Vocational education plays a vital role in the development of skilled technical professionals and the advancement of the economy.However,the emphasis on campus education often neglects the importance of external training,hindering the overall development of vocational education.This study aims to address this issue by exploring the design and development of small modular courses that integrate training and education in vocational colleges,focusing on the mechanics course as a case study.The research methods employed in this study include an in-depth analysis of enterprise training needs,the development of digital teaching resources utilizing the finite element method(FEM),and the implementation of a small modular course integrating education and training.The data analysis reveals positive outcomes in terms of learners’comprehension and engagement with complex mechanics formulas through the use of stress nephograms and other digital resources.This research provides a new perspective on curriculum design and offers insights into the integration of training and education in vocational colleges.The findings underscore the significance of incorporating innovative teaching methodologies and digital resources in enhancing the quality and relevance of vocational education,ultimately contributing to the cultivation of skilled professionals and the growth of the vocational education sector.

Research on the Integrated Training Path of Secondary Vocational,Vocational,and Undergraduate Talents Based on Modern Vocational Education Group

Accelerating the construction of modern vocational education groups and promoting the integrated training of secondary vocational,vocational,and undergraduate talents,providing talent support for regional economic development,are inevitable choices to enhance the adaptability of vocational education.Based on the new development and requirements in the new situation,vocational colleges actively explore the path of connecting and cultivating secondary vocational,vocational,and undergraduate talents in accordance with the talent needs of local economic development and industrial system development.The linkage between government,school,and enterprise is established to build a modern vocational education group,aiming to build a professional chain in the industrial chain and promote innovative development of the new industrial system.Relying on the development needs of professional clusters,a multi-level system of connecting and cultivating secondary vocational,vocational,and undergraduate talents is constructed,which is in line with industry and enterprise standards.It is also necessary to build a“post-course competition certification”talent training model for connecting secondary vocational,vocational,and undergraduate students,rely on the advantages of multiple schools and enterprises,establish a platform for integrating industry and education,and innovate the evaluation system for connecting secondary vocational,vocational,and undergraduate students.

Theory and practice for assessing structural integrity and dynamical integrity of high-speed trains

Purpose–The safety and reliability of high-speed trains rely on the structural integrity of their components and the dynamic performance of the entire vehicle system.This paper aims to define and substantiate the assessment of the structural integrity and dynamical integrity of high-speed trains in both theory and practice.The key principles and approacheswill be proposed,and their applications to high-speed trains in Chinawill be presented.Design/methodology/approach–First,the structural integrity and dynamical integrity of high-speed trains are defined,and their relationship is introduced.Then,the principles for assessing the structural integrity of structural and dynamical components are presented and practical examples of gearboxes and dampers are provided.Finally,the principles and approaches for assessing the dynamical integrity of highspeed trains are presented and a novel operational assessment method is further presented.Findings–Vehicle system dynamics is the core of the proposed framework that provides the loads and vibrations on train components and the dynamic performance of the entire vehicle system.For assessing the structural integrity of structural components,an open-loop analysis considering both normal and abnormal vehicle conditions is needed.For assessing the structural integrity of dynamical components,a closed-loop analysis involving the influence of wear and degradation on vehicle system dynamics is needed.The analysis of vehicle system dynamics should follow the principles of complete objects,conditions and indices.Numerical,experimental and operational approaches should be combined to achieve effective assessments.Originality/value–The practical applications demonstrate that assessing the structural integrity and dynamical integrity of high-speed trains can support better control of critical defects,better lifespan management of train components and better maintenance decision-making for high-speed trains.

The Research and Development of Integrated Operation-Maintenance Simulation Training System

With deep development of state grid’s system of "Three Sets of Five [1]", China is in urgent need of establishing an appropriate type of simulation system to rapidly improve operation efficiency and the level of maintainers, which aim at the integrated operation of substation operation and maintenance service. This article gives an introduction of a simulation training system which is designed for operation-skills training in electrical systems. By the composition of the multiple subjects and skills training for operations staff, this system can provide human guarantee and intellectual support for the "Big-Centralized Overhal".

A DISPATCHER TRAINING SIMULATOR SYSTEM INTEGRATED WITH THE EXIST SCADA/EMS

To utilize exist SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acqui si tion)/EMS (Energy Management System) fully and economize capital, Henan Electric Power Dispatching and Communication Center in China established a set of Henan Dispatcher Training Simulator (HNDTS) base on its exist SCADA/EMS. In order to i ntegrated with exist SCADA/EMS, the integration method and technique are propose d. Graph data integration discussed with emphasis. After integration implemented , HNDTS can share all data with SCADA/EMS and dispatchers can be trained in same environment as real work situation, in the same time it can avoid amout of work of maintenance engineers. Both advantages and disadvantages of integration are analyzed. In the end of paper, the requirement for future DTS is put forward bas e on the experience of author.

Evaluation of Training Course Effects on Integrated Sexual and Reproductive Health Counseling

Objective To evaluate the training course effects on integrated sexual and reproductive health （SRH） counseling, so as to improve family planning providers＇ capacities of SRH counseling. Methods The SRH training course was conducted by using new curriculum and participatory training methods. The purpose was meeting the SRH needs of clients. Evaluations were done by pre- and post-training questionnaires to trainees. Results The average total scores of trainees were 54.9 before trained and 83.4 after trained respectively. As to trainees＇ self evaluation of the capacities, the capacity for comfortably discussing sexuality and related issues with clients increased from 9.9% to 90.7%, the capacity for helping clients to understand their sexual risk factors increased from 12.5% to 92.2%, the capacity for helping clients assessing their own needs for SRH services, information and emotional support increased from 16.0% to 87.8%, and the capacity for helping clients to develop negotiation and communication skills increased from 12.0% to 86. 0%. Conclusion The training course of integrated SRH counseling changed the traditional training types and services concept o f family planning service providers, and the trainees＇ capacities of implementing integrated SRH counseling also improved very much.

一种基于Tri-training的众包标记噪声纠正算法

在众包学习中,使用标记集成算法得到的集成标记中仍然存在一定程度的标记噪声.本文受三重训练思想的启发,提出了一种基于tri-training的众包标记噪声纠正算法(Tri-Training-based Label Noise Correction,TTLNC).TTLNC首先使用过滤器获得干净集和噪声集,然后在干净集上进行bagging分别训练三个不同的分类器,并通过这些分类器重新标注噪声集中的实例,同时按照实例分配策略将实例分配给相应的训练集.最后在新训练集上重新训练三个不同的分类器,并用新分类器的分类结果重新标注所有实例.在仿真标准数据和真实众包数据集上的实验结果表明TTLNC比其他四种最先进的噪声纠正算法在噪声比和模型质量两个度量指标上表现更优.

A novel method for virtual clearance computation of high-speed train based on model integration and convex hull

The 3D clearance of a high-speed train(HST) is critical to ensure the safety of railway transportation. Many studies have been conducted on the inspection of the clearance profile in railway operation based on the vision system, but few researchers have focused on the computation of the 3D clearance in the design phase of an HST. This paper summarizes the virtual 3D clearance computation of an HST based on model integration and the convex hull method. First, both the aerodynamic and kinetic analysis models of the HST are constructed. The two models are then integrated according to the corresponding relationship map, and an array of transformation matrixes of the HST is created to drive the designed model simulating the physical railway motion. Furthermore, the convex hull method is adopted to compute the 3D envelope of the moving train. Finally, the Hausdorff metric is involved in the measurement of the minimum clearance model and the 3D envelope model. In addition, the color map of the Hausdorff distance is established to verify that the designed shape of the HST meets the national standards. This paper provides an effective method to accurately calculate the 3D clearance for the shape design of an HST, which greatly reduces the development cost by minimizing the physical prototype that must be built.

Datong-Qinhuangdao line, as the first electrified double-track heavy-haul line dedicated to coal transport in China, extends from Datong in the west, and reaches Qinhuangdao in the east, opened to traffic in December, 1992, totaling 653 km with the designed annual traffic volume of 1×108 t.
