A new two-step variational model for multiplicative noise removal with applications to texture images

Multiplicative noise removal problems have attracted much attention in recent years.Unlike additive noise,multiplicative noise destroys almost all information of the original image,especially for texture images.Motivated by the TV-Stokes model,we propose a new two-step variational model to denoise the texture images corrupted by multiplicative noise with a good geometry explanation in this paper.In the first step,we convert the multiplicative denoising problem into an additive one by the logarithm transform and propagate the isophote directions in the tangential field smoothing.Once the isophote directions are constructed,an image is restored to fit the constructed directions in the second step.The existence and uniqueness of the solution to the variational problems are proved.In these two steps,we use the gradient descent method and construct finite difference schemes to solve the problems.Especially,the augmented Lagrangian method and the fast Fourier transform are adopted to accelerate the calculation.Experimental results show that the proposed model can remove the multiplicative noise efficiently and protect the texture well. 展开更多

CuI thin films with nano-scale grains of about 35nm were deposited via spraying method with using acetonitrile as solvent. The influence of iodine doping concentration in acetonitrile solution on the structure, topographic and optical properties of CuI thin films was investigated. X-ray diffraction results showed that CuI iodine-doped films doped CuI:I2 were in γ-phase of zinc blende structure with (111) preferential plane. Scanning electron microscopy revealed that the microstructure of CuI films depended on the relative amount of doping iodine in the solution. When the iodine doping amount in acetonitrile solution was 0.025 g, the film was uniform and compact, the optical transmittance was 75.4% in the part of visible region and the energy band gap was close to 2.96 eV. 展开更多

The robust magnesium surfaces with multi-functions are highly desirable,and the simple and scalable methods to construct such surfaces are urgently indispensable.Herein,we conducted a one-step spraying method to facilely fabricate the robust coating with multi-functions on magnesium alloys.The as-sprayed magnesium alloys surface is superhydrophobic with a static water contact angle(WCA)of 157.0°and a roll-off angle of 6.0°.Such surface has excellent mechanical,chemical and thermal stabilities,even undergoing various physical and chemical damages,including sand impact(10 gmin^(-1),≥20 min),water impact(2 impacts s^(-1),≥180 min),abrasion(1.00 kPa,≥25 cycles),peeling(≥2.15 kPa),high temperature(200°C,≥24 h),strong acidic/salty/basic media(p H=113)and organic-solvent immersion(ethanol and n-hexane,≥24 h),demonstrating brilliant robustness.Notably,the surface displays multi-functions of corrosion protection,anti-fouling and heat insulation,which will undoubtedly promote the much wider applications of magnesium alloys. 展开更多

Temperature-dependent photoluminescence characteristics of organic-inorganic halide perovskite CH3NH3Pb I3-xClx films prepared using a two-step method on ZnO/FTO substrates were investigated. Surface morphology and absorption characteristics of the films were also studied. Scanning electron microscopy revealed large crystals and substrate coverage. The orthorhombic-to-tetragonal phase transition temperature was-140 K. The films' exciton binding energy was 77.6 ± 10.9 meV and the energy of optical phonons was 38.8 ± 2.5 meV. These results suggest that perovskite CH3NH3Pb I(3-x)Clx films have excellent optoelectronic characteristics which further suggests their potential usage in perovskitebased optoelectronic devices. 展开更多

The distribution of remaining oil is often described qualitatively. The remaining oil distributed in the whole reservoir is calculated according to the characteristics of the space distribution of the saturation of remaining oil. Logging data are required to accomplish this. However, many such projects cannot be completed. Since the old study of remaining oil distribution could not be quantified efficiently, the "dynamic two-step method" is presented. Firstly, the water cut of every flow unit in one well at one time is calculated according to the comprehensive water cut of a single well at one time. Secondly, the remaining oil saturation of the flow unit of the well at one time is calculated based on the water cut of the flow unit at a given time. The results show that "dynamic two-step method" has characteristics of simplicity and convenience, and is especially suitable for the study of remaining oil distribution at high water-cut stage. The distribution of remaining oil presented banding and potato form, remaining oil was relatively concentrated in faultage neighborhood and imperfect well netting position, and the net thickness of the place was great. This proposal can provide an effective way to forecast remaining oil distribution and enhance oil recovery, especially applied at the high water-cut stage. 展开更多

The results indicate that the nanocrystalline Ni0.5Zn0.5 ferrite is ferromagnetic without the superparamagnetic phenomenon observed at room temperature. Specific saturation magnetization of nanocrystalline Nio.sZno.5 ferrite increases from 40.2 to 75.6 emu/g as grain size increases from 11 to 94nm. Coercivity of nanocrystalline Ni0.5Zn0.5 ferrite increases monotonically when d 〈 62 nm.The relationship between the coercivity and the mean grain size is well fitted into a relation Hc - d^3. A theoretically evaluated value of the critical grain size is 141nm larger than the experimental value 62nm for nanocrystalline Ni0.5Zn0.5 ferrite. The magnetic behaviour of nanocrystalline Ni0.5Zn0.5 ferrite may be explained by using the random anisotropy theory. 展开更多

为保证低温喷雾干燥后蓝靛果粉品质,采用黄金分割法研究复合助剂(麦芽糊精、β-环糊精和乳清蛋白)对喷雾干燥蓝靛果粉理化性质的影响,分析低温进风温度(50~90℃)对蓝靛果粉花青素保留率、集粉率和含水率的影响规律。结果表明,在麦芽糊... 为保证低温喷雾干燥后蓝靛果粉品质,采用黄金分割法研究复合助剂(麦芽糊精、β-环糊精和乳清蛋白)对喷雾干燥蓝靛果粉理化性质的影响,分析低温进风温度(50~90℃)对蓝靛果粉花青素保留率、集粉率和含水率的影响规律。结果表明,在麦芽糊精、β-环糊精的质量比例为85.4%、14.6%时,集粉率高达37.96%;随进料溶液中麦芽糊精质量比例增加,蓝靛果粉玻璃化转变温度、水溶性指数、堆积密度、亮度L^(*)值、红度a^(*)值和色差值ΔE呈增加趋势,含水率、花青素含量和黄度b^(*)值呈下降趋势;在麦芽糊精、β-环糊精和乳清蛋白质量比例为72.9%、12.5%、14.6%时,集粉率达到最高(40.11%);随料液中乳清蛋白质量比例增加,蓝靛果粉含水率、花青素含量呈上升趋势,其玻璃化转变温度、水溶性指数、亮度L^(*)值、红度a^(*)值、黄度b^(*)值和色差值ΔE等指标呈下降趋势;复合助剂显著提高蓝靛果粉集粉率(P<0.05),对其中的花青素起到较强保护作用,其含水率、水溶性指数、堆积密度等理化指标均接近于最优水平。低温喷雾干燥研究发现,随进风温度上升,集粉率和含水率呈负相关,在进风温度90℃时,集粉率最高的配方中可实现较高花青素保留率(89.94%)。低频核磁共振波谱以及质子密度图像信息分析表明,加入的助剂与蓝靛果果汁中水分通过氢键、静电结合力和疏水作用等分子间作用力,形成稳定性高水合物、增强液滴聚结抵抗力,提高料液玻璃态转换温度,从而实现高集粉率和高花青素保留率的蓝靛果果粉低温喷雾干燥;红外光谱分析表明,复合助剂可在蓝靛果果粉中形成分子间氢键,并对花青素等活性物质进行固定包埋保护。研究结果可为蓝靛果粉喷雾干燥加工生产提供理论支撑和参考依据。 展开更多

基于响应曲面法的木材喷涂漆雾扩散角度与均匀度优化

【目的】探究木材喷涂喷头结构参数对喷口流速v_(2)、漆雾扩散角度γ和漆雾均匀性λ的影响,求解喷头最优结构参数,提高木材喷涂效率和喷涂效果。【方法】基于雾滴碰撞、聚集和积累理论初步探究v_(2)、γ和λ的影响因素,将优化参数设为... 【目的】探究木材喷涂喷头结构参数对喷口流速v_(2)、漆雾扩散角度γ和漆雾均匀性λ的影响,求解喷头最优结构参数,提高木材喷涂效率和喷涂效果。【方法】基于雾滴碰撞、聚集和积累理论初步探究v_(2)、γ和λ的影响因素,将优化参数设为原始喷头的7项关键内部结构参数,包括内壁倒角β、三段管道内壁长度L_(1)至L_(3)和三段管道内壁直径d_(1)至d_(3),利用Design Expert设计7因素3水平3指标的BBD响应曲面试验,探究各结构参数对v_(2)、γ和λ的影响显著性。BBD试验各组结果由3部分仿真获得,采用k-ε模型进行喷头内部流场仿真、KHRT模型进行高压平口雾化仿真。应用Image J测定漆雾扩散角度,通过Python运用“雾滴撒点法”完成对每组雾化仿真结果的均匀性标定,利用多目标优化方法求解喷头最优结构参数,并通过仿真喷涂和实机喷涂验证其喷涂效果。【结果】BBD响应曲面试验结果表明,7项关键内部结构参数对指标的影响十分复杂,但3项指标v_(2)、 γ和λ回归显著(P≤0.000 1),多目标优化下的理论最优漆雾扩散角度为21.28°、最优漆雾均匀性为3.053;最优喷头的喷涂仿真试验结果表明,优化后喷口流速v_(2)由35.8 m·s^(-1)升至107 m·s^(-1),漆雾扩散角度γ由16.74°升至21.09°(与理论相差0.883%),漆雾均匀性λ由3.62升至3.03(λ越小代表越均匀,与理论相差0.751%)。在木材喷涂实机试验中,优化前后木材喷涂试样漆厚标准差由21.71μm降至17.74μm,单面喷涂时间由6.2 s降至5.5 s,单面喷头移动行程由3 255 mm降至2 887 mm。【结论】基于“雾滴撒点法”的漆雾均匀性评判标准以及基于响应曲面法和多目标的喷头结构参数优化方法可对木材喷涂喷头优化设计提供一定参考,对提高木材喷涂漆面均匀性和木材喷涂效率具有一定效果和帮助。 展开更多

为进一步解决风沙土改良作业机械化率低的问题,提高改土材料机械化铺施效率,提出了一种精准可控变量的固体物料施撒方案,设计了一种精准变量全幅式物料施撒装置。通过对物料施撒过程的受力和运动分析,以物料颗粒为研究对象,建立其在幅... 为进一步解决风沙土改良作业机械化率低的问题,提高改土材料机械化铺施效率,提出了一种精准可控变量的固体物料施撒方案,设计了一种精准变量全幅式物料施撒装置。通过对物料施撒过程的受力和运动分析,以物料颗粒为研究对象,建立其在幅板上运动的动力学模型。基于离散元法对物料施撒过程进行仿真试验研究,建立试验因素与试验指标之间的二次回归模型,并进行单因素影响分析、方差分析及目标参数优化。结果表明:各因素对分布变异系数影响大小的先后顺序分别为调量板、排肥轮轴转速、幅板个数;经过中心组合响应曲面试验设计进行参数优化可知:当幅板个数为7、调量板位置为0mm、排肥轮轴转速为40r/min时,分布变异系数最小为7.36%,铺料最均匀,厚度最大,满足施撒作业的要求。研究结果可为风沙土改良机械及农业固体施肥机械设计提供参考。 展开更多

The accelerating factor (AF) method is a simple and appropriate way to investigate the atomic long-time deep diffusion at solid-solid interface. In the framework of AF hyperdynamics (HD) simulation, the relationship between the diffusion coefficient along the direction of z-axis which is normal to the Mg/Zn interface and temperature was investigated, and the AF's impact on the diffusion constant (D0) and activation energy (Q^*) was studied. Then, two steps were taken to simulate the atomic diffusion process and the formation of new phases: one for acceleration and the other for equilibration. The results show that: the Arrhenius equation works well for the description of Dz with different accelerating factors; the AF has no effect on the diffusion constant Do in the case of no phase transition; and the relationship between Q* and Q conforms to Q^*=Q/A. Then, the new Arrhenius equation for AFHD is successfully constructed as Dz=Doexp[-Q/(ART)]. Meanwhile, the authentic equilibrium conformations at any dynamic moment can only be reproduced by the equilibration simulation of the HD-simulated configurations. 超音速火焰喷涂铁基非晶纳米晶涂层的工艺参数与性能试验

为了进一步深入研究铁基非晶涂层的制备和性能,利用人工神经网络和多因素多水平设计对超音速火焰喷涂技术制备的铁基非晶纳米晶涂层的工艺参数和性能进行了优化,以期对铁基非晶涂层的实际应用提供参考.多因素多水平试验通过设计分析方... 为了进一步深入研究铁基非晶涂层的制备和性能,利用人工神经网络和多因素多水平设计对超音速火焰喷涂技术制备的铁基非晶纳米晶涂层的工艺参数和性能进行了优化,以期对铁基非晶涂层的实际应用提供参考.多因素多水平试验通过设计分析方法和设计实验参数,建立神经网络模型,研究了煤油量、氧气量、送粉率和喷涂距离四项工艺参数对涂层孔隙率、硬度、结合强度和沉积效率的影响规律.采用扫描电镜、透射电镜等手段表征了粉末及涂层的显微结构和内部微观组织形貌;采用X射线衍射仪、同步热分析仪等设备对粉末和涂层成分、相组成和非晶程度进行了观察分析.验证了工艺参数优化过程的计算机模拟结果,确定了最佳喷涂工艺参数范围,进一步提升了涂层的性能.讨论了喷涂过程中孔隙形成的微观过程和非晶纳米晶对涂层性能的影响机理.研究表明各工艺参数对涂层性能是多因素互相影响的,理论上最佳喷涂工艺参数为煤油量23 L·h^(-1)、氧气量51 L·h^(-1)、送粉率72 g·min^(-1)、喷涂距离280 mm,制备出的铁基非晶涂层厚度约为270μm、孔隙率约为1.3%、结合强度约为84 MPa、硬度约为1110 HV_(0.3).涂层非晶程度在80%左右,纳米晶尺寸为3~5 nm,涂层在600℃以下不会发生晶化过程. 展开更多

采用表面工程技术对废旧铝合金活塞进行再制造,可有效延长铝合金活塞服役寿命,同时实现资源的节约与环境污染的降低。为此采用等离子喷涂技术在铝合金109(ZL109)表面制备了Ni60CuMo防护涂层,结合Box-Behnken响应曲面法设计实验对涂层质... 采用表面工程技术对废旧铝合金活塞进行再制造,可有效延长铝合金活塞服役寿命,同时实现资源的节约与环境污染的降低。为此采用等离子喷涂技术在铝合金109(ZL109)表面制备了Ni60CuMo防护涂层,结合Box-Behnken响应曲面法设计实验对涂层质量进行优化,以孔隙率为响应值,分析了喷涂距离(D)、送粉速率(R)和喷涂功率(P_(1))对涂层孔隙率(P)的影响规律。结果表明:送粉速率对孔隙率的影响最大,在较低的送粉速率、较大的喷涂距离与较小的喷涂功率下涂层孔隙、裂纹更少,涂层质量更优。同时建立的孔隙率响应曲面模型有效,可以用于等离子喷涂Ni60CuMo涂层的质量优化。最低孔隙率的预测参数:喷涂距离D=131.58 mm,送粉速率R=37.01 g·min^(-1)和喷涂功率P 1=31.09 kW,能获得的最小孔隙率为2.5%。 展开更多
