the median value of all elements in the window. Finally they use the weighted average of gray values to substitute the gray value of the central pixel in the window. The results indicate that this filtering method is not only effective for impulse noise like median filter, but also better than the standard median filters. Compared with conventional filter, this filter methed can effectivdy suppress the mixture noise of images, and protect image's details well. 展开更多

The smoothing degree of the trend depends on the selections of window lengt... The moving-mean method is one of the conventional approaches for trend-extraction from a data set. It is usually applied in an empirical way. The smoothing degree of the trend depends on the selections of window length and weighted coefficients, which are associated with the change pattern of the data. Are there any uniform criteria for determining them? The present article is a reaction to this fundamental problem. By investigating many kinds of data, the results show that: 1) Within a certain range, the more points which participate in moving-mean, the better the trend function. However, in case the window length is too long, the trend function may tend to the ordinary global mean. 2) For a given window length, what matters is the choice of weighted coefficients. As the five-point case concerned, the local-midpoint, local-mean and global-mean criteria hold. Among these three criteria, the local-mean one has the strongest adaptability, which is suggested for your usage. 展开更多
