Big Data and artificial intelligence are used to transform businesses.Social networking sites have given a new dimension to online data.Social media platforms help gather massive amounts of data to reach a wide variety of customers using influence maximization technique for innovative ideas,products and services.This paper aims to develop a deep learning method that can identify the influential users in a network.This method combines the various aspects of a user into a single graph.In a social network,the most influential user is the most trusted user.These significant users are used for viral marketing as the seeds to influence other users in the network.The proposed method combines both topical and topological aspects of a user in the network using collaborativefiltering.The proposed method is DeepWalk based Influence Maximization(DWIM).The proposed method was able tofind k influential nodes with computable time using the algorithm.The experiments are performed to assess the proposed algorithm,and centrality measures are used to compare the results.The results reveal its performance that the proposed method canfind k influential nodes in computable time.DWIM can identify influential users,which helps viral marketing,outlier detection,and recommendations for different products and services.After applying the proposed methodology,the set of seed nodes gives maximum influence measured with respect to different centrality measures in an increased computable time. 展开更多

To develop and protect traditional villages reasonably, this paper applied Arc GIS Spatial Analyst Tools to analyze spatial distribution and infl uence factors of 101 traditional villages in Hunan Province. The research showed the agglomerate distribution of traditional villages in Hunan; from the city scale, distribution of traditional villages was concentrated mainly in West Hunan Tujia Nationality Autonomous Prefecture, Chenzhou, Yongzhou, Huaihua and Shaoyang; concentrated distribution of traditional villages in the fi ve major geographic regions showed poor equilibrium, West Hunan had the most concentrated traditional villages, and South Hunan has the second most; relatively closed regional environment, perilous hills, inconvenient transportation, and underdeveloped social economy contributed to the protection of traditional villages, and they were all signifi cant infl uence factors for the distribution of traditional villages in Hunan. 展开更多

Over the past four years,significant research has advanced our understanding of how external factors influence tropical cyclone(TC)intensity changes.Research on air-sea interactions shows that increasing the moisture disequilibrium is a very effective way to increase surface heatfluxes and that ocean salinity-stratification plays a non-negligible part in TC intensity change.Vertical wind shear from the environment induces vortex misalignment,which controls the onset of significant TC intensification.Blocking due to upper-level outflow from TCs can reduce the magnitude of vertical wind shear,making for TC intensification.Enhanced TC-trough interactions are vital for rapid intensification in some TC cases because of strengthened warm air advection,but upper-level troughs are found to limit TC intensification in other cases due to dry midlevel air intrusions and increased shear.Aerosol effects on TCs can be divided into direct effects involving aerosol-radiation interactions and indirect effects involving aerosol-cloud interactions.The radiation absorption by the aerosols can change the temperature profile and affect outer rainbands through changes in stability and microphysics.Sea spray and sea salt aerosols are more important in the inner region,where the aerosols increase precipitation and latent heating,promoting more intensification.For landfalling TCs,the intensity decay is initially more sensitive to surface roughness than soil moisture,and the subsequent decay is mainly due to the rapid reduction in surface moisturefluxes.These new insights further sharpen our understanding of the mechanisms by which external factors influence TC intensity changes. 展开更多

In today’s growing modern world environment,as human food activities are changing,it is affecting human health,thus leading to diseases like cancer.Cancer is a complex disease with many subtypes that affect human health without premature treatment and cause death.So the analysis of early diagnosis and prognosis of cancer studies can improve clinical management by analyzing various features of observa-tion,which has become necessary to classify the type in cancer research.The research needs importance to organize the risk of the cancer patients based on data analysis to predict the result of premature treatment.This paper introduces a Maximal Region-Based Candidate Feature Selection(MRCFS)for early risk diagnosing using Soft-Max Feed Forward Neural Classification(SMF2NC)to solve the above pro-blem.The predictive model is based on a different relational feature learning model,which is possessed to candidate selection to reduce the dimensionality.The redundant features are processed marginal weight rates for observing similar features’variants and the absolute value.Softmax neural hidden layers are trained using the Sigmoid Activation Function(SAF)to create the logical condition for feed-forward layers.Further,the maximal features are introduced to invite a deep neural network con-structed on the Feed Forward Recurrent Neural Network(FFRNN).The classifier produces higher classification accuracy than the previous methods and observes the cancer detection,which is recommended for early diagnosis. 展开更多

In order to explore the criminal psychological mechanism of burglars,this study adopts the qualitative research method of grounded theory to conduct in-depth interviews with 41 burglars in two prisons in Jiangxi Province,China.Nvivo 11.0 was used to code-construct and qualitatively analyze the interview content in order to refine the influencing factors and psychological evolution process of burglary behavior.Thefindings revealed that(1)burglary risk factors include burglary cognition,burglary motivation,burglary decision-making,delinquent peers,burglary opportunity,and incomplete reformation.(2)There are three stages in the psychological evolution pro-cess of burglars:cognitive formation,motivational dominance,and behavioral decision.(3)The interpretation of the criminal psychological mechanism of burglars is a comprehensive and dynamic outcome of the interaction of internal and external factors that shape the individual.Participants’inspection and non-participants’inspection were adapted to verify the research results’validity,which showed that the results were reliable. 展开更多

This study investigates the effects of sampling conditions on volatile organic compound(VOC)compositions including different flow restrictors,SUMMA volumes,sampling heights,and wind speeds.Results show that at the six sampling heights the concentrations of main VOC species were slightly different,while the wind speed had a greater impact on the VOC composition of source profiles.With the increase of wind speed,the weighted percentage of high-carbon aromatic hydrocarbons was higher.Besides,there was an extremely different profile between the normal production and shutdown conditions of the delayed coking unit.To compare the emission characteristics of VOCs in various process units of the S and the C refineries,the samples were collected from the catalytic cracking unit,the continuous catalytic reforming unit,and the delayed coking unit.In the continuous catalytic reforming unit,C3-C5 alkanes and low-carbon aromatic hydrocarbons were the main components collected from the S and the C refineries,accounting for 67.1%and 34.9%,respectively.For the delayed coking unit,the total weighted percentage of high carbon C6-C12 alkanes was significantly higher than other units in the S and the C refineries,accounting for 30.5%and 24.4%,respectively.In the catalytic cracking unit,the low-carbon C2-C5 alkanes were abundant,and the weighted percentage of propylene was higher.The emission characteristics obtained were consistent with the processing technology of production units.The results indicate that the VOC emission characteristics from the same production unit in different refineries have similarities and significant differences which are related to the technological process.The emission characteristics of VOCs could provide the data support for source apportionment work in the production units. 展开更多

Taking 68 national wetland parks(including pilot sites)in Shandong Province as the research objects,three time sections of 2011,2014 and 2017 were selected,to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of national wetland parks in Shandong Province by using geographic concentration index,imbalance index and standard deviation ellipse method,and explore the infl uencing factors by using SPSS stepwise regression analysis.The results show that the spatial distribution of national wetland parks is extensive but unbalanced,with more in central Shandong and less in eastern Shandong,and the distribution of other regions is relatively uniform.National wetland parks in Shandong Province are distributed along the northeast-southwest direction and are increasingly moving east-west direction.The impacts of natural factors such as topography,hydrology and climate on the spatial distribution of national wetland parks are consistent.At the same time,human factors such as economic environment,traffi c accessibility and population status also play an important driving role. 展开更多

In recent years, China has launched active exploration and practices in the aspects of the construction of ecological civilization and has made remarkable achievements. In this process, enterprises have played an important role in optimizing the economic growth, promoting energy-saving and emissionreduction, and spreading ecological culture. The paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of current construction of ecological civilization of enterprises in China. On the basis of current situation of the construction of ecological civilization of enterprises in Beijing and in line with the industrial standard of CRISP-DM, the paper utilizes decision tree algorithm and researches the key elements which infl uence the enterprises' willingness of the construction of ecological civilization. The research result shows that there are three key elements which infl uence the enterprises' willingness of the construction of ecological civilization: enterprises' average sales of the past three years, the categories of enterprises and enterprises' principals' cognition on the responsibility of the construction of ecological civilization; other two variables have no infl uence on the willingness: the ration of research and construction staff in enterprises and that whether enterprises are high-tech ones. Therefore, it is necessary that governments should take the lead to establish strong conception of ecological civilization among citizens, carry out vigorously the publicity and education of the construction of ecological civilization, enhance the cognition levels of enterprises' principals and reduce the costs of the construction of ecological civilization. 展开更多
