四位一体的土木工程专业课程思政教学改革实践

为了加强土木工程专业课程思政建设,进行了四位一体的土木工程专业课程思政教学改革。其总思路为“一主线、二导入、三抓手、四融合”,即以“解思政、融思政、强思政”为主线,以“强思政”作为教学目标,做好顶层设计,修订人才培养方案和课程大纲;以“解思政”“融思政”作为教学手段,做好思政元素的全面导入和有机融合;二导入是指从“人物”和“史政”两方面充分挖掘凝练课程思政内涵,导入思政元素,建立课程思政资源库;三抓手是指从教学方法、融合设计和考核评价入手,做好思政元素和专业知识的有机融合,进而实现“价值塑造、知识传授、能力培养、智慧启迪”的有机统一。经过实践取得了很好的育人成效。

新时代思想政治教育本科专业高质量发展:困境与策略——基于重庆市高校的调研

思想政治教育本科专业高质量发展,既是新时代新征程党的思想政治教育理论创新发展的重大时代课题,也是服务当前党和国家事业发展的应有之义,是培养引领与支撑中国式现代化发展创新人才的关键。研究设计自制问卷,采取非概率随机抽样和典型代表选取相结合的方法对师生开展调研,调查内容主要包括思想政治教育本科专业课程设置、教材建设和人才培养。从调查结果看,师生对思想政治教育本科专业的质量基本持肯定态度,但也认为在新时代中国式现代化建设过程中,重庆市思想政治教育本科专业尚存不适应高质量发展的共性问题。具体表现为:思想政治教育本科专业存在专业发展不平衡、课程设置参差不齐、教材使用不够规范、人才培养质量不高等问题,不能适应当前国家重大战略需求。针对调研发现的问题,提出如下建议:制定“重庆市高校思想政治教育本科专业高质量发展实施方案”,提升专业整体能力;组织编写重庆市高校思想政治教育本科专业基础教材,强化专业基础规范;优化重庆市高校思想政治教育本科专业课程设置,提振人才培养质量;切实抓好重庆市高校思想政治教育本科专业高质量发展学习研讨,优化思想政治教育本科专业发展格局,最终实现思想政治教育本科专业高质量发展。

面向国家一流专业的国际贸易实务课程思政建设研究

立足于国家一流专业建设目标,专业课程内容中融入思政教育并进行设计和实施教学,对于培养具有人文素养和科学精神的国际化人才具有重要意义。该文阐述国家一流本科人才德育素养的培养需求,基于课程思政教育理论,提出高校课程思政教育的思考,并设计国际贸易实务课程思政教育改革方案,分析高等教育课程思政教育的启示。通过课程思政教学效果的创新性、可行性、示范性进行综合评估,优化国际贸易实务课程思政教育改革路径,进一步提出对策建议。研究表明,通过提高教师课程思政的教学水平,充分挖掘课程蕴含的思政元素,进而改革课程思政的教学方法,提升学生的德育素养,能够激发学生的创造力和挑战意志,有助于培养具有工匠精神的优秀人才。

基于新型“1+X+N”人才培养模式的一流本科课程建设探索

为了适应时代的发展需求,响应国务院提出的在应用型本科高校启动“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度(即“1+X”证书制度)的试点工作,民办本科院校积极探索“1+X+N”人才培养新模式。在人才培养新模式下,省级一流本科课程光纤通信技术课程组从明确课程定位、推动教学改革、加大资源建设、优化教学内容与实施过程、推进课程思政、改善课程成绩评定等方面开展工作,努力提升学生在光纤通信方面的综合应用能力,培养出满足新时代通信发展需求的高质量人才。

高校课程思政建设评价体系的构建初探——以肇庆学院为例

为有效提升高校课程思政建设成效,提高人才培养质量,本文通过分析当前各高校在课程思政建设中遇到的普遍性问题,尝试以评价改革促进课程思政建设提质增效。以肇庆学院为例,学校从二级学院和教师两个层面构建融合学生中心理念的课程思政建设评价指标体系,探索形成高校课程思政建设走深走实的长效工作机制,确保课程思政育人实效。

基于成果导向的“三全育人”创新人才培养模式探索

针对应用型本科院校学生基础和能力参差不齐的现实情况,以电子信息工程专业教学改革实践为基础,将成果导向、“三全育人”和本科生导师制有机结合,探索应用型工科专业“四新”“四体系”创新人才培养新模式。课题项目始终以成果导向教育理念指导研究和实践环节,以“学习产出—培养体系—评价体系”双向反馈和互相作用的教学改革闭环,对培养目标的达成与否进行回溯与反馈,根据培养模式优化对策进行改进和调整,形成集“思想政治教育、跨学科培养、产学研协同、导师项目引导”于一体的全员全程全方位多元开放式新工科创新人才培养体系。以此推进“三全育人”工作在西安交通大学城市学院工科系乃至同类院校中有效实施和全面开展,为我国教育根本任务和教育方针的顺利实现添砖加瓦。

随着土建行业的转型升级,专业融合与渗透更加显著。以长江大学土建类专业为例,开展多专业协同育人实践。首先,从课程思政、专业思政和多专业协同思政等角度出发,分析土建人才培养的内在逻辑,并结合专业课程、专业特点、学生认知规律,制定多专业协同育人实施路径;其次,通过分析行业对人才的需求,构建土建类多专业协同育人的价值指标,形成思政引领下的多专业价值链;最后,以课程思政为切入点,专业思政为着力点,多专业协同思政为目标点,构建土建专业“一体两翼”人才培养模式。该研究成果在长江大学土木类、建筑类专业推广应用,产生了良好的育人效果,对同类高校具有借鉴意义。
