To determine the filling body's width along the gob-side remained roadway which is underneath the gob,the authors analyzed the interaction mechanism between the roof and the supporting body along the remained roadway, based on the elastic thin plate theory of the stope roof. The stress state and mechanical response of the filling body along the remained roadway were studied. Specifically, firstly, the supporting pressure of the coal pillar which is on one side of the gob-side remained roadway was deduced.Also, an equation that is used to calculate the width of the balance area in the stress limit state was acquired. Then, an equation that is used to calculate the roof cutting force on one side of the supporting body was obtained. By using FLAC3D, the authors investigated the displacement field and stress field response laws of rock masses around the roadway with different filling body's widths. The results show that with the filling body's width increasing, the supporting ability of the filling body increases.Meanwhile, the rock mass displacement around the roadway and the filling body deformation decrease.The better the filling body's supporting effect is, the higher the roof cutting force will be. When the filling body's width is larger than 3.0 m, its internal bearing ability becomes stable and the filling body's deformation became non-apparent. Finally, analysis shows that the filling body's width should be 2.5 m.Furthermore, the authors conducted field tests in the supply roadway 1204, using high-water materials and acquired expected outcomes. 展开更多

Using carbide slag as the calcareous materials, xonotlite thermal insulation material was successfully prepared via dynamic hydrothermal synthesis. The experimental results show that the xonotlite thermal insulation material is made up of large numbers of "chestnut bur shape" particles. Optimum conditions of calcination temperature of carbide slag, synthesis reaction temperature and time, stirring rate, CaO/SiO2 mol ratio, water/solid weight ratio, amount of fiberglass, molding pressures, dryness temperatures and the presence of dispersant (glycol and polyvinyl alcohol) favor the preparation of xonotlite thermal insulation material. The evaluation of xonotlite thermal insulation material reveals that the product is ultra-light and excellent in physical performances. Such a little amount of impurities in carbide slag has no effect on the phase, morphology, stability at high temperature and physical performances of products. 展开更多

High-strength and high-modulus ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE), named self-reinforced material, was obtained by the elongation of UHMWPE-montmorillonite nanocomposite at melting temperature. According... High-strength and high-modulus ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE), named self-reinforced material, was obtained by the elongation of UHMWPE-montmorillonite nanocomposite at melting temperature. According to the scanning electron microscope(SEM) analysis, a great deal of fibrillar texture formed in the direction of elongation, and the tensile fractured surface was similar to that of highly oriented fiber. The transmission electron microscope(TEM) and selective area electron diffraction(SAED) analyses reveal that the reinforced phase of the self-reinforced material is an extended chain crystal and its size is about 50_200 nm wide and several microns long, and the montmorillonite layers are broken up to pieces in the size from 100 to 10 nm. The broken layers which have a huge surface area interacting strongly with macromolecules reduces the entanglement density of UHMWPE and induces the chain orientation in flow field. It is supposed that the astriction of montmorillonite layers to polyethylene chains is not only end-tethered but also side-tethered. The differential scan calorimetry(DSC) analysis shows that there are two endothermal peaks for the self-reinforced material, of which the peak at a higher temperature(136.4 ℃) is ascribed to the melting of the reinforced phase. 展开更多

This paper presents investigation results on the natural ultra-fine mineral flour of crystalline silica fume (CSF) and porous quartz sand stone (PQSS) which can modify cement mortar strength under hydrothermal synthesis reaction (HSR) in the autoclave-cured condition. The replacement of cement by CSF and PQSS can signifi cantly increase the Jflerural and compressive strength which reach 22MPa and 150MPa respectively and de-crease the porosity oj the cement mortar. The ratio oj fine aggregation, standard sand to cementions material has sig nificant influence on the mortar strength. The mechanisms involved in cement and natural mineral flour and the HSR are presented. CaO/SiO2 ratio ranges from 3. 20 to 1. 11. the main hydrate phase is C2SH and there is not Tober-morite through X-Ray diffraction qualitative analysis. A New method,named atmospheric pressure plasma polishing,for the ultra-smooth machining of the silicon based materials is introduced.By inputting the CF4 gas into the atmospheric pressure plasma flame,high density reactive radicals will be generated,which will then react with the silicon based materials.The reaction product is the vaporization of the SiF4,which can be easily processed.In this way,the atomic scale material removal can be realized and the defect free ultra-smooth surface can be obtained.An experimental setup is built up,and the SiC polishing experiment is carried out.The AFM test result shows that the finished surface roughness (Ra) can be improved from 4.529 nm to 0.926 nm in 3 minutes. 展开更多

The use of ultra-high strength steels through sheet metal forming process offers a practical solution to the lightweight design of vehicles.However,sheet metal forming process not only produces desirable changes in material properties but also causes material damage that may adversely influence the service performance of the material formed.Thus,an investigation is conducted to experimentally quantify such influence for a commonly used steel(the 22MnB5 steel) based on the hot and cold forming processes.For each process,a number of samples are used to conduct a uniaxial tensile test to simulate the forming process.After that,some of the samples are trimmed into a standard shape and then uniaxially extended until fracture to simulate the service stage.Finally,a microstructure test is conducted to analyze the microdefects of the remaining samples.Based on the results of the first two tests,the effect of material damage on the service performance of 22MnB5 steel is analyzed.It is found that the material damages of both the hot and cold forming processes cause reductions in the service performance,such as the failure strain,the ultimate stress,the capacity of energy absorption and the ratio of residual strain.The reductions are generally lower and non-linear in the former process but higher and linear in the latter process.Additionally,it is found from the microstructure analysis that the difference in the reductions of the service performance of 22MnB5 by the two forming processes is driven by the difference in the micro damage mechanisms of the two processes.The findings of this research provide a useful reference in terms of the selection of sheet metal forming processes and the determination of forming parameters for 22MnB5. 展开更多

In order to improve the thermoelectric properties, hot-pressing sintering andultra high pressure sintering methods were adopted to fabricate BiSb_x. The phase and crystalstructures were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD). The thermoelectric properties weremeasured at 303 K along the direction parallel to the pressing direction. The electric conductivityof the samples was measured at 303 K by the four-probe technique. To measure the Seebeckcoefficient, heat was applied to the samples placed between two Cu discs. The thermoelectricelectromotive force (E) was measured upon applying small temperature differences (DELTA T<2 deg C)between the both ends of the samples. The Seebeck coefficient of the samples was determined from thevalue of E/DELTA T. The results indicate that the thermoelectric properties of the samplesfabricated by UHPS (ultra high pressure sintering) method are much higher than that by HPS (hotpressing sintering) method and have the highest values at x=0.7. 展开更多

To ameliorate the defects of insufcient support resistance of traditional roadside flling bodies for gob-side entry retaining(GER),overcome the inability to adapt to the deformation of surrounding rock,and isolate the goaf efectively,a new type of high-water material as a roadside flling body for GER technology with double roadways was proposed.The instability analysis and control technology of GER with double roadways by flling high-water material into a gently inclined coal seam were studied.The basic mechanical properties of the new high-water material were investigated through laboratory experiments,and their main advantages were identifed.The reasonable width of the roadside flling wall of a high-water material was obtained by combining ground pressure observation and theoretical calculations.The distribution characteristics of the stress and plastic zone of surrounding rock of GER after being stabilized by the disturbance of the working face were studied using numerical simulations,and the failure range of GER by flling with high-water material was revealed.Based on this,a coupling control technology of anchor cables and bolts+single props+metal mesh+anchor bolts is proposed.Through the coupling methods of arranging borehole peeping and observing the convergences of surrounding rock,the results demonstrate that GER with double roadways by flling with a 1.8-m-wide high-water material has a good control efect.The above research will play an active role in promoting the application of high-water materials in GER roadside flling. 展开更多

In order to study t... Flexible roll forming is a new roll forming process that produces parts with variable cross sections. This forming process is proposed to meet the demand of weight reduction of automobile industry. In order to study the mechanisms and material flow rules in this new forming process,the finite element mothod( FEM) model of a nine-step flexible roll forming of an ultra-high-strength steel bumper is established based on deep understanding and reasonable simplification of the process.Given that the material model is an important factor that influences the simulation accuracy,three material models which consist of different yield criteria and hardening models are adopted in the FEM models. Sheet thickness and springback amount calculated with three material models are studied comparatively. According to sheet thickness reduction and springback amounts,it is found that the MKi( Mises yield criterion and kinematic hardening law) model's result is larger than MI( Mises yield criterion and isotropic hardening law) model and HI( Hill's yield criterion and isotropic hardening law) model. Therefore,it is concluded that material models do have influences on the flexible roll forming simulation and need to be determined carefully. 展开更多

通过调研安徽省的超低能耗居住建筑,总结出常用的保温形式和保温材料,结合实际项目,得出7种典型外墙构造。从全生命周期角度,对这7种外墙构造在建材生产阶段、建材运输阶段、外墙施工阶段、外墙维护阶段、外墙拆除阶段的碳排放量进行测... 通过调研安徽省的超低能耗居住建筑,总结出常用的保温形式和保温材料,结合实际项目,得出7种典型外墙构造。从全生命周期角度,对这7种外墙构造在建材生产阶段、建材运输阶段、外墙施工阶段、外墙维护阶段、外墙拆除阶段的碳排放量进行测算。结果表明:建材生产阶段的碳排放量占比最大,达到总碳排放量的70%以上;装配式比非装配式的总碳排放量降低6%左右;内外复合保温外墙的总碳排放量最大,比“夹心保温+外保温外墙”的碳排放量高18%以上,比外保温外墙的碳排放量高11%以上;不同的保温材料和墙体材料对外墙的总碳排放量影响较小。通过分析比较,得出碳排放最优的外墙构造,从建材角度为降碳提供依据和方法。 展开更多

通过优化液相色谱条件和质谱条件等,建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定当归中药材中9种真菌毒素的检测方法。样品经70%甲醇溶液超声提取,经固相萃取柱净化;采用流动相A:2 mmol/L甲酸铵0.1%甲酸水溶液;流动相B:甲醇,经C18... 通过优化液相色谱条件和质谱条件等,建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定当归中药材中9种真菌毒素的检测方法。样品经70%甲醇溶液超声提取,经固相萃取柱净化;采用流动相A:2 mmol/L甲酸铵0.1%甲酸水溶液;流动相B:甲醇,经C18色谱柱分离后注入质谱仪,电喷雾电离源(ESI)和多反应监测模式(MRM)进行检测,基质外标法定量。经方法学验证,9种真菌毒素标准曲线线性关系良好(R^(2)>0.9950),方法的检出限0.04~1.43μg/kg,定量限0.12~4.75μg/kg,高、中、低3个浓度加标回收率为77.8%~113.6%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.2%~17.7%。该检测方法应用于72批当归样品9种真菌毒素同时检测,2批当归样品检出真菌毒素,检出率为2.8%,样品中主要的污染真菌毒素为黄曲霉毒素B_(1)(AFTB_(1))、黄曲霉毒素B2(AFTB_(2))、黄曲霉毒素G_(1)(AFTG_(1))。本研究建立的方法具有预处理简便、经济等优点,适用于当归样品9种真菌毒素的快速检测。 展开更多
