Factors Affecting the Entrepreneurial Intention of Students at Tan Trao University

Entrepreneurship is one of the popular choices for students after graduation from higher education.The study focuses on proposing a model to identify the factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of students at Tan Trao University by researching some typical models in the world.By quantitative research methods based on a survey of 391 students,the study has shown that there are 5 factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of students at Tan Trao University,including opportunity,motivation,perception of behavioral control,skills and resources for entrepreneurship.Thereby,the study proposes a number of solutions for the students,the university and other related parties to promote students’entrepreneurial intentions.

Fostering Creativity and Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy in Engineering Undergraduates： Curriculum Power and Context in One University of Technology

Through the Sequential Mixed Methods Approach, 24 final year power engineering students underwent 12 learnshops on creativity and entrepreneurship with an attempt to foster creativity and entrepreneurial self-efficacy among them. Pre- and post-test on creativity using Torrance＇s Test of Creativity （TTCT） and Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy questionnaires were used to determine the level of both creativity and entrepreneurial self-efficacy The findings of the study show that a significant leap in how teaching and learning takes place is necessary if we are to properly prepare students for the 21st century knowledge economy and that active participation, confidence and ideas generation taking place under teamwork and informal settings are a way forward and to harness the two constructs.

Research on Ways to Improve the Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability of Poor College Students in Northwest China

Improving the ability of innovation and Entrepreneurship of impoverished college students in local colleges and universities could alleviate employment pressure to a certain extent, solve employment difficulties and help college students realize their self-worth, which are related to social stability and economic development. By using the methods of questionnaire and individual interviews, this paper investigates some of the students who set up files for poverty alleviation in northwest local colleges and universities, and understand the current situation of innovation and Entrepreneurship of poor college students. It is hoped that the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship can be improved by enhancing the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, improving the education system, innovating learning mode, building a practical platform and implementing quality management.

基于科技平台在医学高等教育中实现立德树人

随着新时代医学的迅猛发展,国家对医学科学研究的重视程度也越来越高,高等医学院校在培养医学人才的同时,也应坚持贯彻党的教育方针,把立德树人作为高等教育的根本任务,贯彻落实在大学生学习过程中的各个阶段。医学高等院校的分子形态学实验室作为重要的科技平台,同样担负着全方位育人、培养优秀医务科研工作者的重要使命。文章阐述了在教学实践过程中通过宣教诚实守信、科学作风、节约意识、爱护他物、团队意识和劳动精神,多角度多环节充分发挥科技平台的作用,在管理的过程中言传身教地融入育人理念,落实立德树人的任务,培养出德才兼备的高素质医学人才。

女大学生创新创业意愿及影响因素调查分析——以 X大学为样本的调查

女性是全民创业万众创新的重要力量。女性创新创业意愿直接影响国家创新创业政策的实施效果。女大学生是女性群体中极具活力的部分。为了更好地了解女大学生创新创业意愿及影响因素,本文以X大学为调查对象展开研究。调研发现,与男大学生相比,女大学生创新意愿偏高,创业意愿偏低。研修学习、行为态度以及实践应用等因素均与女大学生创新创业意愿具有显著相关性。调查得知,女大学生创新创业意愿现状主要归因于自信心不足、信息共享渠道不畅、资金支持有限及参与实效偏低等。为此应当持续关注原动力,增强女大学生的创新创业自信心;持续畅通渠道,提升女大学生创新创业信息获取质效;持续助力清障,加大为女大学生创新创业提供资金支持力度;持续推进实效,提高女大学生创新创业行动力。

金融素养对大学生创业意愿的影响

基于三元交互理论与班杜拉社会学习理论,探讨金融素养对大学生创业意愿的影响,以及角色榜样与高校创业环境的调节作用。通过问卷量表搜集创业意愿,以及基本金融知识检测衡量金融素养,以此数据构建分层广义线性模型。研究结果显示:金融素养对于大学生创业意愿具有显著正向影响;高校创业环境起正向调节作用;角色榜样的调节作用不显著。从财务与金融视角探索了金融素养与角色榜样以及高校教育环境的交互作用,拓展了对高校大学生创业意愿的研究。

虚拟仿真在高校艾滋病健康教育中的应用探索

在高校开展有效的艾滋病健康教育能够增强学生艾滋病相关风险的认知,降低危险行为,减少感染风险。传统的艾滋病健康教育课程的教学模式存在诸多不足,导致教学目标难以实现,教学效果大打折扣。在智能医学背景下,如何利用现代信息技术推进虚拟仿真的快速高质量发展,探索虚拟仿真在艾滋病健康教育教学改革中的应用至关重要。本文分析虚拟仿真在艾滋病健康教育中的重要性,艾滋病虚拟仿真平台的构建及应用等方面进行思考与探索,以期为艾滋病虚拟仿真建设及艾滋病健康教育教学改革提供依据。

地方高校大学生创业能力自我评价及教学改进

通过文献梳理,结合个案半结构化访谈及专家咨询,从“能力素质模型”角度构建了大学生创业能力自我评价测量量表,并选择中西部地方高校进行了实证数据采集,验证了测量量表的信度和效度。研究发现,地方高校大学生创业能力自我认知评价整体处于中等偏上水平,且隐性知识得分高于显性知识(关键技能)得分;大学生创业能力的形成受性别、年级、专业、父母期望等因素影响较小,而受生源地、亲属有无从商经历、是否参加过创新创业竞赛等因素影响较大。据此,提出了地方高校创业教育教学策略改进建议。

家庭背景、社会化发展水平对大学生创业意愿的影响研究

创业意愿是创新意识与创业能力的集中体现,是大学生创业教育研究关注的核心问题。已有研究发现家庭背景是影响大学生创业意愿的重要客观因素。然而,在控制了家庭背景之后,影响大学生创业意愿的主观因素仍有待深入探究。基于魏德曼本科生社会化理论,本研究提出社会化发展水平影响大学生创业意愿的研究假设,并以省域高校大学生发展调查的大样本数据开展实证研究。研究发现,不同毕业规划学生群体的社会化发展水平存在显著差异,选择自主创业的大学生群体的社会化发展水平高于其他群体;家庭因素对大学生创业意愿有显著影响,但家庭因素中各维度的影响机制存在差异;提升社会化发展水平是促进大学生创业意愿的有效补偿机制。高校创新创业教育应发挥院校影响力,提出相应的教育策略,推动以促进大学生社会化发展为目标的创新创业教育变革。

心理资本对大学生创业失败修复的影响——一个有调节的中介效应模型

作为大学生开展创业活动的重要驱动因素,心理资本是否对大学生创业失败修复也产生重要影响,是学界关注的研究问题。对全国632份创业失败大学生问卷调查数据的分析发现:心理资本对大学生创业失败修复有正向促进作用,能正向预测其创业失败修复水平;失败学习和恢复导向在其中起中介作用;经济成本负向调节心理资本通过失败学习和恢复导向影响大学生创业失败修复的程度。促进大学生创业失败修复,可从营造宽容创业失败氛围、切实提升大学生心理资本、构建大学生创业失败经济补偿机制和大学生加强失败学习准备等方面入手。

创业导师对大学生创业能力影响的实证研究

创业导师参与创业项目和指导创业者这两种行为对于提升大学生的内在创业能力和获取外部资源的能力有重要影响。实证研究发现,创业导师参与创业项目对于提高大学生获取外部资源的能力具有显著相关性,但是对于提升大学生的内在创业能力没有显著性关系;创业导师指导创业者对提升创业者内在创业能力和获取外部资源的能力都具有显著相关性。在此基础上,从创业导师和创业者的角度分别提出对策建议,即创业导师需要谨慎参与创业项目,与大学生建立更多联接,帮助潜在创业者树立信心,而创业者首先需要提高自身内在创业能力。

创新创业创造是带动就业、推动经济增长和促进科技创新的重要途径,当前,越来越多高校大学生以组建团队的形式积极投身于创新创业创造实践,但大学生创业团队容易在团队组建、团队信任管理、团队文化建设等方面遭遇瓶颈。新时代高校需要通过加强团队信任管理来提升团队向心力,打造团队文化来提升团队凝聚力,发挥核心人物作用来提升团队执行力,从而将"三力合一,促进大学生创业团队建设高质量发展。

互联网背景下高校学生数字化管理研究

随着互联网的高速发展,数字技术已成为高校教育管理的重要组成部分。以互联网的高速发展为研究背景、高校学生数字化管理为主线设计相关调查问卷,运用描述性统计分析、回归模型、满意度均值计算等方法对问卷调查结果进行统计分析。结果表明,八成以上的受访者认为高校辅导员、教职工及高校需要提高数字化能力。二成以上的受访者认为现阶段的数字化管理平台解决问题的效果还有待加强。基于此,高校应加强数字化基础设施建设,提高数字化系统功能的完备性。同时,应加强对教师的数字化水平培训,提升高校数字化应用水平。

高校创新创业类竞赛项目转化的现实困境及对策思考

医学院校大学生优秀创业团队建设研究
