Thoughts on the Ways out of Breeding Industry under the Important Task of Ecological Civilization

The difficulties and problems faced by the breeding industry in China are investigated.On the basis of analysis and thinking,combining the requirements of pollution control by breeding and the construction of ecological civilization at the current stage,the ways out for the development of breeding industry under the important task of ecological civilization are proposed:reforming and innovating and firmly establishing a new thinking of healthy breeding;upgrading industries to make them adapted to the new mode of economic development;treating sewage separately to ensure a clean environment;improving information platform and promoting the application of Internet+new technologies;and improving the legal system and forming a new mechanism for breeding pollution control.

Development of Circular Economy of Characteristic Breeding Industry in Guangxi

In order to achieve characteristic,high-quality,high-efficiency,low-consumption,healthy and intensive breeding,we use the ecology method to analyze the status quo of development of characteristic breeding industry in Guangxi,from advantages in resources,industrial development,characteristic breeding,and standardized construction.There are some problems existing in the development of characteristic breeding industry in Guangxi:prominent contradiction among human,land and grain;outdated breeding mode;low comprehensive utilization rate of resources;increasingly deteriorating ecological environment.We put forth the following recommendations:based on the ecological and economic principles,introducing"reduce,reuse,recycle"idea of circular economy;striving to choose the development pattern of circular economy adapting to local resource characteristics,planting and breeding habits;in terms of realization path,paying close attention to construction of standardized breeding farm,cultivation of organic fertilizer industry,infrastructure construction,environmental law enforcement,and other parts;reinforcing the policy guidance,adjusting and optimizing industrial structure,strengthening scientific and technological innovation,and advancing industrialization management,to promote steady development of circular economy of characteristic breeding industry in Guangxi,and accelerate the process of rejuvenating province by breeding industry,enriching the people and building up Guangxi.

Under-forest Breeding Pattern and the Practice Form

Through the development in recent years, China's under-forest breeding pattern can be divided into four kinds of practice form of under-forest breeding pattern (the pattern of breeding driven by leading enterprises; the pattern of breeding driven by intermediary economic organizations; the pattern of breeding driven by the professional wholesale market; the pattern of breeding driven by the modern animal husbandry demonstration areas), according to difference in the main body participating in signing the operation contract in breeding pattern. In the production practice of under-forest breeding pattern, the most widely used and successful pattern is the pattern of breeding driven by leading enterprises and its derivative forms.

Key Techniques of Industrial Seedling for Anthurium andraeanum

[Objective] The aim was to study the techniques for the tissue culture,rapid propagation and transplantation of Anthurium andraeanum.[Method] The leaf,leaf stalk,spathe and spadix of the pot flower variety and cut flower variety of A.andraeanum were used as explants,in order to investigate the influences of the explants selection,disinfection conditions and different media on the callus induction,proliferation and rooting.[Result] The leaf stalk of A.andraeanum was the optimum explant,with the highest callus induction rate（78.3%）.The best disinfecting effect could be obtained when the explants was sterilized with 0.1% HgCl2 for 8 min.The optimum media for the callus induction of Ping Champion and MIDORI were respectively 1/2 MS＋1.50 mg/L 6-BA＋0.50 mg/L 2,4-D＋0.10 mg/L NAA and 1/2 MS＋1.50 mg/L 6-BA＋1.00 mg/L KT＋0.10 mg/L 2,4-D,while the optimum media for callus subculture of Ping Champion and MIDORI were respectively MS＋1.00 mg/L 6-BA＋0.50 mg/L NAA＋0.30 mg/L 2,4-D and MS＋0.50 mg/L 6-BA＋0.50 mg/L KT＋0.10 mg/L NAA.It was beneficial for the proliferation and growth of cluster buds while 10%（w/v）of coconut water or banana jam was added to MS medium at the proliferation stage,and the proliferation rate could be increased by 2.83 fold.At the rooting stage,the medium 1/2 MS＋0.10 mg/L NAA＋0.10 mg/L IAA was the optimum medium for rooting,and the rooting rate was up to 100%.[Conservation] The research results will lay a foundation for the establishment of the industrial seedling breeding system of A.andraeanum,and it will be significant for the development of A.andraeanum industry.

Study on the circular economy of dairy industry in Hohhot, China

On August 8, 2005. Hohhot was awarded the title of ＂Chinese Dairy Capital＂. Now dairy industry is one of the pillar industries in Hohhot, with strong driving effect to the development of social economy. However; the sustainable development of dairy industry in Hohhot is threatened by rapid scale expansion and restriction of environmental supporting capacity, In accord with the ideas and requirements of the circular economy theory, this paper analyzes dairy industry pattern from two aspects and establishes the industry system. The dairy industry mainly consists of cow breeding and dairy process. The circular economy mnst set about from the two aspects. For the most part, dairy processing should start from the two most key links, namely packing and water using.

花生粕的饲用资源开发及在养殖业的应用

花生粕粗蛋白含量和代谢能均高于大豆饼粕,但缺乏赖氨酸、蛋氨酸等,且赖氨酸与精氨酸比例失衡,蛋白质品质欠佳。花生粕极易感黄曲霉毒素,同时在高温压榨条件下,蛋白质变性严重,导致蛋白质和氨基酸的利用率降低。由于花生粕自身品质缺陷和加工质量的不稳定性,限制了其在配合饲料中的应用。利用微生物发酵或菌酶协同发酵技术,可使花生粕中含有丰富的益生菌、寡肽、有机酸等,改善其适口性,有效降解霉菌毒素或抗营养因子,有利于改善动物肠道健康,增强机体免疫,提高生产性能,缓解蛋白质原料匮乏的现状。文章综述了花生粕资源状况、营养特性、生物发酵花生粕研究现状及在养殖业中的应用,为花生粕安全高效可持续利用提供参考依据。

发酵酒糟在养牛产业中的应用研究进展

酒糟作为酿酒产业的副产物,近年在动物饲料中被广泛应用,其可替代日粮中的部分精料用于畜禽养殖,在一定程度上可缓解畜禽养殖业的饲料短缺问题。酒糟经过微生物发酵后能延长储存时间,而且能提高饲料中粗蛋白质含量及优化氨基酸组成,同时降低粗纤维含量,营养价值较高,提升了酒糟的饲用价值。本文主要对几种发酵酒糟特点、利用方式及发酵酒糟在养牛产业中的应用效果的研究进展进行综述,以期为发酵酒糟饲料化的研发与应用奠定基础。

要实现农业产业的高质量发展就需要积极推动农业经济的转型升级。而饲料产业作为农业经济的重要组成部分,以结构调整的方式提高饲料产业的绿色化、集约化、低碳化发展水平,有利于实现三产融合,进一步提高农业经济的市场竞争力。为此,饲料产业要把握好农业经济转型视角下的机遇,并针对饲料产业存在的挑战提出结构调整对策,从而实现饲料产业的高质量发展。

我国肉牛产业高质量发展水平的测度及影响因素研究

肉牛产业高质量发展是稳定肉牛生产、平缓肉牛价格波动和保障肉牛市场供应的根本途径。文章基于2012—2022年30个省市区面板数据,采用熵值法分析肉牛产业高质量发展水平,并运用双向固定效应模型探讨我国肉牛产业高质量发展的影响因素。结果表明:研究期内我国肉牛产业高质量发展水平总体呈现缓慢波动上升趋势;我国肉牛产业高质量发展主要得益于质量安全和技术水平提高;4大肉牛生产地区肉牛产业高质量发展水平最高的是中原肉牛区,其次是东北肉牛区,再次是西南肉牛区和西北肉牛区;经济发展水平、市场化水平、交通条件、城镇化率和环境规制均能够显著促进我国肉牛产业高质量发展。因此,应提升肉牛养殖技术创新水平,强化肉牛产品质量安全,完善肉牛养殖地区协调机制,为加快构建肉牛产业高质量发展新格局提供参考。

种业振兴背景下家畜育种学课程建设与教学实践

在种业振兴和高等教育内涵式发展的背景下,对家畜育种学教学提出了新的要求,课程建设和教学改革迫在眉睫。基于家畜育种学课程教学现状分析和新的需求,西南大学家畜育种学课程组在育人目标、设计理念、教学内容、教学模式、教育手段等方面开展了家畜育种学课程改革,针对性解决了家畜育种学课程中存在的内容宽泛、系统性不强、理论学习与实践脱节、学生学习主体性不足等问题,取得了良好的人才培养成效,支撑了专业学科建设。

新疆是羊肉的重要生产地和消费地,肉羊产业对新疆农牧业增效及农牧民增收致富具有重要意义。当前新疆地区羊肉供给严重不足,满足不了当地消费需求,养殖模式与方法相对分散与落后,与现代化、集约化养殖模式存在很大差距。该文分析了新疆肉羊产业的发展现状及面临的挑战和问题,探讨发展肉羊智慧化养殖的趋势及意义,对新疆肉羊产业发展智慧养殖的前景进行了展望,并提出发展标准化规模养殖、加强科技队伍建设、完善科技支撑体系、加快饲草料产业发展、推广智慧化养殖技术、打造规模化羊场智慧管理云平台等建议,为新疆肉羊产业健康、可持续发展提供参考。

养殖户参与农业产业组织对肉羊养殖技术效率的影响

为探究养殖户参与农业产业组织对肉羊养殖技术效率的影响,研究立足微观农户角度,以2013—2022年11个省份489份肉羊养殖户数据为研究对象,运用倾向得分匹配法与随机前沿分析法,分析养殖户参与农业产业组织对肉羊养殖技术效率的影响。结果表明,养殖户参与农业产业组织对肉羊养殖技术效率产生正向促进作用,且该结果在经过近邻匹配、半径匹配与核匹配3种内生性检验之后仍然成立。研究表明,鼓励养殖户积极参与农业产业组织,对于提升肉羊养殖效率及推动整个养殖业高质量发展具有深远意义。
