Cultivation Path of Nursing Undergraduates’Scientific Research and Innovation Ability

Objective: The cultivation of the innovation ability and scientific research is one of the nursing learning objectives for undergraduate students. To explore the method and effect of training system of scientific research innovation ability of nursing undergraduates based on “3332”. Methods: Three course learning modules are constructed: stage-based course learning module, systematic project practice training module and comprehensive practice training module. A practical training platform for scientific research innovation projects is built, and undergraduate scientific research innovation ability training is carried out from both in-class and out-of-class lines. Results: Since 2017, the students have obtained 7 national innovation and entrepreneurship training programs, 52 university-level undergraduate scientific research projects, published more than 10 academic papers, and obtained 2 patent authorization. Conclusions: The training system of scientific research innovation ability of nursing undergraduates based on “3332” is conducive to the development of scientific research innovation ability of nursing students, and to cultivate nursing talents who can adapt to the development of the new era and have better post competence. 展开更多

Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example, this paper analyzes the ways of the Great Northern Wilderness Spirit for cultivating application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges, improving the curriculum system of undergraduate talents through innovation, strengthening the cultivation of students’ innovative ability, leading students’ scientific research and academic level, and enhancing students’ practical ability. Objective:To explore the implementation methods and effects of reflective education,and to provide references for the development of reflective education in Chinese nursing schools.Methods:Relevant literature was searched from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,Wipro Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database,and PubMed Database,and the included studies were analyzed descriptively.Results:The implementation of reflective education included work-site education,group discussion,video teaching,self-reflection,and expert lectures;the interventions mainly included study groups,role-playing,individual instruction,peer cooperation,demonstration and observation,field simulation,and video presentations.The implementation of reflective education can improve the sense of professional identity and professional competence of nursing interns,and reduce nursing errors and adverse events.Conclusion:Currently,nurses in China lack self-awareness and critical thinking skills,it is recommended that reflective education be incorporated into the teaching content of undergraduate nursing students during their internship in order to promote the development of professionalism and humanistic caring skills of nursing students. 展开更多

Background: As the deep influence of traditional medical education, many undergraduate nursing colleges and universities in China still keep the traditional disease-focused curriculum system. However, it became outdated as the Chinese high nursing education developed. Meanwhile, the increasing demand of nursing human resources stimulates the enrollment expansion of colleges. All of these bring more difficulties and opportunities for nurse educators who are endeavoring to reform the undergraduate curriculum. Methods: The authors retrospectively reviewed the related literature, illustrated the existing challenges and opportunities during the curriculum renewal process in China. This paper also analyzed the ten- dencies of Chinese baccalaureate curriculum innovation. Results: Chinese current undergraduate nursing curriculum has larger proportion of basic medical courses, which brings great challenge for nursing educators. In the meantime, the expansion of enroll- ment brings conflicts with existing nursing education resources in China. Integration, humanization, internationalization and diversification are main tendencies leading the future nursing curriculum innovation in China. Conclusions: The more effective teaching innovations in the nursing education system are in great demand. 展开更多

Objective To put forward some suggestions for the improvement of the evaluation system of Shenzhen Industrial Park of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation Cooperation Zone by studying the scientific research project evaluation and management system of Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development(AMED).Methods Through literature review,lessons were drawn from the review and management policies and methods of biomedical projects implemented by Japan AMED.Then some reference was provided to the review and management of the projects in Shenzhen Industrial Park.Results and Conclusion A basic review framework has been set up in Shenzhen Industrial Park,which consists of scientific research management institution of Shenzhen Industrial Park,Third-Party Review Institution and Science Committee.However,there are three problems in this system:unclear selection criteria of review experts,insufficient supervision and lack of project evaluation standards.These problems can be solved by establishing an expert think tank,setting up graded project supervisors to have the dynamic monitoring,and developing a general evaluation scale for evaluating scientific research projects in Shenzhen Industrial Park. 展开更多

The primary objective of this study is to delve into transnational projects conducted between 2014 and 2020,with a strong emphasis on environmental quality.Our focus is directed toward projects that encompass either eco-innovation or feature elements intrinsic to a circular economy.To achieve this goal,we introduce a pioneering analytical framework tailored to dissect transnational projects,which intricately interweaves the diverse dimensions of environmental quality and innovation,facilitating a comparative assessment across various program classifications.Our approach aligns with the overarching mission of the four flagship initiatives,in which we evaluate the combined impacts on sustainability and innovation.This evaluation considers three fundamental factors:(1)resource allocation,(2)innovation type,and(3)infusion of eco-innovation or circular economy elements.Our methodology unfolds through a systematic,step-by-step progression.First,we meticulously handpick programs,specifically Interreg,Horizon,and Life projects,within the scope of TSG3(Environmental Quality).Each of these programs corresponds to one of the following four flagship initiatives:(1)overseeing and managing marine species,(2)fostering sustainable development in coastal and maritime zones,(3)safeguarding and elevating natural habitats and terrestrial ecosystems,and(4)formulating transnational contingency strategies for maritime accidents.Through an exhaustive review,we identify projects that either directly or indirectly champion eco-innovation or other facets of the circular economy.Concurrently,we uncover broader manifestations of innovation,eco-innovation,and circular economy principles.Employing the Oslo Manual as a guide,we methodically categorize these innovations into the product,process,organizational,and marketing domains.In the timeframe under scrutiny,a relatively modest subset of projects embraced eco-innovations and practices aligned with the circular economy.Our findings culminate in the formulation of practical implications to invigorate the integration of these dimensions. 展开更多

By combining application and finish books of science and technology support plan project in agricultural field of Ministry of Science and Technology with stronger innovation,case analysis and expert interview are conducted. Evaluation indexes of agricultural science and technology project based on innovation value are proposed initially,and there are 50 initial indexes. After that,via focus group talk,qualitative research is conducted to further adjust innovative evaluation indexes,and 50 initial indexes are deleted to 41. The importance of the 41 indexes is scored by the experts,and index screening and classification are conducted by verification factor analysis in structural equation model. It not only obtains index classification but also finds action mechanism among innovation demand,innovation mode,research thinking,treatment method of difficulty,and predicted risk. The research could straighten up ideas of project review experts in agricultural field and provide reference for applicant designing project. 展开更多

Qinshan Phase Ⅲ(PHWR)Nuclear Power Plant,the first commercial heavy water reactor nuclear power plant in China,was the biggest trade project performed between the governments of China and Canada.As the owner,the Third Qinshan Nuclear Power Company(TQNPC)persisted in independent innovation management during the project construction,commissioning and self-dependent operation,efficiently realizing the three controls of the project,i.e.quality control,schedule control and investment control,and persisted in technical improvement on the basis of digestion and absorption of CANDU-6 technology to improve the unit safety and reliability.The project construction practice has helped China's nuclear power project management to becomeprogrammed,computerized,standardized and internationalized management from the existing basis.After completion of the project,with unit safe and steady operation as the prerequisite,TQNPC performed several technical modifications and innovations to continuously improve the unit performance.In the area of staff development,TQNPC paid much attention to cultivation of corporate culture,strengthed staff training and built up a good circulating mechanism with staff training and project construction promoting each other.Further to "Zero Breakthrough" and a new step forward of locolization successfully realized in Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant and Nuclear Power Qinshan Joint Venture Company,the improvement and developemnt of nuclear power project management level in Qinshan Phase Ⅲ(PHWR)Nuclear Power Plant provided reference for promotion of nuclear power development in China and standardized management of introducing large imported project. 展开更多

Based on the continuous hot(aluminizing) galvanizing lines and related non-standard equipment of Meishan Steel,this paper presents the main contents of such integrated engineering and designing of equipment for the two hot-dipped galvanizing lines,as well as innovative techniques and their features.Led by Cold Rolling Project Department of Meishan Steel,Baosteel Engineering and Technology Group Co.,Ltd. ,working as the responsible unit of this project,develops key technologies and integrates the system by combining the equipment design and development capacity of Baosteel Engineering,research and development capacity of Research Institute of Baosteel,process production and equipment maintenance experience of Cold Rolling Plant,Equipment Department and Manufacture Department of Baosteel Corporation.Core technologies of the two lines are developed and designed through original and integrated innovation and innovation after digestion,focusing on eight core techniques in process equipment,annealing furnace,fluid installation and EIC system.As a result of integration in key process equipment,industrial furnace and EIC control,the cold rolling hot dipped(aluminizing) galvanizing lines take on a new look and reach an annual capacity of 200 000 t galvanized products and 250 000 t galvanized aluminium base strips respectively.These two world advanced lines are able to produce hot-dipped galvanizing products with high quality surface and fine shape,such as household appliance board and senior construction board.As a result, the process and equipment technology of the lines have formed domestic intellectual property.Thus,the technology has reference value for self-integration and equipment technology innovation of similar lines. 展开更多

On the other hand, the feature of "construct once and access anywhere" could achieve higher resource utilization rate and lower costs than the traditional "lab-based" experiment mode. This article is concerned with analyzes of experience of Technopark "Novosibirsk" as an important part of the innovation infrastructure of the Novosibirsk region. In this article the authors are formulated priorities for the development of an innovative economy: The promotion of investment growth in production infrastructure and innovation, increasing the orientation of research institutions to the needs of the real economy, the development of entrepreneurship in all sectors of the economy and the creation of necessary conditions. The article considers the key elements of innovation infrastructure. Also program "Development of high-tech industry and which Technopark "Novosibirsk" implements the this article is given a brief description of the complex target innovation in the industry to the city of Novosibirsk in 2020", in concept of technopark of distributed type, when the Technopark is built in the form of structural and autonomous innovation and technology centers established by the territorial-branch principle in conjunction with partner organizations. The analysis of the stories of success (and failure) of residents of Technopark is described in this article. Based on this analysis, which highlights the main factors contributing to the achievement of commercially meaningful results. These include training as an essential component of the innovation infrastructure. Describes the international educational programs implemented by the Innovative Technology Center "Education" at the Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management. It is noted that the most important result of the operation of Technopark "Novosibirsk" was working out a model of public-private partnership that has allowed Technopark flourish, creating a network of specialized centers of innovation and technology. Finally the authors conclude that at the present time in Russia on almost all the basic elements of support for innovative entrepreneurship are created. With the decision of the Ministry of Education to fully implement the“Six Excellence and One Top-notch”plan 2.0 and launch the“Double Ten-thousand Plan”for the construction of first-class undergraduate majors,colleges and universities across the country have fully launched the construction of first-class undergraduate majors.The architecture major of Xi’an University of Science and Technology has achieved certain results in deepening the comprehensive reform of the major,strengthening the construction of teaching staff and grass-roots teaching organizations,and enhancing the construction of the professional teaching quality assurance system.The quality of graduate training and external evaluation have achieved good results by integrating into the teaching system of special courses,improving the high-level talent training system,taking the construction of“new engineering”as an opportunity,promoting education and teaching reform,relying on the platform of discipline advantages,and building a multi-level practical teaching system. 展开更多

Analysis of Collaborations Between Small-Medium Companies and Universities Based on Joint Research Projects

University-industry collaborations have been recognized as an important factor for the creation of innovation. Although the university-industry collaborations have been mainly conducted by large companies in Japan so far, the small-medium companies rather than large companies are accumulated in regional areas. However, there are a lot of problems in the university-industry collaborations of the small-medium companies. In this paper, the collaborations between small-medium companies and universities are analyzed based on joint research projects. The results show that the joint research projects of small-medium companies for collaboration partners are not conducted enough. Moreover, the results also show that the average budget per project of small-medium companies is low according to the detailed data of Niigata University. The active area of company and university in research and development is discussed. The stage map that proceeds to commercialization for the collaborations between small-medium companies and universities is made and discussed. Based on these results, the problems of the university-industry collaborations of small-medium companies for collaboration partners are extracted. 展开更多
