The non-destructive testing of brazed joint in honeycomb structure with thin panel ( thickness : 0. 2 mm) was studied by ultrasonic C-scan method. Samples with different types of artificial defect were designed; the characteristic signal and the main parameters of the test were determined by the pre-experiment, and then parameters were optimized by orthogonal design, finally the optimum process was verified by a single panel sample. The multiple reflection echoes were chosen as the characteristic signal. The optimal C-scan results were achieved when the 20 MHz focus probe was used, and the pass band range for received signal were selected as 8 - 17. 5 MHz. The defects such as incomplete penetration and core damage can be detected with ultrasonic C-scan, and the detection accuracy can reach to 1 ram. 展开更多

为实现钎焊接头质量的整体评价,保证成品焊接工件的连接质量及对钎焊工艺的验证,同时避免传统物理测试方法会造成破坏性的弊端,文中设计利用水浸超声检测方法,对C扫描图像分析,实现无损、高效及自动化的评价钎焊接头的质量。通过选择探... 为实现钎焊接头质量的整体评价,保证成品焊接工件的连接质量及对钎焊工艺的验证,同时避免传统物理测试方法会造成破坏性的弊端,文中设计利用水浸超声检测方法,对C扫描图像分析,实现无损、高效及自动化的评价钎焊接头的质量。通过选择探头、调节水距、设定扫查方式,并使用对应的比对试块调节扫查灵敏度,确定试验参数。结果表明,超声C扫描结果可实现直观表征钎焊层质量的效果,对不同回波高度的区域进行金相及能谱分析,验证了相对应的钎焊层状态。同时,对平面工件、管状工件及多层的钎焊工件,均可高效、直观、全面地反映出钎焊接头的接合状态及内部缺陷位置。利用软件的面积统计功能,依照公式计算钎着率,实现了无损、量化的评价钎焊质量。 展开更多
