Media Effect of Students’ Ideological and Political Work in Tibetan Agricultural Colleges and Universities

Both the students’ ideological and political work and the media work in agricultural colleges and universities are priorities of agricultural higher education in Tibet. The economic and social development situation in Tibet,especially the modern agricultural development trend in Tibet,provides excellent development opportunities and challenges for both the students’ ideological and political work and the media work in Tibetan agricultural colleges and universities. On the whole,the students’ ideological and political work and the media work should not be treated with discrimination. Instead,they should be effectively integrated and coordinated,to form joint efforts,so as to create a bright spring for agricultural higher education of Tibet.

Survey and Thought on Graduates' Repayment Awareness of Student Loan in Agricultural Universities and Colleges

To find out graduates' repayment awareness of student loan,we conducted a questionnaire survey for those graduates who applied for student loan in Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering.The survey has following results.First,the national student loan plays an important role in assisting poor students in finishing their study.Second,graduates value social function of personal credit.Third,trustworthiness education activities carried out by colleges and universities are effective.Fourth,economic income is a major factor of graduates repaying capital with interest.Fifth,bank's student loan management system is not perfect.Sixth,the national student loan system remains to be improved.In line with these results,we put forward five countermeasures and suggestions:strengthen the trustworthiness education of students;standardize the credit investigation management of students' personal credit;establish student information management mechanism;standardize banks' payment reminder administration behavior;and perfect national student loan system.

New Media Era: Research on Ideological and Political Education in Universities

The development of new media has brought to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities of the new situation and new problems that are needed to make a new generalization and explanation, which not only endows the new mission of ideological and political education workers, but also brings new opportunities to the innovation and development of ideological and political education theory. This paper argues and interprets the definition, impact analysis, and content &structure optimization of the new media era ideological and political governance education from a new perspective of interdisciplinary study including the sociology, psychology, ethics and Journalism.

Enlightenment from Development Experience of World-Class Universities in Foreign Inland Regions

Only a few world-class universities are in inland regions.The development of inland universities is restricted by many factors,which is especially true in the construction of universities of the Double First Class initiative in China’s western inland regions.①To learn more about how this situation evolved,we conducted research focused on world-class inland universities in foreign countries to sort out their experiences during their development.Through literature reviews and online surveys,we found that the development of such universities is restricted by the economic and social environment of the cities and regions in which they are located.Further,these universities are good at seizing historic development opportunities to actively advance internal reform and fully integrate into regional economic and social development.As a result,they have made great contributions to talent training and scientific research.They have also enhanced their strength and international influence in the process of coordinated development with their region.Therefore,we suggest universities in western China draw on such experience to grow into double first-class universities.Specifically,they should closely follow major national and regional strategies and comprehensively integrate into regional economic and social construction to seek opportunities by taking full advantage of local development.They should also continuously deepen institutional and systematic restructuring to unleash their vitality and potential in education management and development and focus on major projects to expand influence in their regions.

Development and construction of China's higher education libraries

Libraries in China's higher education institutions have been developing in keeping pace with the flourishing development of China's higher education. This article aims to make an introduction to the construction of China's higher education libraries, especially the recent three decades' achievements since China's reform and opening-up in 1978. In this article, the authors draw a general picture of the development of libraries in China's higher education institutions, covering such eight aspects as management, types and positioning,organizational structure and personnel, expenditure and buildings, reader service, building and sharing of resources as well as automation system.

Attitudes of young scholars in Qingdao and Hamburg about climate changeand climate policy The role of culture for the explanation of differences

This article analyses differences in the attitudes related to climate change of young scholars in environmental science in Qingdao (China) and Hamburg (Germany). The main aim of the article is to evaluate the role of cultural differences for their explanation. We expect no significant differences in the attitudes related to the findings of climate research, since scientific principles are the joint basis of the scientific discourse wordwide. However, we expect that there are differences in the attitudes of the young scholars about the role of science, of the state and of the civil society for dealing with the challenge of climate change. We suggest that these can be explained with substantial cultural differences between both societies, with regard to the role of the state and the civil society for the solution of environmental problems. In order to evaluate these hypotheses, we have conducted a comparative survey among environmental science students in Qingdao (China) and Hamburg (Germany) about their attitudes towards climate change. The findings support our main hypotheses. The young scholars in Qingdao and Hamburg differ substantially in their views of the role of science in society and policymaking. Plausibly, these differences may mainly be explained with differences in the cultural ideas about the role of the state and of the civil society for the solution of environmental problems. Gradual differences in the share of young scholars who think that climate change has anthropogenic causes, may be explained with differences in the curriculum but also by cultural habits. This article makes a new contribution to the scientific debate by exploring the role of cultural differences for differences in the attitudes of young scholars in environmental science in connection with climate change and climate policy in different cultural contexts.

新疆高校农科专业留学生培养质量保障体系研究

近年来在“一带一路”倡议背景下,沿线中亚、东南亚及非洲国家来新疆的留学生日益增多,新疆高校留学研究生的培养质量面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。据此,石河子大学农学院以植保专业为例,对农科来华留学生具体情况进行分析,探索适合留学生特点的培养方案,从优质生源的筛选、留学生课程体系的优化、实践培养环节强化、师资队伍建设、教学资源和管理机制建设等方面进行研究,并结合该学科地域优势和特色,依托科技部示范性国际科技合作基地,开展校企合作联合办学模式和建立农科专业留学生实训基地等多方面探索,力求保障国际化人才的培养质量。研究目标是建立一套完整的适合新疆高校留学生培养质量的保障体系,培养一批高素质的应用型、复合型国际人才,有效服务于国家“一带一路”倡议,也为石河子大学和其他西部高校开展留学生的培养模式研究与实践提供现实依据。

健康中国背景下医学高校图书馆教学支持服务研究

目的/意义提供高质量健康信息服务,促进医教协同发展,助力健康中国服务体系建设。方法/过程运用网络调研、文献调研、电话访谈等方法,调查30所医学高校图书馆教学支持服务现状,从教学资源服务、信息素养服务、学科服务、服务保障4方面分析存在的问题。结果/结论医学高校图书馆应建立并完善教学支持服务体系,提升学科教学支持服务力度、提供精准健康信息服务、加强区域或部门间协作、创新智慧化服务模式,成为健康中国行动的重要推动力量。

高等中医药院校西医内科学教学的创新探索

在高等中医药院校中医专业的学习中,西医内科学亦为重要的临床专业课程之一,但西医内科学教学面临与中医课程交叉、课时压缩、学生基础薄弱等相应问题,增加了该课程的学习难度。随着现代社会对医学人才的要求不断提高,中医药院校的临床专业学生也必须掌握西医的理论基础和临床疾病。为了贯彻国家“新医科”建设,提高中医专业西医内科学教学水平,提升本科生分析及解决临床问题的能力,笔者所在教研室总结出内科专业主讲教师+教学秘书责任制、现代化教学手段+问题/病例切入式教学、充分利用现代网络和床旁教学等不同教学模式,在实际运用中取得了很好的教学效果,得到授课教师和学生的广泛认可。文章就相关教学经验进行总结,以期为中医药院校本科生的西医内科学教学提供一定的有益建议,提高本科生的西医内科学教学水平。

西部地区高校基于OBE理念的专业硕士研究生培养模式的探索

随着研究生教育改革不断深入,西部地区高校全日制专业硕士培养问题越来越被关注。以内蒙古科技大学各学科专业硕士研究生培养为研究对象,借鉴其他高校专业学位人才培养经验,从质量培养体系、培养计划的认定、培养目标体系、科研创新能力的培养措施和质量保障体系出发,以OBE理念为基础,探索以确保专业硕士培养质量为核心的新培养模式。

健康中国背景下高校公共体育课程体医融合实践研究

随着经济社会的持续高速发展和民众生活水平的不断提高,环境状况也得到了显著的改善,然而,这也带来了一系列复杂的健康问题。受到现代不良生活方式的影响,亚健康人群数量不断增加,已经引起了国家的高度重视和全社会的广泛关注。为了提升国民的整体健康水平,推动健康中国建设,国家发布了《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》,这份文件明确提出了实现体医融合和非医疗健康干预的目标,以全面提升全体国民的身体素质和健康水平。鉴于此,对健康中国背景下高校公共体育课程体医融合实践进行探究,以期提高高校人才的素质,助推国民身体素质的全面提升。

党的二十大精神为“思想道德与法治”课程提供了最鲜活的教学资源和最前沿的理论支撑。党的二十大精神融入“思想道德与法治”课程彰显完善教学内容体系建构、推进教学目标落地生根、涵养时代新人勇担民族复兴大任的使命担当等价值意蕴。推进党的二十大精神融入“思想道德与法治”课程应遵循找准切入点、聚焦教学过程以及探究课程章节的逻辑理路等原则要求。基于此,提出党的二十大精神融入“思想道德与法治”课程要充分发挥思政课与专业课的协同育人合力,以党的二十大精神为挈领深入开展实践教学,数字赋能以党的二十大精神为主线的网络教学资源建设等现实路径。

梁家勉抢救性搜藏中国古农书的事迹及其贡献述略

文章通过追溯中国古农史研究专家梁家勉的成才历程,及其与农学史、图书馆的结缘,探析了其中国古农书情意的成因,重点回望了二十世纪五十年代下叶至六十年代上叶的十年间,梁家勉为华南农学院图书馆中国古代农业文献特藏室用心搜购、悉心典藏、尽心保护和热心利用中国农史古书的具体事迹,阐述了其抢救性搜藏和整理保护中国古农书的非凡贡献,探析了其所作所为的历史文献学内涵和意义。并据史料揭示,1946年夏,梁先生应广东省立图书馆之邀,为其广东文献室整理有关古籍和地方文献三个月。竣工后,为该室撰写有多副联语,是为馆史之佚闻,可补人文之掌故。

新时代促进西部城市高校毕业生就地就业对策研究——以西安市为例

现阶段,西部地区与东部地区发展差距依然较大,要解决我国人力资源区域间失衡的问题,缩小区域经济发展差距,人才是根本。针对西部城市对本市高校毕业生吸引力不足的问题,以西安市为例,通过分析新时代促进西部高校毕业生就地就业的重要意义,新时代西部高校毕业生就业存在的问题,深度挖掘影响高校毕业生就地就业的关键因素,提出促进西部高校毕业生就地就业的对策,为西部城市人才引进工作、高校就业创业提供一定的理论参考与现实借鉴。

基于DEA-Malmquist模型的中西部高校科研效率评价研究

中西部高等教育振兴计划的颁布为长期处于相对落后的中西部高校科研水平的提升提供了政策支持。为此,研究以振兴计划扶持的100所高校为研究对象,运用非平衡面板数据的DEA-Malmquist指数方法来评价2011—2017年科研效率的变化,进一步挖掘科研水平提升的动力及阻碍。研究发现“振兴计划”高校整体科研效率处于中等偏上的水平但呈下降态势,仅有13%的高校实现了全要素增长。结合权重进一步判断,发现人才流失、经费投入冗余和科研产出不足是阻碍中西部高校科研效率提升的主要原因。因此,中西部高校要通过优化人才政策、释放经费活力、促进特色发展等要素的解决提升科研效率。

基于Windows 98摇臂雕刻机数控系统的开发

摇臂雕刻机是通过转角实现直线运动,具有工作空间大,运动灵活但控制难等特点,本文介绍摇臂数控雕刻机机械设计结构特点,给出了具体的转角反求计算公式及其插补算法,并结合摇臂特点采用交流伺服驱动开发出一套相应的基于Windows98高性能数控系统软件。经过实际使用,取得良好效果。
