Strategy Analysis of Improving Executive Ability of Subject and Object in Landscape Design Teaching

In view of the relationship between executive ability and landscape design teaching, the paper put forward that the executive ability is a key factor restricting teaching effects of landscape design, and then analyzed factors influencing executive ability of subject-object (teachers and students) in the teaching. Aiming at these factors, executive ability of teachers and students in landscape design teaching could be improved by modifying teaching management system, teacher training, developing the role of "project-oriented learning" in shaping the executive ability, and cultivating students' self-study ability, so as to improve the teaching effect of landscape design.

A Study of the Relationships Among Total Quality Management, Executive Ability, and Sustainable Competitive Advantage

It is very important for organization to deal with and balance the challenge of environmental complexity and inner resources scarcity. This study considers total quality management (TQM) as a factor linking internal and external of organization and executive ability as linkage to promote and coordinate internal-external elements and then organization obtains its sustainable competitive advantage. The research surveyed effective samples 252 and used Structural Equation Model (SEM) and discriminated analysis for analysis and testing. The results indicate that TQM positively affects executive ability and firm sustainable competitive advantage. Executive ability affects firm sustainable competitive advantage and has the mediating effect between TQM and firm sustainable competitive advantage. Managerial practice implications, limitations, and future research directions have been discussed.

Our reform combines the needs of the society and the class education which will enhance the students＇ ability. In the near future, we plan to conduct more corresponding research to polish the current methodology.

A Study on English Majors' Abilities to Transmit Chinese Culture in English at Newly Upgraded Universities

The transmitting of Chinese culture in the intercultural communication is of great importance for English learners in China.English majors at newly upgraded universities are weak in their abilities to express Chinese culture in English and transmit Chinese culture.To find measures for the problems,some necessary changes in the syllabus,textbooks,testing and curriculum are suggested,compiling of a dictionary for the standard of Chinese culture items in English is discussed,and the roles of teachers,students and English Corner in the cultivation of the abilities of English majors' to express Chinese culture in English at newly upgraded universities are analyzed.

Cerebral arterial blood flow,attention,and executive and cognitive functions in depressed patients after acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

BACKGROUND Intracerebral hemorrhage mainly occurs in middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension,and surgery is currently the main treatment for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,but the bleeding caused by surgery will cause damage to the patient's nerve cells,resulting in cognitive and motor dysfunction,resulting in a decline in the patient's quality of life.AIM To investigate associations between cerebral arterial blood flow and executive and cognitive functions in depressed patients after acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.METHODS Eighty-nine patients with depression after acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted to our hospital between January 2019 and July 2021 were selected as the observation group,while 100 patients without depression who had acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected as the control group.The attention span of the patients was assessed using the Paddle Pin Test while executive function was assessed using the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST)and cognitive function was assessed using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA).The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD-24)was used to evaluate the severity of depression of involved patients.Cerebral arterial blood flow was measured in both groups.RESULTS The MoCA score,net scores I,II,III,IV,and the total net score of the scratch test in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Concurrently,the total number of responses,number of incorrect responses,number of persistent errors,and number of completed responses of the first classification in the WCST test were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Blood flow in the basilar artery,left middle cerebral artery,right middle cerebral artery,left anterior cerebral artery,and right anterior cerebral artery was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The basilar artery,left middle cerebral artery,right middle cerebral artery,left anterior cerebral artery,and right anterior cerebral artery were positively correlated with the net and total net scores of each part of the Paddle Pin test and the MoCA score(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with each part of the WCST test(P<0.05).In the observation group,the post-treatment improvement was more prominent in the Paddle Pin test,WCST test,HAMD-24 score,and MoCA score compared with those in the pre-treatment period(P<0.05).Blood flow in the basilar artery,left middle cerebral artery,right middle cerebral artery,left anterior cerebral artery,and right anterior cerebral artery significantly improved in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Impaired attention,and executive and cognitive functions are correlated with cerebral artery blood flow in patients with depression after acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and warrant further study.

The teaching ability competition is a vital method for stimulating teachers’enthusiasm and enhancing their teaching skills.This approach has gained increasing attention from colleges and universities in recent years.The competition focuses on evaluating teachers’capabilities in designing and implementing lessons,encouraging the exchange of new educational ideas and high-quality teaching methods.Reforming the teaching of Electrical and Electronic Technology courses based on insights from teaching competitions can significantly improve teaching quality.This paper explores the teaching design and implementation of the Electrical and Electronic Technology course,drawing on the principles of teaching ability competitions.First,it analyzes the existing problems in teaching this course.Then,it highlights the significant benefits that teaching competitions bring to the course.Based on these insights,the paper proposes practical strategies aimed at enhancing students’interest and practical skills,thereby promoting innovative developments in teaching Electrical and Electronic Technology.

Vocational college seems to be a German dual system of higher education. In fact, in the fi eld of the highereducation in Germany, set up the dual system has become a trend of the university curriculum. This paper proposes innovatively the potentialcombination of the Chinese education system with the dual university concept.

Research on Ways to Improve the Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability of Poor College Students in Northwest China

Improving the ability of innovation and Entrepreneurship of impoverished college students in local colleges and universities could alleviate employment pressure to a certain extent, solve employment difficulties and help college students realize their self-worth, which are related to social stability and economic development. By using the methods of questionnaire and individual interviews, this paper investigates some of the students who set up files for poverty alleviation in northwest local colleges and universities, and understand the current situation of innovation and Entrepreneurship of poor college students. 海南自贸港建设中公务员执行力影响因素实证研究

当前,海南自由贸易港正处于封关运作的关键阶段,海南公务员的执行力水平很大程度决定了海南自由贸易港建设的成效。从公务员个人视角出发,依托史密斯政策执行过程模型进行实证研究后发现,不同职级、工龄的海南公务员在执行力上差异显著,政策目标设定水平、个人基本心理需求满足程度和组织公正感与公务员执行力显著相关,目标设定的明确性维度、基本心理需求的胜任需求和关系需求维度、组织公正的领导公正维度对公务员执行力具有显著的预测力。在实证结果的基础上,提出了进一步提高海南公务员执行力的对策。

产学研合作、知识吸收能力与企业创新绩效——高管学术背景与政府创新补贴的调节作用

在梳理产学研合作与企业创新绩效关系研究的基础上,结合交易成本理论、资源基础理论以及高层梯队理论,以2010-2021年中国A股上市公司为研究样本,探讨产学研合作对企业创新绩效的促进作用及机制,并将高管学术背景和政府创新补贴作为调节变量纳入研究框架。实证分析发现:产学研合作对企业创新绩效发挥显著促进作用;当企业具有学术背景的高管比例较高时,这一效应更加显著;高水平政府创新补贴同样能够增强这一效应。中介效应检验发现,企业参与产学研合作对其知识吸收能力具有显著促进作用,同时,企业可以通过提升知识吸收能力,增强自身对环境变化感知的敏锐性与自主创新能力,进而提高创新绩效。

论新时代高校思政课教师教学话语能力提升的三重维度

新时代高校思政课教师作为思想政治教育实践中的关键主体,面临着“说什么”和“如何说”的关键问题。该问题不但直接关系着思想政治教育的话语实效,更影响着高校立德树人的教育质量。话语能力的提升与否不仅涉及教师能否进行合乎语义的规范表达,而且还要看教师是否对自身的话语有批判意识、能否看到话语背后的权力等社会因素。教师话语能力的提升基于以下3个基本维度:权力保障是话语能力提升的现实基础,知识生成是话语能力提升的内在动力,话语表述是话语能力提升的重要手段。

Critical Success Factors Influencing the Implementation of Sustainable Energy System in Uganda: A Case of Inter-University Council of East Africa Energy Project at the Head Quarters in Kampala, Uganda

The widespread usage of clean and sustainable energy sources is leading to a significant transformation of the world’s energy systems. Over-reliance on only the national grid energy system has made institutions fail to sustain energy systems. The council is only connected to the national grid electricity supply system, with diesel generators as the only alternative, which is unhealthy and unsafe. Surprisingly, even with such alternatives, power shortages have persisted despite government efforts to provide a solution to the shortages by installing numerous off-grid systems. Due to such a situation, the council would construct a sustainable energy system as a remedy. Thus, the purpose of this study was to establish critical success factors influencing the implementation of a sustainable energy system at the Inter-University Council of East Africa (IUCEA) Head Quarters, Kampala-Uganda. A cross-sectional survey design was used;a sample size of 84 participants was selected. Questionnaire survey and interview methods were utilized. The study found that the most significant (p < 0.05) critical factors in the implementation of sustainable energy in institutions are;the use of innovative technologies and infrastructure, the use of efficient zero emissions for heating and cooling, integration of renewable energy use in the existing buildings, building and renovating in an energy-efficient way, integrating regional energy systems, improving energy efficiency in the buildings, enhanced zero emission power technologies, energy efficient equipment in place and stakeholder empowerment in energy management. This study concludes that institutions like;the Inter-University Council of East Africa (IUCEA) need to clearly state policies and actions of energy management. The roles and responsibilities of each member have to be clearly stated while capturing the activities involved in energy conservation, energy security and energy efficiency.
