In view of lake scenic areas with abundant tourist resources but less-developed economy,contradictions between the urgency of its tourist resource development and complexity of urban-rural planning compilation were an...In view of lake scenic areas with abundant tourist resources but less-developed economy,contradictions between the urgency of its tourist resource development and complexity of urban-rural planning compilation were analyzed,and also limitations summarized as insufficient time and fund.Statutory planning contents included in the integrated compilation system were elaborated,and compilation of the integrated planning for the Longhe Lake Scenic Area in the Taihang Mountains was taken for example to introduce planning concepts of the compilation technical system.Considering characteristics of the study area,"regionality" was stressed as the foundation of planning compilation,concise,convenient and practical planning compilation contents were advocated and further explained from the perspectives of compiling by layer and category.In view of this,it is necessary to apply integrated compilation mode under certain circumstances,so as to provide a new approach for the planning compilation of other regions in China and enhance economic and social development of local areas.展开更多

There are altogether 40 second-year English majors participated in the present study, and they are randomly assigned into the experimental group and the control group. The instruments employed in the present study to achieve the research purposes include the listening comprehension test, the teacher's log, the students' opinion questionnaires, the students' open-ended questionnaires, and the semi-structured interviews. Research findings revealed that there were significant main effects on the listening comprehen,;ion of Chinese EFL learners after the training by the pre-task planning mode. The Expo 2010 Shanghai is taken as an e...This paper aims to provide a decision-making method for the transportation management strategies in guiding the transformation of trip mode choice during planned special events. The Expo 2010 Shanghai is taken as an example, and a structural equation model is employed to analyze the dynamic mechanism of trip mode choice behavior and the effectiveness of the transportation management measures at different stages. Based on the difference between the objective-oriented stated preference (SP) survey results and the objectives, together with the feedback from the previous stage survey, some adjustments on the transportation management measures are made in the next stage of the planning process until the objectives are eventually achieved. The results indicate that the adjustments on transportation management measures at different stages can effectively raise the transit share to 88.6%. Nonlocal visitors are inclined to choose nonstop modes of transportation and the companion attributes have the most significant effects on the trip mode choices of visitors. The research method is proved to be an effective way to support the decision making process of transportation management measures during planned special events in the future.展开更多

The optimization model considers th...This paper presents a novel general method for computing optimal motions of an industrial robot manipulator (AdeptOne XL robot) in the presence of fixed and oscillating obstacles. The optimization model considers the nonlinear manipulator dynamics, actuator constraints, joint limits, and obstacle avoidance. The problem has 6 objective functions, 88 variables, and 21 constraints. Two evolutionary algorithms, namely, elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) and multi-objective differential evolution (MODE), have been used for the optimization. Two methods (normalized weighting objective functions and average fitness factor) are used to select the best solution tradeoffs. Two multi-objective performance measures, namely solution spread measure and ratio of non-dominated individuals, are used to evaluate the Pareto optimal fronts. Two multi-objective performance measures, namely, optimizer overhead and algorithm effort, are used to find the computational effort of the optimization algorithm. The trajectories are defined by B-spline functions. The results obtained from NSGA-II and MODE are compared and analyzed.展开更多
To accommodate the gait and balance disorder of the elderly with age progression and the occurrence of various senile diseases,this paper proposes a novel gait balance training robot(G-Balance)based on a six degree-of...To accommodate the gait and balance disorder of the elderly with age progression and the occurrence of various senile diseases,this paper proposes a novel gait balance training robot(G-Balance)based on a six degree-of-freedom parallel platform.Using the platform movement and IMU wearable sensors,two training modes,i.e.,active and passive,are developed to achieve vestibular stimulation.Virtual reality technology is applied to achieve visual stimulation.In the active training mode,the elderly actively exercises to control the posture change of the platform and the switching of the virtual scene.In the passive training mode,the platform movement is combined with the virtual scene to simulate bumpy environments,such as earthquakes,to enhance the human anti-interference ability.To achieve a smooth switching of the scene,continuous speed and acceleration of the platform motion are required in some scenarios,in which a trajectory planning algorithm is applied.This paper describes the application of the trajectory planning algorithm in the balance training mode and the optimization of jerk(differential of acceleration)based on cubic spline planning,which can reduce impact on the joint and enhance stability.展开更多

With the rapid development of warehouse robots in logistics and other industries,research on their path planning has become increasingly important.Based on the analysis of various conflicts that occur when the warehou...With the rapid development of warehouse robots in logistics and other industries,research on their path planning has become increasingly important.Based on the analysis of various conflicts that occur when the warehouse robot travels,this study proposes a two-level vehicle path planning model for multi-warehouse robots,which integrates static and dynamic planning to improve operational efficiency and reduce operating costs.In the static phase,the blockage factor is introduced to enhance the ant colony optimization(ACO)algorithm as a negative feedback mechanism to effectively avoid the blockage nodes during movement.In the dynamic stage,a dynamic priority mechanism is designed to adjust the routing strategy in real time and give the optimal path according to the real situation.To evaluate the model’s effectiveness,simulations were performed under different operating environments and application strategies based on an actual grid environment map.The simulation results confirm that the proposed model outperforms other methods in terms of average running distance,number of blocked nodes,percentage of replanned paths,and average running time,showing great potential in optimizing warehouse operations.展开更多
