Teacher Training and Strategic Management in Chinese Universities

This study adopts a descriptive research method to comprehensively and deeply investigate the current situation of teacher training and the implementation of strategic management in Chinese colleges and universities.Through the collection and analysis of relevant literature,combined with fieldwork and interviews,it reveals the intrinsic connection and influence mechanism between the two.In the investigation of the relationship between teacher training and strategic management in Chinese universities,the participants comprise teachers from three universities in China.The findings provide theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing the training system of college and university teachers and enhancing the efficacy of strategic management.

Research and Practice on the Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Colleges and Universities:A Case Study of Academic Association of"Federation of Life Science Research and Innovation"

Taking the academic association of the Federation of Life Science Research and Innovation of the College of Life Science and Biotechnology of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as the research platform,it is necessary to organically combine personalized education with the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability.On the basis of unified teaching ideas,we should pay attention to the individual differences of educational objects,eliminate the disadvantages of traditional education,and break the conventional"spoon-feeding"teaching mode.It is necessary to shift from only paying attention to one-way indoctrination to paying attention to the cultivation of students'innovative quality,and to enhance students'interest in scientific research and practical ability of innovation and entrepreneurship through the rich scientific research activities of academic associations.

Training Mode of Aquaculture Professionals in Local Applied Marine Colleges and Universities

In the training of aquaculture professionals,there are problems such as unreasonable structure of teachers,unclear understanding of aquaculture by parents and students,poor practical ability of students,lack of grass-roots aquaculture talents,and imperfect multi-party cooperation training mechanism.In view of the above situation,the training mode of applied talents in aquaculture needs to be reformed and innovated.In this paper,some measures to establish the training mode of aquaculture professionals were proposed,including strengthening students’correct understanding of the major,improving the curriculum system for cultivating applied talents,establishing a training model for practical teaching,improving the practical ability of teachers,increasing the provision of high-quality educational resources,and adopting school-enterprise cooperation,so as to cultivate high-quality and high-tech aquatic talents under the training mechanism of applied talents.

The Management System Innovation, Organizational Reform and Organizational Culture of Colleges and Universities' Adult Trainings

The idea of lifelong education has aroused great concern of domestic researchers for adult non-academic training. Colleges and universities, as the main venue for adult training, provide the basic guarantee for the training of talents in our country. This also makes the social service function of colleges and universities become increasingly prominent under the current social background. However, in the aspects of the management system and organizational reform, the college adult training shall be differentiated from normal talent cultivation and construct an organizational structure with features such as networking and diversification. Only that would lay a good foundation for the development of colleges' adult training industry. Based on this, this study analyzes the management system innovation, organizational change and organizational culture and characteristics of adult training in colleges and hopes to improve the management of adult training in colleges and universities.

Research on the Training Mode of "Three-quality Talents" in Application-oriented Universities Based on OBE

Based on the concept of outcome-based education (OBE) and the existing OBE training mode, this paper puts forward the training mode of "three-quality talents" as a supplement. This mode effectively helps Chinese application-oriented colleges and universities to improve the training quality of application-oriented talents, is an effective way to train application-oriented undergraduate professionals, and has a certain promotion and application value.

Exploration on the Reform of English Teaching in Universities and Colleges under the Application-oriented Talent Training Mode

Promote Combinational Researches, Training, and Applied Scientific Technology in Universities and Institutes in Vietnam

To promote the combination of research, training, and scientific technology application is the main policy of the Vietnam Communist Party and State of their management to their meeting of the needs toward their radical and comprehensive renovation with educational and training processes. There are some solutions such as： To develop a national project on combination of research and scientific technology application in social science in Vietnam was administered, to develop a set of criteria to ensure effectiveness of combination of research and training which will be based on the needs of society was assessed, to increase self-control of research institutes and universities of social science sector in combination of research and scientific technology application was examined, to be continued of the renovation management mechanism was managed, the cost norm and means of providing finance research and scientific technology application in social science were founded. The comprehensive legal framework and criteria of combination of research and scientific technology application as a basic for evaluating activities of research and scientific technology application in social science were used. Suggestions that this study was to apply scientific technology in transferring national university and investigation of the key universities into universities＇ researches were provided.

With the development of the society,the undergraduates training modes of land resources management major have diversified developed.The land resources management majors in universities with different background have various features in China.Chongqing Technology and Business University was taken as a typical finance and economics university in this study.And the features,including training mode,feature training scheme and training effect of land resources management major,were discussed systematically.The results provide reference for the building of land resources management major in other colleges.

“双一流”高校实施本科生导师制的现状与特征

加强拔尖创新人才自主培养,是服务实现科技自立自强、建设教育强国的必然要求。本科生导师制是培养拔尖创新人才的重要手段。选取33所具有代表性“双一流”高校的87份本科生导师制管理与实施办法文件,采用文本分析法总结梳理目前本科生导师制管理办法的特征。研究发现,“双一流”高校推行的本科生导师制形式多样,制度在实施理念方面突出人才培养,在管理要求方面注重建立组织运行的保障机制以及强化“德才兼备”的导师述选标准,但存在导师职责泛化、对导师要求较高而激励不足、导师培训内容尚不完善以及普遍缺失学生权利与义务的问题。基于此,为了进一步提升本科生导师制的科学性、完备性和可操作性,提出明确导师职责、完善导师培训与考核、凸显学生权利和义务等对策建议。

民办高校应用型绿色建筑技能人才培养研究

当前国家政策统筹调整产业结构,随着协同推进生态减污、生态保护的美丽中国建设中,伴随建筑产业绿色化、智能化、工业化的发展趋势,中国建造的转型升级需要培养大量新型建筑专业人才。民办高校作为行业人才需求的蓄水池,应以行业变化趋势为依据,以企业人才新需求为基点,重构人才培养体系,一方面要强化新知识、打牢新基础;另一方面建立强化实践育人的人才培养机制。

民办高校人才培养效果量化评价要素研究——以广东理工学院为例

本科院校层次的差异必然导致人才培养效果的不同。在以往定性评价体系基础上,以民办本科高校为例,通过三轮对两种主体的匿名问卷调查,探讨能够评价高校在德智体美劳五方面培育人效果的量化要素,并对51个要素进行信度、权重分析,构建出相对符合民办高校特征的量化评价体系。完善人才培养效果评价体系,在评价内容上应涵盖德智体美劳全方位,在评价方式上应将定性评价与定量评价有机结合,还应融合学生、教师、企业人员和家长等多元主体的评价。

Research on the Cultivation of International and Innovative Talents in Colleges and Universities under the context of Belt and Road Initiative

The Belt and Road Initiative is a strategic initiative that aims to expand the opening up in China in recent years.The implementation and practice of the Belt and Road Initiative has proved that this strategy has played a significant role in opening up a new,comprehensive pattern.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to train a group of high-tech leading talents,international-level strategic scientific and technological talents,young scientific and technological talents,and high-level innovation teams for the development of the country.In the context of Belt and Road Initiative,colleges and universities have more arduous missions and responsibilities.Only by constantly innovating the talent training model can we improve our competitiveness in the international market.

Evaluating of Training and Internship Programs of University Hospitals

Objective: This study aimed to assess training and internship programs (courses) of basic and clinical sciences in hospitals based on surveying the students of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Material and Methods: The present study was a cross-sectional one with survey descriptive designs. The data collection tool was a questionnaire with 14 five-point likert style items. The Research and Development Center of Tehran University of Medical Sciences surveyed all 185 students of training and internship programs, using a questionnaire with the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 81%, for the purpose of adjusting the education to the society’s needs and improving its quality. Result: The mean scores of the assessment of training and internship programs were 3.32%, 2.98%, 3.38% and 3.29%, respectively for theoretical classroom training related to practical training, mental, communicational and practical skills courses. The students’ satisfaction rate regarding the quality of educational courses of training and internship programs was 50.2%. Conclusion: Educational authorities have made necessary attempts to implement these programs and use potential resources for realizing the objectives and achieving the educational quality;however, they should make further attempts in this regard.

To satisfy the needs of enterprises, it is necessary to establish modern educational thought of marketing and training philosophy of application-based marketing talents; position the majors to highlight the characteristics of agricultural universities and colleges, cultivate all-around, application-based, inter-disciplinary marketing talents and explore new ways to cultivate agricultural marketing talents.
