However, the intrinsic instability of traditional three-dimensional(3D) hybrid perovskite seriously hinders the lifetimes of tandem devices. In this work, the quasi-two-dimensional(2D)(BA)_(2)(MA)_(n-1)Pbn I_(3n+1)(n = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5)(where MA denotes methylammonium and BA represents butylammonium), with senior stability and wider bandgap, are first used as an absorber of semitransparent top perovskite solar cells(PSCs) to construct a fourterminal(4T) tandem devices with a bottom Si-heterojunction cell. The device model is established by Silvaco Atlas based on experimental parameters. Simulation results show that in the optimized tandem device, the top cell(n = 4) obtains a power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 17.39% and the Si bottom cell shows a PCE of 11.44%, thus an overall PCE of 28.83%. Furthermore, by introducing a 90-nm lithium fluoride(LiF) anti-reflection layer to reduce the surface reflection loss, the current density(J_(sc)) of the top cell is enhanced from 15.56 m A/cm^(2) to 17.09 m A/cm^(2), the corresponding PCE reaches 19.05%, and the tandem PCE increases to 30.58%. Simultaneously, in the cases of n = 3, 4, and 5, all the tandem PCEs exceed the limiting theoretical efficiency of Si cells. Therefore, the 4T quasi-2D perovskite/Si devices provide a more cost-effective tandem strategy and long-term stability solutions.展开更多

In addition, an equivalent-circuit model is coupled to the fluid equations in order to self-consistently determine re-lationship between the instantaneous potential at the rf-biased electrode and the sheath thickness. Two-dimensional profiles of the potential, the ion fluid velocity, and the distributions of the ion and electron densities within the sheath are computed under various discharge conditions, such as the discharge powers and the gas pressures. The results show that the existence of the cylindrical hole on the electrode significantly affects the sheath structure and generates a potential trap in the horizontal direction, which is particularly strong when the sheath thickness is comparable to the depth of the hole. Normally, the Stewart type manipulators have a platform and several legs. The inverse dynamics can be solved efficiently by taking the advantage of such structural characteristics. However, for the forward dynamics analysis, this structural decomposition still faces challenges from both modeling and computation. In this paper, an efficient approach is proposed for the forward dynamics of the 6-PUS manipulator based on the platform-legs composite simulation. By composite method, the dynamics modeling of the parallel manipulator is separated into the forward dynamics of the platform and the kineto-statics of the legs. The global simulation model can be constructed by connecting the predefined platform model and leg models according to the manipulator's topology. Thus, the global simulation can be decomposed into the independent calculations of purely algebraic equations and ordinary differential equations (ODEs), the computational cost can be reduced and the stability of the simulation can be improved. For the purpose of solving the manipulator's forward dynamics accurately, the algebraic-loop problem is discussed and a closed form algorithm is proposed. A numerical example of the 6-PUS manipulator is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The example results show that the modeling efficiency can be improved and the simulation stability can be ensured for decomposing the system equations into purely algebraic equations and ODEs.展开更多

For this purpose, an agent-based model was created in NetLogo platform, which is an easy-to-use application environment with graphical visualization abilities and well suited for modeling a complex system evolving over time. The effect of various parameters on process performance was investigated in terms of temperature,cross-flow velocity, length of the module, pure water permeability coefficient, and structural parameter of the membrane. Results demonstrated that the increase in all parameters, except structural parameter of the membrane and the length of module led to the increase of average water flux. The impact to the vehicle speed tracking and the fuel economy is compared among the different driver models. The different human-simulated characteristics of the driver models are emphatically analyzed. The analysis results indicate that the driver models based on PID, simple fuzzy logic and expert PID are corresponding to the handling characteristics of different drives. The driver models of different human-simulated characteristics bring the handling divergence of drivers with different driving level and habit to the HEV forward simulation, and that is significant to the all-around verification and validation of the control strategy for HEV. System simulation results of different driver models validate the impact of driver models to the dynamic and fuel economy performance of HEV.展开更多

The error between the experimental and numerical results was less than 5%, validating the reliability of the numerical simulation method. The single factor analysis of the formation relative dip, resistivity anisotropy and drilling fluid invasion was carried out by numerical simulation method, and the results show that:(1) The increase of relative dip can lead to the increase of formation resistivity, but the increasing value is relatively small, and the values of five array resistivity curves will reverse when the relative dip angle reaches a certain degree.(2) The increase of anisotropy coefficient λ can also cause the formation resistivity to rise, and the resistivity will increase by about 10% when λ increases from 1.0 to 1.5 in vertical wells.(3) Drilling fluid invasion has a more significant effect on the logging response than the former two factors. The order of the five curves will change due to drilling fluid invasion in anisotropic formation and the change rule is contrary to resistivity anisotropy. Taking the logging data of the Yingxi oilfield in the Qaidam Basin as an example, an anisotropic formation model considering drilling fluid invasion was built, and the numerical simulation results from the above methods were basically consistent with the logging data, which verified the accuracy of the method again. The results of this study lay a theoretical foundation for multiple-parameter inversion in anisotropic formation under complex well conditions.展开更多

Based on a proposed velocity function, the corresponding expressions for the ground acceleration and displacement time histories are also derived. The proposed model is then fitted using some selected pulse-like near fault ground motions in the Next Generation Attenuation (NGA) project library. The new model is not only simple in form but also simulates the long-period portion of actual velocity near fault records with a high level of precision. It is shown that the proposed model-based elastic response spectra are compatible with the near fault records in the neighborhood of the prevailing frequency of the pulse. The results indicate that the proposed model adequately simulates the components of the time histories. Finally, the energy of the proposed pulse was compared with the energy of the actual record to confirm the compatibility.展开更多

文摘Tight and unconventional reservoirs have become the focus with the progress of petroleum exploration and development.Micro-fractures in these reservoirs can effectively improve reservoir permeability, and well-developed micro-fractures can serve to directly improve productivity.Compared with the centered electrical well logging method, the Micro Spherical Focused Logging(MSFL)is more suitable for microfracture identification due to its high resolution and near borehole wall measuring method. In this study,an anisotropic model is used to depict micro-fractured formation.First,a forward model with microfractured formation, borehole, logging instrument and surrounding rock is established.Subsequently,MSFL responses under different micro-fracture porosity, resistivity, dip angle and borehole radius, are calculated based on the finite element method(FEM).Finally, the MSFL responses under different microfracture parameters are analyzed with the response laws clarified.

文摘From June 2008 to August 2013,approximately 67 kt of CO_(2) was injected into a deep saline formation at the Ketzin pilot CO_(2) storage site.During injection,3D seismic surveys have been performed to monitor the migration of sequestered CO_(2).Seismic monitoring results are limited by the acquisition and signal-to-noise ratio of the acquired data. The multiphysical reservoir simulation provides information regarding the CO_(2) fluid behavior, and the approximated model should be calibrated with the monitoring results. In this work, property models are delivered from the multiphysical model during 3D repeated seismic surveys. The simulated seismic data based on the models are compared with the real data, and the results validate the effectiveness of the multiphysical inversion method.Time-lapse analysis shows the trend of CO_(2) migration during and after injection.

文摘Based on the control theories of PID, fuzzy logic and expert PID, the driver models are built and applied in the forward simulation for hybrid electric vehicles (HEV). System simulation results of different driver models validate the impact of driver models to the dynamic and fuel economy performance of HEV.

文摘A fast and high precision spatial domain algorithm is presented for forward modeling of two-dimensional(2D)body gravity anomalies of arbitrary shape and density distribution. The new algorithm takes advantage of the convolution properties of the expression for 2D gravity anomalies, uses a rectangular cell as a grid subdivision unit, and then 2D bodies with irregular cross-sections are approximated by a combination of 2D bodies with a rectangular cross section. The closed-form expression is used to calculate the gravitational anomalies of the combination of 2D bodies with a rectangular cross section. To improve computing effi ciency, the new algorithm uses a fast algorithm for the implementation of the Toeplitz matrix and vector multiplication. The synthetic 2D models with rectangular and circular cross-sections and constant and variable densities are designed to evaluate the computational accuracy and speed of the new algorithm. The experiment results show that the computation costs less than 6 s for a grid subdivision with 10000×10000 elements.Compared to the traditional forward modeling methods, the proposed method significantly improved computational effi ciency while guaranteeing computational accuracy.

文摘A scaling-down experiment system of array laterolog resistivity was developed, and a corresponding formation model was built by 3 D finite element numerical method to study the effect of different factors on the logging response quantitatively. The results of this study lay a theoretical foundation for multiple-parameter inversion in anisotropic formation under complex well conditions.
文摘In this study, a new mathematical model is developed composed of two parts, including harmonic and polynomial expressions for simulating the dominant velocity pulse of near fault ground motions. Finally, the energy of the proposed pulse was compared with the energy of the actual record to confirm the compatibility.

文摘Two-dimensional unsteady incompressible viscous flow around a rolling cylinder with ship-like section is numerically simulated by employing the computational scheme previously developed by the authors, in which the continuity and momentum equations are satisfied simultaneously at each time step for oscillating flow. The numerical results show that the motion of vortices around a rolling ship hull is cyclical. It is found that the location of the vortices is very similar to the existing experimental result. Using these simulation results, we can calculate the roll damping of ships including viscous effects.
文摘Two-dimensional shear wave elastography(2D-SWE)is used in the clinical setting for observation of the liver.Unfortunately,a wide spectrum of artifactual images are frequently encountered in 2D-SWE,the precise mechanisms of which remain incompletely understood. This review was designed to present many of the artifactual images seen in 2D-SWE of the liver and to analyze them by computer simulation models that support clinical observations. Our computer simulations yielded the following suggestions:(1)When performing 2D-SWE in patients with chronic hepatic disease, especially liver cirrhosis,it is recommended to measure shear wave values through the least irregular hepatic surface;(2)The most useful 2D-SWE in patients with focal lesion will detect lesions that are poorly visible on B-mode ultrasound and will differentiate true tumors from pseudo-tumors(e.g.,irregular fatty change);and(3)Measurement of shear wave values in the area posterior to a focal lesion must be avoided.

文摘The Guide sedimentary basin is located in the northeastern part of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau, which is rich in geothermal resources. However, exploitation of the geothermal resources has so far been limited, because of limited understanding of the resources quantity and storage gained from scientific researches. In this study, using a typical cross section across the basin and taking into account its geothermal and geological conditions,a new waterheat coupled model was built and associated modelling was done by the software TOUGH2.During modelling process, the accuracy and applicability of the model was confirmed through the calibration of relevant parameters for modelling the heat and water transport and the formation of geothermal reservoir across the basin, with particular focus on the Neogene geothermal field. Results show that the groundwater that flows from the basin margins to the center is heated by the Neogene and Paleogene sedimentary rocks with high geothermal gradients.Since the east-west extending fault F1 is conductive,it acts as preferential flow paths which on one hand provide additional and rapid flows to the thermal reservoir;and on the other hand, cool down the thermal water to a certain extent due to the infiltration of shallower water sources in the vicinity of the fault.Furthermore, the estimated geothermal resources quantity is close to that of previous studies. In comparison with the Paleogene rock formations, the Neogene geothermal reservoir shows a better nature in terms of water content, aquifer permeability and resources exploitability, although the resource quantity of the Paleogene reservoir is considerable.
